I bought my first car yesterday; 10/22/22. It’s a 2016 Nissan Rogue and I am absolutely in love. My salesman was Scott Macdonald; he was friendly and considerate and instead of just addressing my parents who I brought with me; he addressed me too. He made sure I knew all the features in the car, where everything is and took the time to ask if I had any questions. He was very patient and kind. Thank you Scott!!! The finance manager Jared Novak was friendly as well. Both gentlemen made my experience the best! Thank you Harte of Nissan!!!

I bought my first car from Harte Nissan on Valentine’s Day !!!! My salesman was Michael V and I was so happy with him ! He was NOT a know it all young dude who wanted to tell me all about why everyone loves him and how great he was … as I have experienced before … but also I love my new car ! And he explained everything so well and taught me how to use all the new fangled stuff I didn’t know about Lol. Arnold Abraham was very helpful when I went looking for a car. He listened, and took his time with me. Arnold was not pushy like other sales men I have dealt with in the past . Once I decided on a car he was very helpful with the process and made sure I knew everything about the car he was very kind patient . Jared the fiance manager was also very helpful in finding me a lender , I have not so good credit but he was able to find someone to finance me a loan. Jared was also very kind and did not judge my situation he treated me fairly and even gave me tips on how I could start to repair my credit. he gave me a safe space to discuss my budget amount and did his best to keep me within it. I just bought a 2023 Leaf (2/06/23) from Harte Nissan. From the visit to test drive to the paper work and financing, everyone was great! Kudos especially to AJ for the test drive and answering questions, Adam for the initial paperwork, on a Sunday no less, and to Jared for the financing and final purchase. This was my first car purchase in close to 20 years, and they've change a bit. AJ answered all questions on how to operate all the new tech, and how to charge, etc. I highly recommend Harte Nissan!

I had been looking for a Pathfinder for a few weeks and stopped in Harte to see one I liked. Zero pressure, great customer service, and family friendly environment. Our salesperson, Arnold, was wonderful to work with--he was more than happy to help get a booster seat in the car for a test drive with my kids, kept me updated on the process, and we left in 2 hours with the car. He knew we had a commitment later in the day and made sure to bring me through the most important highlights, then called the next day to schedule some time to do a full overview of the features. I think $100 is excessive for an oil change. Plus it took over an hour. Every time I get an oil change, they find hundreds of dollars of work to do on my car. I can't afford 5 to 8 hundred dollars every time I change the oil.

I had transmission issue with my car and the timing was very bad because my family was about to do an international travel with my Infant and I was in need of my car desperately for multiple things. Jameel Greenlee came to my rescue. He was very patient in listening to the issues with my car and In spite of the demand of the loaner car availability, he provided me a loaner car immediately understanding my situation. I also followed up over the phone multiple times with Jameel about the status my car and he was patient and very responsive and provided me with the updates every time. My car is fixed now and I have no issues. Customer service of Jameel was impeccable and Kudos to the Harte team for having such folks to deal with customers. Great job!

I've had a very good experience with Harte Nissan. I've recently moved to the Hartford area and chose Harte due to other reviews and for the convenience to where I live. I had very extensive damage done to my care and Harte dealt directly with my insurance company and kept me apprised of the progress for my vehicle. I dealt exclusively with Alan Jacob who was fantastic. He explained the damage in detail and told me how it was going to be repaired and how long it was expected to take. A malfunction light appeared on my dashboard, so I called and spoke to Allen who asked me to bring the car in the next morning. I was there by 7am; there was an issue with a sensor; it was fix and I was on my way within an hour. I really appreciate him squeezing me in at the last minute. Excellent customer service!

The dealer where I purchased the car stringed be along for a month to find out that the problem my car was having was because their mechanic is worthless and didn't tighten anything. we visited Harte Nissan Hartford, CT on Sunday July 22nd to look at a 2015 Nissan Versa Note Certified Pre-Owned car. We met with salesman Walt Jakubisyn. The car was as advertised and we had a good experience, including a test drive that we placed our deposit for the car then. On Wednesday July 25th we returned to pick-up the car which was ready for our pickup as promised., and some small cosmetic blemishes were corrected. we recommend Harte Nissan Hartford as well as Walt J. for a fair and professional car buying experience.

