Such a great experience. Purchased a beautiful 2016 F-150. Sales staff was friendly and quick at what they did even though they were busy. Vehicle is super clean. I can’t say enough good. My husband and I recently purchased a van for our growing family and had a great experience at XYZ motors. We visited several dealerships during our search and XYZ was the best experience by far. Brett was very helpful during our first visit, without pressuring us or hovering while we took a look at the vehicles. We left with quotes and were able to take the weekend to think about our decision. We returned on Monday and although Brett was not there, we were assured that they work as a team and are not competing for commission. Gabe was able to work with us and treated us in the same manner as Brett. Gabe helped us finish the process and we bought a beautiful van and took it home that same day. Great experience here buying a used Tesla model 3. From the start, all the sales people I talked to were friendly and answered any questions promptly. Was explained to me that they all work as a team, not competing with each other for sales. Website is well designed, great photos of the car made me feel confident leaving a deposit without seeing the vehicle, since I live about 2 hours from the dealership. Worked with me to get a good price on my trade in. After purchasing the car, my wife remarked that it was the quickest vehicle purchase we had ever done. Well done XYZ Motors!

Purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango from XYZ motors and worked with James. James, and the entire XYZ team were incredibly professional. XYZ motors is a 11/10 would recommend to anyone who’s in the market for a great car and even better experience. They stand by there word they truly are the best non-traditional used car dealership. I will never, ever, step foot into a “Big Box” (BMW, Audi, Mercedes’, Ford, Ect.) again. The experience at XYZ starts before you even enter the door, the online process to schedule a test drive and start building a relationship with the team is a customer oriented and modern process. When you do open the front door, you’re instantly greeted by what feels like a “kid in a candy shop” vibe….instead of feeling like your walking into an episode of shark tank with those Big Box salesman breathing down your throat already judging your credit based off how you look or what you drove in. I want to give a Special thanks to Brett and Jason man, i set my appointment up online at 3am on a Wednesday and Brett replied to me THAT morning not even 2 hours later ready to get the ball rolling and that set the tone for the rest of the process. I purchased the vehicle the following Tuesday (i needed some time for a $ transfer, the wait was on me not them) to only find the vehicle had some alignment and steering issues. As soon as i got home i called Jason and he connected me with Dykstra Auto of Kalamazoo (i live in Kalamazoo, not Grand Rapids). Dykstra Auto prioritized the issue and got me into the shop THE NEXT DAY to take care of me (i called 10 minutes before they closed if that tells you anything), i got the vehicle back same day and I now have my dream 2018 BMW that drives like a 2023 BMW and both teams took care of EVERYTHING. Oh last thing, Brett wrote me a HANDWRITTEN letter thank you letter after everything was done….i guarantee a big box dealer won’t do that lol. XYZ motors is an efficient team of well rounded and diverse individuals who work around the customer, i will be doing all business through xyz and never again a big box dealer. Great experience here. James made things very easy. Vehicles were in much better shape than other dealers I've been too. Prices are average but competitive. No hard sale on warranties or financing. And it's all indoors so no weather to deal with while you look around. Highly recommended.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced buying a used vehicle. Emmet took care of me and was awesome to work with. Great selection of cars and trucks. I drove from Metro Detroit, test drove the truck I had my eyes on, it was as clean as promised and drove it back home. It was definitely worth the 3 hours drive. Oh and the showroom is amazing too! I really enjoyed the buying process at xyz motors, an added bonus was the fact that we visited during the last blizzard and we were the only ones there. Having all the vehicles inside, clean, dry and warm was how car buying should be. Gabe was very helpful with directing me to the vehicles I wanted to look at and then leaving me to look them over. I recently bought a vehicle from XYZ from 1500 miles away, sight unseen and with no warranty. They ably arranged for shipment by a competent third party (Dash Auto Logistics). It arrived promptly in fine shape except for only one small problem: the radio didn’t work quite right. However,, after a few phone calls XYZ courteously handled the issue and all is now well. Gabe was professional from initial contact over email and text messages to in person. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in and gave me plenty of time to look it over without hovering over me. Before the test drive, Gabe, drove the vehicle out of the warehouse to the front door, where he handed over the keys and left me to my own. During the purchase process Gabe did not pressure me to buy a warranty or try to upsell. XYZ Motors location is a 2 hr easy drive for me, however, during the test drive I noticed the Airport was less than 5 min drive for anyone looking to fly in. The facility is super clean and well maintained. Before heading into the warehouse I was offered anything in the well stocked and clean kitchen, which included variety of drinks including bottle water/sodas/coffee/etc, and snacks including chips/crackers/ice cream/beef sticks/etc. After test driving and again throughout the purchase of the vehicle the hospitality was offered again. This personable touch was much appreciated! This was my first time working with XYZ Motors and will definitely keep their inventory bookmarked for future purchases.

