I had a great experience at this dealership. I went in expecting the “typical” experience one might expect when trying to purchase a new vehicle. I was helped by Chris Lane, who immediately made me feel comfortable. I wasn’t pressured into any options or packages and he really was able to figure to work with me and help me find a vehicle based on things I told him I was looking for. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My son and I worked with Chris who made our car buying experience easy and efficient, I called Chris that morning about a mustang and we were able to quickly work out a deal and we picked up the car that evening. Chris did a great job walking my son through the multiple features of the car including the Ford app. The car was prepped and ready to go when we arrived and my son is happy to be a new Mustang owner.

I had had a few bad experiences trying to buy a new truck in this crazy new world. Trucks are hard to find, expensive and the dealerships that I’d been to were panicking and treating buyers in (what I believe to be) some really unethical ways. I wanted to give up but really needed to find a suitable truck and get it done. My first step into Kreiger Ford seemed different and better than those other situations. The folks were honest and organized. They admitted the challenges they are facing but seemed steady under the circumstances. Everyone communicated clearly, what they could do for me and what they couldn’t. No games. No double talk. No nonsense. As it turned out, my second choice in truck models became my first one and they worked hard for me to get the price I needed - not the price I agreed to, after hours of nonsensical haggling. This crew is awesome. I’ve always been a Chevy guy, frankly, but I’m more than happy with my purchase. Even now, my sales associate Kevin Hundley, is working to get me a bed tray. I was so impressed with Krieger Fords service. I had a transmission problem rendering my car inoperable. I was told by another Ford dealership in town they could not schedule me until 1/30/23. I left a voicemail at Krieger that same evening and was called first thing the next morning by Rick. He was competent, caring and professional……he never hesitated to see me ASAP. I had my car towed to their service center where my car was repaired in 24 hours. First time I have ever been here during one of the coldest December days and was greeted like I had been a lifetime customer with respect. Thank you Krieger Ford…..I highly recommend!

We purchased a used vehicle here just under a year ago. The staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. We had to utilize multiple loaner vehicles until the car purchasing process was complete and they were wonderful. On a side note we recently had some issues with Ford and the ESP warranty program for our purchased vehicle and Dennis Fritz has gone above and beyond to be helpful and to make things right. Krieger Ford is wonderful and I will never be going to another Ford. My car that I bought in 2021 had a check engine light that came on in August 2022 so my car was still under warranty. I called several Ford's in the area to run a diagnostic and was told that no one could see me for 2+ weeks. I called Krieger Ford as a last effort and after explaining the situation to service (I don't have a backup car to drive around but need to get to work) they made every effort to get the diagnostic report run that day where they called me back and let me know that I could drive it safely until the part comes in that was needed. They called me back a few days later letting me know the part was in and got my car in and out within a few hours. Krieger Ford is kind, efficient, willing to help, and I felt totally comfortable with their service department. I appreciate them getting the work done so quickly and with understanding of my situation. I was on the phone with other Ford's in the area that were supposed to call me back and still have not gotten a returned call 2 weeks later. Thank you, Krieger Ford, for caring about your customers and restoring my faith in Ford!

I had my car in the body shop for repairs from a minor accident recently. The body shop manager Darrell was very accommodating and went out of his way to keep me informed of the progress of the work. It took an abnormal amount of time to get the parts that were needed (supply chain problems) other than that it was a painless process. The repairs were done right and the car looks great.

Service department was great! I was traveling between Nirth Carolina and Michigan on my F250 and had fuel system issues and was stranded on the side of US 33. I got AAA towing to bring my truck to Krieger Ford at midnight (yes, I was on the side of the highway for 6 hours!), and then I walked the 2 miles from my motel (that's another horror story) to arrive there at 7 a.m. when the service dept. opened. They got me right in and had a mechanic on it pretty quick. As it turned out, the problem was not major, and they bled the fuel system and had my truck ready to roll at about 9 a.m. Thank God!!!

It was fine. I just have trouble understanding how all 20 lug nuts can swell at the same time. In my 50 yrs of driving I have never had to replace a lug nut let alone all 20. . My car is only 5yrs old and has only been serviced by Ford. You would think for what you pay for a new car now a days your lug nuts would last more then five years.

I have been coming to Krieger for years, their service department and body shop are wonderful. However, the reason I cannot give them 5 stars is the poor quality of the staff in their cashier department. I have gotten used to abrupt, even rude behavior from cashiers here, but on my most recent visit Sabrina took the cake. She was surly, uncommunicative and behaved as though she would rather have been anywhere else than there doing her job.

