Had a great experience with BMW of Denver, I had decided on an X4 but not all of the dealerships have them available. We called and visited a few dealerships in the area, and the service at this location went above and beyond. They also offered us the best rate, and I was able to design the car and have it shipped. It arrived a week early. Thank you, Evan Andrianakos for your time and excellent service. I called a few times to ask questions about the car after I brought it home, and he got back to us right away. The whole team there was great as well. We are very pleased with the new car. Thank you.

I was able to communicate with the salesperson (Dimitri) via the website and text. When I arrived, despite the dealership being clearly extremely busy, they made time for me to test drive the vehicle. Dasha was very knowledgeable and friendly. You guys should make her a salesperson - we loved her and she’d sell a lot of cars. The transition from test drive to purchase to finance was seamless and rapid. Jay set a new land speed record for financing and docs. You guys make it too easy to spend $80k+. The team went the extra mile to make this surprise purchase for my wife special. They covered the car and placed a big red bow on the hood before we arrived and played along with the whole story. I’ve always thought dealers should make spending such money a pleasure and BMW of Denver Downtown has done it. Thanks all.

Great Service good and profecianal sales force purchse a Jaguar F-Pace, provided all information and history on car for us to make a decision before purchase, they inpect vehicle well before selling and make sure address any repair needed.
I do have to say there Finance Dept. was very pushy to us in selling thier extended warranty after an number of time I told him NO.

Worked an out of state deal with Matt Heylum. He was very helpful from the start giving me anything I had asked for, videos and pictures of the car. Then I flew in and the dealership took care of me. If you need help with anything, Matt will take care of you above and beyond. Great personality and super down to earth.

We ordered 2022 X5e and been waiting for it for a few months, our salesman Arsen fully customized the vehicle exactly how we want it to. Then we just patiently waited and Arsen was always giving us updated what is the status and when it was build and shipped to dealership. He called Saturday morning and afternoon we where happy owners of Bmw x5e. Everything from financing and paperwork was a breeze, so fast and easy that I couldn’t believe we bought a car. It’s our 6th car, we worked with different dealers before, not the 1st time buyers, BMW of Denver downtown definitely make the whole process smooth and easy. Managers financing guy and salesman Arsen where on top, they know how to make a car buys experience so pleasant that I’m ready to order another bmw sometime this year. Had an amazing experience with BMW of Denver Downtown. I had shopped around and didn’t have the best customer service feelings with other BMW dealerships, but I’m glad I made the trip down to Denver. Dimitri was absolutely amazing. The whole process was smooth, straight to the point and painless. I ordered a new vehicle and was kept up to date on the shipment. It ended up arriving sooner than later and they kept the car safe while I returned from travel. Dimitri also came in on his day off so I could pick it up as soon as I got back. I’m very happy with my experience and new car!

After visiting all the BMW dealers in a 100 mi radius, we settled on BMW of Denver Downtown for our purchase, and could not be happier. Edward and his staff are fantastic. This dealership has significantly changed my viewpoint on car buying. They have been amazing in fixing and addressing all my concerns after I purchased my pre owned certified vehicle. They literally went the extra mile and took care of everything, even driving an hour up and dropping off a loaner car. I hit a pothole and got a flat. BWM downtown Denver had my tire replaced first thing Monday morning. Thank you!! Would’ve gave 5 stars except for Grant. I have the luxury extended warranty and it wasn’t in the computer and he acted like I was trying to scam them, even after my local BMW verified it, they still couldn’t get it resolved so my local BMW paid for the new tire. Grant seemed bummed lol.

Absolutely had the most comfortable service appointment here at BMW of Denver Downtown all thanks to Mahdi. My lease was coming to an end and had made the appointment to come in and buy out the car. As it was my first time buying out the car from a lease, I wasn’t too sure of the process and how long it was going to take. But as soon as I arrived, He greeted me immediately and walked me through with all necessary papers, thoroughly explained what was done to the car and what was assessed in time of service and we were done in no time.
As many don’t like spending time at the dealership, my experience was so great, I wouldn’t have minded staying there for longer as we talked about new inventory and specs of different models that have caught my interest.
Mahdi was very professional, friendly, and got what I needed done in no time wasted.
As a car enthusiast, I’ve personally never felt more comfortable dropping my car off for service.

