They stayed open late so that I could get there. While I was test driving a car, that I really liked, a check engine light came on. All City was honest about what was happening and even pulled the car off the market. They could have sold it to me, and I most likely wouldn't have caught the mistake until it was too late. Honesty can be rare and is worth a lot. I appreciate their honesty and recommend them for future people looking for vehicles.

I want to say that Mark Pas was a tremendous help when it came to finding me a new car. I had be driving a reliable but worn out Toyota Camry for years and was ready for an upgrade. I had been looking for a vehicle with specific features for about a month. I was so tired of dealing with the typical car salesmen, pushing to sell me something I didn't want. When I found a vehicle I was interested in at All City Auto, I spoke to Mark about it. He was never pushy... he let me take my time in making my decision. It was a breath of fresh air. I decided to buy the vehicle... he gave me a fair deal on my trade in and he reassured me over and over that if I had any issues, not to hesitate to call him. A week after I purchased the vehicle, I had a small mechanical issue with it. I called Mark and he had me bring it in to be serviced right away and gave me a different vehicle to drive in the meantime. He was SO nice. The other guys in the office, Blair and Konstantin, were very friendly as well. When I decide to upgrade my vehicle in the future, All City will be the first place I turn. All City Auto has by far been the best dealership I have had the pleasure of doing business with. From day one they treated me so great, didn't hassle or pressure me which was a big deal, I had stopped at another dealership later that day where a salesman treated me like a transaction and was pressuring me so much it made me very uncomfortable. Mark at All City Auto treated me with respect, was honest with me about everything as well as sat me down and discussed the good and/or bad about all the vehicles so I could make the best decision. After shopping all around town I am beyond confident buying the car I did from All City, and on top of it he gave me a great deal. The staff at ALL City Auto was great! They gave me a great deal on a great vehicle. Soon after my purchase I had a slight problem All city Auto sent me a check within a week of calling to help me with the repair costs. Great deals, Great service, would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

My wife and I went in to test drive a second minivan (for me) and found a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee instead. We test drove it and loved it. Long story short, we bought it. A couple days later, I noticed a power steering hose was leaking. I called the dealership and Mark (salesman) told me to bring it over and they will fix it... for free! That made me very happy since the vehicle was sold "as is". They were very good to work with. I'd recommend them.

I bought a van from them and was having major issues from day one of buying it and they were fing awesome about it! They kept trying to fix it for almost a year. On there own dime too! Finally after 8 months of it breaking down constantly they said they were just going to buy me a new vehicle! Well new to me..They are my hero! I love All City Auto and would recommend going there! Mark at All City Auto was extremely helpful! He was very easy to get along with and after some debate and agreeing on vehicle repairs we made a deal. A month after purchase the truck left me stranded 84 miles from home and I brought it back to Mark, within a few days I recieved a phone call saying the truck was fixed and I would be provided a receipt on their dime. A few days later I received a follow up text from Mark asking how the truck was and making sure I didn't need anything else. Highly reccomend this establishment, sales staff was amazing, titling worked with me on my situation and refunded me promptly with overpaid funds, inventory is clean and quality. Thanks guys!

I was looking for a SUV under 10 grand and they had several to show me, it was cold out and the salesman brought the vehicles up front for me so I wouldn't have to go run out in the cold, that was awesome! I found a great Ford Escape it was really clean and I loved it. After buying the vehicle they put my temp license in for me and took their sales pages out of the windows. These guys go above and beyond! I highly recommend All City.

Really impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a lot more late model, low mileage cars than I expected. Super friendly and helpful staff. Love my 2013 Ford Escape, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it, and it drives like a dream. Love their jingle too!

I bought a 2004 Toyota Avalon from All City Auto and I just love it. It was priced right and has been a great car. No problmes with it at all. Paul was my salesman and he was very helpfull, very knowledgeable and freindy. It was very cold out and he started the car and warmed it up for me and drove it up to the door for me. I would recomend All City Auto. They treat the customer right.

I love my car but... had to relace the serpentine belt n power steering belt. Its also leaking oil pretty bad. Hopefully they can help me out some. Thought the cars wiuld be fully inspected. The service has improved though from a few yrs back.