My car was a total loss on January 1st, 2022 due to a speeding driver who hit my parked 2015 Nissan Sentra SV. I was also diagnosed with CoVID that week as well. I was drain and stressed from the loss of my car as well as being sick. Also, taking care of my father from his recent car accident of a head on collision. Whom suffered internal stomach bleeding. Highly recommend this dealership. Spent a couple weeks shopping for a used car with all the usual pitfalls of pushy sales agents and hidden fees, but the folks here did not pressure me at all. LaQuea, the excellent sales consultant I worked with, actually gave me time to think about it without trying to push me into buying a car asap. In the end, she gave me a great deal on a used Rogue that has worked very well for me so far. I'd say this was the best dealership and sales staff I came across in the Hartford area. Edit: I went back here a year later for repair and they were great, even managed to do it for about half the original estimated cost. The Service Consultant, Ian, was especially helpful.

Harte Nissan is a very big dealership in Connecticut . Thousands of brand new and used cars. I'm from Massachusetts and this dealership was highly recommended to me by a friend from Massachusetts . My friend had purchased a used 2017 Nissan Rogue previously from them a yr or 2 before.He was so happy with the car that he bought. He told me it felt like he was test driving a brand new car when he tryed it out , because It was so clean inside and out and in mint condition . So we took a ride and I wasn't sorry I did . I've had 5 brand Nissan Murano's in the past but decided this time to buy one that was 2yrs old because I just retired. And plus I wanted to lower my payment. My salesman Scott MacDonald was the best. He understood my needs , and didn't try to sell me a brand new car , like a lot of other dealerships.The Murano I bought was a 2020 SL , it was 2yrs old , like brand new ,and immaculate . Even after purchasing it , Scott insisted on having it detailed before I left their dealership to return home. It really didn't need it, because it was spotless. I would highly recommend Harte Nissan to anyone , it was worth the 2 hr ride. I was very impressed !

It's been 2 weeks since I leased my new Nissan Sentra from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier. My salesperson, LaQuea Rayon, was awesome and made the experience a painless one. With that being said, there wasn't a chance I was going back there for anything especially my service needs. I chose Harte Nissan because of their reviews. They were all very positive and someone responded to every post! Someone who takes the time to keep up with that tells me they probably care about their customers and how their business runs. He was nice, knowledgeable listened to my brief complaint about Manchester and felt like he needed to try and make up for that experience, which he most definitely did just that! Ian apologized for my experience, assured me I would be taken care of there. I had a blinker that was out, I never mentioned it, but they noticed it and changed that out for me, did the tire rotation and of course the oil change. The headlight and tire rotation he took care of for me and all I was responsible for was the oil change! Extremely nice! So back it up a little bit, when I bought my truck it was supposed to come with free oil changes for the first year. Ian was nice enough to look into that when I mentioned it and let me know it was only good at the Manchester location. Not a chance in hell I'm going back, so I chose to pay for the services need! Ian felt the blinker and rotation was the least he could do for me in regards to my experience and giving up free oil changes. I appreciate that more than anything! He didn't have to do that, but it was important to Ian to ensure my visit at Harte Nissan was above and beyond my expectations! Thank you Ian and team, I will see you soon!!!

Normally I don’t enjoy buying a car. Don’t like the negotiation or haggling over price. This was a totally different experience and quite enjoyable. The price of the car I wanted was already discounted and there was no haggling, the price is the price. That being said, I got an amazing car at a really good price. My salesman and I had a difficult time getting my insurance company to send over the new ID cards. In fact it took over two hours to get the right documentation so I could drive the car home. John stayed with me long after his shift was over to make sure we got what we needed for me to leave with the new car. Just had my car serviced. Very professional and quick although slightly expensive. The only thing I would do differently is when you spend $1k on service you would think they could run the car through the car wash. I am not talking windows and vacuum the inside but they obviously have a easy way to wash all those nice clean cars on their lot, the least they could do is a quick wash. Also, when replacing a battery, would be great if they could plug in the "setting saver" so you don't have to re-set all your settings.

