I have a 2002 Toyota Camry I take here for it to get worked on. I always request for Zach Corbin who works in their service department. He is very professional with the work he does. Gets back to you in a timely manner. Work with you if you're on a budget getting things fixed appropriately. Very well spoken and polite. If i could give him a separate rating it would be 5 stars as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recommend next time you have work done on your car here you request for him and see for yourself.

Good experience from the start. We originally went looking for a RAV4 and ended with a highlander. Salesman, Tony, was not pushy at all. Could tell he really enjoyed showing people the Toyota products. We did look at other dealers and J Allen had the best pricing. Ordered vehicle and was told it could take 30-40 days. Ended up being only 2 weeks. We are loving the new vehicle. Even finance dept was very nice and not pushy on all with the extra warranties. Highly recommend this dealer and salesman Tony.

Went out of my way to come here from New Orleans because of the difference in treatment. It’s a night and day difference between this Toyota dealership and my local ones. Rosie Burciaga is 90% of the reason for the 5 star review. She never came off as pushy or demanding and catered to my every need and more. She made me feel like my opinion mattered and really listened to what I was telling her, can’t sing her praises enough! The financial side of the house is also very knowledgeable and honest with the deal you are getting. Seemed like they really had my best interests at heart and not just trying to sell me a vehicle at all costs. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend and shop here again.

We had a great experience at J Allen. Our salesman, Kelvin Murphy was so helpful and kind. We traveled for 3 hours to pick up our 4 runner. He stayed past his quitting time to make sure we were happy. He even called us after the sale to make sure everything was good. Ask for Kelvin… you won’t be disappointed. Also, Chris in the finance department was a big help and even went above and beyond to help us. I’ll be back in about 3 years. 😂

I worked with Rosie (who happens to a Spanish speaker) I purchased a mustang GT from her I came in late because of my job schedule and she stayed late with me along with the finance guy to allow me to purchase the car that same night! There was fair pricing she kept me informed throughout the whole process she definitely picked up the bay for me and made everything work! She was also super sweet listened and addressed all my concerns for the car detailed for me and even gave me a little rubber ducky when everything was done! It’s the small details like that that matter and sell the whole experience! After there was a problem with the window alignment to my mustang she quickly snapped into action asked me to bring the car in before my work day got it fixed and she even took me to work to make sure I had no worries about being late or anything! Then when it was fixed she even offered to pick me up to get my car! I would definitely recommend her for your next car purchase truly a remarkable individual who stands out and on top! Definitely coming back when I’m ready to upgrade!

This was my first time buying a car and she and her co-workers made the process so easy and was super transparent on everything. She was to the point and was never pushy in making decisions. Got my car delivered from J Allen about a week ago. The process was easy and the team was very accommodating. I called 23 dealerships in and around the Mississippi area - they either didn’t have the car I wanted or were charging a much higher price than I was willing to pay. My seller, Tony Wright, helped me locate the exact car I was looking for and made the buying process very simple. The finance director, Chris Peck, was also very helpful as he arranged to have the car delivered to me for a very reasonable fee when I told him I couldn’t get a ride down to Gulfport. So far, I love my car (new 2022 Corolla LE) and I’m very pleased with the team at J Allen.

Best experience ever in buying a new vehicle. Every employee that I dealt with was awesome. I called to confirm availability of the Highlander that I saw on their website. I spoke to the salesman, the sales manager regarding my trade, and to the finance manager regarding an extended warranty and financing. We agreed on a price. I then applied online for financing and within minutes I was approved for a Toyota loan. I drove 2-1/2 hours to buy it. Walked in to all paperwork being ready and the vehicle being ready. Within 45 minutes, I was headed home in my new Highlander. 😁. I highly recommend going to J. Allen to purchase a vehicle.

Great experience, my catalytic converters were stolen and went to this location, Zach Corbin helped me out with this deal, everything was pretty fast as far as parts ordered and dealing with insurance and he updated me throughout the whole process any time something changed or was updated all the way to the end of it, wasn't a headache, actually didn't have to do much at all besides drop off and pickup of the vehicle. It was definitely quick and painless, good customer service above and beyond, and everyone was nice that had involvement in it.

Fantastic customer service. Francisco delivered on everything he promised us. Our son put a down payment on a Tacoma 3 weeks ago, we were given the vin of the vehicle, pricing & an ETA. That vehicle was delivered on Thursday, we spoke to the financing department on Friday morning, went in on Friday evening and signed the paperwork. Everything from pricing to financing was as discussed (no surprises) and we drove out of there at 5:45! Great experience.

