I initially had a bad experience with the service we received but since they had the car I wanted we gave it another try and called back to speak with the service manager. We mostly dealt with Jay, Jodi and Todd. I felt they all did a great job in handling the miscommunication and listening to our side of the story as well as giving theirs with no excuses. They took care of us. Gave us a nice clean car and did us a solid by removing the aftermarket tint for us. Overall, I was happy to give them a second chance and was glad to meet Jay and Jodi. They are very nice people.

I recently traded in my lease and purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 BigHorn! This truck has been amazing! Usually buying a car is a hassle, can be very time consuming, and working with someone who you hope has your best interest in mind. I can tell you that Nate Hall changed my mind about car salesmen! Buying my car from Goss Dodge this past weekend was one of the most seamless transactions we have experienced while purchasing. We began talking to Norm a few weeks prior via text (which is super handy when you are busy at work and do not have time for a phone call). Norm was patient, answered all of our questions and was not pushy like most other salesmen you meet. There was no push to use financing through their preferred banks/lenders as we have experienced at other dealerships. Forms were able to be signed electronically, prior to picking the vehicle up, saving a ton of time. When we arrived on Saturday morning, my car had been washed and was already warming up, Norm greeted us at the door, all the other salesmen were pleasant and welcoming. Good for state car inspection. I really wish they didn't push my car seat as far back as the seat goes, lower the seat, and tilt the back of the seat. It took me ten minutes to adjust my car seat back to a comfortable place. But other than that, I will say that Goss Dodge is honest and does quality car repairs. Had my winter tires done on my truck. One of the tires had a noise afterwards due to the position of the balance weights that was rubbing against the caliper. Not the tech’s fault, the balancing machine apparently wanted the counter weight exactly where it was placed. I brought the truck back and Goss quickly corrected the issue.

You could not ask for anyone to be more “ in your corner” or, exhibit more professional courtesy and concern with “ Making Things Happen” for YOU than having Albert, our salesman, work seamlessly with GOSS financial expert, Kyle. I was AMAZED at how quickly (the typically long) process took with Kyle expediting the formalities with all the financial forms. Kyle and Albert worked in tandem so beautifully-making all the necessary phone calls to secure approval for credit profiles, insurance, vehicle history; filling the gas tank, cleaning the truck ( spotlessly); and arranging as low a percentage rate as possible. What didn’t these two gentlemen achieve in record time ? To be fair, the credit application was handled over the phone beforehand as was a number of presented questions fielded expertly by Albert. The GOSS DEALERSHIP , itself, was decorated tastefully. My husband bought his car here, all maintenance and over all car needs. For example the specific red touch up paint for this model I bought through the parts department. Service representative in Service Dept are kind, knowledgeable, all work for this car from the day it was bought in his records helps keep this baby good as new. We got a new windshield from Safelite Auto Glass and Goss got us right in for a new inspection. So relieved.

I, surprisingly, had a great experience at Goss Dodge. I had the privilege of dealing with Nate Hall. My last vehicle buying experience resulted in me having to wait nearly 3.5 hours to complete the deal. I did not want to go through that again and Nate took care of everything so I wouldn't have to. First, he literally got me everything I wanted in the deal. No haggling. Second, all the paperwork was ready for me and taken care of quickly. I got in a car accident which gave me the pleasure of experiencing the Goss Dodge Body shop. They did a great job from the initial communication to the work they performed on my vehicle. I would have docked them a star because they initially missed a part of the repair, however they went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of and I was happy. Another thing that made the experience easy was their existing relationship with the insurance company that was paying for the repair. This relationship made for setting up appointments as well picking up and dropping off the rental car super easy.

Over all experience review - 2 years after the sale. Lee and his team in commercial sales- They are most helpful team to work with, they do an amazing job presenting you with all the options available and are willing to answer all of your questions no matter how long the sale takes. They also know how to price competitively and will earn your business. Service Dept.- Okay the service Dept is normally where customers become unhappy at a dealership. I have not had that experience, Lee talked me into an extended service contract when I purchased a used vehicle and Emily in the service dept. has always taken care of everything for me and has gone to bat for me on several occasions to ensure repairs are covered and not coming out of my pocket. I am very pleased with the Goss group and will be returning when its time for a new truck, and would recommend it to anyone as well.

