He was so helpful and eager to explain all the info we needed. The gentlemen that did the loan process was not friendly, almost felt like I was a bother to him! When being introduced to the Service Manager I asked if there were any service recalls and he said "No", there was none. In fact, there is a Recall that was release by Nissan two weeks prior to my purchase. In fact, I learned that other dealers had put their Frontier Trucks on a "Do not sell" list until the recall had been fixed. So instead of putting on a little fancy show and dance to impress me, impress me with honestly and knowledge of your brand! My salesman was great. Friendly, knowledge, communicated well. But at no point did I come in contact with a Sales Manager, Manager or anyone else from the dealership to help celebrate the purchase of my new Nissan Frontier. With two new cars on the lot, there was not a whole lot going on. There is no reason for the lack of interaction and lack of making me feel l I made the right decision with this dealership. At the end of the day, I love my Nissan Frontier truck!

Experience was GREAT! I told Ryan exactly what i was looking for and my budget and there was no push back. Just the options i wanted and could afford. Went to check out a few cars and now i own a brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue. Paperwork was easy and quick, the people inside were all nice and professional. We bought our Sentra here, we loved how simple the process was and we weren't too pressured to buy. When we did buy however, we had some issues with the brand new car. Not the dealerships fault, but just unfortunate. We did bring it back the day after we bought it because it wasn't detailed good at all. They sort of cleaned it, so we just did the rest ourselves. They've treated us pretty good other than that. Definitely a nice place.

Many workers walk and congregate under the lifts without safety in mind. I see many safety issues that would concern me. Cars going way to fast through the service dept. Many trip hazard that many ignore. Apart from that the service and speed in which my car was completed, well done. Very little wait time. The gentlemen at the counter were very courteous and helpful.

Was out of town from Oklahoma visiting family when my wife's radiator fan went out on her 2017 nissan pathfinder which I guess is a fairly common issue. Anyways, it was new year's eve and they were off until Monday and I needed to back in Oklahoma by Tuesday for work. With that said, I got the vehicle in and Drew Sells was able to get it done in a hurry and was even able to square everything with a third party extended warranty company. These guys are great and got the car back to us earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service on their nissan. God Bless!

I cant believe the level of customer service i just recieved. The staff was incredible. I went in for a promotional oil change, and got way more including a free car wash and fluids topped off. They checked my tires, and even wiped down my interior! They have a big viewing area, the entire facility is state-of-the-art.

So far, the trunk hatch is working and closing fine and the camera has not blacked out again. Time will tell. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had a free oil change coming. I was recently laid off and the "first time" free oil change was a blessing in disguise.
Which I took advantage of. Their detail Tech was out. So my car did not get it's after service wash. But having it washed after a service is one of the great perks of Nissan's finishing touches to my overall service and I understand when someone is out sick. Thank you, Cynthia

Got oil change and transmission flush today 5/13/2022. I'm tired dash never get wipe down and carpet vacuum as it listed on paperwork. I always complain about it during the survey but nothing has changed. I love service work but don't mark it on paperwork when don't plan to actually do it

EVERYTHING was above my expectations. The customer service, the honesty of what was going on with my vehicle, all the service staff knew what they were talking about. What I was made aware of on the phone when scheduling was the same told to me in person. My vehicle runs and sounds AMAZING!!! I stayed during my whole visit and have no complaints of the time I waited. It was spacious and comfortable inside. The tables have charger ports too.

My husband and I were looking at a 2021 Rogue Platinum. We were comparison shopping and our sales person was Scott Davies. He was helpful and patient. When we test drove he was thorough with his knowledge of the vehicle. Very pleasant young man. We picked out a vehicle and the sales manager for our deal (I believe his name was Kevin) was professional, put together a very competitive lease price with good financing terms within minutes. After the all of the paperwork was complete we started to leave and realized we had picked a vehicle with a key feature we wanted missing. We were initially stressed about the situation. This is actually my first public review, but I wanted to write about my positive experience at Georgesville Nissan. I purchased a new Nissan Rogue and it is loaded with technology and safety features that need a lot of solid technical instruction, demonstration ,and teaching. I had the pleasure of working with the lead Sales professional, Tyler Breece , and he spent as much time as needed to explain every feature and teach me how to use, when necessary . A real professional. I am 61 years old and need a little extra time to best learn the great features on Rogue. I do appreciate the time spent teaching me to use every feature, and some great tricks and tips, as well.
Tyler had a true sense of professionalism and I felt comfortable that I got he best deal possible. I really did not need to negotiate much, as Georgesville Nissan put their best foot forward to get me the best deal.
I was then introduced to the head of the service department and they let me know they are there for all my needs - true professionalism. It seems to me that this dealership has top management and operate as one solid team.
There are many Nissan dealers around the state, but why not choose a dealer where they truly care about the customer? My next car will definitely come from Georgesville Nissan.

Tyler was phenomenal! I explained my situation with my health and facing a second surgery in little over a month... and the surgery was two days ago. Tyler was so good at reaching out by phone after I inquired via email. He was able to get all the financing items in place before I came to see and test drive the car! I spoke with him several times on Saturday, 10/30... and by Sunday, 10/31... I had taken a 2 hour car trip to Columbus from Cuyahoga Falls to get the car. When I met Tyler in person, he was just as friendly and helpful! He was even willing to set up delivery of the car if I was unable to get it before surgery! He’s a gem and a great asset to your company!!! I got my “new to me” used car. A beautiful blue 2014 Nissan Cube with 40500 miles and one owner... an elderly couple. My Jeep’s life was over die to transmission issues. I was able to be joyful in finding this Nissan Cube which is right up my alley! Everyone who came into contact with me was awesome!!! The gentleman who did my financing was awesome, too. This was a great experience and I would happily work with Tyler again... even drive 2 hours to get there and 2 hours back. My brother was with me and he will be needing a new truck soon. He drives a Nissan Xterra. My first car was a blue Nissan Sentra... so I’m excited to have another blue Nissan. This company is great to wrk with... no worries about someone trying to preside you to buy. It was phenomenal!

