First time buying a car out of state and unseen. Mike and Debbie were fantastic, answering all my questions and sending me extra pictures of the GT500 I was about to purchase. After driving from SLC to Boise I wanted to get the Shelby inspected just for piece of mind. Maverick let me take the car to the local Ford dealership and it checked out great. Overall one is the most pleasant and non pushy car buying experiences I've ever had. Would highly recommend.

Wow! I'll start with saying how much hate car lots! But Maverick was a different kind of car lot than I've ever experienced in my life. I was also super impressed by the huge amounts of great glowing reviews they had & now Im one of them. I drove from mid Washington state to make a purchase. Walked around the car lot when my daughter & I first arrived. We were expecting to be bombarded by the high pressure sales people at anytime.....but instead was able to enjoy looking without being pestered at all. What a great experience. Transparent and fun to deal with. This was weird after dealing with other high pressure, deceitful dealerships... and I've dealt with them all. Isaiah was awesome! With respect, you wouldn't know he was a sales person, there wasn't any pressure! What a great guy and knew the process so everything flowed perfectly. He got me MORE for my trade then I had asked for. That was a first for me. Cassandra and Todd were both helpful as well. They'll text, email or call you. It's whatever you prefer, AND Todd and Isaiah respond very quickly. Heck, even Marty was looking out for me, since the truck was on the lot but hadn't been listed yet. Was impressed from the moment I sent an inquiry text. Even though the car I was asking about was pending sale the responded, and the next day I received another text saying ot was available again! I gave them a time I would be there and was greeted at the door by Isaiah, keys in hand. He had a quick conversation with me and my son about what the process looked like, and what my son was looking for. He answered all of our questions and was completely laid back. Never felt any pressure from him. Even when we left without buying. Obviously went back and my son bought his first car, Isaiah helped pass the time waiting for the loan approval by just coming in and having conversation. I was beyond impressed with how smooth the whole process went, even more impressed that it was less than an hour from the time we walked back in saying we wanted the car to the time docs were signed and we were leaving. But the biggest impression was not feeling pressure even in the slightest, what a great car buying experience!

I was recommended Maverick by my brother who also purchased a vehicle here. When I arrived to the lot I wasn’t harassed or approached by any salesperson until I was ready. I had plenty of time to walk around the lot and view the vehicles I was interested in. I spoke with Jordan, and she was very helpful and timely with the entire process. I had a difficult work schedule to work around and had to leave halfway through the buying process. This was no issue for Jordan. She was able to take care of all of my paperwork and had it ready for me to sign when I was able to come back. She is a very friendly, competent and helpful salesperson. My vehicle was in great shape. The detail team at maverick is very good at their job. Mechanically my vehicle is very sound, and overall I am very pleased with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend Maverick. Not only was the vehicle reasonably priced, but the warranty offered did not break the bank, and financing was absolutely painless through Maverick.

I recently sold my S3 through Mavericks consignment program due to having no luck selling it private party. I set up an appointment and Cassandra was able to talk me through everything and show me some recent sales of other cars that were similar to mine so we could price it accordingly. Agreed on a price and signed some papers. Fast forward through the reconditioning process it needed a few small things a long with two new tires due to the prior dealer selling it with two different brands on it. I asked if I would be able to keep the old ones as they were some nice continentals and they didn't have a problem with that at all, saved them for me till I was able to pick them up. It's finally gone through reconditioning and a detail now and it's time to post it up! We listed on late Friday night and it sold that following Monday!!! I was blown away at how fast it sold. Cassandra kept me updated through the whole process and was always happy to anwser any questions of mine. Everyone that I dealt with at that dealership was very friendly and it was a great experience. It seemed like everyone genuinely enjoyed their job and just helping people. You don't find that at most places anymore. I highly recommend Maverick for your next car purchase or consignment needs.

Traded in 2 vehicles and purchased 2 vehicles from Maverick in April of 2022. We use their service department for regular maintenance and repairs. Mitch, Freeman, and Isaiah have all been great to work with. I won’t go into details but I had a small issue after a service appointment and their team made it right and did it promptly. They have a lot of integrity and great communication. This place has a thousand 5 star reviews for a reason and I would recommend visiting if you’re in the market for a used car.

