I would highly recommend AutoFair to anyone. We found a car here and despite the dealership being 1.5 hours away we felt it was worth the drive. Right away Chris and Tim welcomed us and they had the car ready to go for the test drive. The whole process was stress free. Chris has a great attitude and did not pressure us into a sale, rather he and Tim worked with us until we could agree on a price that worked for both parties. Once the process was complete, Rob was excellent explaining coverage options, financing, etc. Finally, when the paperwork was signed they had realized the title hadn't come in yet, and rather than make us drive back up to Manchester a few days later, Chris offered to bring the car to our house on his day off. If you are on the market for a new or used car they should be your first choice.

Have been Buying and servicing my trucks at AutoFair Ford in Manchester since 2012. Not once in all those years have I been disappointed in the service or felt taken advantaged of. My recent service ( oil change/ air filter ) was accommodated only a few hours before due to emergency travel I needed to do.

Manny Pouche made my car buying experience so easy. He was very knowledgeable of each car we looked at, took the time to show us all the features and even has reached out since I purchased my car to make sure I am totally satisfied which I am! We spent a month searching for a replacement vehicle for me, and each dealership we went to we dreaded having to deal with the salesmen we knew were waiting for us. Manny was exactly opposite of the other salesmen we dealt with. He was nice, respectful, gave us space to converse about this decision but was available if we had questions. Although I don’t plan on buying another car soon, I cannot recommend Manny enough!

Decided to make the purchase and the financing process was easy with no hard sales for additional coverages. Truck was driven down the next day. Just purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 from Autofair. Was greeted by Ernesto in sales . Great guy! He made my wife and I feel welcome and also as if he was there to really help find the truck I wanted. We walked the lot for a while , he was very professional and patient. Finally he took us on a test drive and answered all questions we had. He sold himself and the dealership very well . I felt very comfortable dealing with him. After agreeing on the truck , he and his sales managers were able to negotiate a fair price for my trade and fit the vehicle into my budget. Never once any pressure to buy. Ernesto , the sales manager and the finance manager all did a great job ! Drove my truck away the next day , and was contacted by Ernesto and the dealership to make sure I had a great experience. Tom Mahoney was absolutely stellar! He let me set the pace of how fast everything was going to go and it made everything a lot easier. As a first time car buyer, I was nervous and honestly scared of going into any sort car dealership hearing things about salesmen and saleswomen being pushy but I was quickly proven wrong. If you need anything ever request Tom. As long as he’s at Autofair Ford, I’ll be going to him.
Moving into overall treatment, I did not have to get a single door while walking around; made me feel special and valued. I even got a few congratulations while walking out with the keys to my new car!
One last thing, Rob in the finance department is just a great all around guy. He understood that this was my first time buying and he didn’t waste any time getting me what I needed rather than trying to upsell someone who doesn’t know any better. He made the process very fast too!

I leased a vehicle the year before and when I came in due to them offering a deal for it, I already knew what I was looking for and they didn't try to get me to look at anything else! My mustang was thoroughly diagnosed to indicate any and all problems with the car which turned out to not need a flash reset at all! .. and on top of the severity of dealing with ME for all above🤣, the estimate to fix the cars problems currently exceeded my financial cap off. . So now after ALL OF THAT, the car is being picked up from Pete by AAA again to be moved again!
He has dealt with numerous phone calls from me and was very kind and understanding of my not being able to pay right now and willing to be the person AAA will see to pick up my keys and car show his id and my registration. For the measely $150 diagnostic test I had done he is truly going above and beyond!!!!

"Rough start, happy ending"
My wife and I went to AutoFair with the intentions of buying an F250 to tow our horse trailer... I ended up buying a 2018 f150 based largely on the recommendations of our sales person, and against my better judgement.
I do not think the sales person Scott Kling represents the dealership very well.
I'm not sure why he pushed us so hard to be in an F-150, but he did. Our mistake, was taking his recommendation at face value. We had a few issues with the truck, once we got it home, and the dealership fixed them without issue to their credit.
This past weekend my wife took the horse trailer out for the first time since we finally had some good weather. The new truck, even though the rating on the F-150 was adequate, was not meant to pull that kind of load. It was difficult and dangerous to drive, which was obviously upsetting to us.
It took a few days, and a few trips back to the dealership but ultimately they took our truck back in a fair and equitable manner for both parties involved, and we moved into the F250 that we had originally come to look at and purchase a month ago when this process started.
I will give credit to the sales manager Chuck, the finance manager Rob, and the other sales person Steve that I worked with, as being completely professional and doing a great job. I especially want to highlight Steve in this process, he is an exceptional salesperson and I would highly recommend seeing him for any of your vehicle needs. His commitment to customer service excellence is impressive. I myself work in sales and can really respect somebody who does as fine a job as Steve does.
Even though this started off on a bad foot, I ultimately feel that the dealership did their best to meet our needs.

