I've bought and sold over 55 classic and sports cars in my lifetime. When I finally found the correct color combination on the Corvette I wanted, I knew I wanted it, so sent a website message. The Salesman 'Suk', contacted me right away and after a short conversation the vehicle was secured quickly. The process was fast and trouble-free. Suk arranged shipping and the car was sitting in our garage 2 days after pickup. The vehicle looks just as it was presented on the website and so far very happy with the entire process. Seriously the greatest group of chill guys that are just super helpful. Every one of them including the owner! I would gladly come back here to buy my next car. Suk helped me out most of the time and he was the best. First, he spent a long phone call with me answering all of my questions. Then he spent an entire day showing me cars and going through the long process of paperwork when my (remote) co-signer was taking a while to get paperwork back to us. Found my dream Camaro ZL1 on autotrader and sent in a request for contact to Automotive Imports. Nick contacted me the very next day and really made the car buying experience easy. He sent me walk around and cold start videos, showed the interior functionality and answered all my questions within an hour of first contact. I submitted an offer for less than asking price and what I thought was fair market value and they accepted it. The same day I inquired about the car, I bought it! Nick really made things fast and easy. When you’re buying a car sight unseen you really need to feel confident about what you’re buying and he did that. He even showed me the two minor imperfections that this near flawless example exhibited. My only regret is that I live in Michigan and these guys are in Denver, CO so I had to ship the car. The next used car I purchase from them I’ll be flying out and driving 1k miles home. I couldn’t be happier with this dealer, the sales team and the overall experience. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Got a great car at a great price about 7k less than kbb value. I worked with Suk and he was awesome. I bought the car as a surprise for my wife at Christmas. He let me store the car in their warehouse for 6 weeks no cost and delivered the car to my house himself. They even gave me bow to put on the car. That’s what exceptional customer service looks like. Good to see there is a company in our community that values service over the mighty dollar. Can't say this enough, Auto Imports is absolutely awesome, and you should DEFINITELY buy your next car from them. This was, hands down, the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Zero haggling or negotiating on the price. They gave me a fantastic deal and honored it through to the end of the sale. The dealership has an awesome atmosphere with a staff of what seem to be hard-core car enthusiasts! I worked with Khai over the phone and in-person. He and the manager, Nick Clark, gave me a great deal on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler that had some major bells and whistles. The vehicle drives great and I could not be happier with it. I'll be getting an initial inspection on the vehicle tomorrow, and I have full confidence that this team will take care of any and all of the issues remaining from the previous owner. They are great, and I fully recommend people take a look at their inventory!

Better late than never post! I want to express my gratitude to Nick Ishu and Dave for helping us with the purchase of my super cool Macan that I rarely drive but have so much fun when I do! The day after we brought our newly purchased car home I went into labor and than the pandemic hit so my apologies for the delay 😊. Great out of town buying experience! The car was exactly as described and the staff was very helpful. Great communication. They waited 2 weeks for an interior part to come in from Porsche and then installed it perfectly prior to my arrival in Denver. Khai is great and even picked me up at the airport. So I fly in from LA to buy this 370z nismo, Tony picks me up from the airport in a black Range Rover which was really cool and surprising. Some of the chillest service i've ever experienced, no fake smiles or bs. No dealer fees and had everything explained plainly and honestly. 10/10 would buy again but i live like 1000 miles away.

I purchased a 2014 Maserati Gran Turismo from Automotive Imports I found on line. As I live in Hawaii, the purchase was made sight unseen. As one can imagine , making this type of purchase without first seeing it in person comes with some real concerns. I worked exclusively with one sales person, Taniessa Fairchild, who made every effort, even during her off time, to alleviate my worries. She insured the vehicle was properly serviced and free of any maintenance issues. She also disclosed and provided pictures of any cosmetic flaws she could find to insure I knew exactly what I was getting. While she did miss a blown sub-woofer between the rear seats, I would have to say this dealership has a top notch professional sales team and they have my endorsement. As for the blown sub-woofer, I know I bought the vehicle as is but I am totally open to accepting help with getting it replaced. Just saying :)

