My mom and I recently visited Lexus of Santa Monica for service on her 2016 GS 350. The service rep, Mario Rea, was the absolute best. The service at SM Lexus is always great. Mr. Rea went above and beyond to make sure that my mother was well taken care of. Thank you so much Mr. Rea for your great customer service. We will see you next time.
Great place to get your Lexus serviced. Quiet and clean waiting area with plenty of chairs and tables spread out so you can maintain distance from others. Oil changes were pretty fast when compared to other crowded dealerships. Had my brakes replaced and did the routine maintenance here.
The service department team is friendly and attentive.. the private offices and lounge area are great for working while waiting for the car service..
Took my car in for a oil change today and everyone was kind and helpful. Service was quick and super convenient to be able to make payment online. Only downside was that my car wasn't even washed. I've taken my vehicle to other Lexus dealers and I'm always happy to see my clean spotless and sometimes even with a full tank. Santa Monica Lexus sure didnt impress me.
When I got my first Lexus back in 1997, my husband and I would both get our cars serviced at this location. So I hadn't been there since maybe 2000, but I went back a week or so ago, nothing has changed, still providing quality service as well excellent customer service!!! Glad to be back with them! Shout out to Mario Rea, service advisor!!
Absolutely love coming to this location, staff is always friendly and attentive. Mario rea in service helped me get done what I needed done for my 2021 Lexus nx300.
He went above and beyond for me, and even filed a claim so I can get an alignment on my vehicle no charge. Thanks Mario for the excellent service.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I purchased my car at Lexus Santa Monica, and have had all my oil changes, warranty covered repairs, and scheduled service appointments done at their service center. Every experience I have had with Lexus Santa Monica has been a positive one! I find the staff at the service center to be very friendly, helpful and efficient! I also love the courtesy vehicle they offer during services, so I never have to miss work or other activities while my car is being worked on. They have plenty of appointment days and times and I have never had a problem getting my car in for service when necessary! I have never felt pressured to upgrade or purchase additional services when I bring my car in, either, which is a huge plus! During my most recent visit last week, Adriane Marmolejo assisted me with my service appointment. She was very friendly and helpful. Adriane called me right after my service was complete and gave me the results of the inspection and provided me with the details of what had been done on my car. I look forward to working with her again at my next scheduled service! Keep up the great work, Lexus Santa Monica! :)
Can't give them 5 stars but my experience started at 0. Took my car in for regular service 6/15 and was told I needed new tires. Agreed to buy new tires from them but was told it would take 2 days for tires to come in. No communication from them until I call Friday and was told Tuesday 6/22 they'd be ready. Then Wednesday. Finally picked up the car today - 9 days later.
What bumped my review was Sam's (Service Manager) response when I escalated. He called back regularly and was up front and straight with me on the situation. And he discounted the labor charge and filled up my car with gas - that's good customer service.
Having said all that, service centers need to do a MUCH better job communicating to customers about part shortages. If you read the news you know what's going in the Auto industry but please COMMUNICATE BETTER with customers. We'll understand if you are honest.
Because of Sam, I will take my car back there for it's next service appt.
My experience at Lexus Santa Monica turned out to be very good thanks to Miguel Santiago. I had procrastinated taking the car in knowing that it might be an expensive repair job. Miguel was courteous, knowledgeable, and did an excellent follow through in making sure my car was serviced properly. And once the job was started there was no problem in immediately receiving a loaner vehicle. I am satisfied with the job and the customer service!
Just wanted to leave a quick review because everyone is always so helpful and friendly here. Usually bringing your car in for service is the kind of thing you put off and it's not enjoyable but they made it so easy and the waiting room is great with a big tv playing the news and coffee. Overall just really great! Thank you!
I like going to this dealership. From the very start of my Lexus ownership the staff at the sales and service departments have treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. I had visited other dealers closer to my home but the reception I received ranged from ambivalence to cold dismissal. Not so with this dealership.
Sam was a great help during my last visit.
I will continue to use the Lexus Santa Monica service for car maintenance as well as consider Lexus Santa Monica sales when purchasing my next vehicles.