Took my Krieger-purchased Ford in for an oil change. Was alarmed to find out it was now over $70. It was dropped off and took hours later than originally estimated. Makes me feel that my latest Hyundai purchase with 3 year maintenance included is a better (perceived) value. Do you really want to feel the pain of an over-priced oil change when you return to the place where you might buy your next vehicle? Oh yeah, my Ford pass gave me $2 off. Woo hoo!

From the first phone call I made to Kreiger Ford, to walking out with the keys to our new truck, I can not say enough good things about the people at this dealership. Big diesel trucks are apparently in short supply right now, and my husband and I searched the southeast for weeks. We had a few trucks bought out from under us after we were physically on the way to the dealership and did the preapproval over the phone (they said house rules- people physically walking in take priority). We saw this truck online last Thurs afternoon. I called and spoke to the sales manager, Dennis, who was helpful, professional, and kind, and I asked for a diagnostic test of the engine. When I called back a few times and talked to Julie, she was also warm and helpful answering questions and explaining things. We told them at about 4pm Thurs we were willing to take a leap of faith and drive 10 hrs to Columbus, Ohio from the lowcountry of SC and we would be there in the morning if they would not sell the truck before then. Dennis gave me his word and he honored it completely. Everyone at Kreiger was so helpful and kind. A salesman saw through the window that the kids and I were struggling with a backseat seatbelt and he came right out to help. My husband had questions about the 4 wheel drive and they got the diesel mechanic, Ernie, to come and show him some things on the truck (my husband tends to be quite skeptical and says Ernie made him feel so much more comfortable about the truck). Since it was Fri and out of state, we chose to finance with them and Michael in the finance department was so kind, helpful and professional. He explained everything well and there was no pressure or fast talking through signing all the paperwork. We were in and out of about a dozen dealerships in the last month and this one was refreshingly different. Everyone was calm, professional, helpful and friendly. Also, we LOVE our truck! We feel like we got a great vehicle for a fair price. Next time I'm in the market for another vehicle I will definitely check here first, 20 hrs of driving is nothing for a huge purchase like this:)

1 . My brakes have been super hard for years years since I bought my car new in Ichigan. Also, no one believed that the Auto Start/Stop did not work correctly at 2 different dealerships up north. Krieger fixed the brake issue and also the Stop/Start feature because they took the time to figure out the issues!

I brought the truck in for airbag recall. The wait time was really good. The only complaint I have is passenger side where airbag is they didn’t get the cover on right. It’s sticking out. I have to take it back in to bed fixed right.

Thank you Krieger Ford for taking care of my daughter and her Ford Fusion ! My daughter called me late in the afternoon very upset and in tears. Being away from home at college and your car breaks down is a scary deal. I contacted Krieger Ford and spoke with Christina she gave me the number of the wrecker service they typically use (K & K towing) and then she connected me to Kriegers rental department. I apologize for not remembering the ladies name, but she was very professional and set us up with a rental even tho her department was closing and would be closed before my daughter would get there. I then called K & K towing and spoke with Daniel who dispatched Phil to pick up my daughter's Fusion. Phil texted me within minutes and gave me an ETA. He got there just as my sister pulled up and they followed him to the dealership, Phil was very friendly and professional. Kriegers got my daughter's Fusion in 1st thing in the morning diagnosed the problem then Bill Bing called me explained what was wrong and surprisingly had the parts in stock to fix it. Kriegers had her fusion less than one day and she is now back on the road. I can't thank you enough. When your child (no matter their age) is stranded and your hours away from you, there is a feeling of helplessness that washes over you. It was very comforting to know that the good people of Krieger Ford and K & K towing, acted in a professional and caring manner. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and I can honestly say this by far was the best experience we have ever had, and that is including our local hometown dealerships...sorry but it's true. I had a flawless experience buying my new car! Note: I can only vouch for the sales department as they're the only ones I dealt with. I have no clue how their service and parts department are. I contacted Dan, the general sales manager, about ordering a GT350 last summer. As soon as he got his allocation he contacted me and put my order in. A lot of other dealerships that sell high trim level Mustangs will not negotiate on price or will mark them up. Dan gave me a good deal and made sure my car and I got the best treatment possible. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of getting the order in to Ford, the car getting built, and getting the car delivered. Once the car arrived he made sure that the car was properly prepped and that staff kept their driving of the car at a minimum. He didn't even let them take it to the gas station for gas! He also got me all the extra documentation of the car I asked for. As this was my first time buying a car, I was pretty nervous. I've read a lot of horror stories about the whole car buying experience, especially how young people can often be pressured into something they don't want or into a bad deal. I'm glad that that wasn't the case here and that it was in fact the complete opposite. It was the most painless way I could have emptied my bank account that quickly! It's going to be a pretty long time before I buy another car, but next time I decide to buy something from Ford, I'll definitely check this dealership. PS the car drives great but gets horrible gas mileage. Smiles per gallon!