Really appreciate how MCC does business. Local business, knowledgable people who apply no pressure from sales to trade-in to finance, great inventory. MCC puts only solid cars under 50K miles on their lot. I was fortunate to see they had exactly what I was looking to purchase. Bought a Tacoma Pro, which was on consignment. Absolutely love the vehicle. Maiden drive was to Bogus for a ski session and to determine it’s off-road capabilities. Very impressed! Maverick gets 5 stars again! I’ve now purchased two trucks from them and worked with Isaiah both times. The first time I purchased a vehicle, as stated in my original review, was awesome and I got outstanding service. When it came time to get a new truck I knew exactly where to go and which team member to work with (though the whole staff is great). I never even debated looking elsewhere. Isaiah is the easiest person to work with and he genuinely cares about finding the right fit for you with zero pressure. Everyone I’ve worked with there, including Jeremy and Crystal on the management side, have always been laid back, transparent about the whole process, and have given great service. My partner is now looking for a new SUV, and even though he lives in Colorado, we both know where we will find the right vehicle and make the purchase. Not only is the buying process at Maverick a breeze, they have beautiful and high quality vehicles on their lot. There’s something for everyone. I’m loving my 2018 Tacoma- the perfect truck for my work and enjoying outdoor adventures.

I never leave reviews but this was such a great experience, I had to pass it on for the next out of state car buyer to see. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful. Isaiah was the primary salesperson I worked with and was amazing. Since I was out of state, he used FaceTime to give me a closer look at the car, inside and out. He even gave me a look at the under carriage. When he saw a scuff or a ding he made sure to call it out. I felt like I could completely trust him. Since I was coming from out of state and trying to beat a winter storm back, Isaiah was happy to help me get most of the paperwork done before I traveled and let me move my pickup appointment a day early. When I arrived at the dealership I was in and out in less than an hour! In the hour I was there I watched at least a half dozen other families come in to buy a car too. Everyone was attended to immediately. All in all, this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and will not think twice about making the 13 hour round trip again if I ever need another car. We were on week 2 of looking for an inexpensive commuter car to save on gas and also mileage on our other vehicles. The price range we were hoping to be at also made it difficult to find something reliable, especially in the current market without a lot of options. We had found just a couple comparable cars at larger dealers, but there was something about each one that made us doubt the reliability. Not only did Maverick Car Company and Isaiah who we worked with stand out by far, but their vehicles did as well. The two vehicles we purchased were very reliable and the sales team were great. When I met with Cassandra she explained very well about how their consignment program worked and their expectations of vehicles they consign and now I know why the two we bought were such great vehicles. It was very convenient to not have to meet multiple people to try and sell it myself and the process was very fair.

If I could leave a 6 star rating, I would. The staff at Maverick is top notch. From start to finish they made the car buying experience as easy as you wish the car buying experience would be. As an out of state buyer it can be a frustrating experience trying to convince a dealer that aren't wasting their time. Todd did an incredible job at making me feel like I was just as important as someone standing in the lot and was more than happy to go above and beyond. Whether it was answering basic questions or providing plenty of additional (and in-focus!!) Photos and videos in a timely manner of the things requested, he did everything in his power to make sure I knew EXACTLY what I was buying before I flew out to pick up the car including any and all flaws. Upon landing in Boise, Mike was waiting at the airport to pick me up, and Jordan had all of the paperwork ready to go meaning the time at the dealership was reduced so I could get on the road and start the journey home. I don't say this lightly, the level of customer service that I experienced at Maverick pretty much sold the car. I would make the trip back out to buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat.