I bought a 2018 F150 that was clearly not ready to be sold (should have known from only seeing outside pics on the website). I ended up having to wait at the dealer after all paperwork was signed for an additional few HOURS while it got detailed. My sales person was awesome though, kept me company while I waited. Then I went to register the truck and the paperwork was missing. I had to drive an hour to the dealer to get a new copy. They made it right by putting about $60 worth of gas back into my truck. Overall I do recommend them and would shop there again.

Cleveland was competent and easily explained all the new current technology and features new truck vehicles have. It was wonderful to be able to test drive a new vehicle which had a full tank of fuel on not running on fumes.
We negotiated in good faith and obtained a mutually beneficial price and quickly finalized the deal with the Financial Management Team. It was prepped and delivered quickly and off we went. I saw a Black 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L on 6/14/20, I had been searching for one for 6 months with low mileage, black with a sunroof. This one fit all the requirements and then some! I was truly worried about someone else taking it before i was able to get down to Manchester from Lewiston, ME. I had spoken to a few different people along this journey, Tammie and Nicole kept me posted the availability of the van throughout the week, while Dionne and Dave helped me actually purchase the vehicle before seeing it. A leap I never thought i would take but the mileage alone was worth it! So after a bad experience with a mistake on my truck inspection, I had to go to another place to get inspected. After a few days Ford realized they failed me by mistake. Dave called me last night and offered a full refund for the inspection. I commend them on following up and making a bad experience better. So I have updated this review from (1) Star to (3). Update a year later its been, gave these guys another shot, my truck needed major work, I needed someone to pay attention to the details. Shannon did a great job managing the whole thing over a number of weeks working with warranty company etc. 5 stars! updated.

Would like service managers to be more pro active and timely on initial diagnosis. I had to call them after 2 days to ask status and diagnosis of issue so they could begin work.
The Service Manager went the extra mile working with my after market warranty service to help cover costs.
The Service Manager Supervisor took extra time to go over the repair and helped ease some post-repair concerns.
I will continue to travel additional distance to go to AutoFair Ford and avoid the Ford dealership closer to my home for my auto repairs.

Here it is, 2 years later, and I have to say I'm still thrilled with the service I got and still get. He has been there for me with any questions I've had regarding service, warranties, computer updates, etc. Tim was very professional, caring and helpful during the entire buying process, even with my 3 year old daughter running around the dealership. He has kept in touch the past 2 years to make sure I'm still happy with my purchase and if I ever need anything he's just a phone call away. I would recommend Tim to anyone buying a vehicle. I worked with a salesman named Alex and he was both friendly and helpful. The dealership had a good selection of cars and everyone seemed very knowledgeable.
My only complaint was that everyone seemed intent on showing me cars well outside the price range I had told them I was looking to spend. Some of these cars had miraculous, almost $10K price drops but I felt pressured and didn't really live the vehicles I was being shown so I ended up buying elsewhere.

This review is a correction to my original review posted this past May.
Jason Lesieur finally called me after my review was posted. They did agree to fix the problem if they were found responsible for not fixing my issue properly the 1st time. After we returned home in late September, I brought my truck to my mechanic 1st, then to my ford dealership. I was informed by both that the parts I paid to have installed were installed properly.
The conclusion to continued front end shaking apparently is due to tire pressure.
My issue with this shop and my 3 star rating is I called Jason 15 minutes before picking u the truck, letting him know I was on the way. When I arrived Jason or anyone else was around to show me what was done. It took me several minutes to figure out where I had to pay and get my truck.
When I got 2 miles away from the shop I noticed truck shook the same way it did prior to the fix. I called Jason immediately and never received a return phone call until after I posted the original review. In my opinion, this is bad business, and unprofessional. By time he called me we were on the road and in up state New York on our way back to Arizona.

I just recently bought a car from AutoFair Ford in Manchester. After searching for quite some time for the right car, and the right dealership, I am so happy to have found this place. From the second I stepped on the lot, they treated me with respect and in no way made me feel pressured. I was looking for a specific car I had seen on their website, and one of their salesman, Drew Cyr was extremely helpful, and found the exact car I had been looking for. The main thing I had been dreading about buying new car was the process, but Drew and the rest of the AutoFair staff made the whole process so quick and easy! And I drove away in my new car that same day.
Now, I am only 21 years old, and arrived at the dealership with a pretty specific budget I needed to stick to when getting this car. AutoFair worked with me completely! They really care about their customers, and that to me is the most important quality in a dealership. I cannot thank Drew and the rest of the AutoFair staff enough for being so great!