Jacob Harn went over and above with the purchase of our new (to us) 2018 Ford Edge Sport. He was knowledgeable about the buying process and knowledgeable about the vehicle, itself. He thoroughly explained all of the vehicle's features in an easy to understand manner. He answered as many text message questions as I had, even at times when he was not at work. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle as many times as needed and was never pushy or put off by the amount of time required for us to make a decision. He was honest and friendly. After getting out of the service, bought my T-bird from them. My father started going there for cars in the early 60s. My mechanic recommended me to take my F-150 to dealership as he did not have the proper tools. They did a wonderful job getting me in as I had the wrong date and they finished it that day too. 400 miles away from home and having car trouble is not good. The clutch went out in my focus on the way to Columbus. Good thing I found Krieger Ford. Bill in the service department took great care listening to me describe the trouble and checked to be sure the transmission technician would have time to give it a look the next day. The next day Bill contacted me with the news about the focus needing the clutch. I authorized the repairs. Next day one other part was needed and with the supply chain issues it was difficult to find. Luckily the parts room at Krieger Ford was up to the task and found it the next day requiring me to only add a single day to my stay in Columbus. Just got home and the focus never has shifted so well. 400+ miles of windshield time In the very mountainous roads between Columbus and Northern Virginia are proof of a proper and professional repair. We had the opportunity to work with three knowledgeable and patient individuals - Mr. A.C. Carter (sales), Mr. Barry Elam (finance) and Mr. Dennis (manager) during our purchase. There were a couple issues that was discovered with the vehicle selection after we had signed the paperwork and was given the opportunity to select a different vehicle. Not a lot of dealers would have wanted to make it right and we would have purchased a vehicle that would have had some issues down the road. The day I drove to trade in and get my new F-150 Lariat,I had multiple issues out of my CU… Krieger ford was able to get me out the door financed thru Ford for 0% 60mo! Epic! I bought my car at this dealership and I have been taking it here ever since. To be completely honest, my experience here has been pretty chaotic. After a series of really bizarre and unfortunate interactions with the service department here, my most recent experience before today culminated with the service department really going above and beyond to resolve the problems that came up right before then. Despite the fact that they really made every effort to make everything right at that time, when I received my most recent reminder for my standard maintenance service, I was really apprehensive (prior to that resolution, I had some pretty negative experiences). I was very stressed scheduling my service appointment, which I had been told to do as a resolution of an even more previous experience, because every time I had done that, I was scolded that they "don't do appointments" and frankly, I expected more of the same. When I called, I spoke with Bill, and he did mention that they don't usually do appointments for regular service visits but was quick to work with me when I explained I had been told to schedule them. He was very friendly and professional, and willing to work with my schedule (I wasn't in a rush so that put my appointment a couple of weeks out, which was totally fine with me). When I went in for my appointment today, I was nervous again - I had been challenged about having an appointment in the past. The service manager who worked with me was great - didn't even blink when I told her I had an appointment. I was so relieved because I hate coming across combative when I am trying to enforce what I have been previously told to do. The service manager who came out to let me know that I needed new tires (I expected this based on my own recent experiences with my car) had options available for me and seemed knowledgeable when I asked about differences in options - he even recommended the lower cost option based on the specs of those tires and mile rating. My appointment didn't take very long considering they also needed to replace the tires (I think about 2 hours or just under), which I was also relieved about. All the costs were very clear to me upfront or as soon as they knew. The cashier in the back was very friendly and personable. My experience today was really stellar. I am so pleased and relieved with my experience with every single person in or related to the service department that I dealt with in relation to to my appointment and service today. So, at the end of the day, here's my overall review of this service department as a whole: It's a group of people who are doing their best and sometimes they are short staffed or make mistakes. That's okay. Where they really stand out is in what they do when there is a problem: in my personal experience, they really have gone above and beyond to resolve the problems that I have had, or when that's been impossible, to try to ensure those problems never happen again. And that's all I can ask of any company that I interact with. Things happen sometimes, and while that can be unfortunate, it's the resolution that matters in the end. We recently bought our 2nd Ford Edge from Kreiger Ford. We returned to Kreiger because we appreciated the way we were treated when we purchased our 2014 Ford Edge in 2016. We were lucky enough to have worked with Dennis then and now. Scott was our main guy this time. He spent so much time with us, first showing us the car that we found on the Kreiger website and then helping us through the process of purchasing our car. He came in to work on his day off to help us close our deal. He also spent a massive amount of time insuring that we were familiar and comfortable with all of the technology that our new 2020 Ford Edge has. I'm shopping for a new car (probably a lease) and my search brought me here. I haven't driven a Ford in years and I'm a little bit weary of dealerships after my last experience. Krieger and its employees have been very patient with me. I test drove a Ford Escape and it was a nice car. I'm a bit far out from buying a car, but it was nice to go in and see what's what. The store was smaller but super clean and well lit. The salesman I dealt with was very patient and understanding with my trepidations. They also have a 3-day exchange policy (listed on their website) that gives me some confidence considering how many dealerships have no such policy or hide their policies. The used car side, on the other hand, is not a pleasant experience. We went to look at a 2017 Ford escape titanium. They had an employee driving it around and the dude put an extra 1300 miles on the car from what it was listed in the website. Had to come in a second day, test drove it, and wanted to buy. However, the salesman spent the whole 15 minute interaction trying to talk me out of buying it and openly pouted when I asked to at least appraise my damn car before he made assumptions. We never talked numbers and I left when it was readily apparent that this guy wasn't down for selling us the car.

