We could not be more thrilled with our new Mini Cooper S convertible.
Our salesman, Jeff Marquis, and the rest of the team were so helpful, communicative, and patient! It’s not an easy market to buy a car in right now due to demand and low inventory. Nevertheless, we were never made to feel rushed or pressured into making any decision or commitment until we were ready. 90% of our communications with Jeff were done by text, which is definitely my preference, however I am sure they would have accommodated whatever was easiest for me.
I was really struck by how fair and courteous the entire team was during the process. My husband and I also have an “interesting” credit history… we were still treated with the utmost courtesy, kindness, and professionalism. We drove from the lakes region of NH and will happily do so again even if other local dealers do have the options we requested in the future. Great job, team and thank you sincerely!

Ryan in service has taken great care of my cars over the years. I love the video walkthroughs they provide detailing what they see and the services recommended. I’ve never had any issues with the quality of the work done. If there’s a problem, it gets fixed.

I recently brought the MINI Cooper that I had just purchased in for an oil change, brake fluid, and an inspection. Not only did I find the customer care team friendly and easy to work with, but they expertly evaluated my car and were willing to help me find a resolution for the issues that they uncovered with the outside car dealership where I had made my purchase. In addition, they took time and care in showing me how the electronics in my car functioned. And? They even washed my car! (As an aside, while you are waiting they also have a swanky seating area and great snacks!)

The people here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their service of providing a loaner car is very helpful, it is much better then waiting and takes some pressure off of them so they don't have to hurry. My only negative is cost. It is a dealership, so costs are usually more, and they are using "official" parts.

I took my Mini for regular service after moving from Boston. The staff was polite and they completed all the required maintenance efficiently. They even washed and vacuumed my car for me and sent me video of the inspection. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is that making the appointment required 2 phone calls because the first time I called I got sent to an answering machine and never received a call back.

I've had long experience of good customer service here. My appointment this week wasn't one of those times. Costs for services seem to change on a whim, and it's hard to know how much any service is going to cost, going in. Communication issues over needed winter tires have forced me to make another trip to finish service that I'd hoped would've gotten done in one day. The fact that it was just before a major winter storm made this worse. Other communication issues over shuttle services made my workday unnecessarily stressful. It was - as I've said - not a great day. However, I fully understand that not everything can work seamlessly, every day. Overall, my experience at New Country MINI has been positive, and the service professionals there are kind and helpful.

Chris the closing person and business manager was more than 30 minutes late for our
appointment, blamed the delay on another customer, bad mouthed a prior employer, had paperwork improperly completed, which he blamed on others and had to redo, and wanted us to leave so he would be on time for his next appointment. Dealing with him was generally not pleasant.

Included car wash and mini interior detail really makes it special. If it wasn't for the high prices (300 bucks each for tie rods I can get for less than 100 a pop), I'd be doing less DIY.

As I live an hour away from Hartford, I chose to wait for the work to be done, and the waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped with a work station for plugging in laptops, etc.

Service team was very responsive and professional. Typically have utilized a local mechanic for maintenance and repairs but this time my local guy wasn’t actually getting at the root cause. Made an appointment at this dealership, from start to finish the process was smooth. Both Ryan and Austin were personable and set expectations accordingly. I was in CT on a buisness trip, being hunderds of miles from home, my Mini Cooper S Paceman's windows would not roll up, along with no directionals and had tons of lights on dashboard. I recently bought a used Nissan Pathfinder from New Country MINI. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The truck was mechanically sound, only had 2 owners and no accidents. The sales person Jeffery Marquis who I dealt with was great. He was not pushy at all and knew his stuff. He also was able to have the rims on the truck restored as they were 7 years old and had some corrosion. Now they look new. Very friendly staff. Had to purchase a new battery after 18 months ago having a new one installed and only driven 300 miles in that time period since. It’s not easy to have to tell a customer that your battery has a draw on it that may be your fault without sounding like an accusation. I don’t agree that it was anything in my control(used a trickle charger) but we did at least agree that system is seeing one. End of the day Ryan was a pleasure to work with.