Had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change and cabin air filter with a scheduled appointment. I get they they where busy but they forgot to check the other fluid levels of my car on their multipoint inspection. Additionally the salesman and this isn’t really big deal but the salesman/ customer service rep tried to have me sign the estimate with no estimate. When I brought it up he said he would have me sign it again later. Later turned out to be after the servers were performed. Not a big deal for an oil change but for anything major that seems suspicious. As the lady next to me found out after her diagnostic was performed that the diagnostic cost 350. No complaints on the oil change itself. They did change the oil filter and cabin air filter like I requested and the inside of the dealership was clean.

Technically it was a good thing. Advisor was good and kept me in the know . Rental car was good. Wish we could have had a comp to the Blow Fly Restaurant J. Allen got in on that would have been awesome 🤩. Good work and I paid for it and my wife was looking 👀 at the new RAV 4 I told her only in hybrids and probably have to order. I had two open recalls on my Toyota. I brought my car down to J. Allen Toyota to have them fixed for free. Unfortunately while fixing the recall, they accidently broke a small plastic piece.. they fixed this for free, but they needed to keep it another day. During that time my husband's truck broke down. Smh. Luckily for me Toyota came through for me. They sent a shuttle to come get me and they were even 30 minutes early. It's a wonderful business with wonderful staff.

Scheduled appointment to replace 4 tires on vehicle. The time of the appointment was 9am, with a reassured timeframe of 2 hours to complete the work. The work took 4 hours to complete, which is my only complaint. Had this been conveyed, I wouldn’t have opted to wait for the vehicle to have work done.

I have watched how Zach treats every client with dignity and respect that sometimes I do not think they deserve. I have seen clients raise their voice in a disrespectful manner when their repairs may have been more extensive. Zach allowed them to yell while simultaneously trying to speak to them in a manner to resolve and diffuse the situation. I was very pleased with the customer service from Tony Wright at J. Allen Toyota. I came in search of a new Toyota Camry and Tony ensured that I received everything on my "must haves" and "needs" for the build sheet. Tony made sure that I received weekly updates on the status of my car along with updated ETAs and what phase of the building process my car was on. I was told to initially expect a 6-8 month wait time but I received my car within a 4 month span. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service vide that Tony provided to me and if you are going to shop at J. Allen Toyota, make sure that you request Tony!

What can I say? Megan Leonard knocked it out of the park. She took care my service needs for my 2020 tundra crewmax in excellent fashion, and she went all out trying to find a way to download the gps system to my truck. Megan called in support from service, technical and sales trying to figure this thing out and she succeeded with flying colors. Megan has a very bubbly and contagious personality who loves her job and it shows. People like Megan Leonard are rare these days. She is definitely a keeper.

I am greatful for Toyota for letting me know that a car I bought few months ago is basically a lemon.. they did a thorough job in letting us know the $6500 worth of work that needs to be done .. I am leaving 3 stars only because I was very upset and sad to see the snake who sold me the vehicle is working with this amazing team! Ryan Baroni should never be allowed to sell cars to anyone on the gulf coast.. I bought my 2003 Toyota four runner from him at Volkswagen in diberville for over 7 k .. five and half months ago .. and now he is currently employed with Toyota .. apparently hired last week.. so my complaint is that he should be barred from ever selling a car .. thanks again to Toyota team for letting me know ..

This is the way I got my truck back. The basket caddy was full neatly with the stuff that is now on the floor. Ugh And I had to call 7hrs after drop off to find out status. I had mentioned I need to pay via phone before 5pm was told that was possible and someone would call me to get that info. 4:45 still no call. I tried twice was disconnected after being on hold for 5 minutes. I had to have a friend call bc I had to work. And she too has a hard time getting thru. The fifth time was the charm. Oh and after having it all day. Didn't do anything with the check engine light which I mentioned when I arrived. At least my brakes aren't squeaking... 🙄

I've used J Allen Toyota for service on my 2004 Sienna since moving to MS in 2018 - generally they have provided really good service. On my last big service in mid January 2022 new belts were installed and my tires rotated plus other normal maintenance. When I turned my car on to leave is squealed loudly - I had the service guy come out & check it and they took my car back & adjusted the new belt. Next time I started the car when cold - squeal was back. Also I noticed a studdering of my rear brakes when backing out of my driveway. I was unhappy at this point - my brakes were pretty new. I was finally able to bring the car back yesterday - the belt was adjusted again and the squeal is gone. They found uneven wear on my breaks and since they were warrantied they replaced the pads free of charge. My faith in them has been restored. I would encourage anyone who has a problem to bring it to them, they'll work with you to resolve it!