First - the best BMW dealership is BMW Denver! Best Service Advisor, Palmer Windsor!
Last November, I had a rock hit my windshield. I contacted AAA who referred me to one of their preferred windshield replacement companies. My windshield was replaced and calibrated with my cameras in December.
Because we travel much of the winter, we didn’t realize we were having camera difficulty for several months.
When we brought our car into BMW Denver, I worked with Palmer Windsor - thinking recalibrating my cameras.
He called to advise me that it appeared some of the cameras were broken and/or damaged when the glass had been replaced. In one area, the glass company had used double sided tape to hold the camera in place - hoping it would hold.
When I requested some pics from Palmer, he was able to provide the details I needed. When I initially called the glass company, they adamantly denied that they were at fault until I was forwarded the pics to the glass company. Then the glass company immediately shared they would make this right - replacing the windshield again and replacing broken cameras.
Without Palmer Windsor, his knowledge, his professionalism and his customer service, I know the outcome would have been much more challenging.
Thank you BMW Denver and Palmer Windsor - you have more than earned my loyalty - I will definitely be sharing my experience with my friends and family!

We worked with our sales associate Evangelos (Evan) Andrianakos from start to finish. Because there was such a shortage of vehicles after the pandemic, we waited 6 months from the time we ordered our car until we could pick it up. Matt H. helped us buy a BMW M4 and it was the absolute best buying experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. None of the stereotypical stuff goes on here, these guys set the bar with what customer experience should be like. Even when the M4 ran into some unforeseeable issues, Matt has spearheaded the effort to getting the car fixed and on time. There isn’t a single thing BMW of Denver Downtown could be doing that would make them any better than they are. It starts and ends with the customer experience and they’ve nailed it. Normally booking an appointment for windshield replacement and actually having your windshield replaced wouldn't warrant an online 5 star review, but after my experience at Schomp, it does. Appointment in three days instead of three weeks, work completed on time with no hassle, excellent communication, only an extra 5 minutes from my house. Nothing flashy and nobody to offer me a latte when I arrive, but I made my own using the machine in the waiting room. :) Overall felt like a service visit should feel in my opinion.

Took my 335 GT into the service department for a possible transmission leak. The service technician was great - he took a video walk-through with voice description of the issue and everything related. I had a full video description of the issues and service. This is a fantastic service and provides a level of comfort that you can't get from other dealers, A+. By the way, they let me know that nothing was leaking from my transmission, I ran over some red oily liquid that splashed up on my undercarriage. This shows their honesty and integrity. Great guys and very happy with my service experience at BMW of Denver Downtown.

I purchased a 2021 BMW X3 at BMW of Denver Downtown and received an outstanding customer service from Jack Reitz. Honestly, it had been a while since I came across some one so dedicated and not measuring efforts to help their clients. He took us for 2 test drives, picked up the car and took to the the front of dealership rather than having us walking to where the car was parked, offered us to take I-25 so we could better how the car feels on a highway, walked us through and showed us almost every single detail inside car including all the media stuff and if that wasn't enough, he offered and gave us 2 free appraisal on my and my wife's car, oh and best of all, NO PRESURE. Usually I tend to walk away from people that keeps pushing for a purchase. Jack was NOT like that at all.
I needed a new car, but I was not planning on buying one right at that moment. However, due to the no pressure and the OUTSTANDING customer service from Jack by going above and beyond, I decided to go ahead and anticipate a decision that I would have to make anyway sooner or later and ended up purchasing my BMW X3 from him.
After the sales, the customer service continued to be outstanding - there were some small things that needed to be done to the car before it was ready for pickup and Jack delivered an excellent customer service.
I can't recommend enough this dealership and Jack as the sales person! My experience was just outstanding!

I've been dealing with a weird and severe car issue for the past 6 months that has been extremely stressful. I am sure that like for many, buying a BMW is not your first time at a car dealership. Our sales (Jack Reitz) and finance (Amin) rep were excellent and made the process smooth + quick! The other employees who we interacted with were also charming and friendly. Our only letdown was the detail of the car was subpar and we noticed a small chip in the windshield after getting home that we did not see before it went into detail. Overall we would recommend BMW of Denver with the caveat that they make sure to double-check the car after detailing and before purchasing!

I was a little put off that the finance manager, Kourosh, gave (sold?) my email and private cell phone number to a salesperson from Liberty Mutual, who then promptly called, texted and emailed me the very next day, trying to sell me car/home insurance that I didn't need. I know he knew very well that I had insurance, or I never would have been able to finance the car. In the future I suggest they inform the clients of the practice in advance and offer them the ability to opt out.