New Country's tech quickly ignored my suggestion that the unwanted noise on acceleration was coming from the rear. Good thing, too, as its source was the aftermarket cold air intake housing rubbing the strut brace when the engine flexed the motor mounts.

I dropped off my AWD Countryman for service on a Thursday with the understanding that I would pick it up on Sunday after a snow storm since at that point the forecast is only doing 4 to 6 inches of snow. Well, the forecast for the Saturday blizzard of January 2022 was projected a great deal more snow than I had originally anticipated and my Countryman was my only all-wheel-drive vehicle with snow tires. Long story short, New Country MINI drove my car an hour south on the eve of the storm and dropped it off at my home to make sure that we would be prepared. I made an appointment for routine service and to fix brake lights. They did the inspection and service well and quickly but could only fix one brake light as they only had one wire. This happened despite the fact that “the socket burns out on the 2019s all the time” and I had informed them of the problem weeks earlier. If they had paid attention to the reason for my visit, they could have checked to make sure they had the little part that always fails. Now I need to get there another day.

I know that it has been challenging with COVID and that delays with shipping parts have created a lot of problems for so many businesses; however, I am impressed with how they were able to locate brakes and other essentials that are not always so easy to come by if you have a JCW. Compared to another car manufacturer I won’t mention (my wife suffers silently as it is her SUV), the folks at Mini are light years ahead! Upon picking my car up items that had been in my glovebox were in backseat area of car including gps and insurance card just strewn across the back area of vehicle. Items from glove box also on passenger floor mat. Not sure what’s going on with Mini. Have always had decent service and car left clean and in original condition. This time not so much. After an unpleasant experience at other car shops I brought my 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman here to get two new run-flats. Staff is very attentive to the customer. Area for people waiting for cars to be serviced is all right, but blaring music is too loud and makes listing to TV a challenge unless you crank up the volume. I am usually told my service will take 2 hours and end up waiting 3+ hours instead. Though I can't complain about the quality of service, the cost can be very high, especially for a retired person on a pension. I love my mini, and I think New Country Mini is a fine dealership, but I wish service department rates could be more reasonable.

Aside from the normal friendliness and professionalism of the service advisor, Ryan, New Country Mini has excellent procedures in place to deal with the Covid-19 situation. They explained about how they would disinfect my car on intake and when they were done, they texted me a video showing me the problem that needed repair as well as explaining things they checked that were fine, and before handing me my key fob upon pickup Ryan disinfected it. So it was the usual great service with the added care to protect me from the virus. Great work!

Mini Corporate: Disappointed by your seeming lack of commitment to sustainability. That you do not offer the same financing and NO leasing opportunities for the Countryman hybrid that you do for 100% gasoline-powered cars was shocking and WAY behind the times. If I didn't love the car so much, that breach of important earth-friendly values would have been a deal-breaker. I can understand somewhat your not want to get a dated technology back 3-5 years from now, but there is NO excuse for not offering the same loan promotions that you offer to the other new purchasers. Wake up, guys!

Clean place, no pressure sales and service staff which makes for a great customer service experience! The prices for service are outrageous- $150/hour for a basic vehicle look over. For the rear brakes to be changed and a tire rotation was over $600. $110 for a basic oil change- no extras: no complimentary vacuuming of the driver's side area.
The vehicle I purchased from there has had two oil changes in 12,000 miles after they found that they sold me a car without an oil change. The bluetooth functions poorly for a 2016 model vehicle- you cannot stream music from your cellphone to your car and have the call audio hooked in. The Y cable adapter given to me didn't work and then after two visits said, "Unfortunately there's nothing we can do."
This will be my last service visit, and last purchase from this dealership. The staff is super nice, just everything else feels like a rip off.

