l called Luis Flores to confirm some information on some Ford F150s they had for sale. I had lots of questions and Luis took his time and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I drove down to Family Trucks and Vans and met with Luis. Very kind, down to earth and professional. We walked the lot and he was very patient with all of my questions. Believe me I had a ton of questions. I found a truck on their lot that I liked. We took it for a test drive and I was convienced that the truck was meant for me. Of course I have bad credit, very little to put down and a trade in and I am asking for the world. Luis and his finance guy make the ultimate miracle !! Numbers were correct and the payment was under my budget. I highly recommend you go see Luis at Family Trucks and Vans !! I felt like family there and not just a number. Luis is a top notch human. He’s not like your typical car salesman. When he says he’ll get something done he does it without any hesitation. He has taken care of my concerns even after I bought my truck three weeks ago. He was kind considerate and very professional. Always ask from Luis when you go shopping at Family Trucks. I did all of it online with Jalen Ragsdale and when they was ready for me he called me and I was there less than 45minutes and it was that long because I took a long time on the test drive. They didn't push a sale like the typical dealership seems to do and they were patient with my wife and I as we test drove a few different options. Unfortunately truck ran into some issues not long after the purchase but the service over at Family T&V took care of everything right away. I recently purchased a used truck from Family Trucks and Vans and would like to commend Roman Marta for a job a well done. I was about to walk away after being told by another salesperson whose name I will omit in a rude manner that "We weren't even in the same ballpark and there is no way we can even come close to making it work." No effort was given by this gentleman and his attitude and lack of respect for a potential customer dumb founded me as a former salesperson myself. Luckily for both myself, and the company, Roman stepped in and took over. He treated me with respect and we were able to come to a fair deal. Roman's effort and commitment to taking care of the customer was refreshing in a world that seems to be forgetting that without taking care of the customers businesses can't survive. I found a couple of trucks I was interested in through car gurus, emailed Joe and he followed up the next day with me. He still took the time to answer a few questions and invite me to test drive a few trucks the following day. Derek, Jalen, and Alberto were great to work with. They all took extra time to make sure and answer all of our questions made sure our Jeep buying experience was good. While we are still dealing with Covid they made sure that all paperwork that could be completed outside was and prior to signing all of our documents inside they had everything ready and waiting so our time inside was very minimal. Unfortunately we did get a check engine light that came on after leaving the dealership. The team is continuing to work with us to make sure they are taking care of the issue.

Sergio was very low key while showing us the inventory, very transparent without any pressure. He is the epitome of the car salesman that I wish to work with. I bought a 2016 F-150 at the end of February. It had some minor issues with the sunroof that my salesman assured me they would take a look at the next week Due to Covid, I was unable to get back into the service department until almost 2 months later. Alex in the service department, got me in quickly on a Monday morning, and explained to me it sounded like a minor repair. When the issue was more than he expected, (which did not fall under the extended warranty I purchased) he called and explained that they would pick up all of the labor costs and cover most of the cost of a major repair. My out of pocket cost for the repair ended up being very reasonable. I don't write Google reviews ever, but I wanted to write this because I felt like this dealership showed great up front honesty and followed thru by making good on a promise. I do not write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve one. Not only were they not pushy, let me look around the lot, and helped me get exactly the truck I wanted/needed, but what happened afterward really set them apart. I am a grad student, and did not purchase the warranty because I could not have afforded the payments. A couple days afterward, however, I noticed my truck had come with a tricky, intermittent overheating problem. It was especially bad when towing, which was the whole reason I needed the truck at all. Rafael connected me with Luigi at the service department, and those guys were awesome. They brought the truck in several times, and continued working on it until it was finally fixed. They did all of this at no charge to me, since clearly the truck had come with the problem already happening, but it was easy not to notice on short test drives. Many car dealers, especially used car dealers, would NOT have done this, and I would have been out because I in no way could have afforded the repairs. This shows integrity in an industry not really known for that. I applaud them, and would definitely do business again with them in the future.

