Cameron in the service desk is second only to Byron, who sold me my car in 2018. In that time, I've been treated as well, if not better, than when I first visited Halladay Motors in Cheyenne, WY. I don't know a lot about the mechanics of cars, so when I get a warning signal, I immediately call Byron, who is ALWAYS so great about walking me through it - and it's usually a button I've pushed to activate the signal. We both get a good laugh. I always feel valued by Byron and Cam and treated wonderfully. Thanks guys!

The used car department went above and beyond today!! We Needed a bigger vehicle so the kids had room, so I inquired about an 06 Dodge Grand Caravan and mark got with me and made it happen. Between mark our sales rep,and mike mullet the used sales mgr we were in and out in under 2 hours(that includes the trip home to clean out the old car) they have earned my business and will always go to mark and mike from now on!!

HONEST, Fast and Courteous. Was met by Mark, my salesman, the moment I drove up. There were no surprises on the price and we were in and out in record time. The service is so good that we are willing to drive up from Fort Collins. Once again Halladay has exceeded my expectations with respect to our Suburban. Having avoided dealerships in the past when needing repairs (mainly due to outrageous pricing and terrible service) I have to say that Halladay has changed my opinion on this. My salesman Mark has gone above a beyond to help us through everything. Way to go Crew!! And yet again, so nice to have a service crew I can trust! Totally worth the drive from Fort Collins! It is so refreshing to work with a company that is not pushy, holds to their word, and does excellent work at an extremely fair price. We bought a used suburban from Halliday a couple months ago. Bought it from Jordan, there were a few minor issues he said he would have fixed before we picked up the vehicle. Well after we brought the car home we noticed that absolutely none of the issues had been fixed. Tried reaching out to Jordan multiple times over text and call for a few weeks. And never got a response. Ended up calling the sales manager and getting him involved. Can't remember his name but he said to bring the car by service and would have the issues looked at. Service was great and fixed all of the issues with the car plus a few that weren't noticed or promised to begin with. So bottom line is service and sales manager made everything right but if you expect good service from Jordan you will be sorely disappointed. Look for another sales associate when walking through the door.

3 stars because of the service center... buying a truck here has always been a pleasure (I have 3 from them), but the service center is horrible... it takes a long time to get in and get anything done but worse, I had a problem with my new truck and after several visits it was never diagnosed or fixed. My warranty ran out so I finally took it to Mr. Diesel. They had it diagnosed and fixed by noon... cost me a hefty $1100 that the warranty should have covered. Great place to buy a truck but be careful relying on the service center.

Well I’ll start with this, the people there are phenomenal in terms of customer service and just helping people as soon as they appear upon the lot. I don’t mean they’re overwhelming however patient and diligent once they come into contact with a customer (me for example). One person in particular that was an enormous assistance was a store clerk named Tyler, who could’ve been a manager but helped me find the type of car, color, and style/trim I was looking for without any complications whatsoever! I was passing through town and had been having trouble with my windshield wipers so I stopped in and they sent me right to the Service bay and came out and started working on my wipers. The gentlemen that were working and talking to me and my granddaughter were the nicest guys I have ever come across in a car dealership. I would take these guys over my guys back home in SC any day!!! They offered us snacks/water while we waited and then when all was done sent us on our merry way and did not charge us for the service. Thank God I stopped because as soon as my granddaughter and I started out we hit a Nasty storm and I would not have been able to see if I had not had the wipers fixed/cleaned. I had been replacing my wipers a lot because after short time they would not wipe cleanly and the guys at Halladay Buick, GMC told me that when you get new wipers they have a film on them and you should clean them off and when I clean my windows at a gas station also clean and wipe the wipers. I went here to get a replacement mirror for my truck after it got decimated by the hail storm at the end of July. I looked online for one first but the one I needed was not available. I decided that I had to go to the dealership which I was dreading because I had already looked up the cost of my mirror on the GMC website. Just the mirror, not with the housing, was $545. When I got to the parts department I was quoted the same price but then when the parts person noted the price he was shocked. He then said let me see what I can do. After a few strokes on his keyboard he got the price down to $465 saving me $80. I was very greatfull and think that Halladay's is probably the most reputable dealership in town.

So, my dad and I traveled from Wisconsin to Wyoming for an Elk hunting trip, and my GMC Sierra kept switching to 4WD when I slowed down. Bret took excellent care of me and my truck. I was broke down and barely made it to Tyrell Chevrolet which was right across the street from my hotel. Alex treated me terribly and also made sure to tell me they couldn't fit me in the next day. The Subaru repair department takes excellent care of our B9 Tribeca. This is our third Subaru, and Halladay has been taking care of this one since 2006. We just went over 100,000 miles, so this check-up indicated we need some expensive "tune-ups". The inspection revealed an oil leak we MUST get fixed soon. We're just glad they spotted the problem and can fix it before we have a break-down. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Drove up from Northern Colorado and I am so glad I did. Colt was busy when we got there. I was quickly greeted by Shawn. He was easy to work with and helpful. Never would have guessed he was a GM because they usually hide in the “tower” or an office. He walked outside and got us in the three vehicles we wanted to drive like I was someone special. Once Colt finished with his delivery we got down to business. This guy knows his trucks, period. He might be a cowboys fan but I won’t hold that against him. Extremely knowledgeable!! We worked our deal, no games. Easy. Finished our time with John. You know, the guys that try to slip things by you and don’t explain what you are doing. John was amazing. He’s knowledgeable and did a great job explaining our options. He accepted our answers and never once tried to give me the, “well what if we knock a little off”. To top it off, this was late on a Saturday. Colt spent an hour with my whole family showing us the technology of this truck. Never tried to rush or cut any corners. Appreciate it sir. All I can say is first class dealership. If you are in the market for a new car or truck the 45 minute drive is a great investment. I will be back, that’s a warning!
