There were many possibilities to choose from and I knew what we wanted out of a vehicle, but not what that vehicle was. My husband and I looked thorough many options, but once we told Patrick and Tony at Enterprise what we needed from this vehicle, they knew immediately. My Car Sales Rep was Chris Brickey. From start to finish the experience was handled with such ease. Our inquiry was sent to him, because we were on the hunt for purchasing a new car with a trade in. He called promptly and discussed what my family and I were looking for. He sent us options via text and email to start, then we scheduled an in person appointment. He provided alternatives as well as options that were great to compare. The day off signing went great! I’ve been on a car hunt for MONTHS dealing with pulling my credit , lots telling me I need a co signer or very unreasonable down payment after getting me all the way through the process 😩 ! & Today I walked out with a 2019 Nissan Sentra 🖤 . It’s not like a normal car sales place where they push you to get the most expensive thing they want you to be happy with your purchase. I normally rent from the airport but I had to use the local office. The staff was very nice but the office was busy. One downside to renting from the branch is that the cars aren't as clean as the ones from the airport. I explained to them that the last few cars I rented from that location have smelled bad. I have ended up doing my own cleaning and refreshing when I get home. It's a shame people aren't more respectful when renting knowing others have to use those cars. I'm a nonsmoker so I can smell it immediately but apparently the staff can not. I will rent from that location again but knowing to have Febreeze on hand when I do.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle from any dealership, period. I will forevermore send anyone I know to Enterprise Car Sales. We were pretty chill about the whole shopping process because I currently work from home. We also understand the occasional delays and my husband and I were perfectly understanding of them (we were in NO rush), but Brickey was absolutely ON. IT. the entire 6 weeks we were searching. We had some oddball situations come up that is no one's fault, really, but Brickey went above and beyond trying to provide for us what we wanted. Even at the beginning he was providing info on the different models and features and whatnot as I'm not as familiar with those, until I decided on what was necessary to me and what wasn't. I NEVER felt like I was being pressured or rushed in ANY way. Don't get me wrong, the whole staff is fantastic! When we went in to sign papers everything was quick, friendly, and easy. Unfortunately Brickey couldn't be there that day (didn't stop him from trying!) but then after purchasing we actually found a little tear in the headliner and some areas of the seats could've been a little cleaner. Brickey considered this unacceptable and gladly set us up to drop off for 2 days to get further patched and detailed. Afterwards he's again checked up to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. He apologized for any delays/challenges but again, we were in no rush and these things happen. It was also easier to dismiss these occurrences because we wholeheartedly trust in Brickey to solve them for us and have our best interests at heart. Almost to the point where I want to make him take a break, Brickey is the kind of salesperson that not only goes above and beyond overall in regard to customer service, but makes you feel spoiled and it's amazing that such a GENUINE, honest person exists in the world of "car salesmen". I absolutely LOVE my blue Rogue <3 and I have Brickey to thank for that!

Once I really honed in on what vehicle, year, features and budget I was looking for, I realized most the newer high mileage minivans(Chrysler Pacifica) we were looking at were actually prior rental vehicleson local dealership lots, CarMax, and Carvana. After weighing pros and cons, I was fine buying a rental. Then I found out you can buy directly from some of the major rental companies. Enterprise offered the exact car we were looking at from a dealer in Lafayette for a couple thousand dollars less plus a 7 day return policy and one year power train warranty. The internet and my salesman claims Enterprise keeps their top condition cars to sell directly to consumer and sends the rest to auction. A nearly identical van is on a lot here in Fort Wayne for $3500 more than what we paid direct to Enterprise. Enterprise prices are no haggle, under Kelly Blue Book and transparent. Thus less stress! The process was really straightforward. Our nearest location was in Indy, but I found the color and trim of van I liked in Illinois. So I paid to have the car transferred to Indy. In Indy, they put the van through a second inspection to ensure it met their standardsand my salesman Taylor actually drove the car to a Fort Wayne Enterprise Rental location near our home. We test drove, then signed our papers. The whole process took almost two weeks and my salesman kept in great communication with me. He wasn't pushy at all and even had a piece of detached carpet repaired for us when I asked about it. I was scared not seeing the car in person, but it worked out and we didn't have to actually purchase if we saw it and disliked it. It's got some of the expected scratches a car driven 70,000 miles might have, but otherwise excellent shape. Super pleased with our experience and would recommend if you are okay with a high mileage, newer used car for a great deal! Our salesman was Taylor and I highly recommend. He was quick to communicate, friendly, honest, and made sure our van was delivered in tip top shape!

