I came in for service that I had scheduled for a Monday online. When I got there the staff were very friendly and got me checked in right away. The service was quick and only took about an hour. I like the fact that they accommodate you with a rental car if you don’t have a ride and can’t wait at the location for the service to be completed.

Overall they were great. Ward came in on his day off to finish the sale and get us our car on a day that was more convenient for us. He was wonderful! Only tip I would give is check the breakdown of the bill and ask about what is optional vs what isn’t. Lots of dealers slip in optional fees that you don’t need to pay for.

The technician should have had the service department call or let me know first. I had been trying to get ahold of this business as well as their other locations for at least 2 days and no one was answering the phones. Troy Chung, the GM, did call me so I can voice my concerns with the breakdown in communication and a gap in their technology. He addressed my concerns and said he would pass them on to see if the website can be fixed to better address scheduling maintenance and communicate clearly which locations provide service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Darwin, in sales is absolutely wonderful and he has helped us in the past. If we purchased from Aloha Kia again we would absolutely go to him.

When I needed an engine rebuild, they kept me updated on the timeline and ensured I had a rental. Marshall provided exceptional customer service. I was greeted immediately and continuously updated on the status of my vehicle throughout my wait in the lobby. Marshall illustrated excellent communication, greeted me with a smile, offered me an estimated wait time at the beginning and still completed it an hour sooner than expected, explained the details and results of services completed, was very pleasant and kind, and thanked me as I was escorted back to my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Aloha Kia. Mahalo for the best service.

We went from leasing a 2013 Kia Soul, upgraded to a 2015 Kia Optima, then a 2019 Kia Forte Lxs Right away I fell in love with it. Perfect car for our little family.. Car was giving us problems after 2 years, Praise God & Martin for helping us purchase a 2021 Kia Forte Lxs. Need A Car Asap Ask For MARTIN He's The BEST SALES DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVE They Have! He's Friendly, Nice, Funny And He Makes You Feel Like You Are Part Of The Aloha Kia Nimitz Family. I RECOMMEND Him 110%. Plus The Vehicles Are Really Good on gas especially when using the ECO button. I love their Service Department. Check out ROZY And All the Other Service Employees Excellent Customer Service Representatives.. They take really good care of You. Booking a appointment is really fast & if you have a email address even better they email you updates, Service reminders and more. You have kids, no problem they have a Safe waiting area with a t.v., vending machine and free wifi for you to use.. If your worried about the set up, it's very clean, they're always sanitizing and wiping down the surfaces like counters, chairs, doors and windows. If you don't feel comfortable waiting inside there are chairs under a pop up tent outside for anyone to use. The Service Department is super fast, especially if you have kids they try their BEST to have you out on time or earlier. What I ❤about ROZY is she is very nice, friendly and I feel like she's 1 of my cousins or a family member she makes me feel welcome all the time I go there. If I wait there she always updates me on what's going on, let's me know what they offer and don't have at the moment, The service department also washes you're vehicle looks like new when leaving. If I'm waiting at home because the service is way to long, ROZY always updates me still. I ❤ the communication, you can tell she ❤s what she does. My husband and I came in to look for a bigger car for our growing family. We met with uncle Sam at the pre-owned car lot and checked out a car that we already had our eyes set on. After realizing maybe this was not the car we wanted to take home uncle Sam took the time to look into other options and refered us to the new car lot to see if we could find something there. He and his boss immediately took my husband to look at the newest cars on the lot we were ecstatic, a little worried about the down payment and monthly payments but they took care of us all day even going into the late evening making sure they could give us the BEST DEAL they could possibly give. great fast service with a friend help paid n drive away .... but i forgot to buy the key if available as all the local towering service co from AAA and yours had ti reject to come for rescue me: to change my flat tire to spare tire as my original request Because they don’t have the special key ! on KIA wheel so I finally to have to change my request to straight ’ towing’ instead ... when i bought your car why you did not equipped the key in trunk / compartment in the first place . that is weird ... if this case continues to happen I would have to abandon buying KIA car in the future i i have wasted almost full whole working hours of 8 ti wait and change order lucky the flat tire car was sitting in mu apartment garage

We purchased a 2022 Telluride from Shirly and it was a great experience. It is definitely not a buyer’s market as they rarely have anything on the lot! We custom built our Telluride and had to wait about 5 months for delivery. You definitely don’t have any price negotiating power because Kia’s sell before they even hit the lot! But if you know what you want, you can make it happen. Shirly was great to work with, from the day we met her until after vehicle delivery. She’s very polite, professional, and responsive. You can text her whenever and she’ll get back to you right away! No pressure to buy, no upselling, Shirly was there for what we wanted. We love the car and so does our son! It was my 1st maintenance after buying my Niro in April. It was very organized, I never had to wait for anyone to talk to. I received updates from Shelsey and a free car wash, it was about an hour wait. With my old Toyota, servicing took several hours for them to even get to my car for regular servicing.