I just recently bought a used truck from this place, All I can say is WOW, on so many levels. My salesman Brett was great, very Low pressure No pressure kind of guy. Definitely not what you would think of when you think of a car salesman. The customer service was very professional with a personal touch. Never thought buying a vehicle could be so easy and well, just chill. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, like I said before, NO pressure at all. Now lets talk indoor showroom. How nice was this, doesn't matter if its cold or hot, rainy or snowy outside, its climate controlled and super clean. If you want to crawl on the floor to look underneath while checking a vehicle out, you can do so and not have to worry about getting dirty, Nice! Out of state vehicle purchase experience... Customer service: 10, Gabe was a phenomenal salesman. Communication: 10, I was kept informed through the entire process, via text, email, and mobile phone Administrative paperwork: 10, All signature required documents were overnighted with return prepaid envelopes included. My state required document's were signed, notarized and returned promptly. Transportation: 10, XYZ offered to coordinate the pick-up and delivery of the vehicle, however, I chose to fly in and take possession, so XYZ picked me up at the airport. Extended Warranty: 7, I initiated conversation about the extended warranty ( it may or may not have been coming anyway). This is where your personal discretion and finances comes in. Gabe offered me pretty much a robust warranty, however, due to the all the additional premium features of the vehicle, I chose two options which essentially made it a bumper to bumper. I didn't notice there were add on options until the first draft of paperwork was sent to me. My personal opinion: we could have spent more time going over the warranty. After the sale service: 10: After the title paperwork was sent to me and I was ready to register it in my state, I found out there was an additional required form for out of state title transfer. I sent the paperwork to Gabe, which I was unaware of was on vacation. Jayson, another XYZ salesman/employee, noticed my unanswered communication and responded right away. He inform me that Gabe was on vacation and he was available to assist in his absence. I resent the paperwork to Jayson, who had it signed, notarized and emailed back to me within minutes (stamp notary). I registered the vehicle the next day. Way to assist Jayson! Truth in advertising: 10, The Online site was very detailed in the description and had plenty of pictures (all in great lighting). I looked up the VIN on a VIN decoder website, so I already knew the car had everything I wanted. Buying anything online, one never know's what the difference is between what you see and what you get. When I showed up at the dealership, the car was exactly what I saw in the pictures. There were no dents, dings, tears, scuffs, rust or damages that were conveniently hidden from the camera. I was impressed. I had a 6+ hour road trip home and thought surely something would fail or error out during the drive...nope. I've had the car for almost two weeks and I am still in bliss with it's look and performance. It's a 2016 so it's not perfect, but it was well kept, in above average condition and perfect for me. Summary: From beginning to finish, XYZ made this out of state purchase a fantastic and painless experience. Not everything went smoothly and a couple of times I did have to make a few phone calls and send a few emails to get into contact with Gabe, but hey, I'm not the only customer, and somebody was always there to back up and assist. Gabe even responded to a few texts and emails outside of business hours. Every experience is different and results will very, but I am an extremely satisfied customer. Thanks for the new ride XYZ!

Bought a 2017 F-350 for $39k, with a Smart Auto Warranty....50 miles down the road the engine light came on. Catalytic Converter is bad. $4,500 fix...not covered under the warranty. XYZ is making an attempt to cover the repair/cost anyway, as the truck is fairly new, and I spent a lot of money. Very pleased with their thoroughness and willingness to help.