Needed two drain tubes from cowl, I purchased one at a Ram dealership in PA last week for $30, its a $20 part online, Goss charged over $50 today for same part. Mopar Part Number# 68134996AA. I had even showed the receipt and price paid for item purchased, only to be ignored and left feeling like I had no business saying anything about that. Don't overpay! Best to shop around if you're able. ** Update... I just received a call from the parts manager, I think his name is Mike, and some glitch in the pricing matrix caused the overage on my part. He immediately rectified the matter and offered a full refund. We setted a service coupon as I will certainly continue to shop for parts and have services performed there. They are upstanding and honest, and genuinely care about their family of customers. 5 Stars! *****

I don't often write reviews, but I absolutely have to share my recent experience with Goss in South Burlington. After I experienced a series of unfortunate events with my new RAM truck, I decided to try to reach out to the management at Goss for help. I was blown away by the response. Within no more than 30 minutes of sending an email, I received a reply from the General Manager/Owner himself. Brian said he would review my case with his management team and get back to me right away. He called that same afternoon and I got to speak, not only with him, but also to his management staff that he had on the line. Incredible! They carefully listened to my situation and then, within days, resolved all of the issues to my complete satisfaction. They didn't stop there. Mike, the Service Department Manager, went above and beyond the call of duty and worked for weeks with RAM to provide me a means to restore my complete confidence in my new truck. I've been purchasing cars for well over four decades now and this was, without question, the best service I've ever received from any dealership. They treated me more like a good friend than just a customer. They were not satisfied until they knew for certain I was satisfied. Thanks to them, I can now fully enjoy my new truck. This was not the only great experience I've had with Goss. I was having a hard time finding the exact truck I wanted, but both John and Vince from the sales team worked tirelessly and with extraordinary patience until they found me the perfect truck at a great price. No other dealership that I had contacted in all of Vermont even came close to their dedication. I don't see how it could be possible for any auto dealership to treat their customers with better respect and service than I received from Goss. I will highly recommend them to everyone, and whenever I need a new vehicle, I now know exactly where to go to get the best personal service in Vermont.

Goss is the first place that I have ever purchased a car with a loan. I'm 19 years old, have mid 700s for credit, and I have no legal adult in my life to get a co-signer. But goss didn't care about that. and With the help of goss sales assistant Norm Christy I was able to get me into my beautiful 2018 Dodge Durango. So far it's been three days and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. It drives so smooth on these bad VT roads. And no problems have occured so far. also the car was given to me detailed and hassle free. I Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Goss Dodge and it was fast, easy, and exactly what I was looking for. I started my purchase online through their website tools which saved a ton of time in the dealership. After starting the paperwork online I worked with Wayne Brown on any questions I had and scheduling a time to come in. Wayne was great and very easy to work with. 802 Outdoor Adventures

It is impossible to detail all the events that led me to Goss so I will just touch on high points. I was camping nearby and my truck was facing imminent failure. (Shut down due an emissions issue) Goss was the only dealer around that could fit me in to see what was going on. They diagnosed the problem quickly but the part was several weeks out. Not surprising these days. With no rentals available anywhere I was stuck. I decided it might be a good time to trade but was a little hesitant as they had me at a disadvantage. Trading your vehicle while is sitting on the lift in the shop is not the best time to command the best price. I didn't feel I got the best price I could have but that being said, they were not far off from what I had quickly researched. I decided to trade. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly and attentive to my needs as I was stuck there so to speak. There were several hurdles to overcome on my end and they made the entire situation much easier. It would have cost me a lot of money if I had to get a taxi or Uber to complete the paperwork as my wife's signature was required and was stuck at the campground an hour and half away. They gave me a vehicle at no cost and said see you when you get back. They didn't have to do that. Bottom line, they turned a difficult situation into a pleasant one. I live two hours away but I will go back for my next one.

