I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars as they go above and beyond the 5 star rating. They had an internet outage they were dealing with when I went in. They not only powered through it but they actually came through with the sale and got me the financing I needed. They helped me in every way they could. Kris was amazing and a hard worker as well as the team of guys there working together and making everything work out. If there was a way to give a better review than 5 stars I would for Urban Motors, I would! I could not have had a better experience, I was looking for a 4Runner and had been researching for a long time. Than I got fortunate that I was able to work with Kris and his team at Urban Motors. They made the process simple, no pressure and a fun experience for my wife and I. It took about 2 hours with all the test drives and the paperwork. Took care of all of my financing over text and my wife and I came in signed and we were out, it was an incredible experience and they have earned a customer for life! Smoothest and easiest buying experience I’ve had at any dealership. If you’ve driven by, you obviously know they have some of the most desirable cars on the market. I was somewhat skeptical walking into this dealership as I’m used to dealing with bigger dealerships but as soon as I walked in Gabe made it super comfortable and what I liked is they showed us not only the car fax but also a line by line description of what inspections they did in addition to what shows on the car fax. So far I love my new car and have had no issues so far. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Ps. My boys loved their new swag 😉

I definitely recommend this place. They are a smaller dealership and it felt way more relaxed with no dealer pressure. I was eye balling a 4 runner for a while but was unable to get over there. When I finally did, I loved it. I was able to test drive, take more pictures, call for more opinions, etc. and still no pressure at all. It felt more “at home” than other dealerships I’ve been too. We worked out an excellent deal, and they have multiple financing options. I told them what I was willing to pay monthly and they got it down to exactly that! I advised them of my concerns with the 4Runner, and they were immediately addressed before I left the lot. Also, no dealer and handling fees ! You don’t have to pay to get the car cleaned and detailed. It’s something given to you! Which is the way it should be. They also truly honor military and first responders, which I’m sure a lot of people would love to hear. They do a great job with their vehicles, especially with the modifications that come with them. Do small business guys, you won’t regret it! Ask for Gabe!

There was some slight communication issues at first but Chris and Stephan kept me completely updated during the process. The gave me updates within the time windows in which they said they would. They didn't cease communication once they had my money like most dealerships. The windshield needed replaced when I was set to take delivery. They gave me a borrowed vehicle and even delivered the loaner to me 80 miles away. They were more than accommodating. They even took accountability when the ball was the slightest bit dropped. Honesty and Integrity from a car dealership is not something that exists anymore. However Urban definitely took care of meto the best of their abilities. Thanks guys. Kris helped me buy exactly the car I was looking for. Arriving at this independent dealership I was overwhelmed by the toyota 4x4 inventory. Upon walking into the showroom I knew they shared my value of high quality. Great experience in buying with full disclosure of issues with the vehicle before buying. Kris took the time with me to discuss what I needed and yet as he explained to me, since there are no commissions, any of the sales people could help me and did over the course of the successful sale. I have been working with Stefan for several weeks now and despite how long the process has been, he has been there every step of the way, checking in and making sure everything is going well. I was buying from out of state, car unseen, and that is nerve-wracking. He offered to video call, send extra pictures, whatever was needed to make me feel at ease. After some exchanged photos and consistent phone calls, I felt confident in my purchase. The process was extremely smooth. Stefan handled everything and, although the paperwork had to be sent by mail due to Colorado regulations, it was quick and painless! He got the car with the courier and this is where I had a few hiccups (not with Urban Motors, but with the transportation company). When the car arrived to my location it was missing the side-view mirror covers on both sides. After a quick phone call to Stefan he confirmed it did not leave site like that. The transportation company said they would be in contact to fix the issue, but the call never came. Stefan quickly resolved the issue, purchasing new side-view mirror covers out of Urban Motor’s pocket to correct the wrong. When they came in, they weren’t quite up to par in quality (through no fault of Stefan, he had read reviews and thought they would be satisfactory). I reached out, and once again, the issue was corrected immediately. He contacted the transportation company again and finally got a response to which they offered to reimburse the cost. I received OEM covers from the Volkswagen dealership within a few days. I now have my perfect car that I had been waiting for months to find with huge help and thanks to Stefan. This company went above and beyond my expectations and made the car buying process, and everything afterwards, an absolute breeze. I had so many reservations with buying from a dealership due to past experiences and especially not having seen or driven the vehicle in person, but Stefan really made the ordeal a comfortable and pleasant one. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in need a car and I especially want to give a shout-out to Stefan!