Needing to buy a car, unexpectedly, can be a really stressful time, but XYZ Motors made it so easy. I made appointments to look at 2 different vehicles with separate car shops. The first was at XYZ Motors with Brett. After the test drive I told him that I’d think about it and call the following day. He was very gracious and gave me his card. While test driving the second vehicle, I knew I wanted the Jeep from XYZ. I called Brett to see if could go back over to see the Jeep again and he was happy to accommodate. Yes, this is an indoor lot that will turn some people away because you can’t get in and out without being spotted… BUT, I felt no pressure. Edit: I also wanted to add that when I purchased the vehicle, the battery in the key fob was low and was creating an error message every time I turned the vehicle on. Brett went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get a new battery shipped directly to my house. Beware of hidden problems with cars from this dealership. I purchased a 2016 Buick Encore three weeks ago. Small issues at first nail in tire. Week three engine oil cooler and ac compressor both leaking oil. Repair costs were $2900. Just look more throughly than I did. XYZ paid half the cost of reasonable repair for these issues $928. Thank you for stepping up😊

Couches, flat screen tv's, a massive selection of vehicles (that you are more than welcome to test drive) and a staff that looks happy you walked in the door. My wife and I showed up around 5pm on a Friday night to look at a truck we saw on CarGurus. Although we didn't have an appointment, Mike Drake met us at the door and allowed us to take a rest drive. Ordinarily this would be expected, but in COVID times, it's above and beyond. Mike was professional and knowledgeable about the truck, that was in amazing condition for a 10 year old vehicle. I've been buying cars for 35 years and I've never seen so many clean used cars in one place. Their showroom (warehouse really) was filled with many great options and they were all spotless. Soon they'll move into their new much larger location. After our test drive we made a deal and quickly went through the paperwork Their staff all stayed late while we wrapped everything up just so we wouldn't have to come back on a Saturday. After the sale Mike hooked us up with their supplier for an inside price on upgrading the tires in a few months. Bottom line, I highly recommend you give them a call and check out their inventory. We'll definitely be back for our next "new" car.

Overall, I'd give them a 3.5. I wasn't over the moon about the whole process, and I wasn't overly upset. I bought a very clean, very well running 2012 F350 from them just a couple of days ago. I paid over KBB value, or top of KBB value (depending on search) for this vehicle because it is very clean, has very low miles, and a truck style I've been after for a while. Upon my initial communication via phone with James for the first couple of days when I approached them as a very serious buyer, and had a close friend of mine look at the truck for me in person, the response times were very slow. When I brought concerns to their attention ( leaking pinion seals, some surface rust in areas under the truck) about the top tier priced vehicle, I was made aware that they "consider themselves basically a non negotiating dealer" which in any market, although it is a sellers market currently, no one wants to hear that. Also I do understand the nature of buying a 10 year old vehicle, what they had it priced at was priced as a perfect garaged over its life no leaks vehicle. Regardless of the initial setbacks I pushed on, knowing I wanted the vehicle. I was finally able to get them down $500 on asking price. At the end of the day, I made this sale EXTREMELY easy for them. I called them and said I wanted the vehicle, and to get the ball rolling on the paperwork so that when I made the hour drive up there we were ready to go. Gabe did an excellent and professional job with wrapping up this deal. The only faults I had at the dealership was realizing the fog lights were not functioning, and that I was making over a $30,000 dollar purchase to pull of the lot with a vehicle that had an empty tank of gas. When made aware of the minor fog light detail the staff pegged it to being the wrong switch, which fine, no big deal, was not going to stop me from buying the truck. What I have found today is that the fog lights are snipped just beyond the plug and tucked into the front bumper. Shame on me for missing it and not being able to bring it to their attention. Shame on them if they knew and didn't make me aware. I was comped a $25 gas card at the end of the purchase, although genuine on their part, it is sort of a laugh in regards to a solution of an empty tank of gas on a 1 ton truck with today's gas prices. One thing never discussed on this truck as well is the aftermarket auto start, which I've gotten to work once. Perhaps it wasn't discussed because it doesn't work properly. I had hoped for the more near perfect vehicle that I paid above top dollar for at a dealership that promotes top dollar vehicles. But that's life in buying used vehicles I suppose. Please don't get me wrong, I love the truck already, just some minor details that I expected to be covered better considering XYZ's high ranking marks. All in all, I want to say thank you James for your initial work, despite the response times he was very professional. I'm not too sure the non negotiating dealer comment is necessarily something that is to his fault, more so the dealership policy. Gabe, thank you for your professionalism and help in closing the deal!