Took our Sedona for a oil change and safety recall. Prices seem to be getting noticeably more expensive but the customer service is great. Five star because of our customer service rep, Rozy, who’s always awesome and I would recommend her to anybody. A gentleman came up to me and asked, "how may I help you?" I told him, I'm here for service maintenance. He told me, "oh, it's on the other side." I really like the service that i received from them. I wish there was a shuttle to help with repairs. I find that i had results for establishing an appointment for services, if i walk in. I tried to call and the phone system is so poor, then i tried online and tried to get help with the automated information line and the response was that it would call back on a certain day and never followed through. (It even gave the name Kanani to the automation) That is a dog and pony show and poor service. I tried the Waipahu site and left message and had no response. Very disappointing. They have a great sales man there name Darby and he really was the only person who showed that he cared about customers. The Waipahu service department could care less about the customer. It's just the right size and I bought it because the 2 seniors I was caring for at that time could get in and out comfortably. The service at Aloha Kia has always been great, but this past Tuesday they really did themselves proud! I had a flat tire 10pm in Dole Cannery Theaters parking lot. So I called the Emergency Roadside Service number on the window. Help arrived very quickly, but we found I needed a tow. So I arranged with Kia Roadside Assistance for a tow in the morning and went home. The tow driver picked up my keys at my house, picked up my car, brought it to Aloha Kia in the morning! Aloha Kia checked in my car, and while I went to an appointment, fixed my flat tire, serviced my car and had it washed and ready (clean inside and out!) when I got back. And almost all of that was covered!!! The service call, the towing... I prepaid my servicing and that's working out really well. I'm one happy camper!!! I'm SO glad I bought a Kia and SO glad I bought it from Aloha Kia!!!

The service is what I love the most about Kia. They are not hard to reach. When you have an issue with your car, you can call your service advisor directly. When you get to their location, you are welcomed with a smile by a receptionist infront who reparks your car. Then once you get in, you are addressed right away. Their waiting room is huge, clean, and equip with a cable TV, Wifi, charging ports, comfortable chairs, and refreshments. So waiting is within your comfort. If you decide not to wait, you can keep in touch with your advisor via text message. The advisor will explain what your car needs but works around your decisions. When you pick up your car, it will be looking fresh and brand new. I really have that feeling that my car (although old) will be respected. I recommend Kia Airport for your car needs.

Just bought a KIA EV and it's as good as a TESLA - REALLY ( I TEST DROVE THE TESLA AS WELL) I don't need the STATUS and all that expensive electronics for island driving and well, you can't go wrong for the price and the quality of the product....(the KIA is half the price and I can park it anywhere on this island and not be scared of someone denting or bumping it, etc.) The KIA EV beats the other brands by far and we test drove them ALL! It's really a quality product and so comfortable and quiet. Plus you can pass all the gas stations and laff at the soaring prices! Only costs couple of bucks to charge it up in my standard garage outlet!!! My friends love being a passenger as well as the design fits all five of us comfortably. No gull wing doors and fancy handles, but is it really worth the price to pay for a TESLA - like $700 a month in payments! I can go to RAINBOWS and Wolfgang, Ruth Chris steakhouse all year long with the money I save! The buying experience with JEFF was outstanding and non pressured like the other places where you are scared to even start to drive into the dealership. And then the service was outstanding with ROSIE and SHELSY who are full of genuine ALOHA. The world is stressed and people are so demanding and impatient nowadays - and the business who has people who exhibit kindness like these people mentioned above who have sincere kindness and patience are the ones who will get customers to come back and help build the business! My family will be buying all our cars from KIA as their financing and attitude is best by far compared to our other experiences test driving cars around the island!