This place is super laid back! The service department does great work for a fair price! We’ve had our 06 5 series BMW and 07 Audi A4 here for service multiple times. The sales department is super chill, no pressure! They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. We recently purchased a 2017 Jaguar. We got a fair price for our trade (a 2012 Acura.) Nick and Cameron really know their stuff and made you feel at ease with everything from their knowledge with the cars all the way to the paperwork (where I was super uptight and nervous at other places.) I walked into Automotive Imports after seeing an ad on auto trader. I was met with one of the owner/managers that honestly and immediately set me at ease with their personality. This gentleman informed me that I was now dealing with guys that just like cars. What I saw after was incredible. I saw an auto shop with guys working on cars that they were about to sell, or had already sold. I experienced something that I honestly didn’t know existed. I understand that the jury is still out but my lady and I have NO reason to feel there will ever be an issue. Tarnue was given the opportunity to work with us and he nailed it. He was knowledgeable, personable, and really set us at ease. We learned that he had been a mechanic there for years and had quite fortunately, for us,, recently started to work the sales floor. Tarnue was the most honest used car salesman ever. So far so good. I would of given 5 stars but we left without the second set of keys. We were informed those keys were there but misplaced. That is the only negative I have. We were informed that set of keys would be found and mailed to us. We will wait for that, but also feel at ease.

Cameron was a great salesman. I knew the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Very fair on my trade and Cameron worked hard to get to the number I needed. Nick, the sales manager, exceeded my expectations by recognizing a large scratch and offered to re-paint the door. Not touch up. Re-paint. These folks appear to understand the lost art of customer service and provided a premium experience. I was at a BMW dealer the week before and the salesman was more worried about lease options versus listening to the customer. I would also be remiss to not mention the car nerd, Joshua, who spent an hour running through the tech features and was patient while I asked to see every setting in every menu. Cameron had all the paperwork ready to go when I got there to finalize the sale and there was never any pressure to complete this sale. Having all the service in house also helps give me peace of mind beyond the sale.

My husband and I just purchased a Land Rover from Monique. I called ahead to make certain the car was still available and spoke with Monique. It was cold and rainy that day and when we arrived at the dealership, she had the car pulled into one of the garages so that we could look at the car out of the elements. Every person that we met at Automotive Imports was friendly and laid back. No pushy service here. The transaction was smooth and relatively quick. While we finalized the deal, our children played in the awesome kids area. The vehicle needed some work done to it after we bought it, so Monique drove all the way to Fort Collins to pick up the vehicle from us. They even told us which repairs were critical and which could wait. Honesty in the automotive industry really goes a long way. I purchased an Audi A6 from AI last summer. They brought the car to me in Evergreen, and had the paperwork ready. I test drove the car solo for 40 minutes, and decided to buy it. The paperwork took about 15 minutes and the car was mine. I took the car to my mechanic of 20+ years the next day and he told me "she's a honey". I will never go to a "traditional" dealership again!! By far the best dealership I experienced during my car search. My salesman was Gladis and she was very motivated and patient with the pretty complicated situation I brought forth. A lot of dealerships will prioritize selling a car and selling it fast, and will undercut customers to do it. However I felt the complete opposite with Automotive Imports. Also, the Audi I bought had no hidden issues and it's still running great two months later. Highly recommend Gladis and the dealership.

Perhaps the best car shopping experience I've had. My fiancee and I were stressing about this decision for months. Dave and Cameron did a fantastic job walking us through the pros and cons of every car we were considering. Very friendly, practical guys. When we fell in a love with an SUV that was slightly above our price range, Dave and Cameron did a great job explaining the merits of a lease option given the low mileage we anticipate putting on the car and flexibility to get into a new car if/when our lifestyle needs change; we were planning to buy at first. Nick (GM) gave me a detailed tutorial of how to utilize all the electronics in the car. Then Nick (sales manager) and Cameron stayed an extra hour after closing (on Saturday evening no less) to finish our paperwork so we could wrap up the transaction in a timely fashion. Cameron even offered to swing by our house to help program our garage opener. Dave, Cameron, and both Nicks all went above and beyond from a service perspective. If you want to work with a patient, knowledgeable staff that isn't pushy or condescending, I would highly recommend working with Auto Imports. We'll be heading back when our lease expires.