BMW of Denver has earned a new customer by just simply being honest! To put things in perspective, I live in Highlands Ranch and Schomp BMW is less than 5 minutes from my house. When it came time to buy out the lease on my 2019 BMW M850, I contacted Schomp because of their convenience and quickly realized I was being taken advantage of. Schomp claimed that if I did not replace my tires to qualify my car for CPO, I would have to pay a $2000.00 charge for a Colorado State Inspection.
Now this isn't my first BMW, and it definitely isn't the first lease I've bought out so I knew that was Schomp was telling me was completely untrue. Yes the CPO certification required that I had run-flat tires, which I do not, but a state inspection does not cost $2000.00.
This is what led me to call BMW of Denver Downtown. To start, my phone call was received far more professionally than by Schomp. When I described my situation, the individual I spoke with maintained his composure and professionalism, but quickly told me that no, a state inspection is not that expensive. In fact he waved the inspection fee because he wanted to make sure that my impression of BMW as a whole was not impacted by my experience with Schomp.
When I showed up at BMW of Denver, I was quickly greeted and treated amazingly well. I worked with two people who laid out the options for my lease buyout and the transaction was handled quickly. They even took the time to clean my car, including the glitter of the front passenger seat of my car left by one of my daughter's Halloween costumes. Everybody was friendly, so much so that I wasn't in a rush to leave.
It's this kind of customer service that makes me want to buy a car from BMW of Denver. Treat me right and I will go out of my way, like driving 20 minutes when there's a dealer 2 minutes away, just to support the people who did right by me.

Buying a car, new or used, from a car dealer is not my favorite way to spend time. I dread the waste of time, the sales pitches, the uninformed sales folk and the lame F&I upsell for expensive and worthless add-ons.
So, I had been looking for a used Mercedes and up popped the exact model and color I had been shopping for. Right in my back yard here in Denver. It had just been traded in on a BMW.
I hopped on down to BMW of Denver Downtown. I was introduced to Evan to help and guide me through the process.
He is just a plain nice person. Knowledgeable, sincere, helpful, not pushy, very understanding, accomodating and the list of positive attributes goes on.
We looked over the car, drove it, and I bought it. Simple, easy. He quickly remedied a couple of items that needed attention.
Now it was off to the F&I (Finance) guy. Babar (forget first name, sorry Babar) had all of the papers ready, we signed and I was finished. Incredible preparation, positive, hunorous (as much as a finance guy can be...) and professional.

These guys are the BEST! I took my 2016 M3 in for service last Thursday and the experience was simply amazing. They had already arranged a loaner vehicle for me. I wasn't a base model 3 series either, it was a brand new X3! My service advisor, Melissa, was both friendly and knowledgeable. She even texted me with updates as my car was being worked on. The coolest part was when I received an email from one of their certified technicians. He sent me a video of exactly what was going on with my car and how they were going to fix it. This is a level of transparency is something I've never seen from any other dealership. It gives me peace of mind knowing exactly what to expect. I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes C300 4Matic from this dealership, and after a few hiccups I got the perfect car for myself. Response to my inquiries were prompt and my salesman, Anthony, was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. My only issue with the dealer was that I was told that my bank was unable to process my loan until after the weekend. I was comfortable waiting but the dealer stated that I should make the drive the same night and be able receive a similar interest rate to what I was already approved at with a similar downpayment. I said “great” and drove 3 hours that night to make it in just before closing. After signing many papers, I test drove the car and everything looked great (although missing the push button start cap that was advertised in dealer’s pictures, but I replaced it myself for $12 online). I was ready to purchase then and there but since the banks were closed and there was a discrepancy with my pay stubs, dealing with the months I was in college being unaccounted for, I would have to wait until the morning until the dealer could contact the bank. This didn’t work for me as I had work in the morning. The dealer sincerely apologized for having me come out and did their best to reserve the car for me until the following week. The next week I came down with a cashier’s check and things went smoothly and I am now driving a car that I really like at a very reasonable price. A week later and I’ve only noticed some very minor flaws including the exterior door handle lights not working consistently, and one interior LED light burned out. I didn’t notice these things while inspecting the vehicle, and frankly they’re so minor that I’m not too concerned.

I want to start by saying this was my first new vehicle purchase ever. That combined with my unique situation of not having a current license (from not driving for years), Evan Andrianakos + Louis in the finance department helped me navigate an unforeseen obstacle.
The entire process was incredibly seamless, from the at-home vehicle appointment (as in seeing the vehicle, test driving, seeing a quote beforehand...) to truly being in and out of the finance office right around the "one-hour or less promise" (which would have been under an hour if I wasn't asking all my questions to Louis and the two of us cracking each other up).
The X2 (pictured here) was on the display floor, and as result of all the doors being opened and closed frequently, I noticed the battery light was on during the at-home appointment. I pointed this out to Evan, who installed a new battery for me. Throughout the appointment if he didn't have an answer to the barrage of questions I threw Evan's way, he sought out someone who did, to give me an accurate answer and response in a timely follow-up.
In this day and age, there is no excuse for a car buyer to not be prepared when going to a dealership. From knowing your credit scores, to how much car you can afford, to how the financing process works, you can do all of this before even making contact with a. dealership. By going in with a pre-approved car loan amount, I was viewed as a serious, informed buyer. I made it very clear I wasn't going to waste Evan's/BMW of Denver Downtown time, nor were they going to waste mine or give me a run around.
You too, can have a professional, seamless, luxury car buying experience, if you do your homework, ask the right questions and decisive with your decision making! I never once felt like I wasn't in control, nor did I feel as if I was into a "pressure purchase". I left with the BMW I wanted from the start with an even better price to match.

