I found Hasib Zazai an amazing salesperson and his customer service skills are speechless. His communication skills are really good, and he provided me with all the details of the deal. So I went to Galpin Honda trying to purchase a new car. Talked to Beverly Telmo which we arranged a meeting the night before. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Helped us figure out the best deal we can get about my Honda CRV. After 2 hours, was able to get my car and really happy with the payment. 2 Thumbs Up for Beverly!

I always practice giving credit when credit is due. Salia deserves a 5 star in service. She is persistent but in a pleasant and professional manner. I was able to get a vehicle that I need for work and fun. Might not be the best deal, but certainly the effort extended by Salia to end the transaction in a better way is more than money can buy. She helped and went out of her way to ensure I get my valuable items from my trade taken cared of. Those were gifts and important to me. She said I’m not a manager who make decisions…but I’ll do my best. I said, doing your best is good enough. You don’t have to be a manager to find solutions and help sincerely a customer. I hope you will not change and help more clients in the future. I wish you to sell more cars and gain friends. God bless.

Galpin is the largest Honda dealer for a season: they are so good. I came here for service. Starting from the gate, the guy got my appointment and printed paper quickly. A service guy then took my requests, provided advice and offered me an unexpected free oil change. Both outdoor and indoor waiting space are clean and comfortable, complementary coffee/water included. After about one and half hours, they finished work a bit earlier than original estimate. The same service guy went through their works and my vehicle conditions with me, then took my payment. So many people are here for service but they do everything in details so efficiently while I felt very comfortable through the entire process. My 5 stars here for Galpin.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for 6 years now and nearly every visit has been satisfactory. Today’s visit, however, blew all other visits out of the water. If you’re looking for an honest, extremely knowledgeable Service Advisor, you have to go see Angel Lopez! I was very close to not returning to this location (for various reasons), but after working with Angel, I refuse to go anywhere else. Go to him! You won’t be disappointed! If you want to buy or lease the car, be free of problems and and get superior service, this Galpin Honda is for you. My mom's car stopped working. I towed it to the Galpin Honda. Employee Alex processed the car, made sure I will be explained the process, checked the warranty and applied it. I was surprised of professional work and ethics of Alex. I was delivered home since the car was to stay overnight, rent a car was offered. Car was repaired in no time. The best service I ever got in ANY dealership. Thank you.

At this time, it is very difficult to find people who go above and beyond to give you honest, professional customer service, but I am inclined to give the highest praise to Marat Tumasov. The minute we arrived, he was attentive to our needs. My family and I do not feel pressured at all, and he offers us coffee. He is very polite and professional, not to mention that while we were waiting for the car to be ready, he personally offered us dinner. We left with a brand new car, a final price that was exactly as negotiated, no last-minute surprises, and a smile on our faces. As my current lease was ending, I began my search of getting into a new Honda Pilot and leasing again. The current market is crazy, and most dealerships I contacted were flat out rude, and really refused to even begin a conversation regarding trading in my current Honda Pilot and getting into a new one. UNTIL I reached out to Galpin Honda, and spoke with Jason Slifer. Jason was extremely kind and patient. He responded to all my contacts via email timely and professionally. He gave me information on the current stock, and provided me professional quotes. Jason was willing to have an open conversation and negotiation on getting me into the vehicle I was looking for and within my budget. A couple AWD models of the Pilot were in stock but just slightly out of my budget, Jason was kind enough to check incoming stock and inform me when the new vehicles were being delivered. Once they were delivered he follow up with me, and gave me the quotes accordingly. Many times I thought to myself, this is too good to be true. Could a dealership and car salesman be this great? Sure enough, Jason provided me a quote that was right there with my budget, he assured me that whats in the quote is what I would be given when I arrived at the dealership. I arrived at Galpin Honda, and the process was SMOOTH! Jason was honest, kind, fair, transparent and indeed provided me exactly what was quoted via email. The signing process was easy, and smooth. Pedro Fernandez in finance finished the deal with ease. Jason and Pedro, and all behind the scenes staff at Galpin made this process so simple, painless and truly changed the typical stereotype for the car buying experience. Galpin and Honda continue to be the winning combo! I moved to Los Angeles from NY over 10 years ago, when I moved out here I had a Honda Element and I went to Galpin traded it in for a new Honda Accord Touring and loved every minute of it. When that lease was up I stuck with Galpin because I loved the customer service and services i got on my car through Galpin. I did however decide to go with a VW Beetle this time around. I enjoyed the car but didn't enjoy not having a service plan like I did with Honda, and also it wasn't more practically car for me gas milage wise. That all being said, I went back to Honda at the end of the VW lease and I of course went to Honda Galpin. I contacted Armen and asked questions about the 2019 Insight as i had heard a lot about it online and on blogs. He was able to get me all the information about the car ahead of its release, he even made sure they had the color i wanted in stock before I even came out to the dealership. He handled everything he could over the phone and then had me in and out of the actual store faster than ever. Galpin was amazing they bought back my VW lease, and got me into my new 2019 insight with no questions asked, super simple, kept my monthly payments the same and just made it a pleasurable experience overall. I will send all my friends and family to Armen over at Galpin Honda as they are winning combo for a great car experience! Thank you again Armen Bandari for all your help! This car gets 600 mile range on a full tank and full charge! 55 miles per gallon! So efficient! Love it !

