I had a lot of fun, for a car buying experience. Breana was amazing, she provide great conversation and made sure she let me and my son know what was going on at all times. She even made sure, when I got a check engine light, that my car got serviced right away so I would not have to pay. It has been running so nicely. Car buying is never fun but it was exciting and enjoyable. Thank you to all the team that participated in getting me the car I really want, and not the car I always settle for.

I went in for an oil change and to get a headlight replaced. I was late 10 minutes, but it wasn't a problem, my advisor was ready. He helped out by explaining the service code I was getting. I had air filters and spark plugs due as well. I agreed to all, and he was able to cut the cost on the air filters, which helped a bit.
If you're waiting on your car, be aware they are in a temporary building (same location), which is fine. Everyone there was very nice. Service took a little longer than expected, but it was a great experience overall.

Loved our salesman! He was fantastic! Never felt pressure. He understood exactly where we were coming from. We went to 4 dealerships after AutoNation and we came back there because of the customer service and the price. You just can't beat it. Seriously had the easiest time with our purchase. That's something to be said with our 8 week old baby with us. Can't recommend this place enough. Love our 2022 Honda Pilot!!

We stopped in Autonation Honda East looking for a car. This wasn't our first stop in our search but we didn't feel the regular "used car salesperson" feel we had at other places. The first place we stopped, the salesperson was giving us the pressure that we better buy that day before we left or it would be a sorry decision. Johnny was great. He was honest about our situation and talked about our situation. We test drove a car we liked but we were still waiting on payment from our insurance company for what would be our down payment. He said that we should wait until all the money was received but honestly the way the car market was we shouldn't even start looking until we we ready. We came back when we were ready and his associate, Ana, helped us and was very pleasant and showed us options. When we both agreed on a car, Levi handled the financing paperwork and showed us options that would ultimately save us money in financing. We were very pleased about our experience...which is not something most people say when shopping for a used vehicle.

Had an amazing sales man Leon he really hit it off with my husband. We came in knowing what car we wanted to test drive. We were approached immediately on the lot and got to test drive the car right away. Leon was very very knowledgeable about the car. The financier worked with us to get the payments as close to our goal monthly payment with out loosing any warranties. All in all the process took about 4 hours to sign all the paperwork and drive off the lot with our amazing new car. They made everything supper easy and streamline. Couldn’t have wished for anything better.

One of the best experiences I’ve had. Previously I went to Toyota and had a horrible experience that left me not wanting to buy a car anymore but once I got in touch with Honda everything changed. First I showed up as a walk in to get a noise on my car looked at. I waited 6 HOURS, which was a little brutal BUT it turned out a had a coolant leak, a cracked suspension and the noise was coming from the power steering/alternator. Brought my car back a week later to get it serviced, there was no wait this time, and it only took them 2 days to fix all the issues. My EXTENDED WARRANTY through AutoNation saved me $3000!!! So if you're on the fence about getting an extended warranty, don't be, it'll save you a ton of money in the long run. Shout-out to Juan for being a great advisor :)

This was a great automated system that I was able to make an appointment on a late Saturday night after missing work due to a nail in my tire. I got an appointment Monday morning and was in and out in over an hour and had a new tire because the old one was unfixable and also had my warranty service of an oil change done as well. My service rep is Kevin, he’s very informative and friendly, he makes suggestions and sees that my Honda Odyssey is well taken of, I count on him for all service on my van. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, the restrooms are well maintained and the coffee is station is back, I observed a representative wipe and clean down the area after some use.

Great service however I scheduled oil and tires for my appt and the tires have to be ordered. I also left missing a rt front hub cap that was on the car before appt. I noticed it was gone a day later. I left a message at dealership with Kevin in service and have not heard back yet. Hopefully I will and I will update the review. I really would like My Honda hubcap back. Great dealership other then the small issues.

AutoNation East Las Vegas is the best car dealership in town. I felt appreciated as a customer and not rushed when asking all of my questions. This is the place to go if you want a Honda. Another good thing is that if you are a busy person (or you hate going to DMV like me) they have a someone on site that can handle the DMV paperwork for you. Kenny and the woman at the reception desk were amazing.Most of the people there seem to be pretty happy to be at work. Recommended.