Lexus Santa Monica is the best service center. All the staff are courteous and professional. The waiting lounge and restrooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Most important of all is my service advisor, Richard Doherty.
He listens to my request and definitely gives all my options. His recommendation allowed me to make the right decision. Richard is very friendly, patience, and concise. I feel very fortunate to trust Richard and his team with my car. Great experienceI highly recommend this service center.
For years I have had a great experience doing my car maintenance at the Lexus Santa Monica Service Center. Over time, I developed high trust with my service rep, Angel. We recently bought a new Lexus, in part because of my years of true satisfaction with him and the service center. Now he has moved on and I just began with Juan Carlos who is also terrific, friendly, helpful and detail oriented. The only reason my review is not 5 star is because the cashier team on my last visit was, I guess, distracted. Normally it would not have mattered that it took me over 40 minutes to check out with them after finishing with Juan Carlos , but I happened to be in a big hurry that day. I understand that things take time, but the cashier team was taking people out of order and fielding non-urgent personal phone calls in the middle of my transaction. Juan Carlos came to my rescue and I finally got waited on. I have normally had such a consistently good experience here, I don't want to make this some kind of rant. I simply hope that Lexus will be inspired to refocus that team on excellent service like I have received so many times before.
My service rep, Angel Vasquez, is always terrific. He does everything to make the process as easy as possible. Lexus Santa Monica Service Center has always been great. I got a loaner car, my service was finished exactly when Angel said it would be, and Angel texted me when the car was ready to be picked up. I appreciated the car wash. Very good experience.
Angel Vasquez took great care of us at our recent service appointment. He was very helpful, and made sure that he kept me up to date via text about when our car would be ready. We will definitely be on the lookout for him next time we visit the Lexus Santa Monica Service Center - he is a real pro!
Santa Monica Lexus service center has been consistently the best service center I have ever worked with. Rafeal Navarro was kind, courteous and informative. He was patient and thorough when describing what our car needed. He called us promptly and had our car ready, of course clean and in great shape in no time. We dropped our car off the morning of New Year's Eve and it was ready by lunch time. Thanks for so many years of extraordinary service. Great coffee and snacks, too!
Very pleased with Lexus Santa Monica. Everything from the ease of use of the website to schedule an appointment, to the customer service upon arriving. I was assigned Mr. Ray James as my consultant. He was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. He was very accessible by cellular phone, and was very responsive to texts regarding updates with my vehicle's service needs.
I have to say that because of the service and quality treatment at Santa Monica, I will more than likely purchase another Lexus vehicle there in future.

I brought my car in for its 20,000 mile check up. I was introduced to George Connolly and he took me immediately. We went through the necessary information quickly and George was humorous, respectful and efficient. My rental car was waiting. The next day, when I returned the rental and picked up my car, I was met by George who again was courteous, efficient and warm. My own car was ready and
it took only minutes to retrieve it.
My experience with George Connolly was the best one I have had in my 20 plus years of owning a Lexus. There was no wait and absolutely no hassle.
I have absolutely no reservation about recommending him when you visit Lexus.
On line appointment procedure, fresh coffee and a clean restroom! Ray James, my service manager, took care of my recall promptly! They let me use a brand new Lexus SUV for the day and when my car was finished I received notification promptly. NO CHARGE!
My car needed additional work but I appreciated not having to suffer through a hi-pressure sell. Mr. James pointed out the issues with my car and told me to bring the car in when I was ready. Great service and quality care.

For years, I've experienced excellent service from Tim Nelson at Lexus. He has always been accommodating with all my needs. It is reassuring to have his friendly face and pleasant personality greet me each time I need service. I know I can always trust him with his suggestions and knowledge of servicing my car. Great guy!
Always excellent service at Santa Monica Lexus. Obviously a very good "repair staff" with special emphasis on the service manager with whom I deal, Angel Vasquez. Angel always presents himself with the two major areas that attract and keep the agency's customers, courtesy and concern re my needs. He literally "spells out" what may be required to maintain/repair the Lexus I have brought in that day (we have two).

As always my experience at Lexus was top notch. This includes the few moments it took for someone to get George Connolly to sign me in. George is always pleasant and efficient. Again, I was so pleased with the quick rental car availability so I was on my way very quickly.

I visited this Lexus service center for the first time, and I had an excellent experience! I have been happy with the local Honda dealership for the past several years, so I wondered how Lexus would compare. Instantly, I was impressed with the level of friendliness, courtesy, and amenities. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly associate (Eddie) who was kind enough to show me around and introduce me to a helpful parts manager (Eric). I even met the service manager (Daniel) who couldn't have been nicer. During my visit, they took care of me -- and my car. I feel confident this staff strives for superior customer service, so I will gladly recommend the Santa Monica Lexus Service Center, and I will certainly return to this location in the future.
My favorite car dealership - for sales and service --been coming for years because of customer service and recommend to all my friends who have Lexus cars- Even one friend who came with me ending trading her car by another maker and bought a Lexus on the spot. My service rep Richard Doherty provided me with years of excellent customer service , follow-up with data and expressed genuine concern for any issues. My service specialist Irving Ferreira was very professional and cautious.
I was called by Lexus with a reminder to bring my car in for scheduled maintenance. Although I was caught in traffic and was late for my appointment, they were accommodating. They update you with a text message during the service and when you car is ready. I was out in good time.
I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by Angel Vasquez, at Lexus Santa Monica. I have interfaced with many service advisors from multiple dealers over my lifetime. Without a doubt; Angel has been the Best Service Advisor I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to him, he was professional and responded quickly regarding my concerns. Angel, worked well with me to discuss my needs and quickly followed through. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on my expectations, right through to the delivery of my vehicle, as well as the subsequent follow-up to ensure I was a happy customer.

