He didn’t have to lie about the total price of the car and what the final price was gonna be with the adjustments of taxes, apr, etc. Unlike other dealerships (STG) they met us at a price for a trade in that was both manageable and reasonable for the for the value of the car.

Ask for Zein, he was great. You pay for what you get. The fact is they sell quality cars. I spent 2 months looking for cheaper vehicles and after inspection found issues with all of them. Zein and Yabi were very helpful in my first time buying a car. I have a fair credit score but they got me approved for a 2019 year car and it had industrial low mileage. I came for a Dodge Charger but I wasn’t approved for that but I still got the car that was an option for me and a low monthly payment for a first time buyer. PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO SELL YOUR CAR TO ANYONE: LAX Automotive offered me higher than my highest offer which was awesome. They told me they would get me close to KBB and they did. They also Uber you home which is a nice touch! That being said go in (anywhere) with your ducks in a row. They do a "diagnostic test" and tell you about things that are wrong which drives the price down. (they might be honest, I'm not a mechanic so I don't know - have a mechanic check to push back in needed) My only real complaint was I as there for an hour and it wasn't until three days later that I found out there was an issue with misreporting in CarFax on my mileage. Some random mechanic that I've never been to recorded 42k miles when I only had 18k in actuality. Luckily I had all of my paperwork from service that I received and was able to prove that the 42k was incorrect. Never-the-less it was stressful and should have been worked out at the dealership. TL;DR they stay true to their word which is important make sure you have your ducks in a row before selling to anyone.
