My F150 Harley Davidson truck was brought to LaFontaine by Pep Boys Auto Service, because Pep Boys could not figure out what the problem was. Drew, in the service department at LaFontaine, very thoroughly checked everything out, and found that it was a fuel pump issue. Not only did he fix the issues with my truck, he delivered it to my house in Sand Lake. I was having surgery the day it was going to be done, and I could not pick it up on my own. Drew went way over and above and definitely gave LaFontaine a good name.. I will, without a doubt, be bringing my Ford to them in the future if any service or repairs are needed. Thank you Drew and LaFontaine!

Had an amazing experience with LaFontaine of Grand Rapids Service Center. Drew has been my advisor for years and my super hero. He has come to my rescue once again. This time it was a key replacement for my lost LAST key. Not only did he express empathy for this unfortunate situation, he was transparent and ethical in all steps required to resolve. While my car was in the shop, I also had my tires replaced. Drew provided me options and a recommendation after actively listening to my wishes. My drive home was the smoothest I have had in years! I didn't buy my Ford Escape here, but I live nearby, so I took my car here to get a recall part fixed on it. The team was super friendly!! If you don't have a ride to work or back home, they offer a shuttle and they will pick you back up once your car is ready. Very helpful since I dont know many people in the area. :)

Jordan Nye is a very knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. He knows how to treat people with respect and listen to there concerns. Also if he doesn't know the answer he won't just tell you a lie or feed you some BS, he finds out the answer. He went above and beyond to help me close the deal on my new car I purchased in October. Preformed recall on tailgate latch very satisfied with the work that was done. Also had them do a 170 point vehicle inspection and a leak from the timing cover gasket was found, so I told them to fix it. They informed me that-the parts were not available so I received the truck back until the parts arrived . I had the truck delivered to my house and when I drove it the a couple days later I noticed the service engine light was on.

I want to start off by saying LaFontaine Ford of Grand Rapids is by far the best dealership my husband and I have ever been to! I would definitely recommend going there. I have always been careful on dealerships and try to stay away from certain ones so I was skeptical about going there because we have never heard of it until we came across it on Auto Trader, but we were very pleased when we arrived. My husband and I are young and weren’t too sure on what we were doing and they did an excellent job of steering us in the right direction, they were very patient with us the whole time. Never once did they make us feel uncomfortable or try to rush us out of there. We got the pleasure of working with Jordan Zuniga as our Salesman and Josh Dupey as our Finance Manager. Jordan is a wonderful auto sales representative! We could not have asked for a better experience and we will be going back for our vehicles in the future. Ask for Jordan Zungina, you will not regret it!

Excellent work on my GMC Terraine, looks like new! Getting everything done took a lot longer than expected. A little disappointed with the communication, I initiated the calls to check on the progress, what started out as a week turned into over a month. I did appreciate the loaner vehicle after the first week's promise didn't happen. My previous experience when it was Keller Ford was top notch--no delays, no issues. I am certain the time of the year and the supply chain issues had something to do with the delays. The staff were always helpful and were able to answer my questions.

Service is good. I am concerned that racially diverse mechanics do not seem to be on staff although there are females which is a plus. They installed a recalled part on my Fusion. They also recommended other services which I suspected needed doing. The work was done, and so far so good. I plan to buy an Expedition next year and might purchase from this dealer. I had taken my F-150 to other dealerships to get fixed. Keller was the only one to get the job done. It took a bit of time with the shortages on chips and parts, but they were able to source everything I needed. They even let us us a rental car free as they worked the problems. The second time I needed to bring the truck back for the repairs to be finished, they sent a team to pick up and return my truck during a big snow storm! We worked with Tracy in the Service Department and she was always kind and very efficient. I highly recommend Keller Ford and we drive an hour (past other dealerships) to get our work done there.

I could not have had a better experience at Keller Ford! I had been looking for a new car for quite some time, and every other dealership had told me I was out of luck due to lack of inventory. My luck changed when I saw a listing for the car of my dreams on Keller Ford's website. I was immediately contacted by Dennis who answered all of my questions. Dennis was helpful, genuine, and patient throughout the entire process. There is no other dealership or salesman I would've rather bought my car from!