George Connolly at Lexus of Santa Monica is a perfect example of "good customer service", courteous, professional and personable. When I offered him my key, he immediately offered a simple change in my placement of the key ring which made it much easier to separate the keys for valet service. It is the little things that count. He was efficient and fast, getting my car set up in the system and arranged a loaner car with a minimum of fuss. When my car was ready, I received a call from him and was able to pick it up in really good time. The whole experience was effortless, thanks George!
Over the Thanksgiving Holiday the battery on our Lexus ES 350 died
while we were visiting from our home in San Luis Obispo. I was able to easily secure a service appointment for the following Friday morning
and was assisted by Miguel Santiago. He recognized the stress I was
under visiting on vacation with the loss of our car and quickly resolved
my ability to secure a loaner while our car was repaired-he also advised

I have been taking my car to Santa Monica Lexus Service center for over 10 years. Ray James my service advisor is always upfront and honest about what service needs to be done. The rest of the team from the staff who greets you to the cashiers are always very pleasant.
My car experience with Lexus Santa Monica, and most recently working with Ray James, was exceptional. I made an online appointment, they were there to meet me and were expecting me. Ray came right out, was quick, to the point, warm and efficient. I signed up online for more services than what I needed and Ray let me know that. I was given a loaner car and the entire experience was like I was at a 5 star resort with the services and the warmth shared to me.
I made an appointment with Angel Vasquez via email for front and rear brake replacement. I was greeted by Angel Vasquez at exactly 7am and he quickly got me in a loaner car. An hour later he contacted me telling me what the car needed done and wanted to get my approval. Angel communicates when he can and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. I would recommend him to anyone looking to service their Lexus.

I was greeted shortly after arriving by Heidi Cabrera. She was very helpful and knowledgeable concerning my needs. I was impressed with her efficiency and was out of the shop just a few minutes after I arrived. I purchased my ES350 at Santa Monica Lexus right off the showroom floor in 2012. I've been taking it there for maintenance service ever since because they do a wonderful job and treat me like they care. This time I was there for my 90k service and my service advisor, Rafael Navarro, was especially kind and helpful. He was considerate, helpful and kind and because of employees like him I will continue to do business there even though I live 70 miles away now.
I have dealt exclusively with Angel Vasquez since I first obtained my Lexus ES 350 over 3 1/2 years ago.
Not only has he been assiduously fair and educational to me, but he has also made himself available for questions and problems even when I'm not in the Service bay, and has saved me many trips to the Service center just by rationally and fairly evaluating the situation over the phone.
I give Angel the HIGHEST marks and most strongly recommend him as wonderfully fair and honest, as well as being incredibly helpful, available, and educational to me.

I recently went to the Lexus Santa Monica Service Center to get new brake pads. My service manager was Adriane Marmolejo. She did an excellent job overseeing the repair of my car and keeping me up to date on the progress. I especially appreciated that she told me only the front brakes needed replacing so I didn't spend more than was required. I will definitely request her on my next visit.
David Cuevas was excellent in managing the service of my car. He was incredibly thorough and took care of an item I was missing from my purchase day. Manny in parts was amazing before I even arrived at Service, he even followed up with a phone call to let me know the status of another item. These guys run a smooth, professional experience! Everyone in the Service department was on their game. Including the parts, back desk checkout and loaner teams. I live in West Hollywood but will go to Santa Monica for service!
I've been to Santa Monica Lexus service center a few times, and each time has been a smooth, efficient, pleasant experience. Everyone knows what they're doing - their systems are well designed - and the customer experience is a breeze. Can't recommend it highly enough!
Johnny Mancillas from Lexus in Santa Monica was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. He really listened to my concerns and made sure that my car was serviced in a timely manner. He also made sure I received a loaner vehicle and when my vehicle was ready, delivered it to my front door. You just don't get that type of service and attention anymore. He was professional, thorough & knowledgeable throughout the whole process of entering me as a new customer and explaining the service that will be done & upcoming services that will be needed. Since day one my service Rep has been Ray James. And he still treats us with the same respect and commitment as when we first walked through the doors. It would be easy for him after 3+ years to not go above and beyond anymore. He is very knowledgable and helpful. He is very patient when i ask the same questions over and over again lol He always has the best interest for Lexus and the Customer in mind. Rafael Navarro was my service rep, and he took very good care of me and my Lexus 300h. Rafael noticed that my AC filter had been changed at my last service, so he removed it from the 40,000 service. Although the cost of the service was high due to the need for wheel alignment and new wiper rubber blades, Rafael made sure I was aware of the additional costs and applied a 10% discount coupon to my labor costs. My car has under 14,000 miles on it, so I was surprised at the high cost of this particular service. But Rafael provided excellent service.
This was my 1st visit since I purchased my 2019 in December 2018 and I must say it was a fabulous experience all the way around! They have a very nice waiting area with lots of smart treats,coffee,teas,soda and water for you to enjoy while waiting for you car. They also offer a outside patio with a mini golf course to use.
I was also impressed with my service advisor Buddy he was professional and helpful with all of my questions