I had the pleasure of working with Dustin Klinefelter; he is your go-to SUV expert. I had previously drove a 2003 GMC Envoy and had my heart set on another SUV for safety reasons. It was so easy to set up an appt, I felt no pressure to buy on the day I test drove, and enjoyed the selection of SUVs he showed my family and me. For the most part, buying a car from Enterprise has been a good experience. My only complaint I have is the time it took to process the sale. I had seen the vehicle I bought online and let the sales staff know I was interested in purchasing it. I arrived at the location at 1:00 and didn't drive away in my new car till after 4:00. On the plus side part of the time it took to process my sale was due to the finance manager searching for the lowest finance rate for the loan. I was impressed on just how low of a rate they got me! I am a truck person at heart and had to sell mine a few years ago due to excessive repair costs due to it getting up in years and miles. To be practical I bought a small SUV. My wife and I recently bought a Ram pickup truck from the Enterprise location on Shadeland in Indianapolis. It was actually the second time we went to the store. I suppose we were waiting for just the exact right vehicle that we needed to show up on their lot. I met several of the people who work at this location during our visits there. They were all very willing to take the time to help us with the purchase, including learning to operate the different features, and were very patient and courteous when answering the many questions that I had in my mind. It was a lot of work. Enterprise puts already sold vehicles on line that’s already sold. Very big frustration on my part. Seemed like everything I liked and wanted was already sold. I found one that wasn’t and very happy. Although the wash system doesn’t use soften water. As an ISO, WCM auditor. It would be clear a $35,000 vehicle should be spotless. However the sales man would do everything possible to make it happen. I will buy from there again but there should be circumstances met. My family has bought four vehicles from there and paying a freight charge for a vehicle it should be polished and not ran through a Crew’s car wash. Which it wasn’t. My vehicle had hard water spots. I expected it to be buffed the entire body and wasn’t. I’ll do it my self. Only the dings were cleared up. I would have expected a show room finished truck and not a rent a truck after the purchase.

I love my new car!! Completely satisfied with Enterprise. I hadn't considered buying prior rental fleet cars before but discovered that this is a really smart option as even though the cars may have a few miles on them, each car on the lot is the best from the "retired" fleet and you know that every oil change and routine maintenance was done on schedule. My only complaint and this is why I give the 4 star review is because after asking on different & multiple occasions we have yet to get our front floor mats. We're always told to call back because they don't have them or to text our sales agent on Monday etc...at the end of it we never get them. It's frustrating too because I have an email back from when we first bought the vehicle requesting our floor mats and being told they were sent in the mail but that never happened.

People thought I was crazy for going so far away to buy a car, and honestly, I kind of questioned it myself, but what I found when we got there was that they actually listened to what we needed, wanted, and couldn't compromise on, and showed us the cars that fit the bill. Visited Enterprise Car Sales in Indianapolis yesterday upon a recommendation of a friend. Needed to trade my vehicle and went in anticipating a torturous, day long venture. Boy was I surprised! I had made contact before visiting via the web. I immediately had a follow up email, soon followed by a phone call. I began a conversation with Dustin regarding my needs and made an appointment for the following Wednesday due to weekend weather concerns. Weather not being as forecast early in the morning, I called and said I was on my way. Dustin met us at the door and offered refreshments prior to starting. We went to his office to start the process. He knew the vehicle I wanted and just took copies of our driver's license before the test drive. Went on the drive, returned to the office. Talked about likes and dislikes and he remembered another vehicle I had mentioned. He brought up the second vehicle, test drive, then back to office again. He asked which vehicle, I said would it come down to the trade-in offer. They have their process, they have a range for blue book values on each vehicle. You see it and can check it. No haggle, no problem. Jeremy came from finance to let us know where they in at in their process for valuation of trade. A few minutes later, he was back with all of the financial information lined out and I was very pleased to be on the very top end of the range for my trade. 15 minute later all docs are signed and we are on our way in our new vehicle! I believe whole process less than 1.5 hours. Highly recommend this for your next vehicle purchase. All employees at Enterprise Car Sales were very kind and courteous. Blaek was the initial contact and he checked on us throughout the process as well!

If you are in the market for a new/used car I highly recommend giving Dane Hoover a call. I wrecked my vehicle and the local enterprise agent who I got my rental from referred me to Dane and I couldn't have been happier. Shopping for a new car can be a painful experience but he made the whole process go about as smooth as you could ever imagine and I was surprised at the high end vehicles that Enterprise has available. I live about 60 miles away so after we spoke on the phone I found the vehicle I wanted online and even though he couldn't locate one locally he had it shipped from Minnesota for a reasonable rate and I just drove down and picked it up about a week later and couldn't be more satisfied with the Range Rover I purchased from him. Hopefully it will be a while before I need to call him again but you should at least give him a call if you're looking for a new car because you won't be disappointed.

I wanted to replace a 2015 Nissan Rogue which I bought new, and Enterprise had many fully equipped 2019 Rogues for significantly less than I paid new. I purchased one with 18,700 miles, leaving over 17,000 miles of warranty. Chose the color we wanted, got the features we wanted. The car is in excellent condition. There were 2 minor problems of which Enterprise made us aware and we got those repaired under warranty at no cost. The Nissan dealer also found a problem with the battery and replaced it at no cost.