Absolutely Excellent Car buying experience! I spent the day before at a local MEGA dealership, you know one that claims to do business different….. They won’t negotiate their price, and they hammer you on your trade……all the while telling you all your faults. Typical Car Stealership stuff. From the first welcome to the last good bye, MAVERICK was completely different. Jordan was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and above all CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented. The shop tech found the issue leading to my problems and gave me a call to explain everything before moving forward. What really took it to the highest notch of service for me was the detailed report sent after the work was completed. She was very thorough in communicating the process each step of the way from establishing a list price to having the needed work done on my car prior to being listed. One of the best car buying experiences ever! My son has been looking for a very specific car brand and model for over a year and found one at Mavrick Car Company, only about 2,300 miles away. There was one picture and a few details that made the car sound appealing, low miles and good price. At first I flat out said, NO WAY, it is too far away. Then I did some research and discovered it was very reasonably priced based on others like it near by with significantly lower miles. I decided to call to find out more information. It was Memorial Day and the dealership was super busy so I had to wait until the next day to talk to the sales representative, Isaiah. When we connected the next day Isaiah did a facetime connect and showed us the car inside and out. My son loved it and by that time it was too late to say no.....I gave Isaiah a deposit and we booked tickets to fly to Boise, Idaho from Charlotte, NC. Totally crazy! We arrived two weeks later and the car was exactly what my son wanted and what Isaiah had showed us. Everyone at the dealership was super nice and friendly. The cars in the lot are really impressive, they definitely find the best of the best to sell. Their showroom is amazing, super clean and comfortable. Isaiah is awesome, made sure the car was ready for us and even filled up the tank before we left. After we finished the paperwork we jumped in the car and took off toward NC. It took us a total of 47 hrs to get back home, with one stop overnight in a hotel in WY. We definitely took a leap of faith and it worked out. Next time we need a car we will definitely check out Maverick. People are awesome, selection is fantastic and the ride was long but we enjoyed the scenary. Next time would definitely add in a vacation opportunity. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I had a 5-star experience with Maverick Car Company. I'd give them more stars if I could. I sold my vehicle under consignment with Maverick and got what I wanted for it. They did all the nitty gritty work such as detailing it, doing some maintenance, taking quality photos of it and most importantly advertised the truck nationwide on multiple platforms and deal with potential buyers. I think the toughest thing with selling a vehicle on your own is dealing with low ballers, tire kickers, and having to meet people at your residence that you don't know. As their name suggests, the experience at Maverick is like no other dealer. I worked with Scott (sales) and Johnny (finance) who were both great. On the test drive I mumbled about the brakes feeling “soft”. When we got back and Scott brought it back to their shop and lifted it up for me, we checked the pads (at least 75%) and rotors (brand new) and then everything else on the truck. I've bought a lot of cars and no dealer has ever brought me into the shop to inspect it. The sales process was as low pressure as sales can be. They didn't grill me about financing or payments, and the price on the truck was below market. Financing was a breeze and they were completely transparent. During the sales process I had a deadline to get to my son's soccer practice. They totally respected that and kept checking with me to see how much time we had left, and I made it to practice on time. In my new truck. Overall it was a great experience. I think this is a great place to go for first time buyers as well, no pressure and you can take as much time as you need to kick the tires, or even walk underneath in their shop. The whole process is transparent, so you can get a great idea of what buying a car should be like. They have a great selection of nice desirable vehicles and their prices are some of the best in town.

Fairly easy transaction. The car I was interested in was on the lot. A quick test drive confirmed it was what I wanted and we began the purchase process. I asked for financing through my credit union. While waiting for approval, I was offered a monthly payment plan through a different bank. I declined until the CU application was approved. I obtained a cashiers check for the down payment from my branch right down the street. The rest of the paperwork went smoothly. The lower 4 star rating is strictly related to their efforts to sell me an 8 year extended warranty 3 times by adding it to the bid sheet. Since the vehicle still has almost 2 years left on the manufacturer’s warranty, the extended warranty is moot for that period. One literally pays for something you can’t use for 2 of the 8 years. At an additional cost of $2900, it’s not a wise purchase, and the efforts to sell it to me were not appreciated. All in all, I have to say it was a smooth transaction that didn’t take hours. I’d go back in the future, but obviously not bite at the warranty pitch.

What a great experience! Isaiah actually listened to what I wanted in a car. He never pushed me into something I didn’t want nor try to change my mind in what I wanted. Isaiah asked me several questions to make sure he understood what I was looking for and things I didn’t want. Being female I never felt like he didn’t care for what I wanted over what my husband wanted. (It was a car for me) The test drive was a great experience. I wasn’t hounded during my drive (typically sales reps run their mouth during the drive, was able to drive just my husband and I) . The overall pressure like a “normal” dealership wasn’t there. This was a very refreshing experience. Paper work was very quick and efficient. No haggling so that was nice(price are straight forward). I had been shopping for a used Nissan Frontier and came across one from Maverick, I had gone to multiple big name dealerships and they wouldn’t listen to me or wouldn’t work with me on what I was looking for, just wanted to make the sell no matter what. I know the dealership game and so I was ready for another “we wanna treat you like family” script, but she was real, she was herself, she got me the payment I wanted to be at and a great interest rate. The big names with the 1500 banks/credit unions couldn’t give me that even with great credit. I will be a fan of Maverick and there people from now on because of the experience she provided and how smooth and fast it went. I drove away in my truck within 2hrs max I believe it was, not the 6hr runaround like you get with the big dealerships.

Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jordan was very friendly and very informative on the car we purchased. I never felt pressured in buying my car. They took care of everything, including financing. It helps that they are customer service based up front and don't rely on commission. Also the fact that the price that's listed is the final price takes a lot of the pressure off the customer from having to negotiate. Only reason I’m 4 starring Maverick is due to the lack of payment options. You get a 3% charge if you use a debit card. They also do not have wiring options which frankly surprised me. Only available options to avoid a percentage charge are check and financing. If this changes I’ll update my review to 5 star. One final note - the used cars all seem to be quality. The Carfax checks out on the vehicles and the prices are fair given market demand.