At beginning, I just search online and send a quote request. The online team response me in 5 minutes. Denver, it was midnight that day! Amazing! Got into a new bimmer a day ago and wanted to make sure I reviewed this place. As a single mother, sometimes going to dealerships can be exhausting and time consuming (as if I have all the time in the world). Without naming other dealerships, at other locations was either strongly persuaded or encouraged to lower my standards and accept what was being offered, without any cost benefit or sensitivity to my requests. Not so at BMW of Denver Downtown! Going in person was a must (my first phone call didn't go the best, so I almost didn't go!). Upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed by Evan Andrianakos who immediately made me he wasn't gong to bs or try to sell me anything I didn't love or couldn't afford. He was down to earth, no need to try to push anything on me and took my thoughts, concerns and wants seriously. He was efficient and didn't waste my time. They (he) worked within my budget and helped get me into a fantastic car that was so much more than I would have gotten anywhere else. I feel the transaction was fair (a win-win!). Also, a shout out for Amin Popalzai, my finance manager. This portion of the transition was also easy; even delightful and fun (I enjoy humor!). Because there was no pressure for me to sign up for anything I didn't need or want, each item (if I had a question) was well explained (without mansplaining). I felt respected through the whole process. I normally would never take the time to leave a review, but in this case, I felt it was only right to do so. I want more of this kind of customer service from dealerships and sales people. I didn't feel like a number or a slam dunk sale. At any moment, if it wasn't right for me, I could have walked away and there would have been no disrespect. That is how a customer should feel when making such a large purchase.

My recent experience at BMW Downtown Denver was truly first class. I called to inquire about an Audi Q3 Prestige that they had available from a previous trade in. Client Advisor, Anthony Salazar, was amazing. He was able to answer all of my questions and set an appointment to view the car within the hour. Upon arrival, the car was front and center with my name reserved on it. During the test drive, Anthony pointed out all of the features including their thorough review of the car. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, I purchased the car that same day. Finance Manager, Amin Popalzai, was also outstanding. BMW of Denver Downtown was a true delight to work with on my recent used truck purchase. Scott, the sales manager, was willing to work with my budget and was a clean and fair negotiator. Kelly from the finance department worked very hard, late after they had already closed to get the best rate for my wife and I as first time auto buyers. But most importantly, more than anything, ANTHONY (our salesman) was the shining star. I have worked in customer service for 6 years and can tell when people are being genuine and when they are not. Anthony was kind, sincere, and most of all just plain real with us. He was incredibly knowledgable about a car that wasn't even a BMW and made the process of buying very smooth. My wife and I had spent several days and dealerships like Groove Ford and Phil Long Ford and did not receive good service from their sales managers. They were constantly trying to hustle us and were not even taking our concerns into account. Anthony was the complete opposite! He wanted to know exactly why I came to look at that ford and we had an entire conversation about my needs even before we saw the truck. He really paid attention to detail and was very fair in our negotiation. After we talked to him he was able to take care of most of the process electronically for us. We messaged him and told him we were driving up to get the car. It turns out he was off but came in to make sure were taken care of and got the vehicle without any problems. We have two toddlers and he did everything he could to make the process quick and painless and had us in and out with a new car in about an hour. I couldn't be happier with the entire process overall.
The finance department was great as well. A lot of times they will try to push warranties and other packages on you. That wasn't the case here. He simply showed us what was available if we wanted it. Again they made everything quick and painless.

