Thank you Fatima! Had been looking for an X5 for a number of months including researching vehicles out of state to find something that had all the features seeking, a well taken care of vehicle and the right price to go along. Fatima at Audi of Des Moines is a step above the rest of sales people I’ve encountered recently, she was highly responsive even following up on days off or after work hours and was more than happy to conduct a detailed FaceTime tour of the vehicle; also offered to send me video clips too! She entirely made me feel comfortable booking a one way flight to another state over and committing to a purchase without having a test drive! Many dealers don’t even have vehicles ready for you when you drive there, but in complete contrast Fatima ensured my vehicle was fully detailed clean along with a full tank and greeted me at the airport with the vehicle ready to go! Shared with her my right window based on business calls and she, as well as, the Audi dealership were fully supportive to getting me on the road back home. Great job Fatima with how you handled the sales process with excellent customer service including post sale checking on things. The vehicle is doing great, enjoying every minute and special thanks to you! I walked into Audi one day to look at a 2018 Subaru Forester that I saw online and was immediately greeted warmly by the staff. I worked with Mercedes, who made me feel confident and at ease right away. Since I ended up loving that SUV, she sat down and talked through the steps of purchasing the vehicle thoroughly and ensured I was comfortable with all of the decisions I was making. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, and since I was on my own, I wasn't sure what the experience would be like or if I would feel pressured at any point, which I did not. Between her diligent help and Aleks' patient explanations of all things financing (and great sense of humor), I walked away not only with my dream vehicle but also feeling incredibly well taken care of by Mercedes and Aleks. I found an Audi Q3 at Lithia, that I fell in love with. After looking at it a few times, I ended up buying it from Rob Bridges, what a great guy! ( I did work with Fatima too, she was fantastic. ) Everyone at Lithia went above and beyond to help me. Jontay was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. The only complaint I have is with the communication between your call center and the service department. I placed three calls to see if my car was ready. The first two, I left messages to call me. This didn’t work. The third call,I asked to speak with someone in the service department. I found out the car was ready but since my ride was now not available, I asked that they keep the car overnight. I was very upset that I could not get an answer to my question until I was angry enough to ask for a person. Jontay was not there on this day but was a very good employee for you.

EDIT: Within 1 month, this awesome car broke down and we had to get it towed, we took it to Audi to have it looked at and the mechanic gave a report much different than the sales person. The quote to fix the car was more than we bought it for. Do what you will with this information... if I ever buy used from Audi, I will ask a mechanic to look it over. Original post: T.J. and the team at Audi Des Moines were very helpful in getting our son a new to him car at a great price. The cars are gorgeous and the hospitality is amazing here.

WOW! I can honestly say I've never had a better car buying experience than I did at Audi of Des Moines the other day. I worked with Mercedes to purchase an Audi Q3 and she was so incredibly helpful and flexible from the beginning. Not to mention she was witty and charismatic! Originally I had an oil leak that that they replaced a valve & they recommended that my lines should be flushed out which I agreed to. I then drove my Atlas home and it sat in my garage for over a week as I was gone. When I returned I noticed lots of oil again in my garage. After discussing this with Mark, the technician, we decided to have the Atlas towed to the dealership. It was at the dealership for a week and they determined that it was residual oil that they had not cleaned up from my previous oil leak and flushing of the lines.

I most recently visited this dealership after deciding that having an Audi was the right move to make. While I had already started looking at some RS3's in my hometown, I decided to just go to the dealer and " see what they had" while I was in Des Moines for business. That being said, I called up and spoke to Brad about what I was looking for and scheduled to make an appointment. I went down there and I wasn't thrilled on the RS3 that they had on the lot however, Brad showed me a used TTRS that they just got and I fell in love. The worst part of buying a car in my opinion is just the back and forth, the negotiating, the waiting, etc. Then you always have that gut feeling that no matter what, you are being ripped off and you are just another number. I can say that I 100% never had that with Brad. Honestly it was a painless buying experience and Brad never treated me like a number or just another " deal" for the day. When it came time to sign the papers, Steph was awesome! She was really thorough and explained everything and I never once felt that things were being pushed on me. Plus, her also being into cars was rad! To sit there and have someone to share a passion with during the sale is always a plus! I was truly impressed with this dealership and even their patience with me as I squared some things away in order to get the car back home! I can't recommend them enough and I am bummed I don't have them as a dealer back home. 10/10 would buy from again! Thank you Brad and Steph for being such an awesome team. We found a Highlander on Facebook and contacted the dealership through the online chat late on a Sunday evening. I know these are bots so I wasn't sure how things would go. The car hadn't even hit the use lot yet, but they are selling fast so we wanted to get on it. Elvis called us first thing on Monday morning, and wet up an appointment for the afternoon. Had the car all cleaned and ready to go for is when we got there with great communication the whole way. The estimated payments the gave us were all on the high side, so when the credit report came back and we say down to sign the paperwork, our payments were Lower than we expected! We had to have a a part replaced, and the dents popped out. Elvis lined it all up and took care of everything for us even though it was his day off. We made a trip across the state to test drive an Audi versus a competitor in the same day, and potentially buy if the conditions were right. Elvis was expecting us as I had emailed the dealership two days prior. He answered all of our questions and showed us many features we had not been shown before. He respected that we were test driving another vehicle at another dealership. He did not share his opinion about the competition- rather he thanked us for coming in and hoped to see us again soon. We were back within a couple hours and ready to buy. We felt as comfortable as can be expected when negotiating price with Elvis. He stood his ground trying to get the right price for the dealership, but we did not feel bullied. After Alex closed the deal, Elvis was waiting to once again show us all of the awesome features our Audi has to offer. He followed up with a phone call a few days later to answer any questions we may have. My only complaint would be with financing. The dealership told me I got better financing through them, but I really had to press for the details. It would have been nice to have a piece of paper, prior to signing, that explained every cost, overall total, percentage rate and monthly payment. I felt uncomfortable signing just based on verbal amounts. Overall, it was a good experience- definitely the best experience we've had at a dealership. Thanks Elvis!