I bought a truck from Tony Betten in April 2019. It was used, but had 25k miles on it. First nice day I used the moon roof, roughly a month later, after some cracking noises it became stuck. One side was up and the other closed...from right to left. I brought it to Betten expecting a resolution. They tried to act as though the price was up for debate and scheduled an appointment for a week later. This was at 6pm on a Wednesday, so I didn't think they would be much help at the time, but the best they could do was a week later, and acted like I should pay them. The $100 dollars was not an issue, but at this point it was a matter of principle, as the truck was in my possession for a month. I called Keller the next morning, Mike Urbanski said to me, "It's the moon roof? Get it in here right now if you can!." That is exactly what I was looking for. I dropped it off and they had it fixed before my appointment was scheduled at Tony Betten. I will never visit Tony Betten Ford again. Maybe the men and women from Keller Ford would be willing to train the Betten employees on customer service? I highly recommend Keller if you are looking for exceptional service. They went way above the service line for me, and it is appreciated. There is a 100% chance I'll be back if I have another issue. Update 10/17/2022: I guess no one is without issue. Back to the moon roof, it began leaking. I brought it to Keller to be fixed. I left it there for the day. Upon my return I was charged $100 for the fix. The next day it rained, and again water leaked into the cab of the truck. I called Keller and they wanted me to bring it back in. I haven't done that. Not sure who the tech was who worked on it, but he didn't do anything and they charged me for it. I won't be back, not even for them to make it "right," they are thieves like the rest of them. I figured a bigger place my be more honest. I was wrong. I will have to find a private mechanic.

They gave me a fair price with no mark ups even though my bronco sport has a high demand right now. They went over all the incentives on offer. I can't recommend Keller Ford enough! I dropped my car off to Keller Ford on a Sunday night after discovering that I had a nail in my tire. I called them first thing Monday morning (with no appointment) and they had my tire repaired by mid morning and were also able to repair my breaks that I had planned to get repaired within the next few weeks. On top of this, their shuttle driver picked me up at 5pm on the dot after work to take me back to the dealership to get my car. This is just one of the many instances of the impeccable customer service that I receive at Keller Ford. I always bring my Ford Focus to Keller Ford to get serviced because, aside from being friendly and efficient, Keller Ford offers a multi-point inspection along with their oil changes that other quick-lube services don't. I made an appointment for an oil change online, and when I showed up at 9am I didn't have to wait. I was able to sit in my car while my oil was changed, tires rotated, and brake pads checked. The process took only about 15 minutes. The mechanics at Keller Ford are very competent, friendly, and efficient. I've also had my shifter replaced here due to a product recall, and for more lengthy repairs they offer a free shuttle service from the site to your work or home. Don't bother taking your car anywhere else!

I needed a car fast, and Pat Kelly delivered. After weeks of internet research and a decision to purchase a Ford Edge, I set up an appointment for a test drive a Certified Pre-owned 2018 Edge at Keller Ford at 10 a.m. I took the day off from work, got my liens cleared and titles in order, and I drove to Keller with one of the two different vehicles I needed to trade in. Despite having two other meetings with customers after lunchtime, Pat listened to my main condition: I need to have this whole thing done by 2:30 p.m. By Noon I had done a test drive, negotiated a fair value for trade-ins and a fair price on the Edge, then signed the agreement. I then went home and picked up the second trade-in, went back out to Keller, and Pat finished up all the paperwork plus the warranty and had me out the door by 2 p.m. driving home in a 2018 Ford Edge. Outstanding A+ service. I'll be a Keller Ford customer again, and I highly recommend it this dealership to others. Thanks again, Pat. It was a pleasure working with you. UPDATE: My A/C ran out after only six weeks/4k miles use. I was sure I'd be covered and called Pat Kelly who quickly set up an appointment. Pat told me that Mike Urbanski and his team of technicians would be inspecting it for leaks, which they did, but found no problems. They then recharged the A/C system and told me the Keller Ford service department would cover the cost considering there was no repair made in order to file a claim and bill the warrant company. Did I walk away satisfied? I did indeed!!! I really appreciated the way Pat and Mike handled this odd scenario. I realize that it technically was not covered under either of my two warranties because there were no news parts or repairs necessary, yet they saw fit to cover the cost in good faith. Our experience with Josh D was HORRIBLE. He would be the only reason that we would not go back to Keller if we decided not to go back. He is degrading, argumentative and is very condescending. We did not appreciate the way that we were treated by him. We did our research on what we wanted and were looking for on financing through our own financial institution prior to going in to purchase our vehicle and he told us we were wrong with everything that we told him. Our financing terms ended up exactly the way we told him they would. For him to doubt us in the way that he did was very unprofessional.