Jose Gamboa was very professional throughout my recent experience with Santa Monica Lexus. As I needed a new tire I was given the same price as if I would've bought it at Costco. He kept me informed at various times when the car would be ready for pickup. And as Santa Monica Lexus policy I was given a loaner car while my car was being serviced. The car was ready when I got there and it continues to drive beautifully.
Lexus Santa Monica Service Center has for the last 15 years consistently provided superior service. Their team of exceptional professionals always greets me upon arrival, processes my service request efficiently, and quickly sends me on my way in a nice loaner vehicle. Angel Velasquez has handled my last few services. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and friendly, Mr. Velasquez always keeps me informed of the progress of a service throughout the process. Nothing extra is ever done without my being consulted first.
Patrick Levenson is an excellent advisor at Lexus Santa Monica. i had brought our 2008 IS 250 in for a Recall...he also asked me if my car ever experienced a hard idle...I replied "yes, it often times feels as if the car is going to stall." Patrick mentioned there might also be a fix covered by Lexus if they could recreate the issue....and thanks to him mentioning this, we save thousands of dollars in the future. His professionalism and personal care were very much appreciated.

It was a pleasure working with my service consultant Mario Gonzalez. He was most of all very efficient and effective in explaining what needed to be done and why. The experience will keep me coming back to Lexus of Santa Monica for my service needs. After hearing all the horror stories, form people and their auto service experience, I can honestly say, I've never felt that way while dealing with Mario and Lexus of Santa Monica.

Since Mario has taking such good care of me that I decided to stick with Santa Monica Service. Mario and Santa Monica Lexus service are the best in the region. I have been bring all my Lexus vehicles to Santa Monica Lexus for services (2006 IS250, 2010 RX350 and now my 2013 RX350). Mario Gonzalez is like my personal service guru, he has taken care of my vehicles with tender loving care. He knows how busy I am so he completes my check in seamless and quickly. He calls me as soon as my vehicle is ready and my car is always clean....love it and love him....I'm pretty sure he gives everyone the same service; however I still consider him my "personal" service guy and the first go to guy for service!!!!!
Maybe I will be more impressed next time, but coming from another dealer Lexus SM was a major disappointment. First, my GPS took me to the sales lot and not service. If there was something really wrong, this would have been catastrophic. While the actual service was good, the overall customer experience was poor in comparison to what I was accustomed. The loaner car process felt like I was a deadbeat getting a nicer car (when I own the second most expensive car in the fleet). I get filling the car with gas (came from dealer who did not ask you to), but the way they approached it was strange. Just did not feel like a Lexus experience should.
Love my new Lexus! Good customer service and professional staff. My initial contact with Lexus of Santa Monica was rocky, but the professional demeanor and responsiveness of Brian Columbia with my daughter drew me into the dealership. Eamon Cohen was very helpful and knowledgeable of the car features. I utilized my Credit Union auto broker for financing and Joshua Mojtahedi helped to make the transaction run very smoothly.
Adriane Maemolejo was fantastic from the moment she greeted me at the car with her beautiful smile. She explained everything, made sure the shuttle was ready for me and the entire process was perfect. Thank you SM Lexus for hiring such amazing people. Service on my car was great too.
I am completely pleased by the speed and quality of the service here. I always get a little pain in my stomach when I need to go get maintenance on my car from past bad experiences. However, now that I have a new car from Lexus, I've been treated 100x better than the other place I use to go with my last car.
For regular maintenance on my new car it took a little over an hour and they wash and vacuum as well. I was greeted when I drove in and then taken to a sit down desk area where they processed my information. The gentleman who helped me was fantastic. Told me about the waiting area and also the private rooms in case I need to study or read.

I have been taking my car to Lexus Santa Monica for service since it was new; it's a 2004. I might be able to do it cheaper but I know that I am taking my car where it belongs. The car has given me good service so it deserves the best in return. The last few times I have been taken care of by Adriane Marmolejo who, with her knowledge of both people and cars, is a pleasure to work with. Now, I always ask for her as I know that I will get the care that I deserve.
Ray James was a wonderful adjunct to my getting the best and most expedient service possible. He addressed my concerns with patience and kindness as well as a confident expertise. He made sure I had a rental car when he learned the service couldn't be addressed as promptly as had been promised by phone. I was in and out quickly and returned the car on Monday. I brought my car to the Santa Monica Lexus service center yesterday without an appointment. The person who greeted me could not figure out the problem and referred me to Patrick Levenson. Angel Vasquez was very helpful during my 40,000 mile service on my ES350.
In the beginning, I wasn't very happy because the recommended tire change for all four tires which costs over $1000. It turns out that this price is about right, and I really did need the tire change.
Also, the ES300h I got for the day for free while my car was in service was great. I expected to get a car that are cheaper than mine, but the newer ES300h with much better equipment is clearly more expensive than my car, and I really enjoyed driving a hybrid for a day.
In general, good service, price is about right.
My interaction with Lexus Santa Monica Service has been exclusively with Angel, and for that, I am incredibly thankful.