Someone cut into my catalytic converter on my Honda Pilot and I was told it was on backorder for about months. We were just in Vegas to drop off my son at the airport and we had to drive back to Flagstaff the next day. When my husband mentioned if there was someone the dealer knew that could help us to wield the cut together on the cuts. We were recommended a place that took care of our problem right away. Because of that, we were able to drive back to Flagstaff the next day without any more mishap!

Not impressed. Have had multiple trips back to dealer to solve issues that should have been done before selling. I even had to pay for having tires balanced because they were so far off...leading to damaged tires that I will have to replace on my dollar.

I spent several weeks working with several dealerships in town hoping to upgrade my Honda Ridgeline. I even looked to neighboring states as well. Due to my work schedule, I was limited in my ability to visit dealerships. Autonation’s pricing was straightforward, very fair and hassle free. In addition, I was able to get an offer for my trade-in pending an inspection was fair to KBB and other vehicle valuation websites and no attempt was made to decrease the offer. The financing process was quick and efficient as well. I have now bought a vehicle from all four Honda dealerships in Las Vegas and my experience at Autonation Honda East Las Vegas was the best and most transparent process! When looking for a Honda, go to Autonation!! Oh, I love my new Ridgeline too!!

Went in for drive shaft recall. The inspection took 30mins. Came back for installation when parts arrived and was in and out in 1.5 hours. Service advisor Jose V was great help.

Stopped in there last Saturday. We were on the way to Findlay Honda Henderson to see a preowned 2020 Pilot they had on their website. Erick greeted and helped us, but they didn't have the right type of preowned Pilot we were looking for. He showed us a new 2022 one they had just received and wasn't even in their system yet. We left at that time because we thought we'd get a better deal on that preowned one. Before we left, Erick warned us of their dealer markups. Boy was he right! That 2020 Pilot was going to be more than the new 2022 one we had just looked at. We tried to negotiate with the other dealership, but they really wouldn't budge on price. We left and called Erick and he said it was still available. We decided to go back and purchase that 2022 Pilot. Erick was waiting for us and had everything ready. Because of that, we were in and out of there quicker than expected. Thanks Erick!

I bought a new Civic here. The sales process is what you expect. The people are pleasant here. The sales staff are ok. One negative star is due to the store looking dated, needing a remodel asap.
But the high point of the entire process was the Finance Mgr., Joshua Pascual (bilingual). He was exceptionally polite and professional.
You can tell he worked at Lexus before. He carries that top shelf professionalism into a non-luxury brand store. He makes you feel that you're buying a car four times the value of what you're actually buying. He made the experience extraordinary and exceptional.

I was on my way back to phoenix when I noticed my low tire sensor activated and knowing I still have a 5 hour drive home I stopped by AutoNation Honda east Las Vegas and they accommodated my situation.After checking my tires my service advisor (Kevin Christenson) initiated contacting warranty company for my damaged tire and after 3hour I was on my way home safely travelling with a brand new tire .Great people and great service!

My 2020 Honda Civic I purchased in March of 2020 just before covid hit. AutoNation Honda East on Sahara went out of their way to order the vehicle I wanted from Phoenix, Arizona.
Even though I live on the west side of town there's a location near my home but I prefer to have my vehicle serviced at AutoNation (Sahara East)
Last week my car wouldn't start. Robert the service representative called to schedule an appointment for me to drop off my vehicle before I went to work the following day, a few hours later Robert called to say my Honda was ready, not only the fast service Robert provided that day, I didn't have to pay to replace my battery, he went out of his way to confirm the battery was under warranty!!! As we all know with the inflation everyone is counting their pennies..

Got a sweet deal, now fast forward to May 2022 still getting pretty good service from the service team when I go for oil changes and other concerns. I didn’t get a solution when I brought it in one time for a random vibration when I brake & a clicking noise coming from my car, but hopefully I’ll get a solution one day. I have gotten two leased cars here, and have had excellent service. The staff on site are knowledgeable and helpful. Ana Jimenez helped me with my last lease. What a gem. She made everything really easy on me.
My only critique is a terrible phone system. I stopped coming here for a year and a half. When I tried to reach the service department, the phone would ring and ring and ring. I could hear it rolling over. I got hung up on or got a voice mailbox where I'd leave messages and not get them responded to. It also happened with my recent lease as well.
Not everything can be handled via the website. Please fix this. I mentioned this to multiple staff. It is my only frustration with this location.