I wanted to wait to actually put in my review, I originally purchased my car back at the end of November. First and foremost I really liked the fact that when Nick helped me he wasn't a pushy salesman, I knew what I wanted and just wanted to see the car itself. I appreciate the fact that he had the car out on the lot ready to go when I arrived. He gave me all the information I needed when I asked and was very informative in regards to the car. At first I'd didn't want to finance the car through them because I felt that my bank would give me a better offer and I was sadly mistaken. Finiancing the car through them was the best thing we did, they got us a 3.2% interest rate! The day I purchased the car Nick was busy so Dan helped us. He was also very helpful and took his time with us. I didnt really like that they tried to have us purchase the warranty through them as the car was still under warranty through the dealership, but other then that this is one of the dealerships I've had a better experience with, my car runs great and I think I made a great purchase, I also did appreciate meeting the owners, something you rarely get to do! Give them a chance, you won't regret it! ***Update 2 years later: Still runs great and I haven’t had any major issues. Best car I’ve purchased!

Bought a used Audi A4 back in February 15 from my sales guy who coincidentally was also named Travis. Very straight forward sales process, while Travis was still learning the new POS system he was still very professional and respectful of my time. They found me a fantastic interest rate and gave me a more than fair deal on my trade in. Throughout the process the owners were always involved, (Reuben and Dave) always making sure I was happy and had all of my questions answered. Here's the kicker, the vehicle I bought started having some mechanical issues, they were happy to fix everything for free and ultimately we still found a problem, turns out the issue was under warranty through Audi and surprise, Audi had to replace my entire engine with a brand new engine straight off of the factory line, free of charge. Now I know what you're thinking they sold me a lemon, number one their service department is top notch, (especially Aaron - guy is legit! Very professional and knows his stuff) Number two they would have never sold me that vehicle for the price they did had they'd known they could get a brand new engine in it under warranty. Lastly they still made it right even though it wasn't their fault, it was a very time consuming process getting my entire engine replaced - BTW not complaining I got a brand new Audi engine!!!! They still still went out of their way to make sure I was happy and refinished all of the alloy wheels free of charge ($500.00 value at cost) without me even pushing them to do so. Long review short, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an import, all the sales staff are helpful, really liked Travis obviously, the owners are very hands on and willing to hear your feedback - good or bad, probably not too much bad though because they honestly care that their clients are happy and feel good about their purchase. They will make things right if need be, everyone should understand there's no guarantees when you're buying a used vehicle but that being said, they will ensure you've made a good purchase! If you're buying a new car and don't want to deal with the BS you get at one of the big box dealerships, do yourself a favor and go to Automotive Imports! Tony and the team at AI were great. While in the market for a an Audi S5, I was visiting the Denver area for work and had some time to kill. I came across this car online and setup a time to talk to Tony about it. I experienced the whole team as being totally transparent about the vehicle's condition and one of the owners shared quite a few insights about what to expect from these cars service-wise as they age. I was particularly impressed with some of the unexpected extra work their shop had done on the vehicle to make sure it was in excellent condition. They are clearly not just in the business of flipping cars they buy at auction. They took me through the reasons they had selected this particular vehicle to offer for sale and why they chose to invest in the additional maintenance to make sure it's a solid buy for me. I have purchased 3 Audi's This by far has been the best experience. I worked with a very professional and easy going Salesmen. I told Tony know the car I was interested in he made sure the care I was interested in was available when I arrived. No pressure salesmen tactics. No long drawn out process. Just here is a very nice car that is spotless and runs great. The personnel give us buyers time to get the car facts and make good Decision. Of course it helps to have average or better Credit. But I'm sure if less than good credit is not big a bump in the road when trying to get a loan. Another side note. I had a technical concern about the sunroof on the Audi I was purchasing. Like with in 3 min the owner looked at the sunroof had answer and solved my concern. That kind of speedy response with a solution is what quality service is what should be happening in this industry more often. I'm not an easy person to satisfy these guys did and excellent job. As any time I have bought a new car, I was skeptical with the interaction that I was going to have with this dealer. Previous interactions had been in New Jersey, but I wouldn't think used-car dealers are different here than there. I met with Toni, a sales rep at Automotive Imports. From the beginning, he was able to understand what I needed. He was patient and showed me a number of cars until we found one that met my expectations both in price and quality. When I asked for a "better price", both him and his boss were fair, and they even gave me an extra discount when I purchased an extended warranty! Finally, to add to the possitive experience, when I drove my BMW 328xi home, I found that one of the cup holders in the car was broken. I called Toni, fearing that the answer was going to be: "You are on your own now". To my surprise, he told me to bring the car back to them and they will take care of it for free, without having to make a claim to the extended warranty. These guys will have me as a customer for a long time!

