Not everything was shared to me, I was not told that by using my Debit card I would be charged a 3% fee, the fan for the heater has a major noise problem they said could be some debris or leaves in the fan, if so easy why did it not get fixed b4 I bought the car. Sales person to lazy to change date of paperwork to the correct date, so now it implies I had the car 5 days before I actually purchased it.

My daughter was in need of a vehicle after her car was sideswiped. We worked with Mel, who gave us an idea of which ones we may not want to look into as possibly not as reliable as we would like for young girl. She found one that she really liked, and Mel got us into it without issue, looking for any break we could get to make her monthly payments as affordable as he could get. She is responsible for making payments, and he did great by her. We've bought a couple cars here without any issues. They are used vehicles and should be purchased as such. Good cars at great prices, especially in this market.

Matt was awesome and easy to work with! When I went in browsing I wasn’t bothered and it was nice not having someone breathe down your neck like other places. When I went back to purchase a car the negotiation, process and everything was quick! I would definitely recommend this place. Of course it’s a used car lot so the cars aren’t perfect but I’m very pleased and happy with my purchase. I would give them a 4.8 star but the only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star was that the car was nearly empty of gas when I drove it off the lot. Other than that it was a great experience!

The car I ended up buying, as is, had a few issues that was not safe for my family. Mel took the car to his mechanic after purchase and had him fix them. Throughout the entire process he was making us laugh and constantly offering help, whether is was by fixing the not so amazing car I picked out, or offering rides to where I needed to get to. As I sit here thinking about buying a little car to get around, my first thought was Mel at Performance. A few months ago I bought saw a car on their lot that I was interested in and at that point I had met Mel. I'm telling you, Mel is your guy. He's friendly, but not in the weird car salesman friendly way. This is a genuinely happy man and it's contagious. He wasn't pushy at all, but that's not to say he didn't want to see me get into the car I bought. He gave me the information I asked for. He let me think on it. He kept in touch. He did what was in his power to help me meet my price point. He was truly invested in making a deal that was beneficial to myself and him, and what more can you ask for. I addressed a couple minor flaws with the car that were promised to be fixed at my earliest convenience. They were. A couple weeks later the car had a more severe issue. I brought the car in and explained the issue, and had asked how to go about using the extended warranty that I purchased with the vehicle. I was told not to worry about the warranty and to take it to their mechanic to have it looked at. This was all at 10-11am. Their mechanic finished his scheduled work for the day, went and picked up my part, stayed late that night, and I had my car back by 8pm. All in the same day. I am more skeptical than anyone when it comes to used cars and shady dealerships. I am also happy to have found this team of people. Again, I'm looking for a car and Performance Auto Sales will be the first place that I check out.

Yes, the cars here are expensive. As an 18 year old with 0 credit history and a very high denial rate on expensive cars, valley immediately approved me for a car here. I have never purchased a car in my life, could I have swindled the price down slightly, yes, but the learning experience as a new adult buying her first car was tremendous. They didn't take advantage of me, he allowed me to drive it and as soon as I found my car I knew I wanted it. When you don't have money you can't be choosy on cars, but I still am, I didn't want to invest in a car that I couldn't rely on but performance auto sales has many great cars. All of them may not be top quality because there is always those cars that aren't good at a lot, but when you have time and patience, finding a good one isn't hard. The guy that helped me was friendly and ensured that I found the subaru I wanted. All of you should come here if you're looking for a vehicle, even if every car isn't for you or isn't up to the test, there will be at least one that you'll love! I know I did.

I had rolled my Forester about three months ago from now. I have been getting around on my bike but with winter coming I knew I needed to find a new vehicle. Seeing some of these reviews: I paid One Stop Auto here in Billings $95.00 for a check over (before buying the car). Tim made this easy by not hassling me about me needing the car examined. Only place to go for Honda, Subaru, Toyota used cars. Car Gurus rates Performance's cars best deals. I bought a 2003 Honda CRV in October 2017 and got excellent car for the money. Nothing major has come up as an issue with the car. Car Fax had same info about the CRV that Tim, Performance Sales owner, told me. Tim, the owner, doesn't play games or pressure you. And as a woman this car shopping experience best I have had. And I am a very picky car shopper! Car's previous owner was a smoker. I just sprayed vinegar all over the interior and that worked.

So after a questionable first time buy from a car dealership, and no fault of Tim's, my truck is happy and so am I. I wasn't sure how these places worked so when repairs were promised to be taken care of AFTER the sale, turns out the salesman that sold me the truck was no longer working there only a week after I bought it. In talking with Tim about the issue I was told that it wasn't how they operate. However Tim went above and beyond to have the truck fixed. Not all car dealerships would do that so I thank you Tim for your professionalism.
