Brandon Byrd and Derek Van Gundy gave me an awesome experience at the Jeff Wyler in Columbus, they helped me along the whole process after a terrible experience earlier that day at another dealership. They were kind and respectful and made me feel comfortable through the process. They had coffee, water, and popcorn in the waiting area which was really nice, they also had a putt putt green in the shape of the Chevrolet chevron that we were allowed to play on. In the end, they delivered the vehicle to our house fully detailed and in much better condition than we had expected. I would like to personally think of Don Henderson at Jeff Wyler. This man went above and beyond before he even knew me in person. When I tell you that his customer service over the phone was impeccable that would be an understatement. Not only did he understand my wishes and what I wanted and my budget he went Above and offered to come and pick me up as well as was I did find the vehicle that I found to come and pick up vehicle to finish servicing it customer service right there is hard to come by people don’t care when it comes to exactly what you say that you want. Some people will just say oh well this is what the bank says, so do you want it or not? And I am thankful for his customer service. He also worked on his day off I mean I know you got to make money on your day off, but he didn’t have to answer my calls. Precision Estimator

I was coming in to look for a used vehicle and was directed to Jeremiah Byrd as my salesman. What a great experience this was . I did decide on one of the lesser cost vehicles and this was a recent trade in. Jeremiah did a great job explaining everything to me in full detail and what this vehicle was about and was very transparent for any prior issues and repairs that still needed to be addressed. I signed all the papers to do the financing ahead of time and headed home. Jeremiah called me and said everything looked good and to come do the finalization of the paper work. I came in to do this and he had the detail shop take it back to get it ready for me to take it home. He also set it up for me to bring it back to do the minor checklist things to be done at the same time, also said he would provide me with a loner as this was being done. I brought it back and Jeremiah had the loner ready for me and wrote down another small issue I had noticed and he said he would make sure this was looked at and handled and that he would also have the detail department do another detail when they finished with the repairs. Jeremiah has been one of the best sales people I have had the honor of working with and would not hesitate to send anyone his way. I will also come back to him when I am ready for another vehicle. Jeremiah is top notch 5 stars + Thank you again for your outstanding service!!!!

Alex was very polite and helpful when we dropped off our suburban to get it serviced. Christina Sheet was fantastic! She called me to let me know that my Suburban was ready for pickup. She also informed about the safety recalls that they fixed and ones that they will be fixing when the supplies come in. She was very friendly & knowledgeable! When we got to the finance table they looked at me like I was stupid for asking and told me the guy who told me that didn't work there anymore. There were fees that were not divulged to me when I ordered the car, I was not pleased with that, I love the car but I feel like every person working within the same dealer should be on the same page with pricing.

I reached out and spoke with Marvin about a specific vehicle and gave him all of our information and told him where we would like to be on a payment. I told him before he ran our information that because we were down a vehicle and my wife was at work, that if he could get close to our number and could bring the vehicle to the house I would sign the paperwork that day. Purchasing a used Buick has always been pleasant. OUR PRIMARY CONCERN was are service experience of getting an oil leak fixed on our previous car. We had three visits to Wyler. Each visit-first two-cost us $1,000 each with the comments that the leak was fixed. It was not fixed. On our third trip they estimated $3,000 to fix the leak. We moved on to another used car. IT would be wonderful for some refund on what we paid for trying to fix leak.

I had been trying to work with different dealers online and could not get anyone that was willing to help me unless I would come to the dealership first. I cannot speak highly enough of Jeff Wyler Columbus; nor can I put into words the true awesomeness of Kevin Adams, their Customer Retention Manager who, within the last month, leased me my new Jeep Renegade. To give you some context: I am a (classy, refined, beautiful, etc. etc. etc.) 29 year old woman, who walked into JW excited at the prospect of getting my 2017 Jeep Cherokee appraised for buy-back in order to get into another Jeep/Chrysler product. I was pumped for this opportunity, albeit anxious because I went to JW by myself and knew I would likely have to hustle in order to get a lease within my budget. The service at JW was exceptional. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, humorous, and patient. He was extremely well informed regarding the cars JW had available to test drive, kushy features, price points, MPG and fuel efficiency, safety features, all of it. He explained each step of the process as we turned in my Cherokee for a snazzy Renegade. I felt extremely comfortable (relaxed, even -- in a car dealership!?) signing each of the many pieces of paper that come with getting a new car because Kevin (and finance director extraordinaire Alex Murdock) explained each document to me in layman’s terms and allowed me all of the time I wanted to read through and ask questions. Kevin’s patience was truly tested when I asked him at least three times, “If I were your daughter, what would you advise that I do…?” LOL. When all was said and done, I asked Kevin to promise me that he would be at JW in three years, when my new lease is up, so I can lease another car from him. I could not have asked for a better buy-back-get-new-car experience. I am also super thrilled about my Renegade. I have had it for almost a month and I love driving it. We were able to get it right within my monthly payment budget and it is basically fully loaded -- extended sunroof, back-up camera, heated seats/wheel, surround sound system, lane assist, blindspot sensors, and more. When I just recently called Kevin ON A SUNDAY expecting to leave him a voicemail with a question about my payment portal, my dude picks up and says, “Hey Kait, how can I help ya?” Needless to say, I will be back and I am recommending to all of my Columbus friends and family (and to you) that you go see Kevin Adams at Jeff Wyler for your new vehicle.