After two months of looking for the truck I wanted, driving all over mid to lower Michigan I decided to head to West MI. XYZ Motors is a nice indoor dealership, lots of options in vehicles. I was already pre-approved by my Credit Union, so asked to look for trucks in or around that price range. I was shown several options in Trucks which was unlike the other dealerships I had been too with little in stock. I found the truck that had almost everything I was looking for this entire time, sales staff was not pushy at all and as we waited for them to get the 2015 Ford F150 out for a test drive was given beverages and snacks while we waited. I drove this vehicle and noticed a few things that needed to be addressed if I was to purchase this vehicle. My salesman and the young man he was training worked with me at this time to come to a purchase price and agreement, while I was pre-approved at my Credit Union Jayson was able to find another lender for me with almost 2% lower interest rate which I was grateful for. Staff was able to get to a sales price I was comfortable with and fix issues I had noticed in test drive. I was able to come back two days later after minor repairs and sign all documents to complete sale, Jayson and the young man he was training had all the documents ready and waiting and process was smooth. I left the dealership one Happy girl!! The hour and half drive home was wonderful until I got into my hometown and the engine light came on. I was able to get the truck to my mechanic to diagnose the issue and found a few others. I emailed Jayson and was able to work through a few of these and then worked with Mike Carlton on the rest. While there were a few issues after the sale Mike Carlton went above and beyond to make them right! I was able to take the truck back have the necessary repairs fixed by them and on their tab. All and All I was able to get the Truck I had been searching for at a great price and Mike Carlton stuck to his word. I would however make sure you have gas in vehicle when leaving, get everything in writing and look the vehicle over well. I give them 4 stars due to: not having gas in Truck when I picked it up the first time, the engine light and issues after the sale (of which were repaired by XYZ) and some communication issues and emails that should have been addressed in a more timely manner with original salesman. All in All I would recommend XYZ and Mike Carlton

He stayed an hour and 30 minutes after closing just so I could take the vehicle home that day. All of the vehicles on the lot are in good condition, but they move very quickly. Vehicles come as is, and they say they do not negotiate pricing. They offered me a lot of warranty packages though and I am taking advantage of those for sure. Great experience in viewing their inventory. Wide variety of vehicles and a very helpful, but not pushy, salesman. One thing I didn't like was that the prices were listed on a QR code. Although it was nice to get the full information on the car (including the Carfax!) it was a bit cumbersome to have to scan every code I was interested in.

Unlike other places we visited, the sales team at XYZ was calm, helpful, and did not pressure us to make any decisions we weren't ready to make. Mike asked for permission to follow up with me, which I liked. The car we were looking at was stored inside, which gave us the chance to inspect the car more carefully. Everyone at XYZ treated us with kindness and respect, including giving us access to a fridge full of snacks and drinks (which my daughter loved!) We worked out a fair deal on our car and XYZ followed through on what they promised to do before we picked it up. Both salespeople were great, but we mainly worked with Mike, and he was phenomenal. Ok so I must say they were nice and really good prices on there vehicles. Now I bought my f150 from them 1 in a half yrs ago. It had 92k miles on it. When I reached 118k I started having issues and now my timing change is going out which will cost around 3 to 4k to fix. But it is a used vehicle and by as is so I am not blaming them because you just never know with used vehicles. What I am upset about is the $2k warranty they convinced me to buy and had all good things to say about them. So if xyz still offers GWC warranties, definitely 1,000% do not buy it. I have talked with several dealerships and repair facilities that gwc its self gave me because they work with them and literally everyone of them said gwc is the worst warranty company and denies 99% of all covered issues. So if xyz had done there research on the warranty company they offer there buyers I would definitely be giving a 5 star review. But with all xyz cool guys and nice easy to work with just wish they didn't make me feel like buying this the junk warranty they offer was a good idea.