I recently purchased a 2018 Chevy truck from Goss Dodge. We live about 2 hrs from Goss in northern NY. After 2 days I told our salesman about a couple issues with the truck which seemed to be covered powertrain warranty issues. He told me we were more than welcome to bring the truck in or we could bring it to a local Chevy dealer in our area because we still had over a year on GM's Powertrain warranty. One issue was covered and one was not, plus I had to pay a $115 diagnostic fee. I contacted Goss the next day and talked to Ken in the Service dept. After a short wait I got a call back from Ken telling me that to save us 2 trips to South Burlington, we could have the repair done here locally and Goss would pay for it. Plus they sent me a check for the $115. I was going to ask if they would do such a thing but didn't have to because they offered to do it. Great customer service. I think my wife said it best saying "her faith had been restored that people still do the right thing." We would definitely recommend Goss Dodge to everyone.

Let me start by saying that I don’t have a fantastic credit score, so I wasn’t even sure if I was going to be able to get a vehicle. I never once felt pressured to commit or like I was being "sold" anything. The price, though I would've like to feel like I was getting an amazing deal, was completely fair. I spent hours researching online and the price I got, especially with the 3-month, 3k mile drive train warranty (for a used Tacoma), was definitely on the completely reasonable end of the spectrum. Steve Sholes was my sales rep and he was concise but never impatient. He and Todd (finance guy) helped me get a loan even with my limited credit (I have a high score but never had a loan before, let alone for $20k). They did the finance stuff with me over the phone ahead of time (I had already been in to test drive the vehicle) so it saved me a lot of time sitting at the dealership. There is a lot of hellish paperwork but I know that's true at every dealership and it saved me a trip to the DMV and a trip to my bank to get a loan and Steve and Todd were friendly and helpful throughout. I was a little disappointed when they valued my trade at $100. But I don't know what they would do with a beat up old f150 with 195k miles on it anyway. I will get a lot more for it when I sell it privately but I was hoping to save some hassle by just leaving it with them. Overall I was happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Goss to others. I also absolutely love my new truck!

I bought my truck, new from Goss in 2011 and have used the dealership for everything from oil changes to major work. The people there are very knowledgeable and respectful to customers. I've learned through experience that it is cheaper to have trained technicians repair my vehicle in short order at a premium labor rate, than it is to have the small shop down the road throw parts at a problem all day at a lower labor rate. Since then, I've brought it to get worked on a couple of times, and haven't ever been disappointed. I most recently brought it there, and when I dropped it off the woman at the service desk was so incredibly friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I then used the shuttle to be brought to work, and had a great conversation with the gentleman driving who was just in such a good mood. I got a call the next day to pick my car back up, hours earlier than I thought it would be done. And when I got it back everything was working great! ...so far so good. the sales experience was great! My sales person, Steven LeClair, was responsive, fair and forthright...witty too! He (and they) went above and beyond even post transaction doing things they didn't have to. Overall a very good vibe from the dealer...so far! Now I have not really experienced much on the service front yet...just a small issue out the door that they corrected perfectly. It does seem may be hard getting an appointment in a reasonable time frame abut we will see. I think they will be great and believe they a very customer service focused biz.

I have been looking for a nice pre-owned Chrysler 300 for a while. When I saw the one that interested me on their web-site I contacted them via telephone and email. I was able to complete the entire sale prior to even going to the dealership. The finance department was fantastic! Upon providing them with all the information Kyle needed I received the approvals for exactly what I was quoted over the phone via email. The day I scheduled to pick up the car and sign the paper work was even easier. I showed up at the dealership and the car was parked out front. Wow it was even nicer than I thought. They insisted I take it on an test drive. OK that was easy. It took all of 30 minutes to sign the paperwork drive away with my new Certified Pre-Owned Chrysler 300. Vince was great at explaining in detail all the amazing things this car could. My entire experience with Goss Dodge was easier than making an Amazon purchase.