I bought my car from Harte Nissan in December, 2017. About a month later my heat made a very loud noise when I tried to use it. I brought it in to be inspected and found out that a mouse had built a nest in heater box! Yuck! Good thing I went to Harte Nissan because they made this disgusting process very easy for me. After showing me the damage done by the mouse, they talked me though the steps of contacting my insurance company. They kept calling to check in with me to see how the insurance process was going and show sympathy for the situation I was in. After the insurance process began, they started working on my car. The repairs took about two weeks. I hadn't heard from them during those two weeks so I was growing a bit nervous but they did finally call and let me know my car was ready. They even had it detailed for me! Due to scheduling conflicts, I couldn't pick up my car for another few days so they offered to bring me car to my home so that I didn't have to drive to the dealership. I would recommend them for any type of work that needs to be done on your vehicle. They were honest, fair, and took care of me and my vehicle.

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue yesterday from Harte Nissan, and I will say I was pleasantly surprised. I had a gentleman named John that helped me. This was my second visit to the dealership for this vehicle, as the first time, I was just doing some comparison test drives. They did not harass me after I left, and they just checked in after about 2 weeks which I loved (sometimes they call you multiple times a week). Even though John was helping me, he was busy at the time when I came in, and another lady (I think her name was Catherine) who was a sales consultant took me for another test drive to help me determine that the vehicle was for me even though she wasn't going to get the credit if I purchased a vehicle. I was impressed by the teamwork. When I decided that the Rogue was the right car for me, they came at me with an incredibly fair price. I looked at true car, and looked at invoice of the equipped vehicle I was buying and I will say that they were very competitive. They came in below what I was looking to spend, which was helpful, as I don't like playing games to get the price where I need it to be (who does?). Everything from that point on went smoothly from the sales manager to the finance office. I would definitely recommend this place, as I have been to other Nissan dealerships, and I have had a completely different experience.

It's easy to have anxiety when taking your car to get serviced but if you have a Service Manager like Vic at Harte Nissan, your visit will much more pleasant than you expected. In addition to being customer centric, he treated my Infiniti like it was his own. He was very welcoming, patient, and explained anything I should be concerned about with my current and future servicing on my vehicle. You could tell he wasn't just focused on this visit but building up credibility for future visits. In terms of responsiveness, he was proactive in reaching out and providing a status update on my car. I never had to follow up or reach out, he would let me know what to expect and when. In terms of public health, he and his office made all the necessary precautions of masking, distancing, plexiglass barriers that would make a customer feel safe. It was 12 years since I dealt with a car dealer, so I ventured into Harte Nissan with some trepidation about the car buying/leasing process. That feeling dissipated immediately as I was approached by the salesperson, LaQuea Rayon, who was welcoming, low key, professional and knowledgeable. She zoomed in on what I was looking for, patiently and clearly explained the all details about buying/leasing options. She was a great teacher when it came to showing me all the new computerized features cars have developed over the past 12 years. She worked her butt off to get me a great lease deal and I closed yesterday, greatly satisfied with my new car, my salesperson, my closer and the dealership. My car lost power on a Friday before New Year week. I had the car towed to Harte Nissan on Service Road in Hartford. I was dreading to find out how much the repair was going to be seeing it was during the holidays money was tight. Victor from the service department calls me and let's me know that it was going to be well over $1,000. My heart sank and I guess he heard it in my voice. He proceeded to ask me if I had extended warranty. I didnt know. So he asked me where I bought the car. After I told him he said he would call me back. He went out of his way to call the dealership and find if I had the warranty. I did with a deductible of $100. So he calls me back right away with the good news. The car was fixed in a day and I picked it up on New Year's Eve day. My point is that Victor looked out and took that extra step to make sure I was taken cared of. Received a customer service call to set up a service appointment. Also mentioned I had a recall. Came in for a 9:30 appointment. Staff was very friendly. Asked if I had any other concerns. I told the customer service rep there was a noise when I made right turns- grinding. Was told no problem. Waited until after 12 without an update. Had to find an employee who went to get the rep. He came out, told me they were driving my car. Came back 30 minutes later and said there was a “bolt” problem with the suspension. Then had to wait for a rental. Was there for 4 hours... too long to wait.. the rep Ian was very polite and courteous but there has to be a better way to expedite service

The staff detailed the car and full tank of gas. Service line ever through the car with me to show me everything working and all fluids filled. I highly recommend going to them. They are amazing! We won a $27,000.00 Nissan Rogue S. We upgraded to a $30,000.00 Rogue SV. We were disappointed because the dealership would not give us the full value of the car towards the upgrade. They only allowed $21,750.00. Since the Nissan S was never driven off of the lot, we felt that we should have been given the full value toward the upgrade. Our salesperson was very good. She was knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions that we may have had. She urges us that if we still have any questions to contact. her. We would give her an excellent review. However, we feel that we should have been given the full credit for the value of the vehicle we won. So the rating for the transaction was not as good.