I purchased a 2016 Subaru Impreza Hatchback about a month ago from XYZ Motors. At first, when I looked up XYZ Motors, I thought they were fake. Yeah, sure, they have all of these luxury / used cars for well below MSRP value?! Yeah right. Their reviews look weird, and their website looks too good to be true. I even did a drive by the night before to see the car for myself without a salesman, and was disappointed to see that their inventory was all inside. So, my father and I took a chance on this place, what could it hurt to at least go look? But, upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised.They had all of the cars they had listed, plus some. And now I understand why they are all inside - they are perfect. They put up with my father (an ex-mechanic who looked at every square inch of the car - as he should and I am grateful for him) and that alone, deserves an award. My wife and I were in the market for a truck, we did our research into what we wanted, and we found a good selection at XYZ Motors that were one-owners and listed at fair to below market value according to Car Gurus. The truck I ended up buying was over a thousand below list value. I took my time to carefully making a decision, I looked over several trucks, and Paul and Jordan were great to work with through the process. They never pushed a vehicle on me and answered all of my questions. In fact, Paul went above and beyond to text with me and called me back whenever I had a question. They didn't come down on their asking price, but hey, it was already below market value. I asked for and received more money on my trade than originally quoted which was a fair offer. All of this is pretty benign. What really impressed me is that they fixed everything that was wrong with the truck. Initially there was a compromise offer on the price, but after I asked for the items to be fixed, well, guess what, they were fixed with no hassle. The prices were fair for the age and mileage, and vehicles like this will need repairs. The customer service was great and most important, they kept their word in fixing things and making them right. What more can you ask for? Thanks guys!

I purchased a used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jayson at XYZ Motors in December 2019. A few weeks after owning it, the heated steering wheel randomly stopped working. They offered to take a look at it for me, and ended up bringing it to the Jeep Dealership to get the issue diagnosed. Turns out it was something that the Jeep Dealership would have to fix. XYZ Motors offered to take care of the cost for me, when they didn't have to. The customer service that I experienced here was great. I would definitely recommend them moving forward and when the time comes to purchase a newer vehicle in the future I will definably come back. Also something that is very unique was that all of their vehicles were kept inside a nice, very clean warehouse which is great when having to look at vehicles in bad weather and knowing the outside elements are not damaging them.

Not real happy with these people. Bought a 2010 F 150 from them. When dealing with them I asked for the lowest price they could give me. The truck looked great at the showroom. I told them I didn’t want to buy something that had flaws covered up. Had that happen other places as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND XZY MOTORS!! Let me start off with this is not your typical review at all, but to anyone who is looking to purchase a used car, go talk to Mike or Jayson at XYZ. I went there this past Saturday to test drive a car, I was pretty set on it but wanted to see if I liked driving a station wagon since I have been driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee the last couple of years. Well last Saturday was snowy and icey and while on my test drive I spun out on the ice on the highway. I put my hazards on pulled over to the shoulder (way off the road) to catch my breath and calm down before continuing on. The next thing I know, I got rear ended from a guy going 50, who had slipped on the ice and could not regain control. Long story short the car was totaled and I cannot put into words how amazing the guys back at the dealership were. All they cared about was that I was okay and were not upset at all. I think I was more upset about it then they were. I ended up purchasing the other Subaru Forster that day and I can honestly say I am so glad I did. The service that you will receive at XYZ is top notch, along with their super clean cars, the fact they keep all of their cars in door is next level, and they are great guys to work with. Worked with Jayson Malusky He was OutStanding ! Absolutely no pressure what so ever. went ther with My Daughter to see a Car that we seen on Cargurus a 2010 Huyndai with 68000 miles on it. All Cars where kept indoors in showroom condition. Jayson had the Car out for us and ready to test drive within a Few minutes. Me and My Daughter looked the car over with no pressure from any sales personal i might add. We then took it for a test Drive and Purchased it on the spot. It was in Great Condition has far as we could tell. I asked Jayson if he needed any money down on it that I would bring a Cashiers check back with me tomorrow? Jayson told me no Money down was necessary that a Gentleman's agreement was fine. How nice not many Car Dealers do that anymore. There was two other Gentlemen there at the time that also worked there that I talked two. Never got there names however they where very nice. All in All it was an Outstanding place to purchase a Auto ! Jayson told me stop by anytime. said he could get me any Car I was looking for that they would go out and find it. No problem. They are my new Dealer. PS. Also received a E-mail from the owner the next day expressing his appreciation. Very nice I thought. Great Place!!!!! 5 Stars