I was fairly satisfied with my service at Keller but I think there should be more communication between the Quick Change and Full service departments. I have seen online and heard by word of mouth that there is a recall on my Mustang door latch. I asked for details on this recall and even though quick change had my VIN I was told I would have to call or talk to someone in the service department about it. Why can't they just tell me right there? They are 30 feet away in the same building? I got "The Works" when I went through the quick change but I had to ask for a battery check. I am pretty sure that is included with the package. So it makes me wonder if anything else was missed. I was told I might have a wheel bearing going out, but I couldn't get any more details about it than that. "The rear tire moved a little so it could be bad". No further details, no asking if I want to go through service or make an appointment. Might as well have said "Hey your wheel might fall off, good luck". I know I'm not driving a GT here but there's enough torque going through a track pack 5.0 for that to be concerning.

Finding a vehicle during the shortage was very difficult, Keller had a F-150 in stock and Jordan was helpful in making sure the process was as effortless as possible. Prompt email returns and kept to the form of communication I asked for during the whole process. They didn't have ADM's and sold it for the Z-plan price which in today's environment is difficult to find when other dealers in Ohio were asking for $5,000 more than sticker price. Process was easy and painless.

I traveled 75 miles to purchase my 2021 F-150 from Keller Ford and there's a reason for that. My local dealer (I won't name any names) started giving me the proverbial run around like one would expect from a slicked back hair, plad suit wearing used car salesman. But getting that sort of treatment from a reputable Ford dealer is unacceptable. This is also the second time this dealer dis this to me, they are under new management but apparently are still using the same dirty sales tactics. Turns out the beautiful truck they said they were going to get for me was at Keller Ford and was exactly what I wanted and they would have it for me the next day. Well they over promised and under delivered. So I called keller Ford up, told them what was going on, and by them I am referring to Jerry Kragt. Unlike other dealers Jerry was very calm and I felt no pressure, he and I even talked about bicycling for about 30 mins after the sale. The whole team at Keller Ford was top notch and I recommend them, even if you have to travel to get there! Also if you haven't checked out the 2021 F-150, you should, it's by far the best truck ever built, I still can't believe I get to drive around in one!

After driving the world's most aggressive money pit, a 2005 PT Cruiser with a loan that would surely outlive the vehicle, it was time to do some shopping. This was the first time I was really car shopping on my own - which was stressful and time consuming. I had been to so many dealership that tried to constrict me into a lease, weren't listening to what I really wanted in a new vehicle, or what my budget was. My parents had bought a new vehicle from Keller Ford a few months prior and told me to take a look at their inventory - that their staff was extremely helpful and kind and that they felt they were given very honest service. I took a look online at what they had, and I inquired online about one that really seemed the fit the bill for me in what I wanted to be driving and at an affordable cost. Josh got in contact with me right away, and was super helpful and straight forward with me. This was the first place that I went that I felt stress-free about the process. He got me into the Ford Focus that I wanted, making sure that my payment stayed in the budget that I needed, getting me out of my previous loan, and handled everything down to getting my insurance switched over. I felt like I was given really great direction, and all of my questions were answered. I was treated respectfully and individually. He walked me through each step, even down to sitting in the car with me before I left the lot to make sure that I knew what each and every one (of the many!) buttons on my fancy new car functioned as. I felt really great leaving in my new car, which I love. Then, to boot, I had left my garage door opener in my trade in, which he saved for me, as well as ordered me new mats for my car. I would definitely recommend getting a vehicle here. Wonderful service and really happy with my purchase.

Arrived at the express lube area shortly before 12:00 p.m. Requested a tire rotation for my 2018 F-150. I was greeted in a timely manner by the service writer. The service staff performed the work within approximately 45 minutes to one hour. I felt that this was a reasonable amount of time, considering I arrived at lunchtime. The technician that performed the "work" tried to explain a situation that occurs with lug nuts being "off size" due the swelling caused by corrosion issues and repeated impact wrench usages. I totally understand the situation, but I feel that the explanation could have been presented in a more professional manner and perhaps by the service manager.