Inquired about a new Honda Accord sport and was reached out less than 20 minutes for an out the door price. Was told the car I was interested was no longer available due to someone purchasing. However I was informed I can do a deposit on another car that was coming. 1 hour later yesenia called back again saying the car was available due to the last deal not going through. I immediately went as soon as I can. Went to go on a test drive and needed up buying the car for a good price with no bs dealer markup. Yesenia was very helpful through the whole process. As well as the finance manager who went over my rate and gave me a better rate than expected. Overall experience was extremely great! Only complaint is how long the process was due to my last second decision on heading over unprepared. So if you find a deal be sure to set the expectation of being there for hours. The people at AN are really considerate when it comes to their customers. Ariel at the service department was really honest and helpful when it came to fixing a flat tire. At other tire stores, I was told I need to change all four tires (because of one flat tire), but Ariel ensured I only needed to change that one tire, since the other tires' were not as worn down as the other tire shops insisted. So, they really are not trying to rip you off, which is something anyone can appreciate.

I had went to Tobin Kia the day before I went to autonation Honda East. I couldn't get the deals I wanted so I went home and I started looking up different Dealerships. I made a phone call 10 minutes before 9 PM and Luis the Internet salesman Surprisingly he answered the phone.
I began to ask him about his particular vehicle he actually put me on hold and actually went out to the yard and verified that they had the vehicle I wanted.
I told them that I would be in the following morning and that I would buy the vehicle just because he answered the phone.
Please keep in mind that at this time interest rates were starting to rise and I knew I wasn't always going to get the best deal but it was a necessity. Good after Luis catered to my needs I need and we started the financial process mental process everything was so smooth.
Even going through the financing portion they helped me with my interest rate and got me way lower than the national average. So far they have been absolutely amazing and I suggest everybody goes and buys a vehicle from Luis.

When things go awry, That's when you find out,, When dealing with people,, sometimes things don't always go as well as you might expect they should. I found out what the folks at Honda East AutoNation are about. I purchased a Honda Ridgeline from them and found out that they are serious about making customers and keeping customers satisfied and happy. There was an issue with having a MoonRoof Visor installed and it seemed every little thing fell through the cracks and I was not at all confident about this Dealership's ability to instill confidence that work can be done to perfection as if a perfectionist was doing it to their own car or truck. Anyway, I didn't panic and boo-hoo about things. I know sometimes things just don't go right. So when as expected, my Salesman made contact to see how things were going and if I had any questions about this new rolling computer, I was able to honestly let him know what transpired. I listed every step and although I didn't really expect it, he escalated the issue which triggered a call from the Manager, Eric, to hear from me personally. Well, Eric wasn't happy and insisted on making it up to me which HE DID. I won't mention the specifics because every situation warrants special individualized attention. I FOUND OUT that the folks at Honda East AutoNation are customer oriented from the bottom up! Thanks to the Team at AutoNation for making a satisfied customer out of me which I expect to continue. I hope it's the same for you too! Advice; be nice and know you are dealing with people who are trying to make a living. You'll find out soon enough just how these people want to make that living and what these people are all about. I have learned that the management at Honda East really do have an open door policy.

I did have an incident where the service that was completed on my car was not good. I returned back to the dealership and they fixed it right away. During and after Covid services where taking a little bit longer than expected but they try to get you out the door as soon as possible. Overall I would recommend!

The appointment was easy to make. The staff took the car back to service right in time. The new temporary waiting room is nicer and larger than the previous permanent one. As far as snacks and sodas, their waiting room offers nothing but coffee, powdered milk, and water. The service was completed on time. There is a lack of written documentation as to their findings.

They picked me up from the airport and stayed open late so we could get paperwork done that night and leave early in the morning which was amazing. On the other hand, sold me a car which they told me was in "perfect, garage kept condition..... the night we got there saw the front spoiler was broken and looked like it needed reattached to the bumpers and when we got it home found out the bumper (underneath the front spoiler) was cracked and broken and needed replaced.

