As an older man, I've always had an inherent dislike for car service dealerships. However, this last particular experience has been a refreshing change for me. The service personnel were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. This also applies to the individuals I dealt with in the parts department. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the gut feeling I have about the cost of the service I required. And to be honest, I'm sure that comes from higher up the pay scale.

New to town and needed an oil change desperately. Didn't know any decent ma and pa shops so we decided to go directly to the dealer. A bit pricy at $81 for an oil change on a Dodge Charger. They didn't even tell me if they checked fluids or anything. Most dealers they usually do that and a complimentary wash so I was slightly disappointed for how long it took and the price that they didn't do either. The waiting room was under construction but no drink machines or comforts. The service department wasn't the most welcoming or friendly. But hey, my oil got changed. Hope to find a reputable local shop for my next oil change.

Overall experience was decent. Not the best, not the worst. Ended up with a fair deal but the experience getting there was not as I would have liked. Bought used car, I tend to like my time and space when test driving. Makes me feel good knowing everything works as it should and if it doesn’t then I can address it. Salesman stated he must ride with me. Personal preference- not a fan of this. New cars I guess I understand. Second was I was forced to shuttle paperwork between dealer and credit union. They wouldn’t even fax it over. Knowing what I know now, not sure I would shop here due to the hassle.

We stopped at Dutch Miller KIA tjust look at what they had. I was looking for a car or SUV to run errands around town for under $30,000.00 with payments around $400.00 to $450.00. Zach, the salesman, greeted us immediately and I have to say of all the car salesperson's we have met he was the most friendliest, nicest, helpful and informative salesperson we had encountered during our search over the last month. After, filling out a survey, Zach was able to direct us to the vehicle's that matched my request. We test drove a couple of vehicles and after going over everything, we chose to go with the 2023 KIA Soul. Working with the finance officer who set up our loan, to Zach selling and then going over every feature and the KIA app with us, I would give them a 10 out of 10 for customer satisfaction. I love my KIA so far and did I meant that my KIA Soul is averaging 33.8 miles per gallon.

Went in for an oil leak on my 2018 Jeep JK and they found that the oil filter adapter on top of the engine was cracked and leaking. They got the approval to do the repair. Repair went good and I was back to driving in about 3 hours. Went well.

Well, it was super rocky starting off. I seen a vehicle that I liked on the site, sent a message asking if it was still available. Instantly had someone call me. Awesome, except I was at work so couldn't answer. Immediately got a text, texted back notifying whoever was on the other side, that I would not be able to come in til Friday morning. Added what could we do to get some of the paperwork started as I had a busy day, and could not spend all day at the dealership. Silence The next morning, got a new email from a different person. Told them the same thing I told the previous guy. Nothing That afternoon, seen they had a pre-qualify form, checked it, filled it out, responded to both people I had done that. Nothing. At this point, it's 2 in the afternoon, I'm agitated, so I send another text, telling them that I want todo business, and they are dropping the ball here. That ruffled some feathers, I was given a salesmanship name, and phone number. He contacted me, got some of the stuff rolling. Got to the dealership, and my dude Nate was super apologetic. Walked out with the vehicle. Was there longer than I wanted to be but, eh, nature of the beast I suppose.

Definitely made car buying easy when it came time for them to do any offers for up grades or anything they explained them all very well and if you said no on any there was no push or feeling you were being made to take it. They went over everything on the vehicle the paperwork and even explaining the protection coverage. They also take time out to introduce you to the other staff show you where you would go for car maintenance and also where the parts and garage is at as well if ever needed.

Tech was unable to program my key fob to my car said it wouldn’t connect, charged me $60 for that so when got home was checking key fob and discovered there was no battery in it, I hope they had checked that before trying to program it but now my unlocks or sliding doors and hatch doesn’t work now supposed to take it back Friday to get my air conditioning checked out where they put dye in it.