Lexus Santa Monica Service has taken care of our cars for over 10 years and the customer service is always very good. I did not imagine that it could get better until I was fortunate to select Heidi Cabrera as my service representative. Not only did she take care of the required maintenance of my ISC 250, she requested I take a test drive with the Technician Manager, who also gave outstanding service in assessing a minor issue with my convertible top. Communication and follow up was beyond my expectation during this visit and I will certainly request Heidi when we bring in our RX-250 next week!

I bought tires at Lexus last year. Within 12 months, I had a tire punctured by a garden take on the freeway. I was able to obtain a new tire when I approached Angel Vaszuez with the information and he handled it immediately by getting everyone that was needed involved.
I was able to get what I wanted and will always utilize the services of this dealership for all of my service needs for the 2007 ES350.
When I first arrived, I was directed to an area where there was no one to greet me or assist me. As I was trying to find my way, a gentlemen, later identified as Ray James made contact with me. Mr. James assisted me with the service of my vehicle. He was polite, courteous and very professional. He actually greeted me and directed me to the area to be helped. Amazingly it was he was assisted me. Not only did he take good care of my vehicle and I, his ability to connect with me as a person was great. This was my second visit to this service department and because of Mr. James, I will return for service. Actually, the first time was just average, cold and lacked a personal touch that I thought a car dealership should have. The sells person that sold me the vehicle spoke of the service department as if it walked on water, I was not happy after my first visit, and my vehicle was cleaned properly. However, Mr. James helped my confidence in the service department. He responded and contacted me in the waiting area after my service was complete and told me what was found with my vehicle, nothing thank God.
Mind you, my vehicle is extremely nice, but service is very important to me. If everyone was greeted like Mr. Ray James greeted me, you service department will flourish. However, if it had continued to have the same attitude that occurred the first time, I would have sold or traded the vehicle in.
I am thankful that Mr. James assisted me. I hope that there will be a long happy relationship between Mr. James and I. He is an asset to your service department. I hope you help others to contact people with the same service, smile and professionalism that Mr. James greeted me. By the way, my vehicle was cleaned very nicely.

I've had my Lexus HS250h for 7 years now and the best part of getting my car serviced at Lexus Santa Monica is not the warm ambiance of their waiting area (with comfy leather seats, complimentary chocolate chip cookies, tea or cappuccino...and at times, even bagel and cream cheese), the best part of this otherwise cumbersome experience is my service manager Angel Vasquez. Always overwhelmed but always friendly, Angel is Lexus' very own "Speedy Gonzales" and "Energizer Bunny" wrapped in one. Angel gets things done efficiently and always with a courteous smile. The day that Angel is no longer my service manager is the day I will consider other makes of car. He's an asset to Lexus and I truly hope Lexus will give him the recognition he so richly deserves. Heidi Cabrera was terrific from the first moment I walked into the center. She was friendly and smiling and eager to help. We worked out a convenient way for me to leave my car there. She expedited my service and made sure I had a speedy exit when I returned. My car was clean and all ready and she even helped me clean my mats. Then she wen the extra distance and took pics of me in my car.

The Lexus Santa Monica Service Center is my favorite, and I've been to a bunch of them. I take my car here whenever I come to Los Angeles, in preference to other Lexus centers. Angel Vasquez, who I've been working with for years, is thorough and professional, and the work crew does a good job, while the people at the front desk also have a great attitude.
My family is a big fan of the Lexus brand, and has been going to the Lexus Service center for many years. Doug Elliot has always taken great care of us. As much as it can be a drag when things come up with my car, Doug always has a warm presence and makes me feel welcome from the time I walk in until the moment I drive away.

Although I generally use my own mechanic who handles all my cars, Lexus of SM called me to replace the defective air bag in my Lexus. Carlos Palacios took care of me and (1) Gave me a correct run down of what was to be done and how long it would take; (2) called and sent a text when the car was finished; (3) alerted me to my need for a new battery and suggested one that was fairly priced; (4) called again when the car was done. He was efficient and professional along with being warm and friendly.
I would highly recommend Lexus Santa Monica for service. My service adviser, Angel Vasquez, did an amazing job on all levels and goes out of his way to keep the customer informed though out the day about the progress on their car. I would highly recommend this service center to any Lexus driver.