We bought our F150 at Maverick and had a good experience with their sales team, so when we needed a new catalytic converter, we decided to bring it to their repair shop. I couldn't be happier with our experience! Rich is the best - Such a man of integrity!! Before fixing it, he checked to see if the repair would be covered by Ford's warranty or our extended warranty. He ended up getting it covered 100% and had it fixed in a day! He also called us a week after the repair to check in. Did plenty of research before going into Maverick and that alone was a noticeable difference just comparing dealer sites. Maverick consistently had more information and better photos of the vehicles on their lot as well as no hidden prices so I wasn’t wasting my time calling or showing up to a lot to view something that was poorly listed online. After arriving on the lot I was greeted by Isaiah who was a busy man but got around to me as he helped his other customers. Eventually I was able to go on a test drive and begin buying the vehicle. “The price is the price.” That’s what I was told when I inquired about negotiating. And, that is truly the way Maverick works. There are no incentives for paying cash or kickbacks for financing. And there is nothing hiding under the table. They want you to find the right vehicle, they’re not pushy, they don’t use fear tactics, and they are patient with those of us who take 10 months to decide on a purchase. We were also able to buy a vehicle that was “up to warranty standards” and had been given a thorough inspection by their onsite shop to authorize the vehicle as such. This means we were able to purchase a comprehensive service agreement at a very reasonable price. It certainly gave us peace of mind that we could buy a used truck and be able to get an additional 75k mile /5 year warranty that covers just about everything except cleaning the seats! And, the service agreement is transferable!! Even if you don’t purchase the service agreement, there is the reality that they put their stamp of approval on a vehicle and are willing to stand behind that stamp. Buying a car is simple at Maverick and we were impressed at how clean and forthright and upfront the whole process is. Isaiah, our sales rep, did a great job of answering so many of our questions and giving us space and time while we decided. There aren’t any hidden fees or agendas. What you see is what you get. On their website, they talk about integrity and I will say that I felt and experienced nothing but integrity and honesty from them. Highly recommend and we’ll be back when it comes time for the next purchase.

My girlfriend had been looking at getting another MINI for a few year and on a whim we looked at auto trader coming back from our vacation. She wanted one with a manual and there were 3 within 100 miles. We had saw one at Maverick Car Company and it had everything we wanted with low miles. We had missed a great opportunity for a Colorado pickup from Maverick Car Company a while back so we weren’t going to miss this one. So we called and talked with awesome Todd and he set us up no problem and answered a question outside of his scope. I was supposed to be flying out that morning for a long business trip but as fate had it, I didn’t. Me and my girlfriend went in with the mindset of “just looking” but it was something we really liked. We were greeted by Marty the man who we had our appointment with. As with any car buying experience, the first impression is huge, but Marty killed it. After a short conversation we were on our test drive. That 20 minutes was all it took to know that was going to be our car. In the past having had bad experiences with dealer finances, our thought was to get a loan option through our credit union. However Marty being the man he is, talked us through the benefits of having them do the leg work of finding the financing with the reassurance. After we got the numbers rolling with justified Jeremy in finance, he got us an outstanding rate and price we wanted! All the while Marty the man kept us entertained even sharing his personal share of protein bars so we could get our gym on later to flex in the new car. The smile on my girlfriends face was the biggest I’ve seen in a long while. The consignment experience selling my Ram 1500 through Maverick was excellent. Cassandra was professional, straightforward, and a pleasure to work with. She told me how much they were going to sell the truck for and what I would get from that less an oil change, detailing and any work that needed to be done. In my case they required new tires to be put on the vehicle because the tread depth on the existing tires was too low to go on their lot. I felt that actually spoke well about the quality of the vehicles they sell and the type of business they are. Even after deducting for the new tires I made more money on the sale than I would have through the other consignment dealership I spoke to or by trading it in. I had a great experience buying at Maverick Car Company. They are friendly, and not pushy. I went to several dealerships in Boise and I was getting tired of being lied to by the salesman so they might make a sale. So I went to CarMax but I wasn’t happy with the buying process there. I drove right down the road and checked out this dealership. I looked at all the trucks with JP that they had and test drove two of them. I landed on a 2017 F-150 and started the paperwork on it. There is no haggle because the price is the price, this was hard for me to swallow because I like wheeling and dealing. You won’t get pushed around to looking at something that is out of your price range, have them tell you that they can get the price down to where you can afford it, and then two hours later you find out that it’s too much. The financial portion was fast and easy. They listened to what I wanted to pay and brought real numbers not guesstimates. I am very happy with my purchase and I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a used reliable truck or car, and I think I also saw some Tesla’s on the lot if you are into that sort of thing. Thank guys for making experience enjoyable.