I wish I read all the poor service department reviews before buying here. On one hand, my vehicle purchase experience was great. AC was great to work with, and the finance guy helped things go really smoothly. But the day after I bought it, the engine light came on. Turns out there is an exhaust issue. So, I'm concerned that their service department let a car be sold without a basic check up on it. My additional issue with the service department is their slowness, lack of communication and disregard by the office staff. I was passed around on the phone between people who would each say someone else should be helping me before being hung up on and then sent to voice mail the next time I called. The last time I called back, I made the person stay on the phone with me. She said that it turns out they hadn't looked at my car yet. (I'm sure that's why they kept getting rid of me). My appointment was at 8am and my calls were at 5p. Just be careful about this place, I guess. I appreciate the reply, Kreiger, but Rusty is the one managing the department I'm complaining about. He already knew that I'm unhappy with the communication there. Today my car still isnt fixed, no one would return my messages again. I had to drive down there to get anyone to talk to me.

My experience at Krieger Ford did not start off on a good foot. However, the Used Sales Manager Dennis Fritz called me and genuinely cared about my concerns that I had with my original sales consultant. I ended up coming back to test drive the vehicle i was interested in. Dennis was very helpful in answering any questions i had. While i was there, many people were also coming in and out to ask him questions or get his advice but he never stopped taking care of me. When we ran the numbers, it was a bit higher than i was wanting to go. Dennis worked with me and my budget and we ended up settling on a deal. The finance manager Harold Samour was wonderful to work with as well. He thoroughly explained the different extended warranty plans and what i should expect pertaining to my payment details with my bank. When i was leaving i noticed one of my key fobs had a low battery, Dennis told me to come back in later that week and he would replaced the batteries in both of my key fobs. I came in and Jacob Harn helped me with making the battery switch. He was respectful of my time and also very interested in how i was liking my vehicle. Overall, i would recommend working with these three gentlemen as they completely did a 180 on my initial thoughts of this dealership.