My experience at the Lexus Service Center could not have been better. What is generally a less-than-pleasant time spent waiting was made bearable by my service pro, Alex Anaya, who lived up to his word on every segment of my service requirements. Couldn't ask for anything more!
Johnny Mancillas , the Lexus rep, took care of us very efficiently. My Husband requested a certain type of loaner car which he got for him. Since our car needed several days at Lexus, this was very important. He kept in touch until we picked up our car. We would use him again as the work and his attitude are excellent.
Ray James was wonderful. He was courteous, efficient and explained everything to me.
He said my car would be ready between 1 and 3 pm even thought I brought in the car
about 10:30 am. This is one of the few times that my car was ready when the rep said
it would be ready.

I received a recall notice on my 2015 200 NXt. I contacted Angel Vasquez and he had me bring the car in that day. He had a loaner for me and off I went. There was a slight
delay with the part needed and the repair took a day or two longer. No inconvenience.
Angel kept my updated and finally notified me that the service had been completed.
The car was ready upon arrival at the service center and been washed and a small service performed. Angel is a true professional and he makes the service experience
trouble free.
Johnny was outstanding from start to finish. I called to make an appointment for service a week before and Johnny made it easy, giving me the exact date and time I requested immediately. On the day of service, Johnny met me promptly, completed my paperwork quickly and had me on my way in a very short period of time. I needed my car later that morning and asked if it would be possible to have the maintenance work completed by 10:30 AM. Johnny assured me that he would accommodate this request (my car was actually ready at 9:00 AM). The work was excellent and Johnny saw to it that EVERYTHING was performed perfectly from start to finish. I will definitely return to Lexus Santa Monica for future service and request to work with Johnny.

Thank you to the whole Lexus team. I'm always impressed with the speed and courtesy of the staff. I came in with a problem with the doorlock. Within 15 minutes I left the lot in a complimentary courtesy car, and the problem with my car was corrected within 24 hours. When I returned to retrieve my car, it was washed and ready for me. All car dealers could learn a lot from the professionalism of the staff here in Santa Monica.
I recently took my new 2016 RX in for a minor front bumper guard repair. I have no idea how the front bumper clip broke or if I purchased the car with the damage. I was greeted with the usual courtesy, which I’ve come to enjoy, and my service advisor Ray James was also very courteous and professional. He complimented me on my purchase and as actually taken back as to why I was bring my car in. I showed him the bumper and he looked over the car for any evidence of damage. He said he would have the technicians look over the car and let me know. To make a long story short Lexus repaired my car at no charge. Ray James presented my case to Lexus and they “replaced the bumper guard as goodwill in the interest of customer satisfaction”. This is my 4th Lexus and Santa Monica Lexus has been servicing my vehicles for over 10 years; thank you Ray.

I brought by Lexus CT200 in for a 30,000 mile service. Johnny Mancillas was the service advisor I was assigned to. Nice guydidn't make a hard sell for any additional work. Lexus service always treats customers royally, beautiful surroundings, great coffee, tasty cookies, and they offer you a free car to use.
But that all does come with a price. My bill was $554.31, and that included a 15% labor discount coupon. The only thing that had to be repaired was a nail in a tire. Everything else was routine maintenance. Its wonderful to be treated like a King but just remember that kingly treatment comes with a kingly price.
This dealership has been nothing but the best car dealership experience we've ever had in over 60 years of driving between both my husband and myself. I just moved to LA from Aspen, CO, so this was my first experience dealing with the Lexus service department. I came in for a 10,000 mile service, and Jose Gamboa helped me in the most friendly and efficient way possible. I have been driving a Lexus for the last 18 years, and this was the best service I have ever gotten. I was considering buying a different kind of car next Spring, but now I am convinced I better stay with Lexus. The quality of service Mr. Gamboa provided is extremely important to me. My car battery died on a Friday afternoon. AAA gave me a jump start and I drove to Lexus Santa Monica since the battery was still under warranty. Angel Vasquez was very helpful as I had no appointment. After a 30 minute wait, he confirmed the battery needed replacing but the damaged terminal was not in stock. He gave me the option of leaving the car overnight with a complimentary loaner. I was able to complete my errands and returned Saturday when the car was ready. Thank you!

I recently scheduled an appointment at the Lexus Santa Monica Service Center for the 30K mile maintenance. Oscar Najera was professional and very nice with me as he started the service order. When I told him that I needed new tires but was concerned with the price at Lexus, he immediately told me that they would price match any online offer. Together we checked online and found a much better price that Mr Najera happily honored. Mr Najera or his assistant called me daily to give me updates and then to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up.
I will return to Mr Najera and Lexus Santa Monica and I would recommend to my friends and family.

I bought my LS 400 in 1990 at Lexus Santa Monica and have had it serviced there ever since. The service has always been great. My current service advisor, Johnny Mancillas, is always helpful and available. I cannot imagine taking the care elsewhere.

