Ms. Karla, my advisor was exceptional. She definitely represents Nissan well. She kept everything professional but yet she acted as if she was human and understandable & wasn’t about just business. Ms. Karla definitely looked out and helped as much as she could and for that I couldn’t do anything but be patient. You really don’t find that now in customer service or going to an establishment. It’s good to know, you all have someone as good as her. The only thing was I feel like NISSAN could have done better with, getting me a loaner. I was told they didn’t have anything. But to keep my car 12 days and I missed 10 business days for it, was horrible. I just felt like they could’ve reached out to another location and got one but it’s okay. I’m back on the road, better than ever and the work was actually down correctly.

The thing I loved the most is that the Lady that waited on me had her small kids at work with her. I LOVE that you support families. That flexibility allows your employees to focus on the customer instead of worrying about how to manage finding a place for their kids on school holidays. As a teacher that means a lot to me. I wish all work places would help young families that way!!! Good job Townsend. I will continue to support you.

Bayleigh was fantastic to work with. There was no pressure to buy, but I was there and ready to purchase. The staff stayed late for us which I felt bad for. But I never once felt rushed. Had my oil changed. Arrived prior to opening and was scheduled in within 10min of opening. Total time there was less than an hour, and received the multi-point check list, which I really appreciated, and is why I still use Townsend Nissan. Other than that, I've been following the new Nissan Frontiers and went looking for a brochure. Unfortunately, none were available, nor could I see any 2022/2023 Frontiers in stock. Oh well, maybe next time.

I went in determined to get one car. It was sold out, but then I was introduced to the Nissan Kicks SR 2022, and it is now a budding relationship. I mean, I know that I love her(Her name is Ma Beast 2, as Ma Beast was traded in for this second) but am afraid to tell her. If I get moving too fast, she might not let me down softly. I think that our love will triumph in the end. Story time aside, my experience was great, and the coffee tasted great too. I feel like I made friends with the staff, as well as some of the customers. This is my first new car purchase, and I get to cross off another thing from my bucket list! Thank you Townsend Nissan!

We live 2hrs. South of the dealership. Our fobs were not able to unlock any of the 3 entries from just beIng in close proximity of the 2019 Rouge SL.. technicians said the black push button on the door handle was bad & ordered 2. When they came in we brought my Rouge up & left it so they had plenty of time to remove & replace the door panels with the new part, also to check the hatchback, making sure the new sensors installed also worked the hatch. Although, it was kept from Wed.- Tues of the next week ( not worked on til Mon., okay w/us since they had the tech out with COVID) we were pleased & all seems to be good! When asked updates were given to us. Nathan was excellent with explanations, updates & the call she was ready. He is a asset to your service department plus your tech that diagnosed & fixed my Rouge! Thank you & best part, all was still under warranty!!

Service went great! The guy that helped me was very nice. He went to look at my vehicle to see if he could see anything wrong with the latch to the hatchback. He didn't find anything visually wrong, but he did tighten the rubber stoppers to see if that would fix it. He asked if I wanted them to drive it to see if that fixed it, and I said yes. A little less than 2 hours later he came and told me that they couldn't find anything else wrong with it. And if it were to happen again, to try and bring it in asap. I expected a long wait and that's why I came in early.

Service dept was very nice!!! Laura was awesome!! She was able to squeeze my car in without an apt (which would’ve been at the end of this month) and got it fixed within 3 days!! One of my tires had been losing pressure for a couple of days. I didn't know the service center took the last customer at 4:30 om Friday (it was a holiday weekend). I called at 4:15 but the service department allowed me to come in anyway. The service desk personnel came out and immediately located the problem. (Edited review) Service department is awful. They don’t answer the phone, return calls or let you know what’s going on with your vehicle or if/when it’s ready to be picked up. I’ll be taking my business to another dealership in the future. Update: apparently the person that was “taking care of me” was the problem. He is no longer working for the company. Took my car back today to complete the warranty work that was in progress when I wrote the earlier review. Now only was that work completed but they also addressed a new problem I was having as well as completed my oil change and servicing as well. And stayed a little late to be sure I got my vehicle back the same day.

She also responded to our emails and text messages promptly. I loved the fact that You guys were willing to offer us a service/maintenance deal for 3 years. that's huge. And Tracie introduced my wife to everyone(including service staff) and explained the procedures for getting the oil changed. This alone was huge because my wife normally does not like dealing with automotive shops. However this experience made her feel comfortable enough to bring the Rogue in herself for scheduled oil changes. I had been to a previous dealer and did not have a good experience. I wanted to trade locally, but I just did not feel I was getting a fair deal. So I decided to to call another dealer 60 miles from my location, which was Townsend Nissan. Here is how this all came about. I called on the phone and a pleasant female answered the phone. I explained who I was and what city I was calling from. I asked her to connect me to a salesman that was a nice guy. I asked her to think a minute and consider my question. Well she did that, and I will say she connected me to someone that I was well pleased with. Oh, this female went by the name of Jamie, and the salesman's name was Michael. These were the only people I spent any time with, so I cannot speak for any of the other employees, but It was a pleasure dealing with these people. I was shown the vehicles I was interested in and given a price. I believe I was given a fair price. Sure, they made some money, that is why they are in business. I never felt pressured to do anything, unlike my experience with my local dealer. Bottom line, Would I buy from them again? I would. Would I recommend them to someone else? Yes, I definitely would. I drove home that day in a new vehicle. To conclude, I would just like to say thanks to Jamie and Michael for a pleasant experience.

There was a recall on the back-up camera that I didn't remember, but the service reps notified us and replaced it during the visit. The only con I would have is that the "maintenance notification" was not reset on the car after the service was complete.

I came in with my '16 Murano which had a flapping sound under the chassis. The dudes close to my neighborhood where I get my oil changed couldn't figure it out. It took Dwayne Mack 10 seconds to diagnose the problem and 2 minutes to fix it. 1.5 minutes of that was him going to get the clip he needed. He charged me nothing. GREAT service!
