Let me just say, this experience was like none other. WOW!!! I knew what I wanted and Kingdom Chevy made it happen. I searched with other dealerships but Kingdom Chevy was the only one that came through. Mr. Derrick Robinson was an exceptional sale man. He walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. He was so helpful and very pleasant. He didn't even seem irritated with all my questions. Kingdom Chevy gave quick responses to my online requests for information and a warm welcome at the door. I connected with Jehu who answered all my questions. Due to being hung up at another dealership in Joliet purchasing my wife's car, we showed up at Kingdom right at close and weren't able to strike a deal the first day. I returned the following weekend to the same warm welcome. Even though I had only been here for 20-30 minutes previously, everyone remembered me and immediately got me back in touch with Jehu. He was with another customer, but seamlessly teamed up with Nas. Between the two of them we were able to finish up the purchase. Thanks to Kingdom I'm now the very happy owner of a beautiful C8 Corvette! Great experience from start to finish.

The cute guy Nas was very helpful. It did take hours to get my situation settled. That was frustrating.they put ine a very new car with a note that I'm not too comfortable with but I will see what happens. The place is clean and other staff members were nice and supportive. They do not have older cars. Some of the information I was given is a little questionable, but I am more knowledgeable about car buying so I'm okay with the deal.

Well! I purchased another car from Kingdom Chevy and the experience was totally different. The staff was more knowledgeable and sensitive to people's needs. Thank you Carl Williams Update...As of 8/5/22 Kingdom Chevy owes me money because my pay-off was less than what they withheld. I have spoken to Scott, Finance, twice and still no check. He claimed he was told by the office it was mailed on July 28th...nothing. I spoke with him on August 4th, still waiting on him to call back. SO SAD....We're talking a few hundred dollars. My brother in law made the deal go smoothly but low and behold the lack of professionalism has shown its face again.

My husband and I had the most wonderful car-buying experience at Kingdom Chevy! We had been to two other dealers elsewhere looking for a black suburban and didn’t feel welcomed or like they even wanted to sell a car but that was not the case here! We were greeted right away and told that it was very busy but they would get to us as soon as possible. We hadn’t even been seated for a minute when a manager came up to us and told us the same thing. We were seen by somebody within minutes even though they were busy and we didn’t have an appointment! We worked with Chris Kaminski who was very personable and helpful in finding us the vehicle we were looking for. He came with us on the test drive and explained everything we wanted to know about the vehicle. Within an hour of being there we had already agreed on a car and (awesome!) price. They were willing to work with us on price whereas the other two dealers were not so that was a noticeable difference in customer service, too. Plus start to finish the whole process only took 3-4 hours which I hear is rare in shopping for a car. When we came out to our new car it had been thoroughly cleaned and washed and looked like it was brand new! Everyone we interacted with here was professional and genuinely courteous and we are so thankful to Chris for making our car-buying experience so pleasant!