Outstanding buying experience. I had been to at least 10 auto sales lots in the days leading up to my purchase from Urban Motors Blue. I called them 20 minutes before arriving and when I got there, Kristoffer had the CarFax report and mechanical inspection Urban did pull up and ready to discuss. He reviewed both in detail, disclosed any issues found, how it had been addressed and even discussed any items that may become future issues. I'd have to say this has been one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've ever had, and I used to work for a few dealerships! Kris was amazing! I called late on a Saturday to see if a 2017 Ford Raptor was still available which it was. Kris stayed after closing to go over the truck's inspection sheet and to allow for a test drive. We decided to come back on the following Monday since it was past closing, so Kris sent us the financing link if we decided to go with the purchase. First thing Monday he had everything in the financing system and even called around a few places to get us the best financing deal! Kris had the truck detailed and all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived Monday afternoon, and they gave me a more than fair price for my trade-in considering it needed new tires. Kris and the rest of the crew were VERY accomodating, professional. and were more concerned with making sure we were happy with everything than just making a deal. When it comes to lifted/modified vehicles, you can't go wrong with Urban Motors! I will definitely be coming back to them again when it's time for another vehicle.

The Toyota FJ Cruiser I special ordered back in 2006 was recently totaled... an FJ with a manual transmission is excellent condition was hard to find, I found one at Urban Motors Blue! A few weeks after taking delivery of my new (used) FJ, some issues arose... they were related to the previous owner and some back country damage to my new beast. This place was exactly what I was looking for, tons of selection of off road Toyotas, and great service. Found a nice used 4runner. After the test drive and paperwork, we drove it home and found it was leaking. I called the service department, and they took over. They came and picked it up, took it to their shop and discover a couple of small leaks. They fixed everything, and even put in some led fog lights for the trouble. I live in Washington state and and have looked for a 2004 rubicon for about a year when I found one on urban motors website. Gabe helped me check it out as I wasn’t able to test it myself. He did everything i asked and all looked good. When it was delivered I found it “slipped” when turning on corners. The local 4x4 shop determined that the rear locker was locked up and would not release. Gabe spend time understanding what had happened and that it had been that way probably before they had the Jeep. He went out of his way to advocate for me and was successful in his company reimbursing me for the amount necessary to repair it to original condition. I can’t say enough about Gabe and his company’s integrity and professionalism through this process. They could have walked away but they did not, instead made good and made me a happy customer. I owned my 1999 Gen3 4Runner for over 20 years-it had over 213K miles on it and was still going strong-so I didn't really need a newer one but had been casually online shopping the Gen5's anyway with a specific color (black) and trim package in mind (Trail/TRD). I went out and looked at some 'Runners at a few other dealers but experienced the usual used car hustle - dealers wanting to sell me what they had-color/trim, year, mileage etc.- not what I wanted... Then I spotted the Gen5 4Runner Trail in black at Urban Motors that looked awesome, but... it had some nonstock upgrades (wheels, grille, trim) that I was initially concerned about, thinking it was from a prior DIY owner and as I only wanted a stock vehicle. Decided to call and spoke to Stefan about it. He did a really great job taking me through what they had upgraded, and why and what their approach is as a niche dealer specializing in Toyotas, 4Runners and Tacomas. He covered their philosophy that they only look for the best/cleanest vehicles to start with then do the kinds of upgrades that a typical enthusiast for that specific model might do themselves, which means their 'Runners may not be for everyone but the right buyer will appreciate it - that's a different and refreshing approach than most of the other used car guys in town and after hearing that, I was definitely interested. It sounded like these guys are really car guys and 4Runner lovers and when I got to the Blue store that was confirmed - a lot full of clean and cool 'Runners and Tacomas. Stefan walked me through the full history of the vehicle from Carfax and their inspection report before I took it on a test drive - all with no pressure. Needless to say, it was all exactly as he had described in almost new condition with some cool upgrades. Back at the store, he explained their one price policy (I had to ask) with no hidden charges which meant no dickering around to get the deal going - very transparent with no games. I had originally planned to sell my old 99 'Runner myself but Stefan and Dario really wanted to buy it and offered me pretty much exactly what I had asked for it. I had to think about that overnight but ultimately decided to trade it as their offer was very fair and it eliminated me having to deal with the sale myself. I don't buy cars very often because I make them last (only Toyota/Lexus) and because it's generally a pain in the a$$ but not with the team at Urban. Start to finish, it was one of smoothest, frictionless car deals I've ever done. These guys know their stuff, they love Toyotas and provide a completely hassle-free buying experience - they're a small, family-run business that really appreciates their customers vs. all the games/garbage typical at the big dealers. If you're looking for a really nice used 'Runner or Taco, you have to check out Urban Motors Blue store and talk to Stafan, Dario and the team there - I'm glad I did!