I worked with Ronald Bell. He was calm and super helpful. I knew what I wanted, and he didn't try to push me into something else. I told him this, that, this, and he said we have that what color you want, and he said we don't have that at this dealership, but I will have the truck here in ten minutes. I pulled up to the dealership, and he had it out front. I test drove it, and I loved it. I was going to get a Cadillac Escalade, and they didn't have the color I wanted, so I said, let me look at an Armada, and I had 3 Altima's and 1 Armada. I love the brand. Ronald makes the experience super easy I came to the dealership at 330pm by 5pm; I was leaving with a new truck. The only issue was the car was so new I couldn't take it home. The PID wasn't done, so I had to wait till it got inspected by the dealership the following day. Ronald told me he would bring it to my job if I wanted. Now that is customer service. I will get another vehicle from Nissan again. I missed the brand. Great Job, Ronald and staff, for making this a wonderful experience.

I scheduled my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment (5:15). The guys took my keys and quickly got to work. I was shown to the waiting room and invited to grab some coffee or water while I wait. A woman was in the waiting room with me while I waited and a technician came in to explain the diagnosis on her car and the precautions to take now and how soon before needing to more. That was impressive that they took the time to do that for a customer. I was taken to pay about 5:45, less than 1 hour to handle the maintenance and complementary sweep out of the front floorboard and wiping down the dash. The tech went through the multi-point inspection with me explaining that my back brakes were pretty worn down and that I would be needing some soon. Again, very satisfied and impressed that time was taken with each customer to make sure their vehicle was in running form. I certainly will be back.

Had a great experience here from start to finish. I have a frontier still under warranty. Walked in on a Saturday for an oil change and because it was making a squeaking noise.
Drew the service writer got me right in. The truck was maintenances and the issue diagnosed within a couple of hours.
The truck ended up needing to stay at the dealership for a couple of days until the parts came in. The work was done when they said it would be, and Drew communicated with me every step of the way.
I also noticed that their service writers were thoroughly explaining required repairs and maintenance to other customers, and they are not using high pressure fear based sales tactics.
Had a great experience here and will definitely be back. Best dealership interaction I have ever had.

My family visited this dealership last weekend and were very happy with our experience. We went to look at a specific used car listed on a third party website. Although that particular car wasn't what we wanted, we found our salesman to be very nice helpful. The grounds and lot were impeccably clean. I had the pleasure of working with Kaleb, Jordan and Jason today, and all three gentlemen were wonderful! As a woman buying a car, there are plenty out there who will try to take advantage, that was the exact opposite of the experience I had today. I went in intending to just browse; I told Kaleb what all I wanted in a vehicle, my price range, and what I did and did not like and he found me a few different options. And, unlike some dealers where they just show you the model and trim that everyone wants right away, he showed me an SUV that was well below my budget and still offered a lot of the features that I was looking for. After showing me all of the specs and comparisons of models comparable within the state to show me just how good of a deal it was, Jordan and Jason were able to get into the truck today and out the door in not a lot of time. They made sure I was comfortable with pricing, got me a great lender and talked me through the entire process step by step, answering all of my questions in detail. The service that I experienced was excellent. I called asking if the car I wanted to test drive was still available. I was informed that the car was still there. I arrived in 30 minutes, the finance manager, Kevin Lee greeted me at the door and sales consultant, Donna Wooten, had to car ready for me test drive and explained the features. I did not like the car I came to see but the team showed me Nissan Rogue and I fell in love with it. I took the car home that night to show my husband and purchased the SUV next day. Had never been here, went in for a recall. Service advisor was friendly and helpful. Didn't try to sell me any unnecessary add-ons, just some advice, new airbags and on my way. They even moved personal effects and vacuumed the floor of the car, which I assure had not been done in years.

Awesome service! I went in after a 40 degree temperature drop, and they filled my tires at no charge. I had moisture freeze in my rear washer line, took it in for an oil change and to get the washer line fixed, smooth visit with no problems. This is a Nissan complaint not Georgesville Nissan itself. We had to have a part replaced on the drivers seat that has broken three times and the car is approaching two years old. I questioned whether this fell under the lemon law or why the part wasn't made of a better material that is more durable. I was told this is a common problem at $200 for each repair that leaves a bad feeling toward the Nissan product. This is our first Nissan.

ONLY a 4 star because of the BEGINNING issues, but the final issue was cleared up by Kanoa. We got a great online deal, low pressure sales, and service has been an excellent experience (oil change, but its the little things they did that was nice), so I would suggest them again. I have to drive 30 mins to get here (Canal Winchester) so I'm not going to drive that distance for sub standrd service. And I am picky.

Greeting the sale guy, he said NO purchase necessary to win the price but Let me ask you questions. He started his questions with do you own home or rent ? How many cars do you have? What model? Did you pay them off ? Then he started to fill the intake form, I told him I did not wish my credit to be run because I was NOT interested to buy a car or getting any DEBT today. He said; oh no ! We may had better offer for you etc.... The conclusion I got $5 cash and $5 giftcard instead of 2 $500 price. Anyway, please do not reply to my review and I gave 5 stars because your trick was brilliant !!!!!!