My experience with AI was wonderful! First, the buying experience was easy and smooth. As a woman, I appreciated the fact that the sales man was very respectful and interacted with me as he would with any other customer (I’ve had some unfortunate experiences with this in the past). I was looking for a car for a few weeks all over Denver. Every other place I went to wasn’t able to answer very basic questions about the cars they were selling or explain different features. After having a particularly bad experience at a local Audi dealership I decided to stop into Automotive Imports. Corban met me early (before the doors were even open), to show me around the car I was interested in. He could answer every single question I had, and also made me feel completely comfortable as a single female trying to navigate the car buying industry. I found out after the fact he wasn’t even scheduled the day he came in to show me the car. Corban was completely patient and the most respectful salesman I have interacted with to date, I will always look at Automotive Imports first before buying anywhere else in the future. If you are looking to buy a great car at a great price point I recommend working with Corban, you can tell he is passionate about these cars and he is willing to go to bat to get you a great deal.

I purchased my 2011 M3 coupe from Automotive Imports. I have purchased bunch of cars in past (this was my 11th car purchase) and I am not a fan any of the dealers who sold me the first 10 cars but my experience at Automotive Imports was great. You actually deal with nice guys and not some scumbag salesman trying to sell you anything and everything to increase his commission. Dave was the salesperson who helped me, and I got to meet and chat with Rueben, one of the two owners. Dave was really helpful and mindful of my time, he had all the paperwork ready before I walked in. The car had some small stuff that needed attention (some interior parts and rear brakes) but since it is under original warranty I was able to get it fixed at the local BMW dealership at no cost. Automotive had me come in to do some touch up work on the leather two weeks after the sale took place. This car looks as good as new and I am really glad I went with Automotive Imports as opposed to a local BMW dealer. As far as the price of the car was concerned, I think it was fairly priced (like all their cars) and I did not ask for any price reduction, I could not find this deal at other dealers around town and even out of town. I also love the fact that what you pay is the advertised price plus tax, YES, NO BOGUS DEALER HANDLING FEES. I was pretty much in and out in 30 minutes with my new car. If you are in the market for a car, do visit this small yet really nice dealership, you will also get to see the classic cars parked in their storage. We were looking to buy a 2010 or 2011 Subaru Legacy when I saw this car was posted for sale by Automotive Imports and was the best deal I had seen in over two months of looking. I sent an e-mail inquiry for the car and received an e-mail and phone call same day. Not only did we get an exceptional deal on the car price, but they do not charge any additional dealer fees - that will save about $500 compared to most dealerships. The process of buying the car took about half as long as it would at the bigger dealerships (our third car buying experience in less than 5 years). The best part, you work with one person for sales, negotiating and financing! We drove the car off their lot with a full tank of gas and IOU for a full detailing (we could have waited for the detailing but wanted to take the car right away!). It was a pleasure to work with Dave at Automotive Imports. I came to his warehouse late one Wednesday night and liked the BMW that I came to see. It was late and I was leaving town for 6 days. On an old fashion handshake Dave said he would hold the car for me until I return the following week. This is rare in the car business today. There were some issues with my intended trade-in vehicle (an incorrect damage claim on my CARFAX report), and they educated me how to clear it up and get the best value for my previous car. I have read all of the reviews for this dealership, the majority of them have been very positive (5 ratings), but there have been a few really poor ones as well. While I respect everyone's right to an opinion (especially if it is based on personal experience), I have to say opinion is Automotive Imports is an outstanding company to do business with. Not because it wasn't without issues or flaws, but because of how the dealership stepped up, took ownership, and made sure that everything was taken care of. My father taught me that you do not demonstrate your character when things are always going well, but when there are challenges. I had a couple of issues with my purchase, but this dealership made the right decision EVERY time, accepted responsibility, and addressed the issue to my complete satisfaction. I bought a 2003 BMW 530i over the Internet and had it shipped to Minnesota, that in itself was a risky decision; but it was NOT a risky decision given I was working with Automotive Imports. You can trust these folks. They care about your experience, their reputation, and they know how to earn your trust. Exceptional dealership and organization. I have been looking forward to writing this review since I first bought my car, and I hope that this review might help someone else feel comfortable with their decision to do business with Automotive Imports.