Very sharp place. They have one price buying with no negotiation at all. But the van I looked at was fairly priced. Great communication by email, phone and in person. Even the bathrooms are sharp! Staff got the deal done and i traveled 2 1/2 hrs to do the deal. I'd give 4 1/2 stars if i could do a half. They fixed what little the van needed (taillight out) and were accommodating even with four kids in tow. I felt at ease there. Well worth the trip. I compare this to the treatment I got in chicago and I will never look in Chicago area again. I believe xyz motors does a lot of online dealing but they know how to do a deal in person and worked with my local credit union smoothly. Definitely on my list of places to seriously look if I need a vehicle again.

I found a 2011 Ford Explorer on the XYZ website, and scheduled an appointment over the weekend with Jordan to test drive it first thing yesterday morning. What a beautiful vehicle, with a leather interior, all the technological bells and whistles, and a price that couldn't be beat! During my test drive the check engine light came on, and when I got back to XYZ Jordan got it immediately into Fox Ford for diagnosis and repair (it wound up having something to to with the catalytic converter). Unfortunately, due to an immediate need for a vehicle and unable to wait for the Explorer to be tweaked, I wound up purchasing a car elsewhere. However, I feel emphatically that these fellows still deserve a shout-out. I didn't at any time feel pressured to buy anything, and was impressed with their willingness to fix whatever had triggered the check engine light. Jordan is personable and full of positive energy, and Paul - the Thor of XYZ (it's true! Check out the mighty hammer anchored to his office wall!) - is likewise friendly, helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to get his customer into a quality vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anybody looking for a great used vehicle that is priced below its value (the Explorer, in fact, was valued by my lender at $1,300 more than what XYZ was asking for it!). From Cadillacs and Lexuses to Fords and Chevys, and from trucks and vans to sedans, XYZ is a one-stop shopping destination for anybody looking for a great used vehicle at more than fair prices. And should I need a vehicle in the future, XYZ is the first place I'll look! Thanks, Paul, for your time and attention! And if anyone reading this wants or needs a beautiful and loaded 2011 Ford Explorer, you know who to call!

Family Fun Adventures

We bought a vehicle with them a several months ago. We had never heard of them but found them online and gave them a chance. At first we thought it was the wrong place because theres no lot, we didnt realize it's all indoor. Kinda neat :) the guys were great, gave us a great price for our trade in as well. More than even the big lots were offering. We had a window switch and key fob issue that they were willing to fix but because it's our only car we decided to forgo that because we didnt have 5 hrs to spend getting it fixed, no biggie. I would definitely buy from them again!

Recently purchased an 08 f150. Test drove the truck 3 times. Right after I drove it off the lot the engine started shaking. Called Paul & Jordan. Turns out the Cam Phaser need to be replaced which by the time you factored in labor the whole engine should be replaced. Jordan & Paul offered me a full refund on my purchase, lent me another truck for the weekend as we booked a family vacation to the UP. Switched out another car for a rental while my truck was getting repaired. The warranty company kept stalling so Jordan expedited the service and paid for the engine to be replaced. A very stressful situation was handled very smoothly by Jordan & Paul. I would recommend these guys over any dealership I have ever used. Truly care about their customers and went the extra mile for us.

There were little to no precautions being taken for COVID by employees here. I saw only one person wearing a mask the whole time, the sanitizer at the door was empty and no one was staying remotely 6ft from me or anyone else. They do have a nice showroom and keep nice vehicles, though.

Nice place. Very different than your normal used car dealer. Evrything is indoors and some of their inventory is in another building. Be patient when you go but its worth it. The vehicles are very clean and there are no pushy salesmen.