We had a great experience with Harte Nissan. I had a quick communication via email and a phone call on Friday. Arrived on Saturday at 1pm and left in a new Rogue at 5pm. Salesman John Eberhart and General Manager Lincoln Baboolal were awesome. This was one of the few times I didn't have to hassle over the sales price or trade in price. Lincoln was very fair in both and was able to give a better price on both compared to what was offered on the phone the previous day. I accepted the trade in and sales price without a second thought. We've never started and completed a purchase that includes driving away in a new vehicle in the same day before, and this was fantastic. Finance Manager Anni Sheehan was great to deal with also. She was very friendly and didn't attempt to pressure us into buying anything we didn't want. From start to finish this was my best experience ever purchasing a new vehicle. I'll start by saying, we'd been looking for a used Nissan Altima for about a month and I cringed EVERY time we found a car online, and had to go look at it! I'm not a fan of car sales people, and find their questions incredibly annoying! We happened to go into Harte Nissan in Hartford. We walked up to the counter and asked about a used Altima. The man mentioned they just got in a V6- but it hadn't been detailed yet and was down the street at detailers shop. (the V6 was exactly what we were looking for, but impossible to find). They called Walter, who then began working with us. Walter was awesome because he didn't ask us the annoying and rhetorical salesman questions!!! He knew we were interested in this car, tracked it down next door, apologized for it not being detailed yet, and took us for a test drive. He was calm, knowledgeable and professional. I really liked the fact that he didn't ASK US questions while we were test driving - but answered any questions WE asked him! So Thank You Walter for not stressing me out!!! We bought the car- and came back a couple days later, so they could detail it... and the detailing was awesome, it looked beautiful!!! Before we left, Walter walked us to the car and took a lot of time to explain and show us how to use ALL of the features (which we had never had in our old car). He even connected my phone and programed my stations :)) (thanks Walt)! I'd also like to mention that Sham, the finance person was efficient and clear. There was no pressure when we denied warranty...after paperwork was complete- I had some questions about the warranty that had been offered. He thoroughly explained and gave some good examples of coverage etc.... my husband and I talked it out, and ended up getting it. Jeremy did an excellent job. My car needed repairs on recalls and Jeremy was able to get me a rental car while my car was at the shop. The Harte service experience was none that I have ever experienced before, which was pleasantly surprising given that I did not buy my vehicle from them. I'm always fearful when it comes time to bringing my car in for service because most places see a woman coming and take full advantage. This was not the case with Harte. After hearing great things about the Harte service experience I decided to try them out. After explaining what was going on with my vehicle they thought it might be dangerous to drive and were able to get an appointment right away. When dropping my vehicle off at Harte I was greeted at the door by name by the Service Director, Damen. He insisted they give me a loaner vehicle while they take their time to thoroughly asses mine. Given that my vehicle is a Jeep and we had a storm predicted, Damen offered me the Nissan Xterra so I would feel safe should the snowfall accumulate. While my vehicle was with them they communicated with me every step of the way. They were diligent in getting to the root of the problem and offered up a few different solutions, all of which I felt very comfortable with. Once we came to the best solution, which was quite affordable, they had my vehicle fixed by the next day. The morning I was picking up the car I ran into heavy traffic on the highway. Being that I needed to be at work, I pulled off and found an alternate route. I called ahead to let them know I was in a hurry and could they please process my credit card payment before I arrived. Not only was the paperwork ready for me to sign and go, Damen made sure that my freshly washed vehicle was running, warm and ready to go. The Jeep has never ridden better! Thanks to the Harte experience I have found a new place to service my vehicle with no fear of being taken advantage of. They are steps above any of the dealers in the Hartford area that I have been to. When it comes time to buying my next vehicle Harte Auto Group will definitely be my first and last stop. I did not end up buying a car here, but I wanted to write a review because I think a person shows one's true character when a situation does not play out the way one wants. My 2007 Nissan Altima reached its end with over 256k miles earned during 12 years of a good run. I came here with every intention to buy a car, because unlike other Nissan dealers locations, they didn't charge me for the battery for my key fob when it needed replacing. I thought that was good customer service, so of course I would return when it was time for a new car. I walked in 40 minutes before closing and was greeted warmly by Ben, who took me out in a Nissan Rogue. I wasn't feeling it, and came back the next day to drive an Altima, and unfortunately, despite my desire for another Altima, didn't feel that either. Ben did not apply any pressure, made every effort to help me figure out what I wanted, answered questions, provided good guidance and was all around pleasant to work with. No cheesy salesman pitches or negative talk about the other cars I was considering. His main concern was I got what made me happy. When I followed up to let him know I decided to go with a different car all together, he thanked me for letting him know and wished me luck. It's rare to find a place that puts people before profits, but Ben showed that it does exist. It's well appreciated and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