That is when we decided to cross the lake and shop at Goss. . We bought a 2013 Ram 1500 from Goss today. Our sales consultant, Andrew Melvin, was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! I was full of questions throughout the entire process. I am very inquisitive and would email or call Andfre numerous times a day. He responded promptly every time without making me feel like a was being a bother (I know I was). He got the numbers where there needed to be for us and we locked the sale in and picked up the new truck today. When we got to the dealer and actually meant Andrew in person I found him very personable and funny. He made the entire experience wonderful and was never once pushy. I have never had such a smooth car buying or shopping experience. I did not deal with anyone else in the office as Andrew took care of everything we needed but the whole office had a great feel to it. Employees all seemed to be friendly and were joking around with each other. The type of office that you know you would have fun in. I also have not worked with the service department but if they are half as good as Andrew I know I will be pleased. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. We knew just what we were looking for, and found our new (to us) Routan on the Goss Dodge website. Since the vehicle had just come in, there were no photos up yet. Ben was great and worked to get all of our questions answered. I was given clarification regarding my situation with my jeep which made complete sense. I have updated my review to reflect the dealerships effort to set things right with me after reading my initial review. However, this dealership does need to improve the training provided to their receptionist so that individual explains the correct information to customers at the time of service. Since a receptionist is speaking on behalf of the dealership, it is critical to ensure that individual is not providing misleading or incorrect information.

I have known the folks at Goss Dodge for quite sometime however I have been a Ford owner for my last 5 vehicles. While looking at my options for a new car, I decided to reach out to the folks at Goss who have been more than helpful in the past to try and get a sale from me. It is their level of service that I appreciate and respect in a dealership. I know that it starts from the top and at Goss the owners have run this dealership since the late 70's. This was the second time that Vince Dober worked on selling a car to me. Previously he was working on a vehicle/deal that just didn't fit- no fault of his. When I came to the dealership this time, the sales manager, Greg Fuller, who was already starting to put together some numbers for me, had me work with Vince again. Glad he did! I had forgotten how knowledgeable Vince was with EVERY model and option (it was fun just testing this on him). What stood out most though was his patience as I was not sold on the Chrysler line having been a Blue Oval driver for so many years. Vince took it all in stride and never assumed or asked for the sale. How REFRESHING! Instead he continued to show off the features and performance of the various models and all the while remembered upon each visit what features I looked for most in a vehicle and had those models waiting up front upon my arrival to test drive. Greg Fuller was helpful in many ways as well and his coaching skills most apparent to his sales staff. Where I really appreciated Greg's advice was on leasing vs. buying as I had never leased before. Greg weighed out how often I like to trade in vehicles and averaged out my annual mileage with my sales job and went to work on the options that worked best in my favor. I know its a numbers game when it comes to buying or leasing a vehicle, however I did not feel that from the folks at Goss Dodge Chrysler and have already recommended them to friends. One reason my wife and I decided to check out Goss was due to the mostly positive Google reviews we had read. We went on a nasty, blustery Saturday in October with no plan in mind other than to check out the inventory on the lot. We knew two things: It was time to trade-in our H3 and we wanted a truck. Paul Putnam got the unfortunate task of coming out into the weather to meet us. We let him know we were just wandering around, and he read the situation perfectly. He gave us his card and left us alone. We took a few photos of a couple trucks we liked and then traveled to other dealerships. It didn't take us long to realize Goss had a great price on a 2014 Ram 1500 Quad Cab. Back we went. Paul helped us take it and another vehicle for a test drive, but there was no comparison. The Ram 1500 was the most luxurious vehicle we had ever considered purchasing. But would the numbers pan out? Paul worked quickly to give us a good initial offer on our trade-in and OTD price. We started into negotiations, but then Paul unexpectedly cut short our conversation - the dealership was closing. It was kind of comical, but he promised we would pick things up by telephone Monday morning. Sure enough, he made good on his word and phoned me with a price I couldn't refuse. We closed the deal by noon. After hopping in the cab to activate the Sirius XM free trial, he realized the vehicle did not come with an owner's manual. He promised he'd order it for us, and once again he stood by his word - it came in the mail to us last week. I can't say Paul, or Goss for that matter, was overjoyed on the deal we agreed to on this particular trade/purchase. However, that in part helps lead into our feeling that we got a heck of a good price all the way around. And isn't that the way car buying through a dealership is supposed to be? Paul, thanks for making it happen (and congrats on making Salesman of the Month for October!). Goss, I've recommended you to those who've asked, "Where'd you get your truck?". You're OK in my book.