I went last week looking to possibly buy a car. I was met by Micheal Fogleman he was very nice was not pushy which I really thought was cool. He showed me a Honda CR-V which I really liked. We worked out A GREAT DEAL. I didn't feel pressured or taken advantage of. I came later in the week and met with Bill loftus. He was also great. Very informative about any questions. Made the car buying process very comfortable since this is my very 1st new car purchase. I'd also like to thank Artin in financing. He really took the time to explain and go through different types of warranties and programs Honda offers. He was also very comfortable to talk with. I went here today and I was worried because I know next to nothing about cars. But, an amazing person helped me out to get me what I wanted and offered me options on what I can get. This person was Mike Fogelman. We went on a test drive with the car I wanted and we went to the warehouse and made me pick the color I want. He is very laid back and he wanted me to call the shots. In 2017 I purchased a new Ford Fusion Hybrid SE that I was so stoked about finally being able to call my own. The following two years was spent dealing with Ford attempting to fix what turned out to be a lemon and failing. On top of being sold a broken car, the mechanics there damaged my Fusion almost every time they had it in their possession (Gashed wheels, door dents, scratches, pain chips, etc.). It was unacceptable and led to the eventual buyback of my Fusion. It was definitely time to move on and I'm so grateful for finding Galpin Honda! I had the privilege of having Thanh "T" Nguyen as my sales consultant. I've been looking for a dealership that I can trust will take care of my new 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid and I found that in Galpin. My cousin needed a new car and asked me to help him out by going to Robertson Honda. We drove up to Robertson Honda and didn't even get out of the car. We were not impressed by the selection of cars. It seemed to be a lot smaller. I have a Honda Accord and I always take my car to Galpin Honda for service. I told my cousin let's go check out Galpin Honda. He agreed. We drive to Galpin Honda and we get out of the car and before we can step on the walk way to go inside the dealership, we were welcomed by our sales person Ulysses Martinez. He definitely knows how to treat a customer. He immediately introduced himself and asked us how we're doing and if we wanted anything to drink. We got two iced coffees. My cousin test drove a Honda Civic, but wasn't too fond of the color. Ulysses didn't even blink twice. He said let's find you the color you want. We drove to another lot and found a cosmic blue that my cousin and I loved. It's a shade of blue, a shade of black and a shade of grey. Ulysses insisted my cousin test drive this one as well. My cousin test drove it and loved it. We started to talk numbers. He introduced me to the sales manager, Gorg AK. He was very pleasant, honest and a straight shooter which is definitely my style of preference. We were then taken to Mark Khaki which is the finance manager. He also was very friendly, honest and straight forward. We received everything we were promised and were extremely pleased with the service from Ulysses Martinez, sales associate, Gorg AK, sales manager and Mark Khaki, finance manager. I would definitely recommend you purchase your vehicle with them. The only recommendation I have is provide some sort of a meal/snack/nuts, etc. to your customers who are spending 20K+ on purchasing a new vehicle since you spend hours at the dealership.

Most car buying experiences from a dealer are stressful, my past experiences have been like that. I needed to find a car unexpectedly due to my 14yr old hybrid having some unexpected costly issues. I located a newer civic and from the 1st email. It was apparent that this experience would be different. Jason replied to all my emails and answered my questions. I had gone to a different honda dealership Wednesday and had a totally different experience. I met Jason Saturday morning. He took time to explain and demonstrate features of my car during the test drive, explained warranties. And he listened. Need I say I bought the car. Junior is a great sales person. Very knowledgeable and professional. No sales pressure. Watch out for Anthony in the finance department. He tries to scare you into buying add-ons (extended warranties, cancellation, etc.). Would have given a 5 star rating if it wasn't for Anthony.