If I could give 10 Stars I would. While coming home from the mountains my car went into limp mode. I had my car towed to Automotive imports. After doing a diagnostic check the technician found 2 fault codes. They went ahead and research further and came across TSB for repairs pertaining to the 2 faults codes. They called a local Hyundai dealer and was advised there is an extended recall warranty through Hyundai. Long story sort I need a new engine which is covered through the manufacture. Automotive imports not only went above and beyond they called and scheduled a service tech with the dealership. I had the car towed and now Hyundai is replacing my engine. If it wasn't for Automotive Imports looking further into this, I would have had to pay out of pocket for a new engine. Thank you Arnold Kim Service Manager and everyone at Automotive Imports for your honesty and the amazing customer service you provided. I highly recommend this dealership for Sales and service. I can't thank them enough and in my option are second to none!!! Dont bother going to anyone else if you want highly compatent technicians and or service. You Guys Rock!!!

I was looking online at used cars and I found an Audi A6 from Automotive Imports (AI). I filled out an online questionnaire and about 30 minutes later on a Saturday, Tony got back with me and set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle on Monday. I spent about 2 days with Tony test-driving numerous vehicles. AI allowed me to take several cars home on extended drives to test drive them, show them to my wife, and see how they fit in my garage. Tony notified me of another Audi A6 that showed up on their lot over night unannounced. He sent me pictures and felt it was a good fit for me based on the previous days test-drives. Immediately, I agreed with Tony as soon as I saw the vehicle in person and they got it ready for me to test drive. Again they let me take it home on an extended test drive, to make sure it fit in my garage, and to show it to my wife. I meticulously poured over the vehicle in my drive way and came up with a list for AI to fix. They satisfied that list and Tony went out of his way to get me a blue tooth hook up for the vehicle. During the course of buying the vehicle, I found out AI provided a Power Train Warranty for free and offered a comprehensive WRAP warranty for the life of the vehicle as long as I owned it. I was skeptical on the WRAP warranty but I thought I should get it based on the vehicle being used. I ended up using the WRAP warranty about a week after I purchased the vehicle and only paid the $100 deductible to get the issue fixed. If you are flexible on the vehicle you want AI offers a broad range of vehicles at good prices. They work with you to help you get the right vehicle for your needs. In my case, Tony was outstanding fixing the items I wanted fixed and he went out of his way to provide me with a blue tooth hook up. I will look at AI again in the future when I need another vehicle.