Appointment was for 1 year basic maintenance. I drive 1 1/2 hours to get there. Was told my appointment would be 1 1/2 hour wait (same as last time). Got there to be told it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours (good thing I didn't have other appointments or important plans scheduled!!!!). It was 3 hours before they even began the checkout process. At checkout I asked why so long, I was told they had a tech out...............so why couldn't they say that in the beginning?.............or call ahead of me coming because they knew on the work order that I'd be waiting during the service appointment?
I must say that the woman I talked to to make the appointment was curt and surly and short on providing information when I asked questions about time and availability........not at all who I would want representing the face of my company.
On the positive side, service people were extremely pleasant, your wait area is very comfortable with drinks and snacks available (thank you), they washed my vehicle (a very nice and appreciated extra service) AND I LOVE MY CAR!

My past two cars were both MINI's so naturally when my 2012 spice orange Cooper reached 155,000 miles I started shopping for a new model. This was my first time going to New Country MINI and I was not disappointed. I knew as soon as I pulled into their lot that this dealer was different than the rest, from the showcase MINI on their roof, to the upside MINI on the ceiling as you walk in, to the free lunch buffet, this place is cool.
I was there on a Saturday and I had to take my 9 year old son with me, they were very accommodating toward him. The dealership was busy and all the salespeople were helping other customers. I was quickly approached by Antonio Sapata, one of their awesome sales staff, who greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything. I explained that I was interested in trading in my MINI and wanted to look for a new one. Antonio told me that he was assisting another customer and he would send somebody over to help me out. Joesph Sajda, the pre-owned car manager came over and began helping me. Joe listened to what I was looking for and had me test driving a new 2017 MINI shortly after that. By then Antonio was free so he began showing me options while Joe looked over my current MINI for the trade in.
I was shopping for a Cooper because I wanted to keep my payments low, but Joe and Antonio worked with me and I ended up purchasing a new loaded 2017 Cooper S for cheaper than I was finding at other dealers and online. I really felt like Joe and Antonio were "on my side" and listened to everything I said.
I could not drive my new car home on Saturday because it needed to get registered at the DMV and I needed to resolve an issue which I took care of on Monday morning and Antonio drove my new car to me! That is the amazing service that New Country is doing.
I could not be happier with my new MINI purchase and everyone at New Country, I will be returning when it is time for my fourth MINI and would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Went out of his way to accommodate me today as i was having a real bad day as a Mini i bought from another dealer in CT ended up being a complete piece of ....! They ended up buying it back from me and refunding most of my money because they sold me a car with pre-existing that issue and i was able to prove it, disgusted with the service department/manager and sales manager that they allowed a car in that condition to be sold! But they didn't expect a 30 year experienced mechanic to buy the car that knew the car had problems and proved it.In a way i am glad i bought the car so some unknowing person didn't get screwed over!
Back to David Sajda, thank you for making my day improve 10 fold! A man of his word as i bought this car site unseen and i NEVER do that. Everything he said about the car was 100% spot on and i was going by his word and absolutely trusting him! He did not disappoint me, truly a man of his word with integrity and honor! Not to many people i can say that about! On the way home i noticed the console light was what i thought not working correctly and i was a little upset, i called and left a message, he returned my call within minutes and resolved the issue immediately as the light was set to engine RPM's and not to ambient lighting!
his last words to me on the call verbatim " if you have any issues at all after the day you had today and the other dealer i will personally drive a loaner to your house and take your car to be fixed!"
That to me is priceless and is the epitome of customer service!
David Sajda earned my respect today in a matter of hours, something that usually could take a very long time! Might not mean much to anyone but it means a lot to me!
Thank you David for all the hard work you did today to get me in that car today, i am beyond grateful and you will have me as a customer for a very long time! New Country Mini is the only local Mini Dealer and Service center. Their comfortable waiting area has complimentary coffee, water and snacks. The lounge has a large TV with cable and Netflix, as well as some highrise tables where you can work on your computer, read emails, or catch-up on a book. There is a wide variety of vehicles in the showroom, or Mini merchandise for you to browse through while you wait. They tend to push tires and still owe me parts I ordered and paid for.