Despite the first time we bought a car here, the service has gotten better, unlike the beginning. We bought a new then 2017 honda accord right off the bat we noticed a strange sound coming from the front of the car. We took the car multiple times here each time they said we were crazy. So finally, I took it to another dealership in reseda turned out it was a bearing that was in the engine that needed to be replaced so i got all the paperwork in order and took the car straight back to them. We had to push them to finally get the car serviced because it was still under warranty. We ended up getting a rental from them so we could get around. Dealerships are tricky; just know your vehicles policy, so you don't get a big bill in the end. We also had our battery and led headlights replace, which are still under warranty without any problems . Matt in service has been super helpful. We are happy with our vehicle and would recommend getting a car here anytime.

Working with Vasny was quick, easy, and painless. It was first time purchasing a vehicle, I had zero experience in how to "negotiate" or what a fair price would be and paranoid of getting sucked into a bad deal. I got none of that with Vasny and he was honest and worked with me to make sure I got the deal I thought was best for me. About 2 years ago I leased a new car from Galpin Honda, a 2018 Honda Civic, and left the dealership feeling like I received great customer service and didn’t feel pressured to make a decision without thinking it over. So, 18 months had passed and while I thoroughly enjoyed driving my Civic I had logged nearly 60k miles from my courier job. I had been debating whether I should lease-to-own my Civic after the 3 year term was up or if I should trade it and purchase a newer vehicle. After all, I had driven my car way passed the allotted 30k miles and a new car would be a fresh start. When I arrived at the dealership to explorer refinancing my Civic or trade it in I ultimately ended up purchasing a black 2019 Honda Accord and with their vast selection I easily found the color and features to fit my needs. The auto salesman, Brian Mortezaikia, was very friendly, helpful and not only answered any questions I had but also fully explained the feature set of my new vehicle. Brian made sure I was going to drive away with a new car that I would love and not regret several months later. Excellent buying experience. I used the AAA website and spotted a used Honda Fit at Galpin Honda. I made an appointment with Michael Fogelman. Michael had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived for my appointment about two hours later. I decided to buy the car. The AAA discount on the Fit was better than I expected. Although the car buying process is a long process, Michael took me to comfortable chairs to wait. He checked in with me regularly to let me know the status of my paperwork. He always offered to get a refreshment or pizza while I waited. Other Galpin employees periodically came by to make sure that I was comfortable. The car was detailed and had a full tank of gas upon delivery. Before I drove the car off the lot, Michael sat with me and explained how all the electronics worked. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I began working with Matt Jones when he contacted me regarding my request to purchase a 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L. He was very professional and offered me pricing via email like I requested. Other dealers never seemed to pay attention to my questions and failed time and again to answer them. Took my longtime friend here to buy a new car after he had a crash with a red light runner. I went to Galpin as they had the best selection of the model my friend wanted. I didn't go to five stars because I HATE the waiting for hours to complete what was a cash sale and then, you get the sales push for an extended warranty and despite my indicating from the get go that we were not interested, the employee ignored me and just continued with the sales pitch for an extended warranty company that I subsequently determined to be a ripoff... based on reviews I read. It was a little uncomfortable for my wife who's pregnant and we had a babysitter at home with our son. When we finally got to the finance guy he was ready to leave home, which I totally understand, but we felt rushed. We made a mistake with our info and he got upset at us, and I was tired from looking at numbers, so I missed a calculation on the contract. When we needed a new car I dreaded encountering their smarmy BS and at the first two dealerships, a Honda dealership in Woodland Hills and a Glendale Kia dealership, encounter it we did. I would first like to start off by saying that I never went to Galpin Honda with the intention of buying a car. Upon arriving I was greeted by a professional and knowledgeable salesman named Gilbert Jordan after discussing our needs he showed us this amazing 2015 Honda Accord sport. Like most people, I usually cringe at the thought of going to a car dealership...pushy salesmen, hours upon hours of waiting and haggling, etc. Last week I purchased a brand new 2013 Honda Civic from Galpin Honda. I don't usually write online reviews, but after having such a positive, far from typical car buying experience, I decided to write my first one about Galpin Honda. :) I chose this dealership based on the stellar reviews I received from two close friends who have purchased cars from Galpin Honda within the last two years. They referred me to Sunny, who was in Sales at the time but has since moved to the Finance department. I was introduced to Brooklyn and couldn't have asked for a better salesperson! Brooklyn was absolutely amazing...he was friendly, professional and helpful but never pushy! He helped me find a great car that perfectly fits my needs. When it was time to start the finance process, it was Sunny who took over. He explained all of the extra options but never tried to push anything on me. Brooklyn and Sunny made the entire process as quick and hassle free as possible. I will most definitely refer my friends and family to Brooklyn, and my next Honda will be purchased at Galpin! :)