When shopping for a used car, I had the usual irritating experiences at several dealerships that most people do with high pressure sales people, following you around the lot, trying to push a vehicle on you that you are not interested in and not knowing when back off. At the end of September, I was excited to work with Carl and purchase my New Explorer. Carl was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made the purchasing experience very simple and easy to understand. I was ecstatic with my vehicle until on the morning of Nov 15th. I was in an accident on my way to work. We had the car towed back to Krieger for the body shop to assess the damages, and Rusty and his team actually found more wrong with the vehicle than was originally noted by the adjuster. Their attention to detail was on point, and helped to ensure that I would not be driving in an unsafe vehicle after the process was completed. The car was considered a total loss, and when I needed to purchase another one, I went right back to Carl. He and I had even already had the same VIN picked out for me to look at when I arrived. It also had more bells and whistles than my original purchase. This time the process went much faster, but I still received the top level of service that I received during my first visit. My first experience with this dealership. Was shopping year end deal on new 2017 Ford Edge. We went because Krieger had largest inventory. Met Erik and he showed us inventory and answered questions. We did find a car that suited what we were looking for. I obtained pricing on the new car. It was listed below invoice. I had multiple discounts available I then obtained trade in value on my 2011 Edge. I advised Erik, I wanted to go home and research the pricing. To my surprise from past experience the trade amount I found for my car was essentially the value I was offered. My past experience was always to have the dealer price lower than my price. I then called Erik and with a little more negotiation we finalized the deal/ When we came the day to sign papers, I had a very good experience with business manager Harold Samour. He was straight forward and informative. He presented the various extended warranty plans honestly and without pressure. I felt very comfortable at Krieger and plan to use them again. Overall, it was my best buying experience ever. For once I did not feel like I had to "Play the Game' with dealership to keep from being taken advantage of or not getting the fairest deal I could.

It's a car dealership, so there's that, ha ha. Otherwise a good company with knowledgeable employees. I will say this, do your homework, bring the proof of the homework with you, and it'll be to your benefit. It will prevent you from paying for a used vehicle 8 grand less than a brand new model. Also, don't expect the sales department and the general manager or higher to do anything the other doesn't agree with. My initial rating was 5 stars until it came time to put pen to paper. They were hung up on a 1500 dollar difference between my trade and asking price of the vehicle I was going to buy. I wanted to support a local business but they wouldn't work any more with me than a very miniscule first offer amount. Drove 3 miles up the road, to a national chain dealership and found the same truck, with a couple better package upgrades and 10000 less miles for anasking price of 449 dollars more than the truck I was attempting to purchase. The national chain earned my business and the local family company, sorry not sorry.

While traveling through Columbus I had a problem with my PATS system on my Mariner. Christina, who I think is the Service Manager, couldn’t have been more helpful in getting us back on the road about two hours after we were towed in. Krieger Ford has a fantastic employee in Christina! While waiting for the car, I spoke with two women in the waiting area who had bought cars from Krieger Ford. They were both very happy with their vehicles and even more happy with Carl, who was the salesman. These ladies in the waiting area were there having their oil changed. I must admit that after their glowing reviews and my experience with the service department, I am sad that I live two hours away and won’t really have the opportunity to utilize this group (unless there is an emergency - cross fingers hope not!) again. I had a very unfortunate situation when trying to contact Krieger Ford through their web site and salesman. I was treated inappropriately by their salesman. I told him that I live in another state and that I had been waiting all day for an answer on a vehicle price. He was very condescending. He said "If it's posted on the internet, then that's OBVIOUSLY the price". If it's so OBVIOUS, why didn't the other employees say that when I called/responded? Why should I I have to send an online message, an email, make two calls, and wait 8 hours in order to get an "OBVIOUS" answer?????? If this is how you treat customers, you "OBVIOUSLY" don't need my business! Update: Apparently, the dealership has some leadership. Rick (new car sales manager) said he understood and seemed to want to take care of the situation. I'm still not sure if I can do business with this company but appreciate his call and accepting responsibility.

I did not buy my Ford Fiesta here, though I would have if they had the car I wanted on the lot. However, I do take my car here for my regular maintenance and have never had an issue. Their oil change prices are fair and the people are always friendly. My only real complaint is that they do not take appointments for oil changes so if you don't time it right you could be waiting a long time for just an oil change. I also used their body shop when I got rear ended and my practically new car needed a new bumper. They did a nice job and you can hardly tell it's ever been replaced. I'd come back here if I needed more work done.