I went to AutoNation not knowing what to expect. The salespeople were friendly & for the most part very knowledgeable. The process moved very quickly from the appraisal for my car to signing the paperwork for the new car.
My only complaint is that I was misinformed about the actual payment amount for the new car (by the 1 salesperson) & secondly, I signed the paperwork & drove the car home without final approval for financing. However, I felt confident about the financing after speaking with the finance director.

I just needed a look at my bent rim to see if they can fix it along with a new tire, and they were capable. Everything could have been done same day. You can wait in their lobby or leave your car.

On my way to Las Vegas from LA, my car had an issue about 20 mins before arriving to LV. It was minor but needed to be fixed ASAP because there’s no way I could drive on the freeway. I took my car in and was expecting my car to be there all day and cost me an arm and a leg. I was shocked and relieved that my car was fix in less than 2 hours, but I was even more relieved that it did not cost me a lot. The cost did not affect my budget at all. I don't usually go to this dealer, but my regular dealership(Honda west) & back up location wouldn't even pick up the phone let alone set an appointment for me. Auto nation not only answered the phone with a real person on the other end, but they accommodated me short notice with 2 cars not just one.They knocked them out with no problem and the wait time was not too bad. I have multiple vehicles that get regularly serviced so they will be my go-to from now on! Went in for an oil filter and oil change. The customer waiting area was comfortable while the vehicle was serviced. A number of safety checks were also completed like tire wear and battery check. Tires were fine however the service rep took the time to explain in detail the wear limit stages and the appropriate actions to take whenever a wear limit is reached. Roberto who attended to this problem advised me to test the Battery first before proceeding further. When the test result came out, he said that battery really needed replacement so he offered me with lifetime warranty - though it was quite expensive for me. When it was done, he surprised me by giving me a generous discount which no one would ever expected- well done Roberto! Andres has only been here for 6-7 months and he's quite young, but he presents himself in such a mature and formal manner. I used to go to the other Honda location (Sahara Ave - west side) which is closer to me but Honda East is far more responsive and communication is great whether updating me with the car's status or with their courtesy customer pickup-drop off service. Also, I can feel that the employees are happy working there. Highly recommend this branch even if it's a little ways to drive to.

On March 7, we went to AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas to have our car (Honda Odyssey 2014) examined and fixed the problems, these problems including "D" signal blinking, service light on, FCW systems failed, LDW and FCW yellow signs show on the screen. They used electronic diagnosis to check and found out the problems, and to replace transmission 3rd clutch pressure switch, changed gasket , drain washer, full synthetic ATF etc. Total amount of invoice was $660.37.
When we drove the car on March 8, all these problems showed up again.
then I sent an email to service advisor Ariel Barbon, he set up another appointment on March 9, to reinstall the sensor. Total invoice amount of this appointment is zero.
Service Advisor Ariel Barbon is very sincere person and felt apologetic for not fixing the problems at the first time. I rate his service for 5 stars..

On 5/24 my Honda Insight lost power on the high way and got towed to this dealership. Upon arrival I go to one of the service booth and X greets me. I tell X my problem and he mentions he won't be here tomorrow and ask if I would be okay if the car sits here all day. X says he will try to find someone to help me. I wait in the heat with all my luggage in view of the X and the other service workers. After 15 minutes and no update I go back to X and wave to him to get his attention. He is in the booth texting on the phone and motions to me to wait a minute. Finally after another 10 minutes of waiting another service advisor asked if I have been helped. She ask Victor to help me. Victor was very prompt and easy to work with. I got my car fixed the next day and everything was good.

If you a Honda out of warranty, buy an Extend Warranty it's so worth it in repair cost. While vacationing in Las Vegas from Corona, Ca my 2018 Honda Accord would not start, jump started 3x all on Saturday 3/27/21 from 4:20 pm to about 5:10 pm at about 5:30 pm. Took car to your service department and was greeted by Kayla in service, who was very courteous, polite and professional! Kayla took my info and stated she would assist, if the technician had time this late, since they were closing in a half hour. When I walked into the service waiting area and there were 6-8 people waiting for their cars, I felt very fortunate for them not to turn me away. Kayla not only had the technician diagnose my car she had the battery replaced under warranty and even offered to wash my car, obviously I denied the car wash. I felt both the technician and Kayla went above and beyond to assist me in that short period of time. Unfortunately it is an older vehicle so every phone call included an increase in repair cost which was bad as we were actually ending our vacation and leaving when it broke down. New power steering belt and tensioner along with seal leak repair was almost 1000.00 plus rental car 1 day was a lot for me. They did good work and completed it in a reasonable amount of time.

