ASK FOR DAKOTA! 👍🏻 Easiest dealer purchase in my life. Never once got that shifty "car salesman" vibe from anybody on the lot. We worked with Dakota and he was great. I appreciate his honesty and laid back demeanor. He had every opportunity to push much higher priced vehicles that I was eyeing but instead elected to provide his honest advice on the best overall vehicle. Absolutely LOVE the 2010 Toyota 4runner Limited I ended up in. We'll be back to work with him again 100%.

We are impressed with hospitality of this dealership. Everything was great, starting with Ashton's greeting when we first came, over the inspection of the vehicle, test drive, loan application, purchase and everything else. They even have a play area with table tennis, basketball hoop, foosball, vending machines, popcorn, drinks... that our three boys had a blast. We were able to focus on the details of the great car we picked while they played. We purchased a used car, in excellent, almost new condition, low millage and fair price. We are so happy that we got to meet Ashton, who was very friendly and helpful in the whole process. I would gladly recommend him and this place if you are planning on purchasing a vehicle.

I needed to replace my truck on real short notice, so I went out to Drive Direct since I had previously purchased a truck from their Toyota Direct location and it had turned out to be great deal. I gave my salesperson Shannon a list of wants and a budget and he put together a list of a several F-150s for me to look at. While walking the lot I came across a GMC Sierra that just had my name on it. Longer story shorter, within a day Shannon and I had it all wrapped up, and I was driving that beautiful white Sierra off the lot. Once I settled on that truck, Shannon (sales) and Todd (finance) worked tirelessly to make it happen. I could not be happier with the purchases I’ve made from the Direct family of dealerships.

I kind of knew what I was looking for via Car Guru, and this location had the most inventory of what I was seeking. We purchase a lot of new and pre-owned vehicles for our business. We have purchased from many dealers and have dealt with many sales people. To say I was floored with the selection and quality of vehicles that suit our needs is an understatement. I have never seen such a large selection of vehicles to choose from, it seems like they have 2-3 of every type of vehicle anyone could want or need. Every single vehicle in the lot was priced fairly and that is how I like to do business, fairly. Do your research people and remember EVERYONE needs to make a living. The pre internet days of wondering how bad the sales person is trying to fleece you are over and this dealer is a prime example. Join the 2020's and give these sales people respect, they are trying to feed their families. If you are looking for a steal then go to an auction. This is a full service dealership and nothing is free. From start to finish our experience buying a vehicle was flawless. Canaan helped us out and never once pulled any stereotypical "used car salesperson" tactics. He was very prompt answering questions from my online inquiry and even apologized for not getting back to me one day because IT WAS HIS DAY OFF! I appreciate that Canaan but everyone needs days off and I know you work weekends, no apology needed. Canaan was awesome, he steered us in the right direction and even steered us away from a vehicle that was MORE expensive because a lesser priced vehicle was a better fit at the time we were there. I'm not a rocket scientist but I'm pretty sure that means he was going to personally make less money on the sale to get us in the best vehicle possible, even at his personal expense. That is amazing, I have never had that happen in my life and I'm no spring chicken. Great job Canaan, you have a bright future ahead of you. Long story long, this is the only dealer we will use from now on for pre-owned vehicles and Canaan, you are our new salesperson. I will be recommending you and your dealership to all of my friends, family and trade partners. Thanks again!

Shannon pulled up in a vehicle as we were walking outside towards the entrance (perfect timing) and he hopped out, asked what we were looking for, and didn’t stop working for us until we were out the doors just a few hours later. I got to Drive Direct about an hour before they closed on Saturday. I had one free day to shop for a car for my 17 year old whose car had died. I had spent the entire day driving around Columbus to smaller dealerships to see cars I had seen advertised online. They were either no longer available, had mechanical problems, or had body damage that wasn’t shown in the listing. One even sent me on a test drive in a car with a flat tire. I walked in tired, frustrated and hungry. I met Dakota who had a nice encouraging demeanor. I didn’t have any specific car in mind so he asked me some questions and grabbed 2 sets of keys of cars that he had personally seen and felt good about recommending. I ended up with the first car he showed me which was a 2009 Santa Fe that was extremely clean inside and out. It had 2 brand new tires and looks much newer than a 13 year old car. I appreciated actually having a salesperson recommend something and be knowledgeable about what is available. I’ve looked a lot at used cars over the past year and most salespeople just show you the cars that you found online yourself. Dakota had to leave before we finished but set me up with Mykal to close out the paperwork. He was very nice and professional as well. I should have gone there first and saved myself a lot of time and aggravation!

Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Shannon! He is a man of his word and follows through with everything he says. While buying my Tacoma from him I was also on a list at Toyota direct for a new Tacoma. Since my trade in fell through the salesman at Direct Toyota would not sell me my new Tacoma that I had been waiting for for 2 1/2 months. This is the best dealership I’ve been to when finding a car! Drive Direct has a large selection and I was able to find a great car quickly. Jerry Kindig was very helpful with questions I had, and Shannon Maynard Malone was awesome and very, very friendly, answering all of the questions I had regarding the car. I got a 2015 Nissan Sentra SV and so far it has been running smoothly. It has keyless entry, the first I’ve used it, and Shannon assisted me with it. This is by far the best car I’ve owned. Best and easiest car buying experience of my life! Dakota was great to with with and communicated clearly every step of the way. Very transparent and let me make my own decisions. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is bc of the lack of amenities - everything had an out of order sign on it, from both the customer bathrooms to the coffee and tea machines in the lobby.

I recently purchased my first car from Drive Direct, and I had an excellent experience. I was interested in a manual transmission 2014 Honda Accord Sport that had recently dropped in price. I called Drive Direct and requested a test drive. My parents went with me. My dad drove the car. While I was willing to purchase the car, my parents and I were concerned about a noise coming from the right front of the car. Drive Direct had the car inspected the following day, and my parents and I returned to take another test drive. This time, the car handled like a dream and there were no strange noises. I purchased the car that night, and I've had so much fun with my new car. Sales Associate Jerry Kindig handled the deal. Mr. Kindig was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. He wasn't pushy, and he gave me and my parents time to discuss our options. He was kind enough to test drive the car himself and confirmed the noises we'd heard. He explained everything clearly and made my first car buying experience a pleasant one.

We didn’t buy a car here but we looked. I was surprised by the large volume of cars that they carry. Then I was told it was part of the Toyota dealership which made sense. They had a great variety of new and used cars, trucks and SUVs. There’s a very large show room and they have a service department. I like that it was very laid-back and there were not a group of pushy salesman are coming at you when you walked in the door. Our salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The prices seemed good but it doesn’t appear that they negotiate at all. If we found the car that we were looking for we would have purchased it here.

Good buying experience with no pressure and easy to do multiple test drives. Filled tank and washed mats prior to giving me the car which is a nice touch, but added some time at the end of the process. Canaan did a good job listening to what we were interested in and efficiently helping us move to a decision.

Told the battery would probably need replaced and not to do it then. Told if there is an issue bring the car back and will swap it out. Issue was I almost wasn't able to drive it back on the battery, and they acted like well tell me what you want to do. As though it was my problem. Didn't like that at all. Vehicle was purchased as-is and has certainly seen some cosmetic wear-and-tear to go along with it’s above-average miles; however, we were still surprised to learn of some trouble with the door lock after driving home - an unfortunate oversight on our part and seemingly something that the dealership may have also missed. The only area where service seems to fall short appeared to be in efforts to help us keep a lower monthly budget - I’m aware that used cars are in higher demand recently, but considering some of the issues raised before signing as well as the $495 rebate that Drive Direct will effectively receive on the true listing price of the car (as she paid additional 7.5% tax on it); I’m surprised that they were not willing to negotiate at least $500 off of the price to allow that rebate help us buy some new parts.

Joseph was extraordinarily helpful before the purchase when we were looking at the car and taking it out on a test-drive, during the negotiations following the test-drive *and* after the purchase was complete and I had taken the car home. The car had a dent that was not clear from the photos on the website and Joseph agreed to take care of it in a matter-of-course manner. It could not be fixed on the day of the purchase because DriveDirect's body-repair person works M-F. But Joseph arranged for me to bring the a few days later and he made sure the body-repair person fixed the dent properly. I strongly recommend DriveDirect to anyone looking for fair-priced quality used car; and, if he is available, work with Joseph!

Check every single thing about the car. Check the charger, the aux, the windshield wipers, any other plug. Check the air check the console. Check every single thing. The car I got was fine except for the USB port that made car play work. This was not disclosed. I even told my salesman CarPlay was a selling point for me. They also do not scrub the car. The car I got still had hair on it and a lot of junk change in between the seats. There was obvious inattention to detail It was a perfectly fine experience and the staff was very unproblematic but I should’ve checked the USB port and I wish I didn’t have to get it detailed after buying. I had to resolve both of those issues post purchase before I was actually satisfied with my purchase.

Happy with the truck I got thank I got ripped off with the warranty was told it would only take my payment up 10 a month but the warranty end up adding 5000$ to my loan just watch what they are telling you end up taking my bill up 70$ ish just wish I was told the right price to begin with 5000 is a lot of money and not sure the warranty is even worth that much