Went there to get an oil change, and they actually forgot to perform this service when I went to pick up the car the next day. BUT while I was there waiting as they changed the oil, I was talking with Jeffrey Smith, body shop manager. I had a ding on my driverside door from someone opening their door into mine in a parking lot. This happened when I first bought my new truck. Because of the trouble I had to go through waiting an hour plus for my oil to get changed. Jeff offered to take car of the ding for me free of charge. We we having trouble finding my boyfriend his a vehicle since he had no credit. After inputting our information into Goss Dodges credit estimator Paul Poltz contacted us. We explained the situation and he said come in and they will try to help us figure it out. We scheduled a time to meet and then filled out the online credit application. We were looking at the as is vehicles, after arriving it was evident the car we had in mind wasn't great for what he needed and Paul knew this so he steered us away. Will Ferguson was the salesman absolutely awesome and not what you would expect from a salesman.at least not what I expected anyway. I found Goss while looking for a Ram truck. The NH-based dealers didn't have exactly what I was looking for, so I expanded the search to neighboring states, and was intrigued to see that Goss is apparently the largest volume Ram dealer in New England. I hoped that this would mean perhaps also the best deal, and it did. Although a couple of NH dealers offered to obtain the specific truck (1500 EcoDiesel CrewCab with longer bed option and front bench seat) via a "dealer trade" with Goss, neither of them could compete well enough on price. I virtually bought the truck online, after calling Goss and asking for their internet sales dept -- and had I not waffled between a 1500 or 2500 shortly before our 140 mile drive (each way) to Goss -- I may have been able to conclude the transaction in well under an hour while at their store. I dealt with Ben Trevail, and he was helpful, enthused, professional, and courteous throughout. We agreed on a price long before I started my trip from the Lakes Region to Burlington, and Ben had the truck(s) ready and parked right in front of their showroom for very convenient comparison. The store is a nice place to spend some time, and it's obvious that the Goss ownership takes pride in their environment, personnel, and doing business with integrity. Our dog Tanner was welcomed in (and he sat in the waiting area on the blanket we brought for him), and the Goss staff was all smiles, which -- if you're a dog person -- means a lot. During our visit, we decided to sell our Honda Odyssey to Goss while we were there. They offered us a very fair price (I checked Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds before we got to the dealership), and it was easy as pie With Ben's help, we transferred the 4 dogs and the other contents of the Odyssey to our new 'Granite Crystal' Ram 1500, which was cozy as could be because Ben had the seat and steering wheel heaters going, and the headlights and 4WD already set to 'Auto' for our drive home in the snowy conditions and daylight waning. Sincerity, integrity, fair dealing (even with an inveterate arm-twister as I am, and Ben works out so his arm can endure quite a bit of twisting), friendly and professional attitudes, and a nice environment with lots of inventory all add up to an A+ experience. Sure, the road trip may have added 4-5 extra hours to our day vs. buying more locally. But considering the money we saved, it was well worth the trip. Aim high. Get over to Goss for a great vehicle-buying experience.