I brought in a 2009 Toyota Avalon with 30,000 miles to check to make sure the car was drive worthy to take to its new home in New York. Tony Tisdale was my service advisor. After having the multipoint inspection, and an inspection of the entire car, Tony patiently explained which areas of maintenance and repairs were areas of concern because of its age, not the mileage. Tony answered every question I had. Even after the explanation of what was recommended he didn’t pressure me to have any or all of the repair work. After a long problem filled search online for a 2021 TRD PRO Tundra I found a nice example at Allen Toyota. The buying process took one phone call to buy the perfect example at a reasonable price. No back and forth games with the salesman and the manager. No lies or BS about extras fees or hidden charges. Professional outfit from top to bottom. Kelvin the salesman was particulary outstanding. Same with the finannce and business managers. The car was perfectly cleaned and gassed up when I arrived. I was in and out in 30 min. Both were completed very fast and I have had ZERO problems since. Service writers are knowledgeable, respectful and all staff are very helpful and cheerful making your whole experience 10 times better. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is very inviting, well lit and quiet. No one's running around, no one's bombarding you asking what car you want to buy. There's plenty of comfortable and stylish seating while you wait. Beverages and snacks are also available. Over all I rate my experiences here a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Most of the time, when you are purchasing a car, the customer service is great, however, the true test is when your car has an issue and has to be brought in. We had a minor issue and our car had to be towed in. I called to let them know it was on its way. Not long after, I received a call from Tylan in the service department. He was calling to confirm the issue that we were reporting and to ensure that there wasn’t any other issues. They immediately got to it the very next morning and had us back on the road in no time! Not only did they have us fixed quickly, but Tylan’s customer service from start to finish was 100% on point! Customer service seems to be a thing of the past at many places today. I have had my vehicle serviced here twice since buying my new vehicle, their bathrooms were very clean and updated. The staff are very nice and professional; however I think someone ( a customer) peed in one of the waiting area seats and I was promised a discount on my tire purchased but did not receive; after waiting four hours for what I had an appointment at the earliest time of 0731; I think I will drive an hour to Springhill Toyota in Mobile AL, at least my vehicle will get detailed if I have to wait a while for servicing.

I was stranded when my car broke down in Gulfport from Pennsylvania, and even though he knew I was not in the market to buy a car, he made me feel at home and eased my nerves about my car by simply talking to me like a friend. Noting that my 2007 Yaris would hit the mileage mark for the next "service needed" during a road trip I was planning on taking, I made a service appointment. I also had a couple of small things that I thought needed doing. When i presented my list to the service dude, he took it all down. I then told him why I was getting the service earlier than recommended. They not only took care of the things I'd mentioned but but went the extra mile and recommended a couple of other things I'd probably like done before a long trip. And cleaned and adjusted my brakes for optimal performance. I'm in the middle of the trip, and the car has been handling wonderfully (it was handling well before, but I can feel the difference). I am very satisfied with the Allen Toyota Service experience.

I went in for an oil change, they were fast, professional, and courteous. Just went in for me 2nd service with Allen Toyota, and again got top notch service. Only needed my tires rotated, but with all the extra checking they do they were able to let me know my battery was going bad. The only "bad" thing I could say is Saturdays seem to be a busy day for them, but next time I'll schedule during the week. Still completely satisfied with them.

Great car buying experience (if there ever was one). The sales crew doesn't seem to get into high pressure tactics and the service crew is always on it. To me, this is the best place for new and certified pre-owned Toyotas. I've done my car buying business with these folks twice and walked away happy (with a new vehicle) each time. The service experience was great with toyota care. It takes a little longer than Jiffy Lube, but lets be honest, you get what you pay for.

Jim Ferguson provided wonderful salesmanship and excellent customer service to my mother! Our previous two vehicles were purchased through Allen Toyota, and we decided to go back there first when it came time to trade them in to get my mom a new vehicle. Jim was very thoughtful and took his time explaining the redesign of the vehicle my mom was interested in; he carefully explained all the buttons and controls during the test drive. Jim and the appraisal team gave my mom a deal she was very happy with, and the finance team conscientiously went over all the paperwork with her. When it was time to drive off with her new car, Jim once again went through all the features and answered any additional questions my mother had. MY mistake was in estimating a higher tax/title cost than I was charged. I agreed to and signed a paper with the price I eventually paid. That's on me. I should have asked for an itemized list of all the charges. My advice is to get an itemized list of EVERYTHING that goes into the final "drive it off the lot" price so that you know exactly what you're paying. I was too trusting and it was an expensive (for me) mistake. The two negative stars are for what I felt was a dishonest change in the price after I had been quoted a lower one. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and, at the time, I had a positive impression of the experience. Later, it felt like previous car buying experiences-- moderately disappointing.