AutoNation Honda east is the best. I was having issue with my ac not blowing out cold air. So I thought maybe I just needed Freon so I stop at a local ac place and they told me that I had a leak in my suction hose. I immediately took it in to AutoNation which diagnose it with not just one leak but two leaks. Had I let the other ac place fix it I would still be having issues with my ac since it had two leaks and not just one. I recommend always taking it to your dealer and being I was under warranty I was covered. My service advisor Roger was the best.

Scheduling the appointment was a breeze again, and I even had to reschedule and the rep. was accommodating!
When arriving, a couple people made sure I was getting helped, and when I saw my service rep. (Keith) he was very kind and even transferred me to Evelyn who usually takes care of my services.
Evelyn looked like she was handling other vehicles but made sure she came up to me to let me know she would assist me.
They took care of my oil change in just a few minutes and Evelyn explained everything I needed to know as far as the other stuff needed for my vehicle.
I needed tires and they recommended an alignment which I thought was very weird because why would you recommend an alignment before you know you were going to install some new tires and a wheel? But Evelyn said she would follow up with me this week about the other services requested, which I look forward to.

5 stars for David because when I came in he was straightforward and was honest about everything with the car. He went above and beyond to help us repair the car. Initially we went in to see why there was a bad noise in the car but then he brought to our attention that our AC was also leaking which made sense because it would take a while for it to get cold so it ended up getting fixed too. Now the car runs like brand new and it's much appreciated!
On a different note, back in December, I came in for a oil change/tire rotation and was helped by Kayla. This was a completely different experience. On top of those services I had a belt changed (mind you I haven't even had the car for a year yet) because it was cracked. Also, we've been having the AC problem since we got the car, and thought it was because it was an older car (2015 civic), she told us they did a full car inspection and failed to tell us about the AC. When I left with the car we started hearing really loud noises when driving almost like we were standing outside of the car. I didn't really take notice to it because I thought it was a Honda thing but I was wrong. Over time it started getting worse and started making crunching noises which lead me to come back and talk to David instead. It ended up being a very bad safety hazard. When I got my tire rotation the person who was working on it didn't bolt down one of the tires all the way causing it to be loose and the wheel could've come off. My daughter drives this car far more than I do so she could've been in a really bad accident. If they drive the car out of the garage, wouldn't they have noticed the new sound it made? Will never work with Kayla again.

Our appointment isn't until Thursday but we took our chances and walked in at 7am on Wednesday. Robert was very nice! He made sure that everything's in check. We had to replace our tires and they needed to fix our brakes. He wanna make sure we go home to California safe and sound, in one piece! He went over and beyond our expectations! Spent some money but it's all good!
After we dropped off our car, Noel, drove us back to our hotel in the strip. Very nice of them and Noel also picked us up from our hotel to the delearship, even if there was a bad traffic during that time.

I am 77 years old and managed to total my car in an accident. Progressive directed me to a web site to replace my car which was a Honda CRV. I contacted Auto Nation Honda East Las Vegas online.
These folks are just wonderful. My online sales experience turned out better than expected. I was helped choosing my replacement vehicle for a very good price. They then went above and beyond by delivering the car to my home. My saleslady and the finance gentleman both wore face masks and the finance guy also had on gloves so I felt comfortable signing the paperwork.
I would highly recommend this firm.

He takes time to explain any service needed and I've checked, the prices are reasonable. He never recommends any service that I don't need. His main priority is my safety.

Bought my Honda Accord a week ago. The service was generally ok. I felt a little rushed with sales guy but he was friendly.
When I asked about a tax question (I did not know I had to pay taxes on service charges. I thought sales tax was only for the purchased car. It was not really significant amount but I just wanted the numbers tally with my calculation). Any way when I asked that the sales person called another guy (a tax person I guess). The tax person said "ask the government". I thought he was joking at first but he offered no other explanation.
The facility is ok but most of the other dealerships have better ones.
I had to return for additional key fob programming after a week. The service advisor, Kyla, was amazing. Very friendly, good communicator, and efficient.

