*EDITED* Friendly staff that is easy to speak with. **Edit** Still great customer service. After full rundown by mechanic, my purchase needs what plenty vehicle’s with 100k+ miles need. Mostly new suspension parts, but it’s enough $ to make someone not expecting it upset for sure. 1) They do provide a Carfax, research your service history. If it’s older and it’s not replaced… 2) Their prices are not great, but not horrible. “Market value” is what you are willing to pay, compare it to what’s around. Go elsewhere if you find a better deal, they will not negotiate. I was asked during my sale what GOJO could do so people wouldn’t feel the need to haggle. SIMPLE: Be upfront, be honest. Tell people what the vehicle “will probably need sooner rather than later”. It’s inspected at least once by their mechanic(s) (they said it was). The general needs of a car can be found out fairly quickly by a qualified person. *Hard to do as a business when that changes what people might be willing to pay sometimes* My business rating didn’t change, I bought the car based on what I wanted/needed. I have about $1000 in repairs I wasn’t expecting (steering rack), on top of normal shocks/strut replacements and the like. Know your priorities and needs when buying used and do your research.

Just bought a used Volvo from Gojo, and the process was incredibly easy. Bri, the salesperson was super helpful and friendly, explaining everything really well. The only complaint is their guarantee. Here it is: "Home of the GOJO Guarantee: 79 Point Inspection, 3 Month/4500 mile powertrain plus warranty, first two oil changes included, full detail, Emissions testing complete" Everything about that is accurate EXCEPT for the 3 month/4500 mile powertrain plus warranty. While you can purchase that extra warranty, it is NOT included in your purchase price. It's an additional $1,000. That is not how it was presented to us. While Bri mentioned that the car was sold with a warranty, she never mentioned that warranty would cost us additional money. So it came as a shock when I asked for the paperwork on their warranty and was told we'd have to spend an additional $1,00 for it. Yeah, not cool Gojo. We probably would've bought the car as-is anyway, since it was in great shape, and they did detail the heck out of it, inspected it and cleaned it all up. This would've been a glowing five-star review, had it not been for the warranty thing. I'd still recommend them, but just know going in that if that warranty is important to you, you'll have to pay an additional cost for it.