This is the best car dealer there is, period! It's kind of a long story but I will shorten it as much as possible. I bought a used Sonic from them, it was a good experience, but shortly after I got it, it had major problems with the transmission. That is a risk you take when buying a used car, and any other dealer will not help in this situation, they will just tell that it is as is, no warranty. But these guys are awesome! They have a 6 month warranty on every car they sell, and they took care of me, I just had to pay the small deductible, it took awhile, they had the car for most of the first 3 months after purchase, but they gave me loaner cars to drive in the meantime, and it has been fine since. I highly recommend Jeff Wyler, I will not buy a car from anyone else.

We found a car we were interested in outside and were greeted (No immediate sales pitch made) just simply greeted and my personal vehicle complimented right at the door. We talked with the sales person and decided we wanted to look further into the 2015 Honda Civic Si. Even though we did not actually end up purchasing, it was one of the best experiences I have had ever dealing with car salesmen (which I do a lot) Our salesperson was kind and friendly through the entire process and never once did we feel pressured into purchasing the car, nor did we feel like we received any less attention when we started leaning towards not purchasing that day. He was the same kind, social, and helpful person through the whole thing. Another staff member I believe to be management checked in on us a couple times through the process and was just as friendly and welcoming. All in all, we were more than satisfied with our time here and will certainly be back on our next car hunt! We found out later that they ruined our credit by running our credit over and over. On top of that, several random credit enquiries unrelated to the car purchase around the exact same time with no explanation only leads us to believe our credit information was used in other unpermitted places. I believe a total of 7 credit inquiries were made that one day and my fiance has struggled to be able to finance ANYTHING since.

The only issue I had was the charge for the Pulse lighting. I specifically ask about it not being on the vehicle and having the $900 fee removed. I was told this was not possible. Although when I looked at the vehicle the light did not work. There were conflicting answers. The Pulse did not work on the truck I purchased so they removed the price. I was told that if it worked there was a charge, if not there was no charge. This seems pretty shady to me. Why would you charge $900 for an item that may or may not work. Because of this I was really left with the feeling that maybe I was getting hit for a $900 fee to pad someone's pocket. Not sure why, but the entire thing didn't seem like it was right. I find it hard to believe that I can buy a $67,000 truck and the brake light flasher may or may not work. I mentioned it to the sales manager and he blamed the service department. I feel like had I not spotted the fact that it wasn't working I would have been hit with an extra $900 charge for no reason. This part of the deal made me feel like there was a little dishonesty going on. Which made me feel a little uneasy. Although I would recommend someone to your dealership, I would tell them to make sure they look over the deal very close because this isn't right. I did like Brad Mays, he seemed like he was working hard for me.

Just got my 2014 Buick Encore back after a 12 week repair for a catalytic converter (under warranty). Very hard to believe in this day and age. I did get a loaner car after the first week and DJ, in service, was great about updating me, that they still did not have the part. I will be immediately trading this one in, before there is another issue and i am without my car for months. You would think GM or Jeff Wyler would be trying to make me happy by offering to help make this right, but not a peep. Buy American they say.... HA Very sad UPDATE: After my initial post, Jeff Wyler has reached out to Buick and have managed to extend my warranty for an additional 2 years or 24,000 miles. I have already received the documentation. This is very much appreciated and i wanted to make sure i updated my post. Thank you! There was an issue with my brakes the first day I bought it, so I took it into their service department the next day and they fixed them for me. Great service, great people!

Had to have front brakes replaced. Needed to bleed the lines also. Done with great mechanics and done properly. Feel much safer now after test driven by Bill Spaulding. Great to deal with company that takes customers and deals fairly like they would treat their own family! Have dealt here for many years and many vehicles and hope to continue and keep referring customers.

Went in and asked Joe Jackson if they had any used Jeeps available and right away he and a coworker got on their golf cart and went to see if there was one in the back of the dealership. Me and my wife are now a proud owner of the Jeep family. Great service!!! Also it was about 10 minutes to closing and Joe was able to get the Jeep checked for safety as it was just traded-in. Great salesman and customer service from Jeff Whyler!!

The sales person I worked with, Lisa, was easy, pleasant and non-pushy to work with. I felt the financial person was a bit pushy in trying to get me to take additional options offered by the dealership. My boyfriend was less than thrilled...and so was I! Finally, I just sent an email to the dealership regarding, the less than stellar "final impression" I was left with as I pulled away from the dealership in my new used vehicle only to realize that the vehicle had been handed over to me on E! From reading some Yelp reviews, this is a common practice of this dealership. Certainly doesn't make me want to go back for my next buying experience...nor does it make me want to refer anyone else there!

I just wanted to say a big thanks to you and your team, especially Sean Williams, for all his help in helping me with the purchase of my new car. I know I'm not an easy guy to deal with, my ex-wife reminds me of that all the time. I live a pretty hectic life being a divorced dad with four kids. Sean was patient with me. He worked with me. My experience with my sales person and all other staff members was very good. I didn't feel pressured or felt I was dealing with a sales person as you normally do. Everything was explained were we both understood what was explained and demonstrated. This was my first time visiting Jeff Wyler Chevrolet and I will recommend this location to my friends.

Would love to give 5 stars but detail service seriously lacking. David my salesman deserves 5 stars and Gina that did the paperwork also 5 stars. Both of them were great. The longest was the wait for over 2 hours for the vehicle to get detailed.