Highly recommend working with Sales/Vehicle Specialist named Tony that works at Automotive Imports. He was very helpful in answering all my questions about the car I purchased, initially pointed out a noise that the fan was making during my test drive (may not have noticed it myself), and then made the repairs to fix the noise free of charge. All the cars I saw on the lot looked great and the ones I tested felt great. If your in the market for a used car, at least check this place out.

This company was my personal savior today, and treated me with such kindness despite having nothing to financially gain! I got a blown out flat tire on a 95 degree day with my 4 year old with me (and a husband out of town). They were close enough to get to as i truly had no safe option to change my own tire in that heat with a 4 year old in the car! I have changed my own tire before so I felt embarassed to ask, but under the heat/circumstances knew I needed to seek help. They were friendly and patient, and went straight to helping me, without even acting annoyed at the interruption in the slightest! I tried several times to pay them but both gentlemen refused to be compensated for their time and energy even though their business was clearly busy. I strongly believe that any company that helps a stranger, with nothing to gain financially, and does so with such kindness and respect, deserves everyones business. It can be hard to know who can be trusted when money is being exchanged, but personally I would place my bets with them any day if they offer any service you can use. Thanks again for saving my day!!! I am only sorry in my flustered state that I didnt ask for the name of the gentleman who helped me. The purchase of the car was very streamline lead by a great staff. They also have an epic selection of import vehicles. My first car buying experience in over a decade. I rolled in cautiously optimistic but was blown away by this place. Gorgeous inventory, easygoing sales staff, cool atmosphere and just a generally good vibe. Khai and Tony were good men. Patient and helpful and let me test drive anything I wanted. I am typically a very decisive person but this was my first purchase in a long time and I was a little anxious. I test drove 3 cars but ultimately drove away with the one I came to see. All in all a terrific experience. Very grateful to Khai for his help and patience. He stayed well past closing to help me drive off in a new-to-me car and worked with my budget to get me into a car that made sense for me (it was ultimate a pragmatic buy, not a passion one, but it really is sexy mA). Even though I was there to look at the Audi I was also showed a few other cars which were in the price range I mentioned. Really easy car buying experience. Zack did a great job helping me trade in my car and get into something else and he was a car guy himself. He showed me fair trade value on my vehicle and asked what I thought my car was worth. The process was very transparent and he called multiple lenders and got me a fantastic rate on my financing. They also have a great inventory of 'driver's cars' meaning S4s, M series, Porsche, MB AMG vehicles, STIs and some sweet classics. They even sent me a box of cookies! Little things like that add up to a great experience.

We visited the dealership with our friend once to get him a car. My husband was eyeing for the 2012 Mercedes C300 but we didn't buy at that time. The pricing and conditions of the cars at the dealership/garage are great. The Carfax reports of most of the cars are clear and they provide a free copy for your reference. They have most of the imported cars below the KBB value. In comparison to other dealerships, I found them to be honest and straight forward in their approach. They definitely keep the pricing low and sales high. I was trying to get a deal for the 2012 Merc and we agreed on the pricing on the car on-line.Tony and Dave helped me with my buy. I reached the dealership & really liked 2013 Mercedes C-300 and they accommodated with no problem. Tony/Dave were very flexible with the overall deal. This was a surprise gift for my husband for his 35th birthday. And they did a fantastic job in completing my mission. Tony went out of his way and got some Birthday balloons (to decorate the car) and Dave (business owner) delivered the car at night for a big surprise. We are extremely happy with the dealership and appreciate that they went over and above helping me with financing (since I wanted my current bank to do the financing), trade in car, delivering the car late at night. As a first-time buyer, I approached the situation with both apprehension and excitement. I just purchased an Altima SE-R from them and the service and customer service that Rachel gave me was one of a kind. After my experience with Automotive Imports I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Let me start by saying I was in the market for a rather rare vehicle that doesnt come along everyday for sale on craigslist. It was a 2010 BMW 535xi wagon. They had a great example of this vehicle, well optioned, very clean, black and for well under blue book. (This is the last year BMW imported these wagons to the states) I went to take a look and they immediately pointed out that it had just arrived and they had to fix an oil pan gasket leak as well as the rear truck electronics also needed repair. After the test drive and signing all of the paperwork to buy it, I left it with their service shop to fix all of the issues with the car, which they did an outstanding job on. The car drives and smells like its new. I feel this dealership was very honest and the owner Dave was very personable and easy to deal with. The car buying experience was above any other dealership Ive been.