After purchasing a car and driving it for 5 months here is my take. This is a long review so I am going to highlight the reason for 5 Stars first. No pressure to buy the car *now*, you are greeted with a pleasant attitude and will always find the crew super helpful throughout the process. All you will need to tell them is your budget range and the type of car you are interested in and see them take care of the rest. No hidden fees, or "deals" will be pitched to you, you will know exactly what you are getting and what you are paying for it. No pressure tactics, or trying to get you to buy the car because SO many other people are interested. Would recommend and 100% will get my next car (whenever that is) from here. Special shout out to Gabe, in my case we had to deal with reaching out to quite a few places to get me a reasonable rate. Reason being I was fresh out of college with no real credit history or a guarantor to add on to my lease. Gabe was supper helpful and transparent throughout the process and the lease he was able to get me was the best deal I could find after independently reaching out to other places as well. Thank you for sticking with me through the process and getting me in my Land Cruiser. My take on the lesser reviews left by people: When you buy an older car (5-7 years or older) make sure you know what that implies. The dealership simply cannot remove the age/mileage and the wear and tear that comes with it from the car (no one can). I got a 17 year old car but I knew exactly what I was buying and what to look for in a 100 series Land Cruiser (the known issues, regular maintenance that is often overlooked etc). Were there things that I had to address after buying the car, yes BUT they were not intentionally hidden from me either. I was told the known maintenance history of the car, I had questions like "this part change is not recorded, it should be regular maintenance" I was given a straight answer "Yep, that is not seen in the history on file" and that is all they can do for you really, give honest answers. When buying an older (5-7 years or older) car make sure you know exactly what you want and what to expect given the type of car you are interested in. Ask all the questions you want, from my experience you will be given an honest answer and that'll will be that. If you are not mechanically inclined yourself to figure out all the things that will need addressed after buying the car go ahead and get yourself a pre-purchase inspection from an independent mechanic. I bought an 02 Land Cruiser and could not be more happier with my purchase. The reason being I knew what I was getting and what issues to look out for that might make the car a disappointment to own. I weighed my options and made a decision.

(March 2019) I had a great truck buying experience working with Luke, Igor and Andre from the Urban Motors (Trucks + SUVs) location. After finding an advertised truck with a price I thought was too good to be true, my wife and I went to Urban Motors and found my dream truck. Luke explained to me that the low price was correct because the truck had a 'branded' or rebuilt from salvage title. My immediate thought was "don't buy a salvaged vehicle", but in comparison to similar vehicles on the local market, I realized the salvaged vehicle would save me over $10k. The Urban Motors team fielded my questions with patience and professionalism and I had A LOT of questions. My main concern was warranty protection for the vehicle. Luke explained that the manufacturer warranty was no longer valid with a rebuilt title, but that Urban Motors had an outside party that would provide a warranty very similar to the manufacturers and for a very reasonable price. We also had an issue getting full coverage insurance with our current provider for a branded title, which we needed for the loan. The Urban Motors team referred to us to two insurance providers which were both great to talk to and solved that issue. With all of our questions answered and concerns addressed, we moved forward with the purchase and couldn't be happier. We saved so much money and have peace of mind that our investment is protected. I would definitely purchase another branded title vehicle through Urban Motors and I will be referring friends to them. These guys were no pressure, easy to work with and helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks Luke, Igor and Andre! You guys are awesome!

