Just purchased a Chevy trailblazer 2023! Chevy at Villa really took care of me I was assisted by Ulises , Alejandro and Gabriel who made my process go smoothly they are very professional! Most of all thank you for answering all my questions honestly and helping make this difficult process a smooth one.There was no rush or sales pressure, no price surprises and out of all the dealers I visited they were the first and I had to come back because they kept their word , plus they helped me get into a car that is actually hard to find. I gotta say they really went above and beyond and I see why their customers return because I sure will ! Thank you guys!!! Car prices are through the roof but they are reasonable ! I called regarding a 2023 Chevy Traverse RS that I found on Chevy website search. I first spoke with Vanessa and she later texted me info. That night Tom Dow called me to explain a question I have and after talking for a bit I decided to put a hold on the car to drive 2 hrs the next night. Tom set us up with Alex Rocha and he was Top Notch!!this is a dealership who have salesmen that know their product he helped us through the process and we took the vehicle home. I always get my oil change service done here since I bought my car here almost 3 years ago. Now my ac went out and they had to check it. Dan was the service rep had gave me 2 different quotes that wasn't under my warranty that I learned but other than that the service was great and my car is nice and cool again!!! My Salesman Alex Rocha was a real help, didn't try to force anything, and even after purchasing my vehicle, I had an issue with it a couple days later. Went here for an oil change on my 21 Colorado ZR2 and Dan from service reminded me about my 25k mile service. He took the time to explain what was included with the service and tailored it to what I did/didnt need. I was kind of on a time crunch and they still had me out in about an hour and a half. Took care of my truck, plastic on the seats and paper floormats so it didn't get dirty in the service bay. I didn't purchase my truck from here because I didn't live in the area at the time, but I will definitely be returning here for service. Wasn’t harassed when I walked the sales lot to kill some time and look at the new Silverado ZR2. I was asked only once if I needed help or had questions to see the fellow at the sales desk. While I didn't buy from there, because I found the EXACT thing I wanted at another dealership. My salesman Fernando, made it a tough decision til I signed the final paperwork. He wasn't trying to shove paperwork in my face after saying "I'm here to look at...". And when we went to take a look and drive it, we had normal conversation, not just numbers numbers numbers, trying to make the sale. From the online postings Castle provided to the test drive (without a Castle chaperone!) to the no nonsense financing negotiations, the entire process was pleasant, and shattered my previous (ugly) car shopping experiences. But I'd have to say it was Gabriel SANCHEZ that really sealed the deal for me. He was knowledgeable, likeable, but most importantly honest. I want to share what a great experience we had at Castle Chevrolet! Katie helped us out when we got there. She is a wonderful sales person with a great attitude. She showed us a few cars that were within our budget, wasn't pushy at all, and answered all of our questions. The vehicle we wanted had a few engine codes (Check Engine light) and she notified us right away. Even showed us the codes to see the seriousness of the problem. I am a certified auto technician so I knew that it want a big deal. We all went on a test drive and decided to close the deal! So, as promised.... here's an update: They are working with us on a refund. I really would rather keep the car and the issue fixed, but at least we are getting helped. Things happen and I'm understanding, as long as it gets resolved. Final update will come when everything is done. Hopeful - Todd Unfortunately, I feel the need to edit this review as we have found a major issue with the torque converter that is a $3000 repair and we are not getting assistance in resolving the issue. They can only offer another vehicle, and we traded in our old car. So, until this is resolved, I have to give a negative review. I will leave my original post, and change my review if this gets resolved. I'm disappointed that they don't feel the need to fix a major issue on a car they sold us. Regretfully, Todd Jacob Gonzalez and the team at Castle Chevrolet got us into a newer RAV4 that my wife loves!! Go check them out if you're need a new vehicle.

I presented for a oil change. Also wanted a quote for rubber strip around the truck which does not stay in place. Causing water to enter the truck.The representative. Wiggle the strip and puts the strip temporarily in place, something I have and could have done,as a temporary fix, I was seeking a permanent solution to the problem. He says rather rudely "there it's fix". I'm sure he thought because I was a female I wouldn't know the difference. I'm pretty sure had I been a male he never would have tried this. I this was an insult to my intelligence. I told him it's NOT fixed that's NOT going to stay in place. Left a really bad taste in my mouth.