The entire process of leasing my 2017 Nissan Rogue was excellent. I originally emailed the internet department and had my email returned very quickly by Katie Garcia. Katie was very helpful in helping me determine the monthly payment I should expect if I decided to lease through Harte. I brought my family down on a Saturday and was greeted by Aarpan Singh. Aarpan was very helpful. He looked up the quote I was given by Katie and had us test driving a Rogue within 15 minutes. Aarpan explained some of the updated features of the 2017 over my 2013 Rogue. Aarpan showed us the colors available and explained the different Rogue models (including the Rogue One special edition which they had two of on the lot). We chose the red Rogue and Aarpan had our paperwork processed and we were out the door within an hour. I was unable to take the new Rogue home on Saturday as my insurance company was not available until the following Monday. On Monday I picked up the new Rogue and bid a sweet farewell to the 2013 Rogue. Aarpan had the new Rogue detailed and ready and went over some of the dash controls etc. This was one of the best experiences I have had with any dealership. The team at Harte Nissan is very easy to deal with. The no pressure and straightforward approach at Harte is one my family and I really appreciate. I started in Middletown and had a poor experience with one of their salesmen. Already stressed and feeling defeated I walked in to Harte Nissan with my father and we were introduced to Arnold. After having a negative experience at another Nissan dealer, I went to Harte Nissan to see if I could do any better, but not expecting much. I was immediately met at the door and a sales person was called over to help me. They no longer had the vehicle I was looking for, but John Hair helped me find a similar one. There was no pressure to buy and everything, from start to finish, was explained. All of my questions were answered and I took delivery of my Pathfinder two days later. Not only is John one of the best sales people I've dealt with, but when it came time to do the financing work, Jared was also phenomenal, and explained every step of the process. Unlike my experiences at other dealers, there were no high-pressure attempts to get us to buy an unnecessary warranty or add-ons that we did not need. everything was fine Walt was thorough, knew his stuff and is a good guy. I do not like the fact that the wear and tear to the Altima on my previous lease could not be determined right there on the spot but has to go to Nissan to be determined -AND I AM NOT THERE in case they decide there is more than $500 damage!! (this is why I give it four stars instead of 5} Besides that negotiations were fair and as a former car sales person I rather enjoyed the process. The service is department is very clean, starbucks is a nice touch, the furniture is comfortable, It blows away Schaller where I use to work. I will not comment on the service department advisers. One other glitch, the next day the car radio would not shut off, it only shut off when I turned the car off. I reinstalled blue tooth and that seemed to do the trick. My previous Nissan's were trouble free I hope this one is as well. All in All a very good experience.

i purchased a new car last year (Feb) with my wife at a different dealer. I told them the payment i wanted when we started the process, but they started at $250 more than that. after i said no, they came back again lowering it by $50. they held onto the keys of my trade and would not let me go. after i finally was able to escape, i went to a different dealer and started a "payment war" between the two. after 3 days of "nickle and diming" the payment lower, I finally arrived at the payment I wanted. Harte, however, was upfront with the best payment from the start. they were professional and courteous. I felt that they valued my time, and valued me as a customer. We just came home with our second Murano. My wife loved her first one so much we went back to Harte for the second. We have had such good luck with the first one and hope to have with the second. Walt Jakubisyn was the sales consultant and spent a lot of time explaining the various functions of the car taking time to explain to my wife how the navigation works and connected her phone as well.