Honolulu Door-to-Door Pick up and Delivery Service

I wish I could’ve gotten my safety check and proper registration right when I bought car. When I realized I needed paperwork they didn’t bother to answer phone or return my voicemail. I had to physically go into decker shop yo get attention I was owed. Yo their credit, at this point they immediately scheduled me for a safety check hood for a year (I had to insist I shouldn’t have to go elsewhere and pay for what I should’ve had. My assessment: they will try to get away with what they can unless they get pushback then they act delighted to help you. That makes them typical people who get away with whatever they can, however I have a working vehicle that is legal and I don’t have good credit so take all of this information and do with it what you will. P.S. JoshO was good. I said I’d have all of the down payment and I admit I was late with the last smidgen of it and that lateness is not acceptable. He did not shame me and he bit his tongue, yet He had to be firm enough for me to know that he was serious while remaining kind and that is a tricky act to pull off. I put him in a bad position because I should’ve had it and there’s no excuse and he made the money but he handled me in such a way that I rushed to get him the money which I shouldn’t have had to do bc I should have had the whole amount when I Said I would. I was on the fence when trying to decide on a Hyundai Tucson and a Toyota Rav4 (Hybrid). After doing some car shopping and putting some numbers down on paper, I was leaning towards the Hyundai Tucson. After doing the whole back and forth thing with the local Hyundai dealership, it was a few hundred dollars that broke the deal. On a whim, I decided to check out the Aloha Kia Dealership and was promptly greeted by Martin Kozlik. Let me start off by saying, I despise car salesmen some of them come across so pushy so when I'm greeted by one I already have my guard up. They have 3-5 seconds of my time to make a positive first impression and Martin Kozlik did just that! No pressure, personable and there was just something about him that made me feel comfortable with him and made me want to hear him out. I asked about the Kia Sportage and came across the all new Kia Niro... I was semi-intrigued by it and after hearing Martin talk about the car and performing a test drive, I WAS DEFINITELY INTERESTED. At this very moment, I was contacted by the Hyundai dealership I was at previously at and they lowered the price and gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. After explaining the situation to Martin, he asked that I hear him out before I left. In short, I was SOLD on the Kia Niro - he was able to sell me a vehicle I was happy and comfortable with. Sure, I spent $8K+ more than I wanted to or than I would have on the Hyundai, but this was a Hybrid vehicle that had so much more to offer. I was also leaning towards the Toyota Rav4 Hybrid but I asked myself, "why pay the same amount for a car that doesn't offer me a fraction of what the Kia Niro offers me?". 10 year / 100,000 mile warranty?!? - Sure, I'm sold - WHERE DO I SIGN? I am so glad I walked into the Aloha Kia dealership that day, I went in curious and walked out a proud owner of a 2017 Kia Niro. **Was it perfect? = NO** The car had some water spots and there was a bit of corrosion on the drivers side key lock and on the hood emblem, but I was assured by Martin that it would be taken care of. I was scheduled an appointment to have the car detailed. Should I blame Martin for that? No, it's understandable that the cars are parked outside and facing the elements. It's how Martin handled the situation and promised to address the issues going forward that made me comfortable with my decision to purchase the vehicle. Truth be told, if it hadn't been for Martin Kozlik @ Aloha Kia - I probably would have left and bought a Hyundai that day. For those of you that are just a bit curious about a Kia and in a market for a new vehicle, I would go and see Martin Kozlik @ Aloha Kia - You'll be SOLD! I would also like to point out that Myron Nakayama the Finance Manager was OUTSTANDING as well, he thoroughly explained all options available to me and sold me additional warranties and protections. He actually worked with me, didn't haggle me and gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. Over all I was very pleased with this dealership, I've patronized many and purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Volvo, Toyota, Nissan, etc. but none left me feeling as great as Aloha Kia. While they're not a big player amongst the other dealerships, these guys do it right!!! GO SEE MARTIN!!!!

I had a great car buying experience at Aloha Kia Airport. Got myself a new Sportage (lovin it)... The staff was very pleasant, honest and not pushy. My sales rep Hee-Jin, the Finance manager Myron Nakayama , and Ali (who does everything else) were all extremely a pleasure to deal with (particularly when Myron called be after my purchase to tell me he got me a better rate :) Check them out, a really great bunch of people..they put the Aloha in "Aloha Kia' Update..Needed some service.The service dept was friendly courteous and skilled. After shopping at two other car dealerships for a new compact car, I found that I received more personalized service- and the most helpful and accommodating sales representative (Martin) at Aloha Kia near the airport. Martin seemed to go beyond his duty as a salesman by getting up some of the car's electronic features (map, rear-facing camera, smartphone syncing with the stereo system- even syncing my garage remote control with the Forte's remote capability. The price, the car's features, payment options and Martin's helpfulness (he even delivered the floor mats to my door when the dealership received them). Upon my third visit to Aloha Kia, the service at the reception desk changed along with the change of personnel. And, it went downhill. This connection to the customer is the only interaction that allows us to feel comfortable that our car was taken care of. I have to assume that the brakes were inspected, the oil was actually changed and the tires rotated because I got no verbal follow up. I only got places to sign. I was supposed to receive a replacement tire via the road hazard insurance. It was only 4:25 and no one wanted to confirm or deny whether or not the tire was in stock. They asked to bring it back the next day, as if customers don’t have jobs and driving to the airport is easy. The next day, I bought a tire at Alex Brodie’s where service is exceptional. Also, I was told Aloha Kia would call me the next day. That never happened. I am not done with this performance evaluation at Aloha Kia. I’m going up the food chain. Btw-every other time my 2023 Kia Soul was returned to me, it was clean. This time, they hadn’t bothered. I also had to remove the crumpled up floor protector from behind the accelerator pedal. Someone pointed to the trash can when I walked inside with it. I don’t believe anyone cared that I was there. That’s my perception. I saw the person that had been taking good care of customers before. She recognized me and greeted me as she always has. This is not her job anymore. I could tell that she feels the importance of her position.. Not so with the rest in the service department.

I lost my key fob for my Niro EV and obtained the fob online from an authorized Kia dealer, but needed to take the car in to have the fob programmed. Made an appointment at Aloha Kia Airport and Marshall took care of me and had the fob programmed in an hour. He even found a used key blade which clips on to the fob to serve as a key ring attachment, since the fob I ordered online did not come with one. They even gave me a free carwash! Very happy with the service dept at Aloha Kia Airport!