Our salesman was extremely polite, honest and engaging. His sales manager was pushy and tried to tell us which car we should buy. He took the excitement out of the experience for a while, but we got it back by sticking to our guns. The "back end" salesman, the one who tries to sell extended warranties and gap insurance, belittled our salesman, right in front of us, when the NON-permanent marker the back end sales manager used, disappeared when the car was washed. He was not so polite to his coworkers!
But we got the car we wanted for a great price!

The experience as a whole was good. Reading in a 15 yr old vehicle with 200k I didn't expect a huge amount, but given a trade in value of $2,500 and offered $500 was a bit insulting.
Now, to be fair, the used 2019 f150 I bought was flawless, and, was sold to me for about $1,500 less than a comparable dealer with a similar vehicle. Overall I do have to recommend autofair, for what I wanted and the price, it was a good deal for everyone.

I previously gave this business 5 stars, after having purchased from them a second time 2 years ago. Unfortunately my last visit really soured me on their practices. I went in upon their request to value my current car for a potential trade-in and was met with really heavy handed sales behavior, a general dismissal of my concerns, and inaccurate numbers. I suggest that you double check your credit scores so that you know where you're at before going in; I was given options based on a score some 33 points lower than my lowest bureau, despite being able to pull up my own credit reports on my phone to show them the differences. Upon leaving without purchasing anything I was asked for feedback as to why, which I provided in detail, outlining the inaccurate credit information and the argumentative sales associates. They responded with a generic "sorry for your experience, we can't make the numbers work for you, maybe next time" email. I was not asking for the numbers to work. I no longer wished to purchase the car. I wanted them to address the behavior and the bad credit score, but they did not, so I have no confidence that anything was taken seriously. Oh well. I guess that's what you get sometimes in sales. The cars I've purchased from them in the past have served me well, which I suppose I should be grateful for. But I will be giving them no further money, in sales or service. And again I suggest checking all your information before going in, to protect yourself.

Yesterday I had a terrible customer service experience with a Ford dealership in Nashua, and drove up to AutoFair Ford, hoping for a better experience. We were greeted outside the door by a friendly salesperson, Scott V., who got us right in and had us test-driving a vehicle within minutes. We interacted with three staff members and all three were friendly and helpful. From the time we arrived until I drove away in my new F-150, we spent fewer than three hours in the dealership--best car buying experience ever!

Our salesperson Calvin warmly greeted us and was completely prepared for our appointment. Autofair Ford has been great to work with! I purchased my car there in 2013 and have been going back regularly for maintenance. While being serviced, they have a complimentary shuttle and have been able to get some shopping done at the Mall of New Hampshire. They are reasonably priced and they are worth the it! Only con, but it's with auto dealerships in general, I love my car and I hate being asked if I want to trade it in and buy a new one. I have never felt pressured to buy another car or a different car and when I tell them I am not interested, they do not pursue any further. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them and tell anyone who is interesting in purchasing a car to check them out.

I had a great experience from the second I went into the live chat till I left the dealership (that day). Someone from their store called me and already knew the car I wanted to look at, told me who to come see when I walked in the door, and once I told them my name they already had someone pulling the car I wanted around. They dealer even sat in the back seat with my 2yo and played with her while we did the test drive and he was very patient with her when she started to get fusy. At one point he gave her some crayons and a coloring book and all the rest of the dealers had no problem with her running around the store and looking at all the cars. Just bought a certified pre-owned car. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not taking my time to look over the car as it was a really cold and windy day and had my kids with me. Didn't notice until two days later that there was body damage covered up with a sloppy job of touch up paint! I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Escape from AutoFair. As with most car buying experiences, there were three elements: Purchase price, trade-in value, and financing. My wife and I were attracted to a particular car from the AutoFair website. We called ahead to setup an appointment and the car was ready for us when we arrived. The purchase price was almost six thousand dollars off of the MSRP but we were worried about the trade in value for our car. We renegotiated several times until they offered a few hundred dollars more than Kelly Bluebook listed for the maximum trade value. The final obstacle was financing. We had planned on using our own credit union but they found a similar rate and managed to take off another 500 dollars due to the local bank. The whole experience was amazing. We were treated like family and drove away the same day in our new Escape. I will be recommending AutoFair to my family and friends.