Let me start by saying I own three Ford vehicles, an f150, Focus ST, and an Escape. I have been satisfied with all three and bought the Focus ST new. I am not too impressed with the service department at Keller. I have had some run ins there and their customer service is excellent. They always interact well and have made any mistakes they have made correctly. For that I will bring them up a star from a two star rating. My issue with the service department here is that I think they are looking to make money off of me over solving my vehicle's issues. Here is an example. I brought my truck in for a new set of keys and an alignment. It is 10 years old now, so I wasn't going to be surprised if I found out it needed some work on the front suspension. After getting it on the rack they advised me that I needed new ball joints, upper control arms, tie rod ends, and axle seals and quoted me north of $2,000. Dealers tend to cost more, so the priced didn't bother me. Not wanting to throw down the $2,000+ I decided to take on the job myself and ordered the parts. I found one upper control arm to have a failing ball joint. Everything else I couldn't get to move with a 24" pry bar. While I was replacing them, I found a CV boot to be obviously torn and empty of grease. The axle seals were definitely bad. Everything I paid them to do was done correctly, quickly, and with great customer service. I just don't like that they quoted me for a bunch of parts replacement I didn't need and overlooked something else that would have been a quick win for them. It's just not good business. I will keep buying my OEM parts there, but I don't trust them enough to diagnose my vehicles.

Great experience! 10/28 I saw a Ford Transit Connect they had listed on Car Guru. Called Keller Ford was transferred to Pat Kelly in car sales. I asked some questions about the vehicle history and condition, he said he would check into them and get back to me. Pat called me back within 30 minutes with all the answers. The van had only one small issue a small tear on the floor bed mat. I drove 1 hour to see the van and was amazed to see it was in excellent condition with only one small tear in the floor bed mat. I put a deposit down and was on my way in 10 minutes. 11/1 Pick up day. Van was out front, new plate installed with 2018 tag (no temp). I went inside and Pat was waiting to start the paperwork. He is so organized that I again was finished and on the road in less than 10 minutes. The reason I wrote this review is Pat and Keller Ford operate like other companies should, with integrity. I went to Keller Ford on Alpine because the night before I had a tire pressure error pop up on my dash I stopped at the nearest gas station to put air in it , however the gauge was broken so I didn't know how much I put in it . apparently I put in 60 psi so I made the decision to go to Keller Ford to get the proper air in each of the tires and while there get a needed oil change . the staff was professional and topped off all my fluids and checked my battery and even all my lights. When we called he already knew from Josh that we would be visiting and he had the car all ready for a test drive when we arrived. I had a great experience last week! After purchasing a new F150 from Keller Ford in 2012, it just turned 50,000 miles and was time for the service checkup. I called back to my salesman (Matt Sunderlin) and asked if he could assist me in making the appointment. This was the easiest and quickest car buying experience. I filled out all the paperwork online on Keller Ford website(loan application, trade in vehicle,etc). Was approved for a loan in about 1 min. After completing everything online and approved, I was contacted by Joan Dean(internet coordinator) and Andrew Hamp (sales) to move forward with my purchase. I emailed pictures of my trade in, insurance information, driver license and current loan information. I drove to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle. Meet with Josh (finance) to complete the financial paperwork. Electronic signed financial paperwork and hand sign title paperwork. I was at the dealership for 1 hour and back on the road on my way home. We all kept our 6 feet social distancing during the sale. I recommend online purchasing if you live out of state, local but want to be in and out or dealerships are closed to customers due to Covid 19 pandemic. While searching for a Ford Focus, I found a great one on Keller's website. I was in the area on a Saturday and they were closed. I drove around the lots about 10 times looking for the vehicle and finding nothing. Frustrated, I sent Keller an e-mail requesting a test drive thinking maybe the car was in the service department inside or someone had it for the weekend. Chris Roby replied to my request informing me the car was no longer available, but he would be willing to try and see if there was something else that would work for us. Chris also explained that car was sold Christmas Eve and there was no time to have updated the website. I was not amused, but understood. Several weeks had passed and I found another Focus on Keller's website. So I remembered Chris and requested a 24 hour test drive and Chris made it happen. I was blown away with the service and courtesy. The 2012 Focus left me speechless to say the least! With 64,000 miles it drove and handled like it had only 1 mile on it. Everyone at Keller was so friendly and helpful. We had to get a car ASAP after I totaled my other car and they had everything done in less than 2 days!!! I love the car we got from there. Josh Dupey was great to work with!!