I went to a few car dealerships back to back to do a bunch test drives and narrow down what kind of car I wanted. Maverick was my last stop of the day but it should have been my first! Crystal gave me tons of honest and helpful advice, both about the cars I was interested in and about financing as a first-time buyer. I also loved being able to test drive alone: not having to make small talk let me concentrate on the driving experience and how the car performed. Though the dealership didn't have exactly what I was looking for (uncommon color), I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them: you should do your due diligence just like with any used car, but you can tell they're selective about which cars they bring onto the lot. As far as the buying experience goes, Maverick has a good thing going.

Consigned my vehicle with Cassandra, and from start to finish knew I made the right choice. It's actually hard to believe how easy the process was. Step 1 involved the initial inspection, extensive research on what my vehicle could fetch on the current market, and signing off on the gameplan Cassandra developed with that information. Step 2 was the deep vehicle inspection and quote for the routine maintenance fees (at a very reasonable price) I would need to pay to make my vehicle showroom ready. Step 3 my vehicle was on the lot and uploaded to the online ad listing. Step 4 a few weeks later my vehicle was sold and I picked up a check that netted me (even after the maintenance fees, and Maverick commission fee) thousands more than any of the six (yes six) dealers I had shopped around at. Oh, and did I mention that this entire process took less than two hours of total time on my end? Shoutout to Cassandra and her team at Maverick. You rock!

Although I'd heard good things about Maverick, what brought me in, strangely enough, was the quality of their online inventory photos (shout out to the Maverick photographer)! First and foremost, Sara Zagorski at Maverick Car Company, deserves a raise or promotion for having to deal with me and my type A personality. I have purchased 3 of my last vehicles online as I am very particular about the type of vehicle, mileage, upgrades, options, condition, etc.. that I am looking for but once I find it, I will fly down, pay cash and drive it home. It took me about a year to finally find the Rubicon I was looking for. I had to deal with many dealerships that just did not have the patience or the honesty to handle online sales. Then I found Maverick Car Company. Poor Sara had to put up with me asking for multiple pictures, video and even had to lay down on the ground to look for rust underneath the Jeep! She also allowed me to have my own mechanic look over the Jeep and test drive it which is a must since I am essentially purchasing sight unseen. Price was more than fair and they worked with me to make sure the Jeep was fully up to speed before purchase. They went over and above, helping me with an unforeseen repair after the purchase which they didn’t have to since it wasn’t covered under warranty. It was just an easy fix which their shop could have done but I live 20 hours away so not an easy task. Overall, this was the best experience I’ve had with an auto dealership. It is a refreshing concept to actually put the customer’s concerns first and concentrate more on the car buying experience than worry about commissions and pushing product out the door. I have a lot of friends who shop for vehicles like I do. I will and have recommended them to Maverick Car Company. Sorry Sara, they are all type A like me….

After my Toyota Tundra had been deemed totaled from a recent accident, Freeman and Patrick worked diligently to find a similar truck that matched what I was looking for both in appearance and in my price range. While they searched the Pacific Northwest for exactly what I was looking for, they were kind enough to let me use a loaner vehicle for a few days, (a 2006 Toyota Sequoia). Coincidentally, after a few days of driving it, I decided that was the vehicle I wanted rather than another truck. This is a great place to buy a car from. My wife and I purchased a Yukon XL Denali from them about 2 weeks ago. Everyone we dealt here with was friendly, courteous, and low pressure. The experience felt more like buying a car from a friend than a dealership. I have to say there are many more things I would rather do than to buy a car from some guy who follows me around the parking lot and won't give me a minute to catch my breath without bombarding me with questions or looking at me like I'm about to steal a car from him. That's not the case here. They give you plenty of space but are still there to answer questions for you. 2 days after I left the lot with our new Denali I had trouble with the battery. Maverick's service guy came to my house, brought me a loaner vehicle, and took the truck back to the dealership to replace the battery. All that was done at no charge and without any question. Great service even after the sale! We will be back in the market to buy a second car soon and we will be coming back to Maverick for sure! Thanks for the great car buying experience!

Without a doubt the most revolutionary dealership I have ever had the pleasure to deal with; I took some time to submit this review because I wanted to fully communicate how incredible these people really are. This place was by far the most pleasant and easy experience I have ever had when buying a car. I had been looking for a car for a couple weeks, and by the time I decided to come here, I was exhausted and felt quite defeated. My attitude soon turned dramatically to the positive after coming to Maverick Car Company. They were very nice, patient, and best of all, honest.