This is my first time doing business with BMW of Denver as I’ve been a Schomp customer since 2014 and leased three vehicles from them. I wanted to buyout my 2019 X3 M4.0i and went to Schomp. I went to Schomp and had a horrible experience there (you can read my review). Bottom line they seemed that they really did not want to help me and told me I had to wait two weeks to complete process. Immediately I called BMW of Denver and they were eager to help me. They were extremely professional and said they could help me at any time. It took less than three hour to complete the process. From now on I’ll be taking my business there even though it’s further from me since I live in Highlands Ranch. He personally ensured that I got my vehicle certified and then offered me a pretty good deal for terms on my X5. This latest experience completely reversed the past due to him..and the others. When it got later in the evening, pizza was made available for me to eat from Whole Foods. It was delicious, and I really needed to eat something after shopping for my next BMW. There are complimentary soft drinks & bottled water available all day long. Even some pastries if you get there early enough.
After choosing my next BMW, Arsen and I went over the vehicle. Arsen has made good on his promise to make me happy with any and all repairs that needed to be done on the vehicle. Arsen really did take good care of me and was genuine with his attention towards me and my concerns.

Our sale rep Dimitri was awesome. He was very personable and was more like a friend helping us test drive cars. That is a breath of fresh air in an industry that can feel intimidating and cold. We can’t thank him enough for being so patient when we had to bring our 1 year old with us on each test drive. We truly got lucky getting him as our sales rep!
As for BMW of Denver, great location. My one recommendation is to have a front desk person greet you. We went to multiple BMW dealerships that day and having 1st class experience ( serve you drinks, get you checked in, make you feel welcome) really makes a difference in the buying experience and is something that was completely missing from the dealership.

So…..I went to BMW of Denver to pick up my son’s 535i, that was having some warranty work done. He was at school, so, I took an Uber to pick it up. My Uber driver was cool we had a great conversation and he dropped me off right in front of this beautiful 2018 750 I. I proceeded to go in and pick up my sons car, and couldn’t help inquiring about the 750 I. I was not in the market for a car mind you. I talk to Connor about the 750 I that was in front as we went through the inventory. I went home, thought about it, and texted Connor to clean it and have it ready. I literally took another Uber and drove home with the 750i. It could possibly be the cleanest certified preowned car I have ever seen and BMW of Denver was an absolute delight to work with. They didn’t judge me on the fact that I was wearing camouflage crocs and have a scraggly beard. Kudos to this dealership for being honest and making my experience fantastic. It reminded me of the days of old when it was Murray BMW and I purchased a Porsche there 23 years ago

Very helpful staff, Abel did a great job of helping me pick a vehicle. Although, I must say when it came time to purchase my car, I found out that there was a bit of hail damage from a hail storm the previous day. I was assured by Abel that the vehicle will be taken care of and the damage will be repaired (and this is just one of those unfortunate situations where ‘things just happen’ and this in no way is the fault of BMW of Denver- in two weeks the dealership will start the repair work). Otherwise everything else went very smoothly right down to working with Jay and getting the final papers signed. Even though I had some unexpected issues arise Evan was really helpful and tried to hook us up anyway possible, and their finance guy, Amin, gave us a better rate than my own bank.
We couldn’t take the car home immediately due to an issue with the downpayment (used the wrong freaking card!!!) and Evan offered to dropped the car to our house next day and pick up the downpayment!

I I recently purchased a used 2021 Ram from BMW of Denver Downtown. The experience was great, very nice facilities. Fantastic little coffee bar inside. (it’s the little things that make me happy!) I worked with Nick Nichols there, he did a great job. He had just the right amount of follow-up pre-sale (no pressure at all). Once I took possession of the truck there was a service item that popped up that needed to be done. (replace shocks) They took care of it immediately by working with a shop closer to my house so I didn’t have to drive 30 mins to bring the truck back to them. Finance was good, they were very busy the day I came in so I had to wait about 45 mins, but once I was in finance it was quick in and out and again no pressure to buy something I didn’t want. They overall did a great job and I have already referred someone to Nick.

Unable to get the engine light to turn off, Dave recommended we come to the Denver dealer and have the car checked. I was dreading buying a new car and kept putting it off.... Let me tell you, this team made it fun, not stressful, they were honest, and I truly felt like they wanted to make sure I made choices that worked well for me as opposed to forcing their sale. Another thing I loved was that they all addressed me equally as they did my husband. Lots of times I feel like we look at cars, apartments, etc. the salespeople tend to direct towards my husband and assume I'm just there with him (like, excuse me, i make money, too!!). So that was very appreciated.

Abel was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He asked me questions along the way to make sure I was I was getting everything that I wanted in a car. He didn’t try to push to a more expensive model or add on features that I didn’t need.
Abel went above and beyond. He even ran to get me Starbucks while I reviewed the financials! They gave me their best deal to start which was a contrast from another dealership I visited first. He walked me through the entire process from applying, going through financing to driving off the lot. He spent an additional 15 minutes walking me through the car features and setting up my car preferences.