They also cleaned and filled the car before we left. The facility was large, clean, and modern complete with free bottle water and popcorn along with recliners and tables. We got to ring the bell and sign our signifying our new car. We had to wait about four hours from time to finish. Online they said it was a speedy checkout. We also went on a Monday and had everything together. So the process could have gone quicker. Kendrick did cone to check on us.Tristan was also very nice and efficient. Another negative is we lived in Hattiesburg and were not given temporary tags. We had to drive back up to get there as that is the law which was an inconvenience. Overall we would recommend.

I bought my 2014 Camry 2 years ago and we noticed the bumper was loose. No problem right? They had a bumper guy fix it and it came loose again and we had it fixed yet again. It is not a tight fit and in my opinion needed something different done. I now have 2 wholes in my fender well. Not very satisfied with the way this repair has been handled. Love the service center but the bumper man did a horrible repair. Mike in service was so nice. The odor was from a dead rodent of which they removed for me . They were able to get rid of the smell and and deodorize my car. Best of all no change!! We were in the process of wanting to buy a car, planning to do this in August so I could get a few more bills out of the way before making this purchase. My wife Tammy and myself decided to go looking around after dinner on Tuesday, June 17th at different dealerships. It was late in the evening, just before 8 pm when we arrived at your dealership to take a look at what your place had to offer. A very nice gentleman named Leo Shelby came out to see us, made us feel very welcome and asked if there was something he could do to help us. He spent the next 30 minutes showing us 2 different Toyota cars, the Camry and the Corolla as we requested. He answered all of our initial questions, even opened up both cars for us to sit in them and get an idea of what we were looking for. There was no pressure on his part to try and sell us anything, but wanted us to understand the difference between those 2 cars and to answer any questions we had. Two days later, I called Mr. Shelby back to get answers to a few more questions that we forgot to ask at our first visit. After being satisfied with our questions answered and after talking with Tammy, we made the decision to come back to purchase the Camry. Had to rent a vehicle, due to transmission going out in my truck. This dealership offered a great rate on the some nice vehicles. I rented a Toyota Rav4 XLE for a weekend at $40/day. Not bad considering some of the other places wanted to rent me the same or similar from anywhere to $50 to $60 a day, they also let you use your debit card to rent a vehicle. Debit cards come with a $200 additional hold and credit cards with a $100 additional hold The vehicle was able to hold my husbands wheelchair without me having to take it apart and fold it down. The person who was working in the rental area was great answered all my questions and helped me with the process. I enjoyed the the process and will most definitely be renting another vehicle from them.

The check in of the vehicle was merely okay as one fellow tried to help me but seemed to have trouble correcting/completing the data in the computer, and another had to help out. Further, I was told that my service would be $20.00 higher than expected because the Prius V takes synthetic oil. Did I have an option to go with regular oil? Never offered nor explained why not. I also had a coupon for a free carwash and when the car was returned to me the quality of the wash was not much better than what one could do with a garden hose. Black streaks ran down the doors from the door handles and later I found dirt still on the back tailgate and bumper that had never been removed. Is this the quality service that you aspire to?

Always get it in writing! While the service department did their usual excellent and relatively quick oil change/maintenance on my 2013 Rav4, I am disappointed. Steven Nance, who was the salesman when I bought my car, promised me verbally that I could have my car DETAILED each time I brought it in for a service and washed anytime I wanted to bring it in otherwise. He made this statement in the presence of the new car manager, James Usey. Both of these men no longer work for the dealership, so I have no proof of the promise made. Lets be honest how often do you walk away from a used car deal feeling good. Lee B. was an awesome salesman who didnt pressure me and knows his Spurs/BPL! The few issues that did come up for me were handled fairly through the service department (Mike C.). Even when the used car management team dropped the ball and seemed to need a hug, the guys and girls in the service department more than made up for it. Overall I will deal with them again, however I wont waste my time trying to get problems solved through the used car sales managers. I will approach the people who I want to actually fix the problems. Lesson learned. Mike C. and Lee B. helped me to feel like I have a friend or two in the car business.

After making the decision to purchase a new vehicle I set my sights on the new Nissan Juke from Pat Peck Nissan. I searched their inventory by internet and inquired on one that I thought I would possibly purchase. What a big mistake!! The most horrible experience ever and that was before I even made it to the dealership. Very frustrated I left Pat Peck and traveled over to Allen Toyota where I was greeted by salesman, Jim Ferguson. What a breath of fresh air! Jim almost had to know that the first Camry he had shown me would be the one I would purchase later that evening however, he very patiently and very happily looked for every detail I requested in every Camry he had on the lot. I went in for a routine maintenance along with a couple odd issues that fall in the realm of body and structural repairs. Mike mcCormick took me through all of the options that I had for the odd fixes, prices, and didn't pressure or steer me in one direction or the other. He also provided recommendations for body shops that I could find a trustworthy and reliable person to fix my exterior problem. Fantastic service, and a great atmosphere.