I was very pleased with the experience I had with Galpin Honda. They have a nice, clean show room, a good selection of vehicles, and even an in-house mini Starbucks. There’s a lot going on at the dealership and it makes for a good atmosphere in which to do business. But, I’m writing this review mainly because I feel like I lucked out getting the salesman from whom I eventually purchased the vehicle, Nareck (who goes by “Nick”). Not being in a rush to buy (I’m walking distance to work), and wanting to do a careful job on such a major purchase, I did a lot of comparison shopping at several dealerships in the weeks leading up to signing. Salesmen can vary from aloof to pushy, abrasive to slick, and can be on average less knowledgeable about both what cars are available, as well as their features, than I originally thought. Refreshingly, Nick was attentive, genuine, and was keen on helping me figure out what exactly I wanted out of a car. He knew every tiniest feature of the vehicles I was interested in and was able to answer any question I had about the vehicles in detail. In discussing the closing, both he and his manager were straight and direct, which I very much appreciated. So, while I had originally planned to buy near home in Pasadena, I decided to sign at Galpin in Mission Hills. The good experience I had with this purchase didn’t end there. I wasn’t able to take possession of the vehicle immediately after signing as there was no way to get both my new car and the rental car home and parked legally in Pasadena (which has strict overnight on-street parking laws). To make a long story short, Nick seemed most interested in making sure I was happy and really went out of his way to make my taking possession of the vehicle easy. Calling me the next day to see how I’m getting along with the car was also a nice touch. All in all, I’m extremely pleased with my experience and highly recommend it. If I stay in the area long enough to need another car, I will be back at Galpin to ask Nick what they’ve got.

Ended up getting 0% APR on a 2016, and when I think about all the extras and things that came with my car, I'm very satisfied with my deal. My sales consultant JC Calderon was the best and a class act. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and I always felt like he was on my side. I had two different experiences with the sales managers. The first was great. He didn't BS me and offered me a great deal but I said I needed the night to think it over. When I came back in the next day, I dealt with a different sales manager who made me start all over again with the negotiation and I was never able to get back to the previous day's figures. my wife and I were looking to trade in her 2007 car for a newer use car because of our sub par credit score. we started at the dealer where we had bought five new cars from, only to be declined. The dealer was not unable to offer enough on trade in. the following evening we drove by galpin and stopped to look at the used inventory. we were greeted by Brooklyn, who was friendly and very customer centric. Brooklyn showed us a couple used cars. I explained our dilemma about trade in and credit. To my surprise he asked if we we interested in a new car. Looking story short, Brooklyn got our trade in paid off and and we were able to leave the dealership with a brand new car. The best part, the rate we received was just under 4%. We were given a great deal at a great rate and Brooklyn worked his behind off to make it happen. I went from buying five new Toyota's to purchasing my first Honda and I plan on going back to purchase my second cat from them in the near future. The deal was great, but nothing beats excellent customer service. I would have bought the used car from Galpin even if they could not have made that deal Another Great Deal and Excellent Experience Here we are again, one month later and I just purchased a second car from Galpin Honda. I was hesitant to purchase another car so soon but decided to give it a shot anyway. I went in looking for a used car as I was pre-approved by my credit union. The selection for used cars was adequate, but being end of year, I could not find a car I wanted. I worked with the same Sales Rep Brooklyn... If you purchase a Car from Galpin Honda ask for Brooklyn. He is friendly, attentive, fair and will work hard for you as the customer. This was my experience with him when we purchased our first car in November 2012 and again for the purchase of my second car. Buying two Brand New cars with in a month of each other is not easy, but Brooklyn was able to get both deals done... While my second deal took longer to complete, Brooklyn made it happen with the help if his Management Team. I was able to purchase a 2013 Honda Accord Sport... Loving the Car and this from a formerly very Loyal Toyota Owner (8 New cars purchased). Brooklyn service and Galpin Honda's willingness to work with me and make the deals happen converted me to a Proud Honda Owner. I would highly recommend you at least talk to them before purchasing your next car. Andre is an amazing human being! I called in near the end of the day on Friday because my check engine light had turned on, and he said that they would be able to check for any problems and let me know if my car was safe to drive or if I should leave it overnight. He was very polite and kind over the phone. Upon arrival, he helped get my car checked in right away and let me know about their complimentary drink service. He got my car back to me after half an hour just like he said he would. Very quick service, especially for a Friday evening! The purchase experience at Galpin was good. I like the idea of their keep it new program, but I have since found out that they will not repair even the most minuscule scratch on a bumper-it has to be on a metal surface of the car. So basically none of the tiny minuscule scrapes you might get on the rear of your car will be repaired with this program. That's a let down. also when you go to get your car serviced there they give you one free coffee, which is very different than our old Toyota dealership which had unlimited free coffee and donuts and water and fruit.