I'd been going to Longo Lexus for years before switching to Santa Monica. Setting up an appointment here was effortless. My customer service rep was Adriane Marmolejo. She was quick, considerate, and competent. I waited for about 2.5 hours, enjoying a few espressos while watching Trump address the nation about the Charlottesville incident on the flatscreen in the waiting area. I went in for scheduled maintenance, but also to fix a recall issue. Adriane let me know that I'd receive a free tank of gas for recall related repairs, in addition to the complimentary car wash. So they topped me off and I was on my way. I'll be back in 5K miles!
Tim is my service advisor at Santa Monica Lexus and is nothing short of fantastic. They can always find an appointment in a reasonable time frame and even fill your tank w/ gas when you bring your vehicle in for recall work.
Doug Elliot was such a life saver today. My car battery died on my last night, this morning he had it in the shop first thing, replacing the battery and fixing the squeak in my brakes, both under warranty. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. This was my first visit to Lexus in Santa Monica but as long as Doug is there, I will be back everytime!
I brought my nearly-brand-new ES350 in because of scrapes on the bumper. Heidi Cabrera was my Service Advisor, and she handled it quickly and expertly. She introduced me to your fixer, gave me a quote, and provided a loaner car. She phoned as soon as my car was ready and walked me through the pick-up. I drove away three days after my first visit with a new Lexus, again!

He was nice and willing to sell me new rear tires that they can mount (unlike another dealer who refused to mount them on my aftermarket rims) for a price he will beat. I already ordered it before coming here so, we will see next time I need some.
My service rep at Lexus is Jose Gamboa - he is the reason I would consider getting another Lexus - I wouldn't want to lose Jose! He always takes care of whatever my car's problem is - he then goes over it to make sure it won't recur, and he doesn't rake me over the coals the way a typical dealership will - he is always more than fair, and he always takes really good care of me!

Thanks to a jammed garage door, my 2006 Lexus RX 450h was parked on the street during the intense rain event in Venice last Monday night. Tuesday, my car wouldn't turn over. I am fairly familiar with electronics and thought it might work again if it had a time to dry out, but knew that it would need to be checked by your service department. I called the cell for my last service consultant, but by late afternoon I had not received a return message (he no longer works for you) so I called the receptionist and asked for her to make an appointment on Wed AM for me. When she asked whom I would like to make it with, I asked her to recommend someone nice -- i.e., a good soul. And that person was Patrick Levenson -- and BTW, he is.
My car is old by body/gizmo standards, but has less than 60K miles on it because I work out of my house and fly when I travel (and was derailed by a serious illness for about 3 years). However, my current activities require that I can reliably arrive at designated times for meetings. I do expect to lease or buy a new car, but was hoping to wait a couple of years before making that commitment, as I expect that the technology will be significantly improved in that timeframe.
Patrick "got it." It turns out that thanks to some debris in the sunroof and flooding of the pan, water had permeated my entire car. When telling him about what I would ideally like, he said that for $175 he could let me know what it might cost to get the old girl running again. The tech wound up pretty much taking the car apart and thought that no major part had been damaged, but that it would cost about $1,090 to dry it out, re-assemble, and retest. And that's what happened. I had my car back by Friday afternoon.

I went here last weekend for my 5k mile service. I ended up arriving 30mins before my appointment and was still taken care of right away. I was greeted by Ray James who made this trip quick and easy. He answered all the questions I had and made sure I was comfortable. He even did a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything went well. Very cool and professional.
The very polite general manager lead his people by his professional example thus resulting in excellent service by the technicians and by the courteous administrative staff. The overall milieu is well maintained and scrubbed clean. I truly enjoy the comfortable waiting area, time passes fast.

Because of the service I reeceive at Lexus Santa Monica I am spoiled and, from now on, do not want to own another brand of car. They are prompt, courteous, efficient and communicative with customers when you do need service, but the best thing about a Lexus is that it is so reliable that things rarely go wrong. I came in for a minor regular service and got Chris Young when my regular contact was not available (even though I got an email from him thanks to the Lexus of Santa Monica over-automated email system). I had a problem with one of the sensors in my rear bumper. I explained it to Chris and he said he would check it out. It turned out to be pretty complicated. There is some real confusion here as between what I was told was $215 part and the estimate of over $3000 that Chris got when he pursued this for me. He appreciated how unreasonable this seemed on its face and offered to pursue it further for me. Considering I had never dealt with him before and technically was assigned to another service writer, this was service above and beyond the call of duty.
My 9-year old LS460 encountered a serious problem (after a bad JUMP following a battery problem) with the hard drive supporting our Nav System and the controls surrounding the video console. Following consultations with my mechanic, my tech buddies, and the online bulleting boards...everyone pointed me to go back to the dealer. While I was hesitant...Angel Vasquez ("my guy") at Santa Monica Lexus, assured me that a timely repair was possible. Upon picking up my beautifully cleaned car, I discovered EVERYTHING working properly...the NAV System was totally restored. Whether it's my leased car...or owned car, I'm convinced that SM Lexus outshines everyone else!