Exceptional Service! I cannot say enough about the incredible service provided by AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas - particularly Ariel.
My two young children and I were driving through Las Vegas on a cross-country drive from California to Colorado. Out of no where a shred of tire on the interstate ripped the heat shield off of the bottom of my CRV and and metal was dragging below the car.
It was Friday at 4:30 pm. I was traveling with two small kids and distraught that I would be stranded for day.
Ariel at AutoNation Honda worked miracles. The car was towed to AutoNation Honda Friday afternoon and inspected that evening. Parts were ordered and AutoNation completed the repairs and had me back on the road by Saturday afternoon.

The wife and I would like to thank Mr Terry Singer and his team for the great service and wonderful auto buying experience. Terry made us feel comfortable throughout the car buying process, no pressure and no rush. He was very thorough and made sure we understood what we were getting. The vehicle we purchased had a lot of advanced electronics and required user input and programming. Terry made himself available even after the sale and sat with us in the car setting up and programming our vehicle which took a couple hours. He seemed just as enthusiastic for our purchase as we were. He reached out to us a couple days after and reassured to us that he is available if we needed additional assistance. Before leaving the car lot we noticed a very light scratch that went halfway down the vehicle. Terry walked us down to the service department and coordinated for us to get a loaner vehicle while they made repairs to the paint job. They went above and beyond and not only painted that whole side but polished the whole vehicle down. Mind you this was just a light scratch but they wanted to make sure we were happy. This would be my fifth car buying experience in my lifetime and the way car buying should be. I didn't want to deal with haggling and negotiating car pricing so we used an outside car buying service that gave us five quotes to compare and this location beat them all. Took the quote in and we were pretty much done. Thank you Terry and the team for a great car buying experience.

Boy was I having an annoying couple of weeks with my CRV. Hot air blowing from the A/C and my phone would not pair with my audio. Of course when I brought it in — that very day it chose to behave! 😂 My service advisor Justin Bennett was awesome. In very colorful language I explained what the issues were. Not skipping a beat he assured me his team would get to the bottom of it all. ( I knew they would. After all I’ve been going to the dealership for the last eight years.) And they did. I’m not gonna lie my pocketbook is a bit lighter but it could have been so much worse. My relatively new CRV was still under an extended warranty. I had Eric Godoy who was a joy to work with. The detailing of the inside of the vehicle was not great, I explained the car looked like it was sitting for awhile and different areas had easily visible dirt markings. I also walked in with a pre approval through a certain bank to make the experience quicker but still insisted they try to get me a lower credit score. Didn’t work and kind of extended the time to buy. (No one wants to spend forever in a dealership). Overall great experience. Would go back for another Honda when the time is right.

Jon Furusho was very friendly, helpful, polite, and professional. He made the experience comfortable and was responsive to our requests and needs. Carlos Burger at the finance office was very nice and explaned potential service coverage options well and without pressure tactics. The facility was a bit dated and unappealling, thus the slightly lower rating in that category, but the team made up for it by conducting the transaction without unnecessary delay. The staff deserve an updated facility.

My experience here in AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas has been an absolute best. My sales person, Ken Schwartz who seems to have highly experienced technique made my purchase process very easy and promising. I was given with all the detail I needed.

Once again, excellent service at AutoNation Honda East. I called for an oil change appointment and got in the next day. We arrived early--we live across town and never know how long it will take to get there--but were greeted and helped right away. The service from everyone was pleasant and friendly. Our service agent, Jose, went over our (free) car inspection report and even gave us a complete quote for the new tires he recommended. He did NOT pressure us to buy anything (how refreshing!)
Although there are Honda dealers nearer our home, we are willing to travel because the service is so great.

I would like to start off with a Thank you!! I came across this dealership through a google search since I was visiting from California. My 2016 civic definitely needed an oil/filter change plus tire rotation and I definitely enjoyed the trip home knowing my car was serviced at this dealership. Roger, I believe was my technicians name, was able to assist me in purchasing a wheel lock key that was missing and explained to me the current condition of my vehicle from top to bottom. As a customer, being in a different state not knowing the dealership personally can be very frightful as getting a car serviced is a big deal. I would definitely encourage anyone who has any issues with their vehicle to trust the entire staff as you will be helped in a very fast professional and friendly manner.
