Good service but severely overpriced imo. I had a great experience for the most part but was disappointed in some aspects. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. I did actually feel like Jackie listened and gave me time to express my concerns with my vehicle, which is rare in my experience and greatly appreciated! When I picked up my car, the window control component was pushed down to where it was inaccessible, which is definitely not how I dropped it off. It is a little loose and slides down on me as well but not like that. I know it is a small thing but considering I paid $154 for a diagnosis and inspection sticker, I would expect them to at least put it back the way it was. Also, they said it would be like $680-800 to replace the water pump. Which, that may be the going rate, I don't know, just seems awfully high.

William has been my go to guy for a few years now on finding a vehicle. Cannot recommend him enough. Unfortunately, we were not able to get the vehicle we wanted, but William took the time to break everything down and explain things to us, also giving us hours of his time without a sale, instead of giving us a deal that wouldn’t be reasonable. I’m sure he could’ve sent us out the door in something, but he listened to us, and took notes to help us moving forward. William McCormick is THE guy to go too!!

They were pretty nice. The only thing that was confusing is that they were supposed to text me with an appointment to fix the A/C and blower motor. My salesman had just been sick and couldn't set it up. I contacted them and had everything situated. It was a good experience, but they need to have things in play for when such things like this occur.

Great vehicles good deals. Service was spotty though. The lot was given 4 days to replace a head light and detail my vehicle before purchase. It was lightly vacuumed and I replaced the head light myself. However i am being sent a check for that repair. Overall I’m happy I just wish they may have been a little more transparent as far as the timing and repairs and such.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Tom Parker at Moses. I have been browsing cars for a few weeks. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I found a listing on the dealer's website. I stopped by the lot to see the car, but it had just arrived and was in service. Tom told me it should be ready to test drive within a few days. I gave him my number, and he was great about updating me on the status of the car. Buying the car was a smooth process too. My trade-in was appraised as I was test driving the vehicle. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted while keeping my payments reasonable. Everyone I interacted with was polite, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable throughout the entire process, which is how buying a car should be.

2 years ago My mom traded and bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4 X 4. Great Price and a great vehicle. Last week I traded and bought a 2014 Scion TC 10 edition. It is like new as you would expect except I paid thousands less. Both times an easy car buying experience. They go the extra mile to get you a great interest rate. What impresses me about their inventory is the selection and their attention to detail. Every car on the lot is clean. Not overly detailed but just CLEAN. When it is time to trade again it will be with Moses Factory Outlet.