Got a good deal on a 2013 Acura MDX with low miles and in great condition. Elvis Felix was absolutely wonderful to work with. Explained everything very well, every step of the way so there weren't any surprises. He was very knowledgeable about the car and all its features, which I've found to be surprisingly uncommon when looking at used cars these days. He didn't just try to brush off any concerns or questions like other salespeople have done to me. Usually when I ask questions I get the "well, it is a used car so that's normal; it's probably just the bumps in the road," as if I'm making things up when there is something wrong with the steering linkage or a hard shifting transmission. On this car, Elvis told me there are the usual dings and scratches but I didn't even see any. He was the one to point out some fading on exterior plastic trim but it wasn't something I would have noticed or even looked for. The asking price was fair so I didn't even need to haggle, and he did not pressure me at all about anything. While I was waiting to do the paperwork, Elvis politely checked in with me every so often to make sure I was comfortable and happy, and gave me updates on how many people were in line ahead of me. When originally scheduling the purchasing appointment, he also told me the best time to come in for quick service, which I appreciated. He is very organized, respectful of your time, knowledgeable, low-pressure, and friendly.

The last thing you want to do is feel like you are begging someone to buy their product and that was not the case here. Could not have been happier with his service! Unfortunately, the sales manager tried to sneak in oil changes and "vehicle protection" which we didn't need or want for $2100. They're asking $3000 more than similar cars in the area and offered $4000 less on our trade than other dealerships have quoted us. That's a LONG way off. Then told us that we are only trading in a Chevy (fully loaded 2 year old Equinox Premier) and the price difference was the "prestige" of owning an Audi. Bottom line, 5 stars for TJ, 5 stars for Elvis. 1 star for sales management Within 20 minutes of leaving have a deal put together on exactly what we were looking for for $7,000 less. Old review: Always has been nice, now they're also competitive in price, and no longer pushy. I would not have purchased here 8 years ago, but now I will!

However, I had such a great experience at Audi Des Moines that I think they deserve some public praise. My salesperson, Brian Braak, is not your average salesman. He gave great advice with no pressure and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly the right vehicle -- special ordering it to my specifications. He kept me informed on the status of the order and seemed as excited as me when it arrived. I was especially impressed that he came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule when it came time to pick up the vehicle -- and he already had a lot of the paperwork done so I was out of the office in less than 30 minutes. Brian also spent a lot of time showing me how to use all of the technology and encouraged me to call anytime I have questions. For example I only drive manuals, which are harder and harder to find. Well they went out and found the exact used model I wanted. I know that when I get my next Audi which will be a new one I will be getting it from Lithia, because even if a mistake is made they will make it right.

I'm picky, and I was extremely happy with the way John Mealey (service manager) and Phil (service tech) approached a complex problem: Adapting keys to the immobilizer system on my wife's S4 Cabriolet. Phil understood the problem immediately and kept me in the loop as he addressed it, he also shared his technical insight on the car (I want to make this one last). The electronic immobilizer system is not something that is typically adapted outside of the dealership, and doing it wrong can (surprise) immobilize the car, so this is one of those times when it is better to engage the experts. The new service facility is nice (apparently today was moving day) and the service organization was highly responsive. It's not often I take a car to the dealership. I own the factory service manual as well as VAG-Com diagnostic software, and I enjoy figuring out the technical aspects of the car. I have long valued the parts department (Jeff Siddens) but I am not usually a service dept. customer. I have owned Audi cars since my first new car in 1985, and I would feel comfortable taking our A8 as well as our S4 there.

When my cross county trip was interrupted because of a road hazard flat tire on my 2016 Audi A6 I was worried that I may have to be delayed because of this mishap! Upon speaking with Kiera at this dealership service department, my luck started to turn for the better. She had me read the tire size and while I limped the vehicle in she was looking into a tire replacement. As I pulled up to the service garage entrance, the door opened up and I was met with a confidence that my issue would be looked into. After the technician inspected the tire tread depth and finding a suitable match, I was on my way again in about 30 minutes.