So this was my first time buying a car out of state (I'm in Utah) and this was a very easy and painless process from start to finish. My sales woman, Taniessa was absolutely wonderful!! Now I will say my car did have a slight issue a couple days after I took delivery of the car, but these guys were quick to help with the issue cause it was something they had looked at before the car came here and they were very prompt to pay me back for the simple repair. That really meant a lot to me as I think most other places wouldn't of done anything about it, especially seeing as I was out of state. I eventually made my way to Denver and was able to visit this place in person. The dealership was really neat and kind of reminded me of a "man cave" with the layout which I thought was really neat. Taniessa was just as wonderful in person as she was by phone and email and was happy to show me around. If I'm ever in the market for used german cars again I will for sure be going here and asking them to help find me another car. Thanks again for everything!!

I would like to start by saying that I've had a few bad experiences from shady dealerships in the past. One threw a warranty into the deal and never told us about it (thank god my wife caught it before we couldn't cancel it anymore). That being said, I'm always very careful when buying a car. Zack was our salesman and Dave, the owner also talked to us extensively. Not only were they all incredibly knowledgeable about the car I first looked into (an '07 VW GTI Fahrenheit) but my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The car had all of its fluids changed, as well as its timing belt. it was in immaculate condition. Zack was incredibly helpful and walked us through every part of the deal, got us a killer rate, and didn't try to hide anything from us. listened to all our questions and was very attentive. We enjoyed it so much that we actually ended up going back in and getting my wife a Mini Cooper S that she was in love with, which they sold to us at over $5000 under its current bluebook value without any haggling at all. I was searching for a specific model and year-range of car. I test drove up and down the front range, and was getting sick of dealing with the typical sleazy "used car sales person" vibe. Thankfully, an ideal option showed up at AI, and while I wasn't looking forward to yet another dealer, the staff here was actually pleasant. I never felt any pressure, and didn't have to haggle to get the price down to something great for the year/miles, as they had already priced it that way. (other dealers came down after lots of haggling to pretty much the same, or more) Only time will tell if the warranties are actually worth it, but since it was included, and I got fair price either way, I'm not even worried about that. I'll definitely check their inventory first, next time I'm in the market.

We were tired of hassling with bigger dealerships in the Denver area, so my wife and I tried Automotive Imports a couple weeks ago. I found a BMW 328xi that I really liked, so we went in to see it. Initially we met with Brian but Arnold is the in-house Bimmer authority so we ended up going through details with him. Arnold was really relaxed and accommodating. That's probably the best thing about this place: no one is pushy; everyone is just there to try and get you in the car that you want. They're not just trying to move inventory. All the employees are down to earth and really chill, which makes the buying experience much less stressful than usual. This should be the benchmark for all dealerships. In the end, Arnold and the team were really good about working the deal out so that we paid exactly what we thought was a fair price. This made my wife and I really happy. The only hiccup in the entire process was a very fixable mechanical problem that we noticed after driving the car off the lot. But all we had to do was take the car back and they made it a top priority to get it fixed. Since then everything's been working great. And for that little inconvenience the service department not only fixed everything at no cost to me, they also hooked up some freebies that I hadn't even asked for. To me, the way they reacted to that situation and the fact that they went above and beyond tells me that they really care about making their customers happy. All in all, I have to recommend this place to everyone. I plan on having all my repairs done here and when it comes time for our next vehicle, this will be the place we go first.