Although I didn’t really have a horrible experience with any of the staff, they were quite nice actually, I can’t give more than 3 stars. I took my truck in for an air bag recall and a state inspection. One of my belts, which I thought to be my serpentine belt had been squealing for months so I figured I’d have them change it. When the woman called to tell me it was the serpentine belt, she quoted me a total bill of $220.00. $49 for inspection, $170.00 for parts and labor to change the belt. I opted to not get the belt fixed seeings how it is a $20 dollar part, which meant I was going to get charged $150.00 in labor to change the belt. This, especially for a professional is a 5-10 min change at max. I was able to youtube how to change it and got it done with an extra hand in 10 minutes. Truly just a ridiculously large amount of money for a job like that. Unless the job is covered under my warranty I likely won’t take the truck back there.

I happened to go on the website on Monday February, 27th 2017 and submitted an eprice form lead in regards to a month end lease special they were advertising on their 2017 RAM Quad Cab models. I received an email and a call in less than 30minutes. Sales Rep, Steve LaClaire called me later that afternoon to explain what I needed to do. I will ONLY buy a Dodge/Chrysler caravan from now on. The Dodge Minivan saved my 9 year olds life. I was hesitant to get into another Dodge Grand Caravan when I bought my last car. But I was working with a wonderful sales rep, Vince and his manager Peter, and they managed to put my family in a wonderful 2016 Caravan. 2 years later my nine-year-old and I were hit T-boned by a driver who ran a red light going 35 miles per hour. If we were in any other vehicle the impact would have crushed my son. But because of the engineering and design I have renewed confidence and awe at the fact that we were able to walk away from the accident. Because of how wonderful the Caravan stood up to the scary incident I have quite a number of friends who are switching to a Dodge Caravan.

I stopped into Goss Dodge on a Saturday afternoon, around 4PM. I parked my car in the customer parking spot (indicating that I was a customer) and walked through the lot. I passed two workers who were standing outside and talking. They both looked my way but neither acknowledged me. I continued to the door and Neill stopped what he was doing, introduced himself and said he would be happy to help me in a couple of moments. He finished what he was doing and promptly came back to chat with me. I asked to test drive a 2013 Durango Citadel that I saw in the lot. He asked no questions, made a copy of my license and handed over the keys. Off I went... When I got back, I knew that the Citadel would be the car I was purchasing, but I still had to look... I told Neill that I would be back if I decided to go with Dodge. He gave me his card and thanked me for my time. I have shopped for cars before and I can't ever get out of the dealership without leaving contact info, feeling pressured or feeling like I had just bothered someone. Neill allowed me to walk away without any guilt. I liked the Citadel, but I loved the feeling of NO PRESSURE! I actually felt as if Neill was trying to honor what was best for me...without pretending or pushing what he thought that might be! I returned about three months later and went right to his desk. He remembered me and made me feel like I was his only customer! He treated me well, was patient and helpful, very thorough and dedicated! He made me feel like I had known him for years and made me feel like I could trust him! Because of his work, I will most likely return for my next vehicle. I loved the low pressure, "family" feel I got when working with Neill! When searching for your next vehicle, seek him out...he will treat you well, listen to understand your wants, needs/desires, and do the very best he can for you! It will be worth it! When asking yourself who should I talk to about buying a vehicle the answer is NOEL LIDDY!! Our experience with Noel Liddy was one of the best experiences we have had at any dealership. If it wasn't for Noel we would have walked away from the Jeep we intended to purchase. Noel supports his customers, gives them space to make decisions and really makes you feel at home. Noel would do anything for you to ensure your experience is positive, unlike many other sales consultants who are pushy Noel was far from pushy and was very easy to talk to and very easy going and funny. Purchased my second car from Goss Dodge with Salesman Paul Poltz. The guy is straight to the point no hassel no smoke and mirrors. The first car i purchased a few years back was New. This time i purchased a used vehicle. No pressure from Salesman Paul Poltz regardless of what you go with. He seems to care more about what suits you and what you are comfortable with more than just making a hurry-up sale with something you cant afford. Soon to be purchaseing another vehicle for a family member and i am definitly going back to Paul Poltz @ Goss Dodge. I'd rather go to Vt and feel comfortable purchasing a car than going around the cornor from where i live and get the quick talking, smoke and mirror sales.....