"Using the excuse, everyone else is doing it too," is pretty poor as there are lots of dealerships not charging over MSRP right now. You are taking advantage of the consumer during a supply chain issue on your side.

I saw a 2012 Chevy Trailblazer Fully Loaded On Their Website At 3am On Tuesday May 31st. I got to the dealership when they opened. Salesman Alex helped me. He was very nice and helpful. Him, myself and my husband talked as if we knew him our entire life. Very humbled and down to earth guy. The truck had 2 pebble cracks on the windshield he made sure it was replaced not repaired. He was a man of his word. I will be going back soon to buy my niece a car and he will be the person we use for that deal as well. Also John the guy that did the paperwork was cool to. Everyone was nice. The mechanic were very attentive when I brought the truck back to get the windows done. Everyone was nice and helpful. No stress easy deal! Thanks Castle Chevrolet. This Traverse was purchased for my family and friends to take road trips. I don’t want to put the miles on my Malibu. FYI: At the same time myself and my husband bought a BRAND NEW 2016 Malibu & BRAND NEW Impala from Curry Motors Chevrolet in Forest Park, IL (right down the road from Castle) in 2016 and honestly they were not that nice. Their mechanics are not as helpful as the ones at Castle Chevy. They will never get business from my family again. At first I was satisfied with the dealership, but after I purchased my vehicle, it has been a nightmare to get ahold of someone. My sales person Eddie, has been great to respond, but there is only so much he can do. I had to go back and forth with getting my title to register my car, as I actually flew to IL to buy the car and had to register it in my state. I am also owed money as my cashier's check was more than the sale price because they lowered it due to peeling off the tint. It has been almost a month and I still have yet been followed up with about my check nor can I get ahold of someone. I initially left a 5 star review and now changing it. Update: Unfortunate that it took me to leave a review to get a response, but at least it is now resolved. On a positive note, they did offer to pick me up from the airport.

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of working with the sales rep, Rosa Martinez. She was helpful and kind and I would recommend her to anyone. However, Clemente, one of the Finance managers, stole the show when it comes to customer service. When my girlfriend and I arrived on a day Rosa wasn’t in, Clemente stepped in to help us and he’s not even a sales rep! Clemente was patient with us as we looked for a vehicle (he showed us probably over 5 vehicles), answered all our questions, was transparent, and most of all, he was genuine. Castle wasn’t the first place we looked for a car. It must of been our 4th dealership we went to. I bring up his genuineness because other sales rep I spoke with at other dealerships were clearly just trying to make the sale. Which is part of the business I know but I can sniff that out from a mile a way. Rest assured, I did not experience that here. That’s to say there were no blatantly obvious sales tactics used with us to the point were it could make the buying process uncomfortable. Well, at least with me. Which was refreshing and broke the stigma of car salesmen/women. Establishing a connection with the customer is important and if this is any indicator of the overall practice and you’re looking for a car, you should consider Castle! They worked with our needs, found us a great deal, and left with a brand new car at a killer price! Thank you.

On 10/27/21 my husband and I had to take my car (Chevy Equinox) to Castle's Service Dept. for evaluation/repair. Not knowing what the repair(s) were or what the cost of the repairs would be had become very stressful, especially during these "PANDEMIC" times. Tony Fajardo, who has been the Service Consultant Specialist for my vehicles for the past few years, "calmly and cheerfully" greeted me and quickly had my car submitted for evaluation, which revealed that repairs were needed. Tony immediately contacted my Extended Warranty Co. to ensure that my cost would be at a minimum and it was! Also, because of the thorough evaluation, potential future repairs were also identified. By providing my husband and I with this information, the repairs can be completed before the winter weather occurs. This is EXTREMELY important for safe driving and not having the worry of my car breaking down while traveling. I just brought the vehicle in at 66k, but when I previously brought it in no one said hey its time for the 60k service to where I'm thinking my next BIG service won't be until 75k. I don't want to offset my service records and loose any warranties that may be left.