Made an appointment to have my car serviced online. Very straightforward. Plenty of availability. Drove up to the service center, stayed in my car while a masked representative discussed my options. They gave me an estimate of the cost as well as how long it would take.
My appointment as for Monday morning and they were busy. Monday's are busy. They quoted me 2 - 3 hours, so I decided to wait. They escorted me to the waiting room, which was comfortable and had plenty of places to work. They were done in about two hours.
Cost was about 10% under estimate, which still seems high, but it's a dealer. I've _never_ left a car dealer thinking I got a good deal. With that said, they charged significantly less than what I was paying for the same service in NY.
The same representative explained to me the cost, what had been done, and then texted me a link to a video the service tech created during his safety review of my car - breaks, tires, etc.

I have been trying to get a trim piece on my car replaced under warranty for over a month now. The first time I brought it in, after having an appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance, I waited about an hour and then they informed me that they had sent the part back and were therefore unable to replace it that day. I rescheduled and waited for the part to come in (again) and when I tried calling my service advisor to confirm the part was in stock and ready to go I was unable to reach him and had to reschedule again. Finally, on my third attempt, I brought the car in and waited another hour only for them to show me that the trim piece had been broken in half while in their parts department and they were once again unable to replace it that day. At this point I've wasted 4 hours of my time bringing my car back and forth to this dealership with zero resolution. I asked that my advisor call me the following day to discuss this and they were unable to do that as well. Pretty disappointing and not what you would expect from a BMW dealer.

BMW Denver Downtown was able to repair the trim piece on my vehicle, and compensated me for the inconvenience of having to make multiple trips to the service center which was appreciated.

I’ve bought several cars from this dealership. I do not think there is a soul out here who likes the car buying process and all the years I’ve done business with them, it was not until I moved to Littleton and switched to Schomp, that I truly realized how great BMW Downtown Denver is.
Every time I purchased a vehicle, the GM, Ed Freehart, would work with me personally. I’d tell him what I was looking for and my price range and he’d make it happen. He even pulled cars from service loaner programs specifically because it had the feature set I was after.
I could buy CPO’s here and never have to worry about coverage. Anything I had wrong, they fixed. There was never a time where I was charged a dime to fix a problem from 2013-2019 over four different BMW vehicles my family purchased from them. Always covered or found a way to cover under warranty. The cars were always immaculate upon picking them up from service, detailed and washed.
I mistakenly did not attribute this experience to Ed and his dealership, but attributed it to the BMW brand; with the thought BMW is a great company, stand behind their product, and care more than anything about their customers. I thought BMW NA was driving this experience.
Well, I could not have been more wrong associating this with the brand, this was Ed and his dealership! I only realized this after buying a CPO from Schomp BMW. It had 14k miles on it and the worn out break light popped up on the dash two weeks after purchasing. Every time I took it in to Schomp, it wasn’t the same caring, empathetic, BMW downtown advisors that would advise you on what to do and what you did not need serviced. With Schomp, every single time you take it in they’re trained to up sell you. After spending thousands of dollars in service on a practically brand new car trusting the advisors, I reflected and realized with BMW Downtown, I never paid for anything more than a yearly alignment.The latest with Schomp is the vehicle they sold me has a torn engine mount. Although the car is under warranty, they’re demanding $1500+ to fix it, as Schomp considers this a wearable part. Do not make the same mistake as me and go to other BMW dealerships and trust them like you would with BMW downtown. It was an expensive lesson.
To close this out, I want to personally thank Ed Freehart for all he did for me and my family. I apologize to Ed for not buying my last vehicle from him; at the time they had no X1s with Harman and I had moved further away to Littleton. I want to thank him for repairing my X5 in 2014 that was OUT OF WARRANTY and I DID NOT BUY THE X5 FROM ED, but he covered a $2500 front axle repair free of charge. Without even escalating to him. You can just walk up and talk to Ed. I don’t even know the schomp GM’s name. Ed introduces himself and gave me his cell upon first walking into the dealer in 2013. We would iMessage about deals and he NEVER pressured me. He’d even tell me to wait and talk me out of cars he had, because he knew he’d be able to getting a car the next month that had all the features I was after and not just some. Literally Zero pressure. I realize now, all Ed really cared about was ensuring I was happy. Deals are deals to him and I’m sure he’s driven to sell, but you wouldn’t know it. It felt like I had a close friend who worked at BMW and could get me cars at cost. It didn’t feel like a car sales man who was pressuring me to buy.
Best of all, any issue after purchase and you could text Ed. He’d fix it; no questions asked no matter how small or big. At Schomp it’s nearly impossible to get a call back from the GM. Schomp already got your money and they’re only thinking short term. This is where Ed wins the chess game. While Schomp saved 6 hours of tech labor with warranty denial, they lost 3 customers forever, to Ed. Ed won
Ed, I promise to never buy another BMW from anybody but you as long as I live in Colorado. What you’ve done with that dealership is amazing. You always made me feel like the most important customer in the world. You Sir are the gold standard. Thank you so much.