Second time we've been here. First time they conveniently forgot to do our oil change and only changed the headlight that was out. So we came back to get that done one week later. An hour later a food truck arrives at 11am and now we have to wait for their lunch cause it parked in front of the bay our vehicle's in. Now an hour's and a half had gone by. Make sure you give plenty of time if you go here. Wow they then almost backed into my fiance as he waited for them to park and locked the door when I tried to get my stuff in it. Now waiting for them to give us keys to get into my own car. Its 64 degrees out.

I've purchased many cars and never had such a good experience. I went there having done my homework. I knew the rebates available, I knew the fair market value of my trade-in, I knew the "invoice price" and what type of discount I could get.
Perhaps I was lucky and got a great salesman (John Gilmann - ask for him!) He is a straight-shooter - no BS. He treated me fairly, asked what I wanted for a deal. I told him and he came back several hundred dollars lower. I told him "this is my number - do that and we have a deal; one dollar less and I won't waste any more of your or my time". He came back, shook my hand and said we have a deal.
It was THAT simple and that courteous.
Everyone was fair, no games - I will ALWAYS buy my cars there and I live just south of Boston! I went up there on a lark - they had a car I was interested in but I never expected to buy it there. It was well worth the trip. There was a small issue; an error on the "title". They notarized a corrected copy the next day and JOHN DROVE DOWN TO BOSTON TO HAND DELIVER IT because I needed it right away.

My family has purchased 15+ vehicles from this dealer ship and none of us have had quite the experience like we just had in the past 24hrs. I have just financed a f150 yesterday and my salesman was polite (at the time). What was strange though is during the test drive and buying process, he was less than knowledgeable about the truck i don’t think I’ve heard so many “i don’t knows” to my questions about the truck. I had to do my own research while waiting for the finance department to answer the majority of my questions. Now fast forward to today. I have been a NH state inspector for years now and i went through the truck after they had already put an NHSI sticker on it the day prior just to find out it fails for all four tires because they’re EXTREMELY worn it blows my mind something like this was missed. So I arrived at the dealer ship today to speak to my salesman about the issue, i was expecting at least the same politeness i received prior but boy was i wrong. He stated he was aware of the tires before the sale and even told me they still passed. How can you be aware of this issue and be okay with illegally putting a sticker on the vehicle? So now both my salesman and the service writer are irritated with me and both started to tell me they were fine! After going back and forth with them, they went to the garage to get a total of 3 mechanics!!! It took one of the mechanics one quick glance at the tires he stated that they failed and doesn’t know why they put a sticker on it! They did indeed take care of me after this whole fiasco. But I’m just baffled by the disrespect i received, but ironically everyone was fine and dandy with me once the mechanics deemed the issue their fault.

It’s ironic how they reach out to every body who has reviewed them to try and make things right about any dissatisfaction they may of had at this business. With something as major and illegal as my issue I’d figured autofair would be more on their game with this one. Balls in your court auto fair I’m waiting... you have my info give me a ring.

My husband and I were looking to lease a vehicle. When we arrived at AutoFair Ford we were not ambushed by the sales team like you normally are at other dealerships. We were greeted by Cleveland Burtwell who did not overwhelm us however allowed my husband to take his time looking until he was ready with a decision. Cleveland worked with us on getting the best lease option for my husband, walked us through the whole process, did not rush us out when we signed, he went through the vehicle and its features with my husband helped him set up the connection to his phone and bluetooth, he was very patient and friendly. The service he gave us was such a pleasure and he worked with my husband so well we went back the next day and bought another vehicle from him. We were there so late and he was again engaging, friendly and still took the time to go through my vehicle and did not rush even though it was closing time.

Bought a 2018 Jeep Compass at Autofair Ford in Manchester. The day after I asked them to check my brakes, they said it was rust on the rotars and it would wear off. Took it to Bonneville to find out the warranty was up on June 30 ( bought July 11) also found out the rotars were warped and needed to be replaced! $450.00, bought an extended warranty which also didn’t cover it! Everyone passing the buck and not taking credit to the damage!!! Autofair should have replaced the rotars prior to selling the car! They had it on their lot for a month!! Will not buy a car from them again!!!!!
Update: Spoke to Dan the general manager of Autofair Ford today and he was extremely helpful. After our conversation Dan made good on the repairs to my car. I also wanted to say our issue was never with the sales department at Autofair, they were all with the service department.

First time car buyer here. The sales rep, Bruce, I spoke to was very nice, and asked me plenty of questions to find the right fit for me. He took me out to the lot to find a car that I'd like, but was completely honest about what I could and could not afford based on the budget information I had given. He never tried to sell me anything that was even slightly out of my price range.
The only problem I had was the finance guy just kept handing me papers to sign without much explanation. Sure it's my fault for not reading the papers first, but I was excited to just have myself a car less than 10 years old. I ended up signing up for an extended warranty that's costing me an extra $2000... All in all a great first time buying experience.