I was helped this time by a guy named Dan Smith. I have had a problem since I leased the car that I have, with the tires getting leaks repeatedly. I have never had a car where I experienced this. It has been enormously frustrating to repeatedly bring the car in and have nobody help me that is able to explain this. Dan immediately explained the problem, and took care of fixing it (the rims were the problem, and he replaced them). He was smart, on top of it, and completely honest. I'll be leasing another car from Lexus because of the experience that I had with him.

My car fab/key had been lost by the valet at UCLA Santa Monica hospital. I called Lexus service and I was connected to Mario Gonzalez. Our 2010 450H Lexus is proving to have an intermittent problem that results in the car loosing power. This has happened three times requiring tows to the dealership. Lexus Santa Monica has proven to be an exemplary dealership regarding dealing with the problem. Twice they have offered to run extensive diagnostics and road tests -- at their expense - to try to locate the problem that is recorded in the computer logs but proving evasive to identify thus fix. This high level of service is being led by Angel Vasquez. He has been tireless in following up, advocating for the extended diagnostics with the service manager, and providing information. Angel consistently goes above and beyond, is knowledgeable and articulate when describing the nature of the problem at many levels of detail, and has built a high level of confidence in his abilities in this family. Angel is simply a terrific.

Overall my experience was positive once I actually started dealing with Ruben Loredo, one of the representatives there. At only 9500 miles in a brand new IS 350 Sport, my front breaks needed to be replaced ... was very surprised by this. There was unclear whether replacing the breaks would be covered by my warranty, because it was deemed "normal wear and tear" ... which I thought was BS ... not after 9500 miles on a brand new car. Ruben Loredo had the breaks replaced and waived the $350+ cost of doing so, which was awesome.
My only real complaint is that it took over 45 minutes to drop my car off and pick up a loaner ... I understand I went on my lunch break, which is a pretty busy time, but waiting that long was frustrating for sure.
Visting in the afternoon with an engine light and ragged starts. Angel Vasquez came out and greeted me at the car, took me inside to talk about why I brought it in and my goals (it's a beater of a car, 13 years old), got me a loaner while they looked it over, called me with estimates (and emailed followups), and to make it short, I felt well taken care of.

The battery stopped working and AAA jump started the battery. Jose did not want me driving around with a battery that could possible crash. I am normally not one to give bad reviews, but this visit was bad. Honestly, if this was my first visit, I would never come back. The man who greeted me was not very friendly and seemed annoyed that I was bringing my car in. The notes that were initially given over the phone were not addressed until after the car was "ready." Even the next day when I I went to pick the car up, the work had not been done and was still left waiting. The car wash was sub-par leaving me wiping of my dirty rear view mirrors before exiting so I could at least see out of them.
You arrive at your appointed time and as you park, you are asked who you have your reservation with. In my case, David Smith. He comes out immediately, takes down the mileage and then escorts you to his desk where he very attentively listens to what needs to be done and inputs that information into his computer and provides you with an estimate and then makes a loner available which is the same type of vehicle you are driving except a newer model.
David will then call you if there are additional items found that need fixing but never looks for things that don't need fixing.
Love working with David. I even have called him when driving cross country with a questions. One time the tires light turned on but they were not flat. Before driving on, talked with David who determined that it might be the altitude change. Always ready to help. Thank you David Smith.

Tim Nelson, the Lexus service consultant, gave me the best support and service during my recent visit. It's never fun when your car needs a lot of TLC. But I can always count on Tim and his head mechianic Andy to bring my car back to good "health".
All the technicians are competent and give you prompt updates. The loaner car system is great. Had Ray James last time and he was great.
Vincenzo Terroni is the best! I recently went in to get a car because I am moving from NYC to Los Angeles. I'm not super familiar with the area or commute that I will be doing every day but he took the time to explain every option to us and come up with the best plan. He spent a good part of his day discussing options and different cars/ prices with me and my family. I can't thank him enough for his help, and i'm in love with my new car!!! Tim Nelson and his team at Lexus Santa Monica take care of every detail. They do a great job of explaining what needs to be done and give you a timely schedule to get things done. Not to mention they have a fleet of loaners.
Jose Gamboa did a great job getting a defective backup camera lens replaced as well as updating the stereo system. He enlisted the assistance of the Service Manager who walked me through all of the issues I had with the vehicle and did a thorough test drive.

I went in for the 18 month/15,000 mile service, and was met immediately by Pascual Barba. I asked if it could be done while I waited, and Pascual promised he would personally manage the car through the inspection/maintenance procedure and get the car back to me completed and washed in hour and a half. I got it back 15 minutes early. Amazing service!
