🚨 5⭐ REVIEW ALERT 🚨 Two days ago I gave Dewey Auto Outlet a call first thing in the morning. I spoke over the phone with Chris Leo and informed him that I was highly interested in a specific car (a beautiful 2014 Buick LaCrosse Premium with all the bells and whistles) and would be in later that day to check it out! The gentleman said that he'd hold it for me until I got there (as it was going to go QUICK) and that we would go from there. I showed up to the dealership around 11AM, was welcomed with smiles across the board into their friendly establishment, and was told Steve would be helping me out. We walked out to the car and immediately Steve throws me the keys and told me to hop in! We took it for a quick spin and I got to bond with my soon-to-be new baby. We got back to the dealership and the rest of the process was a BREEZE! They got me approved through Veridian (who I also bank through) within minutes and IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS I WAS ON THE ROAD IN MY BEAUTIFUL NEW-TO-ME CAR! This is the nicest thing I've ever owned and I can't thank the awesome crew at Dewey Ford Auto Outlet enough for making this such a smooth and easy process. They'll always be my go to dealership and I would 1000% recommend them to anyone! Special thanks to Chris, Steve, and Thad for all your help along the way during this process and always having an answer for all 1 million questions that I asked! And also for showing my grandmother and 4 month old daughter some awesome hospitality while they waited for the process to get done. That TRULY meant the world to me. I would like to say that this team went above and beyond for me. My current car broke down in a very inconvenient area and I would have had to walk for awhile to the nearest dealership. I filled out the RemoteStart (amazing feature) application and was contacted within minutes from Tom, the Sales Manager. I told him my situation and he blew my mind by telling me he would come pick me up to help me out. Amazing. After getting picked up and meeting, what would end up being my salesman, Terrance…I had a very good interaction with this awesome guy. Very relatable and personable. He helped me find the right car at the right price and he did it the right way. The whole team knew I was in need and they found me a nice car, that I liked, quickly and effortlessly. They had so many accommodations that it was very inviting and the atmosphere was perfect for me. Lastly the Finance Director Dave made the last bit of paperwork, which was a giant table tablet, very quick and even worked through any last hurdles we had. These guys are good at what they do, they care, they have high end technology to make things quicker and accurate for your needs and situation. Great selection-extremely friendly-we were in a hurry and did not take as much time as we should have so I have some buyers remorse. The vehicle did not have the features we were told it did and the rust was not pointed out. I felt that they could have gotten us into a better vehicle for the money if they wanted to. I contacted Dewey online about 1 particular vehicle. I let them know i would be coming from 3.5 hours away. With a credit card #, they held the car for me until the agreed upon time. When we got there it was cold and raining and i was disappointrd to see they had not pulled the car up to have it ready to go for a test drive. Instead, my sales girl walked us to the middle of the lot where the car sat. She opened the trunk to show us the storage and that was it. She did not know anything else about the car and was not personable at all. We decided to take it for a test drive so i got in to start the vehicle and it wouldnt start. Battery was dead so we had to walk back inside while we waited for someone to get out there to jump it. Had they pulled the car up to have it ready they would have had this all taken care of before we got there. Not a good start at all. I was tempted to just leave and move on to the next dealership. However, once we got past the sales person the experience got much better. The manager and finance guy were fantastic! They put a new battery in, got us a great percentage rate, the finance guy explained everything in detail, gave us all of our options and the pros and cons of each. He was very nice and patient while we tried to decide what was best for us. All in all the experience was good. I would go back but unfortunately would not use the same sales girl. Maybe shes new or maybe just having a bad day but she just was not personable and it felt a bit uncomfortable.

Recently I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from Dewey. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for my experience here. I would like to give a special recognition to the services department. Bought our truck from there 13 months ago, had a problem with the air conditioning, they gave us a loaner truck while ours was being repaired. Only issue is we had to take it back for the same issue 3 times now, but they have recharged it all three times and did what they could to fix it correctly. So no complaints with them!

After being haggled at other dealerships and our terrible luck with the vehicles we buy (not mechanical just loan wise), we went in here with expectations that we’re completely off mark. I had a great experience financing a car for the first time thru Dewey auto outlet. I came in with 30% to put down roughly but without a credit score. They were still able to find a bank to finance for me and they made it pretty quick and easy, and I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. Don't bother going to other dealerships. Dewey Auto Outlet is where you want to go. Everyone there is very kind and extremely helpful, and they will help you feel confident in finding the right car that suits your needs. Abigail, my salesperson drove me home (Grimes btw) because I couldn't pick up my car for a few days. Thad, the finance director, worked with me to get a lower down payment. Tom, the general sales manager allowed me to test drive my car for a few days while my paperwork finalized. I've never had a dealership so willing to work with me. The sales atmosphere was professional, no sales pressure, and the two most stand-up guys you’ll ever meet were great to deal with! Another guy who’s great to talk to is “O.D” who took the time to ensure I was taken care of all my questions were answered. Every vehicle goes through a rigorous inspection and when I asked to have something checked out before I purchased it, they went ahead and did so without hesitation. I rode my motorcycle to the dealership and it started to rain. O.D.. let me wheel it inside the showroom so I could take my new truck home that evening so I wouldn’t get wet. The entire staff starting with Lourdes, she was my sales consultant when looking at a couple vehicles. Lourdes was so personable, not pushy or rude at all. I had been turned down by multiple dealerships or they’d hit me with needing a co-signer, thousands of money down, and/or an outrageous monthly car note. But I worked with Dewey Auto Outlet and got my car within a week. I applied online, contacted them, gave them a list of cars I liked, and they called me in. I test drove a few, narrowed it down to like 2 and then got my car, a 2016 Ford Focus ( with a low down payment). My car note is the lowest I’ve had in like 8 years. I don’t have the best credit but it’s affordable and my car has been very reliable. I had one minor car repair (normal wear and tear) but they got it in and fixed In a reasonable timeframe and also provided a loaner car while it was getting fixed. The salesmen were very welcoming and nice!! They were friendly, super helpful and honest. I didn’t feel rushed nor did I feel like they were trying to get over on me as a female or just get a sale. The general manager Chris is on the floor or at the front desk working just as hard as the salesmen which shows he values his employees. He has been the most helpful to me and if anything, he’s kind, understanding and down to earth. He treated me with respect, was professional and made sure I was happy and satisfied!! I appreciate everyone there from the beginning to the end and would recommend anyone to give them a try. They have nice cars and you won’t regret it! I love my car so much I don’t even wanna trade it in lol. And that says a lot!!