Finally a dealership that I don't feel that I am being scammed or pressured into purchasing a car just for walking in. Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I went in the first time looking to trade in my car and take a look at their inventory. If you are looking to buy a 4Runner I highly suggest giving this place a go. Even if they do not have the color or type you are looking for let them know what it is you're looking for and they will find it for you for a good deal. I had the option to buy new or used which was nice to compare the prices. I had the pleasure to work with Dado and he made my dream car a reality. He worked closely with me finding me a deal and then adding everything I wanted. One thing I found really cool about this place was that they have an in-house shop that once you buy your car you can leave it there and customize whatever it is you want. Compared to your standard dealership you can really tell that everyone working there has a passion for cars and is willing to help you find a car you looking for. I would highly suggest giving Urban Motors your business when purchasing a car, truck, or SUV. They gave me the best deal for my trade in as well if you are looking to do that. Andre hooked me up with an awesome car that I'm very happy with. First thing he did was pull up the Carfax and go through the car's entire history. A battery issue came up during the test drive, and he was very quick to get a new battery for it. Specifically, Dario (the owner) stayed past close to ensure that the battery was replaced and that the codes being thrown during the test drive were strictly battery related. Professional, easy to work with, friendly group of people. This was the most pleasant and hassle-free car-buying experience I've ever had. This group seems to specialize in rebuilding branded titled vehicles (although they sell clean title vehicles as well). I was skeptical at first, but the sales team was up-front and forthcoming about the specific work that was done on the vehicle, and I was really impressed with the upgrades that were done on top of the repair work. In addition to the value you get from a re-branded title, the cost of a full-coverage bumper-to-bumper warranty was very reasonable and comprehensive, I was given a fair price for my trade-in, and the financing was highly competitive to market. It was my first experience purchasing a re-branded title vehicle, but I would do it every time if it were handled the way these guys do it.

I looked for about 3 weeks for a newwe car. I talked with many dealerships and sadly only a couple seemed as eager to please. I found Urban motors through the USAA website and stopped in even though it was over an hour drive just because Dave was so pleasant on the phone. They had the exact car I was looking for, and even better I got it at the price I was looking for. I think I can mirror a lot of the other reviews in saying it was such a great experience! The service was excellent, and Dave and Andre were awesome! I felt like they really valued me. Set an appointment, stop in, and I think you'll love it as much as I have! As a side note some (not all) of their cars have "branded" titles, but please don't let this scare you. I inspected cars with branded titles as part of my last job for almost 8 years, and if the dealership does it right (like Urban Motors has) you'll get a car every bit as good as any non-branded car out there. Plus the price is usually significantly less. (By the way for all my military friends out there USAA will give you less on the APR for your financing if you use their website to find a car through an approved dealership like Urban Motors, and then use USAA for the loan. It only took me about 30 min through USAA to get approved. The APR discount alone brought my monthly payments down over $50. The cherry on top!)

I bought a 2015 branded title Wrx from Milan and his staff 4 months ago through USAA’s car buying program. The experience with the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Test driving a few cars on my first visit was no problem and they had no issue going above and beyond answering questions about the car, accident history with Carfax in hand, repair work, and their process to make sure I was comfortable and completely happy with my decision. I’ve contacted Milan on several occasions about miscellaneous things over the past months and he never fails to reply or answer any questions I might have had. The car has been fantastic and was a great decision. I purchased the extended warranty though Milan and I did have an ABS sensor fail (just one of those things, no ones fault) and went through the repair process with a shop of my choice and the claim through the warranty went off without a hitch. Paid a low deductible and saved me $300. Ultimately this was the best experience I could have had at a dealership. Shopping was easy, trust worthy, and comfortable. Thank you for the car!

Went to look at a vehicle we saw on Craigslist. Got there and really liked the vehicle. Dario let us go for a test drive and didn't even go with us. I saw this as great because it truly made us have the opportunity to give our true feelings about the car without someone sitting there hovering over us. I drive by Urban Motors everyday and the business looks very clean and not like all the other dealers I pass on Colfax. When we had issues with our Minivan I decided to give them a call. I needed a 3rd opinion on an issue we were having with the van and the other two mechanics we had taken it to were unable to diagnose the problem. I had a second issue with our Toyota Sienna. Cold May weather in Colorado and a defroster that didn’t work left me driving around Denver in the snow with my windows down to keep the windshield from fogging over. We stopped in to see Luke at the service desk and he immediately took the van back to the shop. The guys were able to determine the coolant level was low and they flushed the line and topped off the coolant. Anyone else could’ve charged me an arm and a leg to “fix”the problem but these guys are honest and fixed our problem for no charge. Incredible!