Got a super good deal on a Tacoma with these guys. I live in Albuquerque and they picked me up from the airport and literally was in and out of the dealership in 30 min, it was a cash deal and it was so nice to have the dealership understand that up front. tldr: They honor their promises and have reasonable prices for used vehicles. For more info read on: I have purchased 2 vehicles from Family Trucks and Vans in my life. The first of which was probably 8 years ago, and it was a fine experience, but there was nothing particularly memorable about it. However, just recently I was in need of a new vehicle and I remembered being treated well previously so I returned to Family Trucks and Vans. When I initially contacted them I was greeted on the phone by JB who answered some of my questions and invited me to come in. I met him there and very quickly got into the vehicle for a test drive. The entire interaction was very relaxed and low pressure. I spent some time with the vehicle and noticed a few issues. Now, keep in mind. This is a used vehicle and at a used vehicle dealership. It wasn't perfect, and I didn't expect it to be, particularly for the fair price which they were asking. When I returned to the dealership Octavio ran out to meet me at the vehicle and mentioned that JB had to leave but had asked Octavio to assist me. Octavio used his salesmanship to encourage me to purchase the vehicle, but by no means was this "high pressure sales". I told him that if two of the issues I noticed could be addressed I'd be willing to purchase the vehicle. We shook hands on it and he began preparing the paperwork. Sure enough, when it came time to sign the contract there was a rider that mentioned both issues I had requested be fixed so there was a written record of our hand-shake agreement. A couple of weeks after purchase I was invited to bring the vehicle back to get the repairs completed. One of them was finished that day but the other required a part to be ordered. About a week later I was told that I could bring the vehicle back in as the part had arrived. Because of weather and holidays and travel for work it took me some time to get my vehicle back to the dealership. Octavio continued to stay in communication during this time to ensure that my needs would be met. I can safely say that the concerns I had with the vehicle were addressed and that throughout the entire interaction everyone I worked with at Family Trucks and Vans was motivated to assist me and meet my needs. This dealership is not fancy or extraordinary. It is humble and affordable. Given the positive experience I had with my second purchase at Family Trucks and Vans, I look forward to giving them my business again years from now when I need my next vehicle.

Neither of the vehicles we bought had been detailed yet and it was late on a Saturday night, so I brought them both back in that week and they gave me a car to drive while they worked on them. I only give them 4 stars because the van had a few issues and I ended up having to pay a couple hundred after the deal was done because they didn't estimate my payoff high enough. Neither were a big deal. They got my van in right away when the issues arose and fixed it fast at no cost to me. Everyone was super nice to work with and made the car buying process smooth and easy for us. I will go back when I'm ready for a new van and recommend this place to others. I'd much rather go here than a big name dealership where you're just another sale.

My parents bought a truck here, drove it home, but unfortunately had issues 3 days after purchase. Contacted dealer and spoke to Naiche (sales manager), he asked that we take it in to a nearby shop as we are 3 hours away from dealer, and then call him back with what they have found. They found that the truck needed spark plugs and boots, new front brake pads and rotors, along with some fluids topped off. Called Naiche again, as the extended warranty does not cover maintenance type repairs. The price from the local ford dealer was a bit high, so he asked that we take it to their mechanic shop. My father made the trip 2 days later, happy to say truck runs excellent now, they performed all the work that the ford dealer had recommended. Rafael is now very happy with his truck! I purchased a 2007 F150 XLT. The price was right and the service was very good. After the sale, the sales manager even was willing to fix a very minor body defect that was discovered in daylight. A big thank you to Julian for handling my concern with such ease. The "appeal" score was a bit skewed as Family Trucks and Vans operates in older facilties. This may be how they keep prices reasonable--no flash! However, I recommend some freshening just for the sake of aesthetics. I also recommend a lighted customer review area so that merchandise can be viewed in good lighting. Lastly, my truck was relatively clean, but a quick wash and wipe down would have been awesome. These, in the big scheme of things, are very minor issues... If you are looking for a no nonsense automobile purchase experience, then, these guys fit the bill. No dealership bull, a straight-forward negotiation, delivery and post-sale experience are what you can expect.