Mujo my primary sales guy was very pleasant to deal with, his immediate supervisor was just ok. I'd really like to give them higher than a 3 star, 2 reasons I cannot is 1) they never disclosed that a smoker was driving the vehicle I bought 2) I called at 9:30 am the morning of my visit and specifically asked if the truck I was interested in was still available, they said yes it is, I told them to call me if something changes, when I got there at 2:00 pm they truck had been sold; they claimed it sold 10 minutes before I arrived. Not great business practice. Just want to reiterate Mujo was great, but Scott was a bit suspect, I felt like Scott wanted to rush me through the transaction, and at one point I just wanted to get up and drive away. I ended up buying a truck there (didn't get to see the one I drove 2 hours to see), and the truck was previously smoked in (which is not great either) but overall I would probably buy a vehicle from Mujo again.

I am from the Boston area and I purchased my first Ford from Autofair Ford. I originally chose this dealership because I was promised a great deal on a 2011 Ford Escape if I drove up that day. Upon arrival, the salesman I spoke with could not fulfill the deal he promised me over the phone. I was very frustrated so I reached out to the General Manager. He was able to rectify the situation as well as fulfill the promised deal. 3 years later, I came back to trade in the Escape for a 2015 Explorer. The General Manager I originally worked with was no longer there so I spoke with Cindy St. Jean. Cindy was very educated on the vehicles. She was very patient, understanding and hassle free. She did not pressure me at all and responded to all of my questions in a timely fashion; even on the days she was not working. All around, I had a great sales experience with her and the dealership team.
A few days following my purchase I noticed a part of the windshield trim was not securely fastened. I called Cindy and she oversaw the whole repair and I was able to leave with my vehicle the same day. If looking to purchase from Autofair Ford, I highly recommend contacting Cindy.

Very good. When I got frustrated over miscommunication Adam sat down and talked with me. It took a little negotiation, but in the end we had a win-win deal. If you start shopping online, over the course of days days, several people may be communicating with you by text, voice, and email. These people DO NOT talk to each other. I assumed they did. But I got a car I want, with the features I want, at a price I can live with. We just took the scenic route to get there.

Update: After my initial trip to the dealership to fix my problem from below, I had to come back, because there was a problem from the repair that they did. They fixed my problem, but also refunded me the difference in what I paid for the repair and what I was originally quoted on the phone before the repair. From what I understand, I was not supposed to have received that lower quote originally, but I am happy that they honored it in the end.

My review will begin with the service department manager who insists that even thought they repaired the right front wheel/axle components back in march of this year and then 5 months later, only a mile of the highway that same wheel falls out of the transmission, the car has only 38,000 miles. Apparently there was a "bolt missing" but they wouldn't take the responsibility for it. If it wasn't for Patrick in the lease return department, this could have turned out to be a much bigger issue. He convinced me into considering a new escape even though my intention was to give up on FORD vehicles He was very honest and supportive to my situation. On the other hand, the actual sales process was quite stressful to me. Patrick directed a salesman on the floor to show me the new escapes and that I wanted to get prices. This salesman just assumed I was buying and jumping the gun. I made it clear that I was just looking at options. Even though Patrick said that I could get into a new Escape for not much more money, the first price I was shown was much higher by about $200 more,. Its clear there was a communication breakdown. I was very stressed by the end of the transaction and felt that if my boyfriend wasn't present, that it wouldn't have turned out so well. I made it clear that I wasn't ready to buy, that I was looking for options so that I can compare deals. I don't want to say the salesman's name but, a word of advice to Autofair is to not force a customer to haggle a deal. Also, male or female customer should be treated equally. Knowing the specifics of my unique situation, being pressured and blindsided with a price that made no sense made the whole experience awful. It took me days to undue the stress of that night. The only thing that lessened the stress was the financial person Tom who made that part go smoothly and quick. The sales Manager Adel was pleasant and in the end made things a little better, but I think should have put an end to the haggling because of my unique situation. If you don't want to come down on a price and the customer wants to leave, then let them leave. This back and forth business deters me from going back there in the future. As far as my Escape, I love it. I liked my other escape too, but the final straw was how the service department handled a delicate situation. I plan to go elsewhere for any major service repairs.

I approached AutoFair Ford on recommendation from a co-worker after dealing with a few other dealerships that seemed only interested in what's easiest and best for them. I had a situation that required some finesse and someone to look into my situation and understand it rather than just run a credit report and look at the number.