I was able to set an appointment to do recalls the next day. My service advisor was very helpful with answering my questions. The service was done fast, despite of them being backed up. I am disappointed about the damage caused from the wash. A small part of the front bumper was nicked from the license plate bracket. I spoke to the manager but they will not do anything about it because it is an aftermarket accessory and they're "not liable" for any damages caused by their car wash. Along with that, I noticed additional scratches on the body under sunlight. If anyone cares about the cosmetics of their vehicle, I recommend to ask them to not wash the car during service. That's what I will be doing from now on.

Good experience. Brandon F. in service was a pleasure to work with. I had a coolant leak a few weeks ago and have had a few related issues with the repair/related issues. They resolved everything satisfactorily. It was a much better experience than the last couple of experiences with my normal dealership down south. Overall I think I am going to switch to them for ongoing service. I think the biggest difference is that they seem to be more accurate on estimated time for the car to be done, which is very nice.

We were in the market for a CPO xDrive convertible with specific options since the new models are no longer offered in a hardtop convertible. I reside in California, but had to resort to expanding my search nationwide in order to find suitable candidates as a result of supply chain shortages. BMW of Denver Downtown had the exact car we were looking for so I researched it thoroughly including multiple calls to Client Advisor, David Cadena. Given the distance to Denver, I wanted to make sure that all of my questions were answered in advance to my satisfaction and David went above and beyond in doing so. Most importantly though, after arriving at the dealership and inspecting and driving the car, everything was as expected or better! You can trust that David knows his stuff and will give you an honest assessment. From there, I worked with Kourosh Noori to close on the financials. Kourosh was very personable and a straight shooter. Sure, he offered the usual "up-sell" products, but was never pushy about them and was never argumentative or offended when I declined the majority of them. I've purchased many cars from dealerships over the years and I can honestly say that working with Kourosh as a finance manager was the most pleasant and overall best experience thus far. I never felt pressured and he really knows his stuff including out-of-state sales and transfers.

The staff at BMW of Denver Downtown provided exceedingly great customer service. My initial visit was for a recall on my X5. During the inspection, the staff found a few critical repairs that needed attention. I went ahead and got some of the work done. I never felt pressured during my visit - in either the service or sales department. The sales staff was able to promptly and courteously answer all of my questions regarding the newest iteration of the X5 and other vehicles. I found the showroom to be in immaculate condition during my visit. each vehicle was clean, free of fingerprints and inviting to inspect.

We drove up from Colorado Springs and it was worth it. BMW of Denver had the exact car that we saw online and had contacted them about. Dimitri in sales was great from the start. He had the car pulled up and was ready for us to test drive right when we got there. Dimitri was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. The car was immaculately detailed and had a full tank of gas. It even had four brand new tires - I was excited. Shortly after that, we met Amin in finance. He was VERY helpful with our loan, warranty and a few more questions that we had. Everyone was very patient. The entire process was low pressure, respectful and professional. But beware, and I'm quoting this from a previous review - "once the car is yours they couldn’t care less." Customer service dropped off once I drove off the lot. Took forever to get in for the BMW Genius appointment, I called and left 5+ voicemails over a month's time to speak to the finance department about terms of my contract/warranty and never heard back. They did me the courtesy of submitting the rebate for snow tires I purchased but I never received the funds, and they weren't willing to help figure it out at all. Really disappointing experience over the past six months.

Original post: At first I thought it was a pretty decent experience, but now I have to adjust my rating lower (2 stars). On 2 occasions I brought my full-warranty car in with low coolant. Each time, nothing was found. On 2 other occasions I tried the other dealer close by. They couldn't find anything either.
Fast forward to 2021. Now, out of warranty, my trusted mechanic says it was an obvious leak in the radiator where plastic meets metal. He takes pictures says he can tell there's no abuse and it's in a spot where a driver couldn't do anything to damage it.
I call to talk to service mgr, get bounced to vmail 4 times. No reply.
This market for cars won't always be this good. How they treated me will now live on this review page. Someday, when they look at why their ad budget is so high, they can look back to this review.
All they had to do was to take my call and try to get the mfr to cover it. If that'd failed, I'd likely feel differently.
They chose what story they want me to share when someone asks for a reference. Instead of a warm referral, I am left with only this story to share.