I went with my mom a few days to look for a new vehicle for her to take on a cross country road trip.. she found a 2011 Chevy traverse. Roman was very helpful and knowledgeable. She drove the vehicle the next day and we noticed it was leaking some fluids.. we tried to take it to their shop and that was a nightmare. We called the shop for directions. Went to go buy a truck. Found one we really liked, so we decided to test drive it. Returned and proceeded to talk with a Bobby. We didn't agree with our trade in value so he went to speak with his manager. I spoke to an Aldo who was very generous and offered us an additional $1000 for our trade in. I decided to accept the deal and we SHOOK HANDS and all was well. An hour and a half later we were told that the car had been "promised" to another family and they were sorry for wasting our time which was a 4-hour process from start to end. I'm not saying don't go to this dealership. I was just extremely let down by the company and the experience.

I called about a 2008 CRV and Bill answered. We were 15 minutes away, and as we walked up he had the car ready to go. I wanted to thank Family Trucks and Vans for the wonderful experience for the 3rd time,now! Aproximately 3 years ago I bought my first SUV (GMC Envoy) from them. The vehicle was in great working order, low miles and the interior virtually sparkled. That being said, there was a crack in the bumper all the way to the fog lamp and cracked windsheild, which were fixed promptly upon completion of the sale. Oh and lets talk about the sale process, my sales associate was very helpful, no pressure and willing to work for me to get the best price and deal for me. Keep in mind these vehicles are used and sold as is. But they have an in house mechanic shop which can take care of most of you needs on site, which was huge for me since I don't know any mechanics. I felt I got the best deal for repairs I could get.I was extremely satisfied with this transaction. I also bought my son's first car from Family Trucks and Vans approximately 1 year ago and they continued to provide me with excellent service. The Honda Prelude was great in low miles and in execellent condition. There was an issue with the airbag light (which was fixed prior to us signing on the dotted line.) and severe chipping of paint on the front and rear bumpers. The paint repair was negotiated with their paint people to a 3rd of the cost of what I was quoted from 4 different body shops! We got a fabulous car for a fabulous price! :-D Just recently (approximately 3 months ago) I decided to trade my Envoy in for a smaller SUV or something that was better on gas. I had pretty much set my heart on a Honda CRV but knew I was going to only buy through Family because they had always taken care of me. The cool thing was, I ran them through the wringer trying to get the perfect CRV for me and I ended finding the PERFECT car for me one day when I decided to cruise the lot. This car was barely 1 year old, low miles and immaculately kept, I was sold! Since I was trading in my older Envoy for a new vehicle I was going to have to finance a balance. They had no problem getting me financed at a great rate and great payment! Since I've had my KIA Soul, I have never had a mechanical or electrical issue! I am totally happy with the service, quality of vehicles and the staff of Family Trucks and Vans. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

We had just been through a nightmare experience at Mazda of Lakewood in my search for a Toyota Sequioa, I called Family Trucks because they had a White version of the truck I was rescinding - Jose answered the phone - I was pretty frank because of the situation with the before mentioned dealer, he was empathetic & accommodating given we were coming from the Springs & had zero tolerance at this point - he offered to look it over, test drive it, & call me back if it wasn't worth my time or worthy of putting my 6 little grand babies in the SUV he had. We drove home without the truck even though they offered to let us take, we told them we would be back in the morning - when we called the next morning Jose said he would have it cleaned, gased, & ready...and he did! After searching for a vehicle for well over a month and finally focused in on a couple of cars we were interested in, we found an Acura MDX, in one of our preferred colors at Family Trucks. After stopping on a Friday my wife and returned on Saturday. We worked with Dan and he was very easy going, helpful, straight forward and ZERO pressure! They would not budge on the price but they were right in the middle compared to others dealers with the same or very similar cars. Dan was very up front about that due to the fact they had recently reduced the price, but we made an offer just little short of their asking price anyway. The manager said no, we ended up buy a very nice Acura MDX at a middle of the road price for the year and millage. I will say, it being a very nice looking clean vehicle in a color that is not seen that often I was comfortable with the price we paid. I have bought a lot of cars (Over a dozen) in the Denver area over the years from small and large dealers; this was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had at any car dealership! I expect an Acura being what it is it will be years before I am in the market for a car again but I would return to Family when the time comes. If they have what you are looking for I would recommend you check them out in your search. Ask for Dan.
