I had the opportunity to assist my good friend in her first dealership experience and Team Toyota of Schererville delivered! Raul Maldonado went above and beyond for my friend Jenna and was very patient and kind with the process. He explained the full car buying experience very thoroughly. He also helped her weigh her options and worked hard until we came to an agreement with the best choice. She found a car she loves and is very happy! Al Pierce in the financing department was also a great amount of help and took his time breaking down all the numbers. Both members of the team’s customer service meant a great deal to me as I come from being a former small business owner and take communication & effort very seriously. Customer service really makes or breaks a deal! Good job guys 👏🏽

I purchased my new RAV4 2022 from this location yesterday. Quite honestly the best and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! My salesman Justin was great!!! He was super helpful, honest, kind and patient. Bob from finance department was also very nice and friendly! They were very professional and they walked me through the entire process answering all the questions I had. I never felt rushed or pressured. Excellent team!!! I highly recommend Team Toyota! I had a salesman that was absolutely amazing. I had order a new vehicle and it was about 3 months before they were going to get it in. Tyler Morgan, my salesman, made sure I was up to date with any information coming in and had great communication with me throughout the process. With having kids, I had to bring them with me to buy my vehicle and he was great with them as well. He made sure we all were comfortable and not pressured the whole time. I would highly recommend him as your next salesman when purchasing a vehicle.

Great customer service all around but Mark Martin was really accommodating. I totaled my 2020 Corolla SE and wanted a a new one because I loved the features. He made sure to find one, reserve it for me and not over charge like other dealers in Chicago land are doing during the car shortage. He even stayed later to make sure I could get the car the day it came in because he knew I had been waiting for over 2 months for this car. Earlier in the beginning of the year, we purchased a 2021 Tundra from Amyla Wooden. While getting use to all its features, we got stuck one day as the vehicle would not start. Amyla was quick to come to our rescue as she personally came to see what was wrong. When we couldn’t figure it out, Amyla had one of the mechanics take a look at it and found a lose circuit from when I had someone hook up a light system in the truck. Toyota fixed the issue and the truck has been running great ever since. Recently, we purchased another truck (2021 RAV4) where Amyla was just as great. She insured I was kept in the loop of its arrival and helped me surprise my wife with personally taking the truck to get windows tinted. With the help of Amyla, we were able to insure the surprise was a great success! I will forever recommend Amyla Wooden & the wonderful Finance Mgr. Amelia Honesty who helped with both transactions insuring we both were happy and satisfied! Kudos to the team!!! 5 ⭐️

I came to This toyota in highland and found a guy named Jake Fleming. He made the entire experience awesome. The guy was truthful and upfront the entire way. I had a newborn baby and Jake made sure me and my wife were comfortable and since we were on a time frame he kept his promise to make it quick and easy. Rick, Riley, Julie, and all the folks who worked with us on our deal over a two-day period were exceptional! We arrived on a whim the first evening and took a sweet, decked-out Camry for a test drive. Rick was attentive without being overly-enthusiastic. We left to mull things over and weren't made to feel guilty for it. The next evening, Rick had our future vehicle washed and in the showroom when we arrived back to close. Riley offered us a great trade-in value and wiggled on it slightly to close a gap. No one was pushy, they were very transparent with us, and Rick and Julie even went so far as to stay late after closing (without breaking a smile!) and surprising us with balloons and a photo op. We recently bought a car for our daughter to use for college. We bought an older car but received the same great service as if we were buying a brand new car. Mark our salesman was wonderful. He made sure we were comfortable through the long process, offering us water many times. Today I went to pick up the tile and registration and he was outside and he yelled hi to me stating my name. I called and spoke with Jeremy Tessman who told me they could get me in as a walk-in without an appointment but I would have to wait for about 3 hours being that this was Saturday and a busy day. I had a really great experience working with Tyler to purchase a new car. First off, I firmly believe you can never go wrong with a Toyota in general. For the past 6 years I’ve driven a 2005 RAV4, and I’ve racked up over a whopping 211,000 miles on her. That being said, it was definitely time for an upgrade. I was a little hesitant at first, just because the idea of a car payment honestly scared me. But Tyler took his time showing me the cars that best fit what I was looking for. He never once made it seem like he was annoyed by our questions, or our indecisiveness and even went out of his way to show us cars he thought we might like that were a little different from what I had in mind. The cars we were shown had different prices, but he never once pushed us to buy the most expensive one and instead listened to what we were looking for and made some suggestions. I never felt like I HAD to buy a car, there was never any pressure to decide anything which was honestly such a relief. Also, a HUGE thanks to Julie in the finance department for actually listening to us. A few years ago, my mom purchased a car from a nearby Toyota dealership and had an absolutely awful experience with the financing guy. Julie listened to us and didn’t try to push me into buying anything I didn’t want, and was very thorough explaining the monthly payments and interest rates (things I know absolutely nothing about). All in all the service was great, and the whole process was extremely easy and quick. Would 1000% recommend anyone looking for a new car to check them out!!

I totaled my old, reliable 2002 RAV4 on a Monday afternoon. I got in contact with Kyle Muha, one of the salesman over at Team Toyota on that same Wednesday. Within five minutes of speaking to Kyle, he had another RAV, much newer, and very much in my price range ready to go. I should have made a review a long time ago. My review is about the service center. I have had nothing but AMAZING experiences here. Not that my cars need to be fixed a lot, I take both our vehicles for regular oil changes here. Also, when we first bought our 4-Runner from a different dealership, my car was pulling to the left, but the alignment was ok, the tires were worn out funky, yet there was still plenty of tread. They aligned my truck so I could keep my tires, but it wouldn’t pull anymore. Another time, my husband put in an OEM automatic start, but didn’t realize we would need to have an update to the system, they quickly fixed that for us. They are always quick and reliable. They don’t push you for things you do not actually need. I drive from LaPorte to this location for my oil changes because the customer service is always top notch. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, but I do have to specifically point out one particular employee, Chris, I think Chris K if I am correct. Even though all the employees are nice, Chris stands out among them all. I will only go in on days he works, because I trust him 100%. He is always nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and remembers customers and their needs. I am in there minimum 8xs a year for regular oil changes between our two cars, and I have never ever seen this guy having a bad day. I would say he needs a promotion, but then we would have to start all over in finding someone we put our trust in. But seriously... this guy needs a promotion. Every company needs a Chris. Don’t hesitate to take your car in for service here... very quick, friendly, and professional.