I shopped online for a used BMW at this dealership. I found exactly the right model with the right colors and options. I asked a lot of questions on the phone. I requested pictures of any paint chips and dings that did not appear in the online ad pictures. I didn't want to fly to Denver just to be greeted by unacceptable surprises. After viewing the 'ding' images I decided to move on. Even though he lost a sale, my salesman did the right thing and I appreciate that very much. In the auto business honesty often seems in short supply- but they have it at BMW of Denver Downtown.

Jack Reitz did a fantastic job from start to finish. His personable, easy going style really resonated with me and made the sales process much more enjoyable. On top of that, he was knowledgeable and passionate about BMW's products, and he was very engaged and responsive throughout the process. I’m glad I chose this place to buy my 1st car. I started looking out for options to buy car and visited this dealership. I ended up selecting one 2018 CPO 320i which was good for my budget. By the time I got approval from the bank, the car was sold to someone else. I was communicating with Andrew Stack in the process and he made sure that I find the best possible deal. I ended up purchasing another 2018 CPO 320i as my first car. I was a little nervous to drive it home when I bought it. Andrew with the help from Evan delivered it to my home. When I received the car, I was unfamiliar with the operating system so I contacted Murray BMW of Denver to set up an appointment with one of their specialists, a BMW Genius. The process was remarkably simple and I was impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff. 9/11/2020 I purchased a car in mid June 2020, and I am still waiting on a title. It has been over 3 months. They are not communicating with me anymore. They will not return my calls, or my emails. Their response is they are just really far behind. Buyers be careful! I will update this review as the process continues. I am out of state so I can't just swing by to talk to them.
09/15/2020 4 days after my initial review, Ed to the rescue. With the title in hand I was able to register my car the next day. I emailed Ed the General Manager separately and he apologized for the delay, lack of communication, and to refund me any fees I incurred. I just wish someone else on his team could have easily kept me in the loop. I don't know if I jumped over others in line to get their title, but the length was getting a little much. Other then this big debacle, the process was great. My sales rep Ethan was nice enough to pick us up at the airport as well, to save us the $60 ride to the dealership.

Today I brought in my car and I explained that the last service provider I dealt w/ wasn’t the most professional, and I didn’t have the greatest experience.
I got a new service provider named Ronnie Alberty and man did he go over the top for us! He took care of the last problem that we had and made us feel comfortable of leaving my car with BMW again. He really made sure that we were taken care of and explained everything so thoroughly. To be honest I will want to continue to work w/ him and deal w/ him each and every time I come in. He gave us customer service at a peak.

I bought a used BMW 325xi from BMW of Denver Downtown about 12 days ago. I did not have a warranty on the vehicle. The car was clean and was in good working condition. About 10 days after I had bought the car, the service engine soon light came on. I thought it might be needing an oil change so I had that done but they could not reset the alert. So I went to auto zone and did a quick diagnostic check on the vehicle. The code came back P1449 -diagnostic module tank leakage (DM-TL) pump current too high. So I called BMW of Denver Downtown although I knew I didn't have a warranty on the vehicle. My sales rep (Michael Callahan) told me to bring it in and they would take a look. I took it in yesterday. They ran diagnostics on the vehicle and it showed the alert listed above and a few other items and the estimate to repair ended up being $1780 and change. Michael spoke to the sale manager and service they took care of the issues at no cost. With no warranty this is not something they had to do, but they did the right thing for their customer. It was very much appreciated and would recommend if you are looking for a BMW or have work that needs to be done, this company showed integrity and I would recommend them.

Found a great ride and had some lovely service including bringing the car to my home to test drive. I had talked with the salesman about fixing two minor windshield cracks before we took it home, to which he said that would be no problem. We didn’t notice until after the purchase and about to take it home that the cracks had not been taken care of. After emailing the manager and having my wife call the salesman, we have heard nothing back after two weeks. A little disappointed in the lack of service one the exchange of money had been made. Not so sure we will be going back to BMW DD for another vehicle. Thank you for the great find, though.

Wow, wow, and wow. From the time I walked into the BMW of Denver dealership to the time I left with my new ride a white (330I), the entire experience was amazing.
Never have I ever owned a BMW and my sales rep treated me like gold. Seisho, was extremely patient and caring towards my nervousness and answered all my questions even if I asked them twice or three times. He took great care of me and has earned my loyalty to this dealership. Ryan in the finance department was very professional, he made the end run of the buying of the car effortlessly. He is a funny gentleman. He never tried to force unwanted options at me. He did make sure I looked at all the necessary options that would secure a safe ownership of my new car. Melanie, a BMW Genius specialist spent a lot of time with me teaching all the things my car has to offer. It was just another moment in time with someone from this dealership who offered great customer support.