The staff was friendly, and our sales person found on the lot, relatively quickly, a truck very similar to what we would want to buy. We had a good test drive without a ton of pressure to sit down and work out a deal. So I found pretty much the same exact car at Krieger. I then inquired to see if the vechile was still available and received a phone call not even 2 mins later. I found the exact car I wanted to buy, a Subaru Legacy GT. I knew it was a recent trade since pictures weren't even on the website. Dennis Fritz in used cars was really responsive in taking pictures and setting an appointment to drive the car. I knew at that point I wanted to buy it, but it needed to go through service. We agreed on a price pending "no major repairs". Well it ended up needing brakes and a battery yet they still honored the price. Like others on here, I had a great experience at Krieger. Prior to this dealer I had gone to 2 other Columbus area dealers and been disappointed at each due to aggressive sales tactics or lack of product knowledge from the sales staff. I was recommended Krieger from some friends of mine who shared their good experience. Upon arriving I was pleasantly surprised at their performance vehicle selection in the showroom. If you're a mustang fan you should at least do a walk-through at Krieger to see the old and new models. I was helped by Carl Easley who was friendly, understood my needs, and knew exactly what I was talking about when I asked questions about various models. I walked in looking to find or order a new Taurus SHO and ended up ordering a '17 Fusion Sport. I took delivery this past weekend and Carl was very helpful yet non-intrusive every step of the way. I generally don't like the car buying experience, but this has been a pleasure. If you're in the central Ohio area and looking for a Ford, be sure to add Krieger to your list even if it's a little of of the way.

Viewed inventory online, went in Sat. to look at the car I'd chosen, Billy Piper showed me the car, perfect, as advertised, test drive, done deal, credit check same day, went in Mon. to pick up car. The Credit Manager was very helpful, got us a great rate, explained warranty options. Professional yet relaxed, feel they offer a good product with good service, at a reliable and established dealership. Third car I've bought there, would recommend.

Nice looking dealer ship. Was looking to buy a Ford Explorer. Only had fully loaded models on the lot. Sales man drove us to the over flow lot to see if they had anything over there. Nope just loaded models. Same thing that happened when I wanted a Ford Mustang two years before this. Both times bought at different dealer. I was disappointed that I could not buy from the dealer down the road from me. Dealer did said they could find me what I wanted if I could wait for a couple of weeks to get it. Didn't want to wait. Glad I didn't get it here because I ordered in touch up paint for my new explorer to be shipped in to this dealer from Ford. When in I walked in to pick up the paint and had to wait for 10 minutes to get help at parts counter and then the person who helped me seem put off I Bothered them to pick it up.

My family has purchased two new vehicles from Krieger Ford over the years. We always use Carl Easley as our salesperson. He has a great memory, is super nice and goes out of his way to make our experience easy. I just bought an incredible 2016 Ford Focus ST that Carl managed to get from another dealer in just a few days. Carl is an expert in the field and could answer all of my questions. I had the BEST buying experience at Krieger! I had spent the day car shopping and Krieger was the first placed I stopped. I fell in love with a Corolla they had, but wanted to keep looking. Billy Piper was the first person I talked to and he was by far the best salesman! I went from car dealership to car dealership and none of the other salesmen took me seriously, my guess is because I was young and buying my first newer car. I then realized, I didn't want to buy a car from anyone BUT Billy. He listened to everything I had to say and remembered everything we had talked about earlier in the day! I've taken my Fusion here a couple of times for recall work. Staff are always friendly, they have a pot of coffee for customers as well as a comfy rest area. They've always done relatively speedy work, for example, I brought my car to them this morning at 08:30hrs (transmission shift cable bushing) and they called me by 11:00hrs which I thought was pretty impressive.

I just have to say, the Krieger Ford used car sales team was amazing with helping get my dream car. I noticed the 2005 Toyota Celica on their website and currently had one before but it had seen its better days. Mac and Geno helped work out a great deal and Harold did a great job at making the financing part as easy as it can be for a first time buyer. After being a loyal Honda fan for many years we decided to give Ford a try . . . and we couldn't be happier!! Our salesman, Carl Easley, was recommended to us by a family friend and Carl definitely lived up to his recommendation. Carl didn't play the stereotypical car salesman game and instead provided accurate, honest information for us. When Krieger didn't have the exact car we wanted Carl searched other dealerships and said he would personally pick it up for us. We then decided to "build" our own and Carl walked us through Ford's build process from start to finish. I have been looking for a new truck to replace my 1999 Ford Ranger. I have been looking for months with no success. I happened to stop at Krieger Ford as I was driving down Morse Road. That is where I met Billy, who helped end my search. He listened carefully to my list of must have items as well as the wants. He was also mindful of the budget restrictions I had in mind. It was nice to be taken seriously, as some sales people I came across in my search took me less than serious or were not respectful of my demands. Billy was very professional and answered all my questions honestly.
