The best experience I have had buying a vehicle. If there is any type of issue I would definitely let them know because they thrive on customers being happy. The after care of getting the vehicle was amazing. We had quite a few mishaps happen and literally they blew my mind with the amount of time energy and authentic customer care they provided. I almost started crying when they surprised me with fixing more then a few things. Its been a really rough year and my car is my job! 😁😁😁 MAX IS A BOSS! Like make him head of customer relations cause he knows how to completely honor and make customers completely satisfied with their purchase. Like I really do not know how to describe how well I was taken care of by Max and Jim in service. Car shopping can be so stressful and high pressure. If you don't want that Denny Menholt is the place you want to go! My husband and I own a local custom cabinet shop and it was decided that we needed a bigger rig. I hate buying cars, it's so stressful. I had dealt with Denny Mentholt is the past and they had treated us well so I went back for the same salesman. This experience was no different. Glenn Winchell was amazing! Patient, non aggressive, listened and got us what we wanted and needed instead of badgering us into something we didn't which was wonderful. Sales manager Ayman Elsonbaty took care of us on our trade in , very attentive and was a pleasure to deal with as well. The finance gal Alicia Gibson was absolutely phenomenal (worked harder/ longer and got us a whole percentage lower interest rate than promised and lower than we were paying on our previous truck!!!) Customer service overall was a 10 out of 10.Honestly if you want a fun, honest, hassle free/stress free buying experience give Glenn a call and tell him I sent ya, you won't regret it!

My salesman kelton s and james from carmart 360 helped a bit to, but kelton got me into a wonderful car i never ever had thought would be possible in my life. I absolutely loved how he was so nice, plesent and unsderstanding of what i was looking for. His attitude the whole time was the best. Kelton never rushed me or anything. Overall good process, but was disappointed in the fact that I only received 1 key for my vehicle and they would not split the cost of purchasing a second. Also when they put gas in it they didn't fill it up. Only gave me a little above a 1/4 tank. Finance guy we went thru was good.

Well, you guys fixed my car up, and you we're super friendly and got us in for service even though you didn't have much time for us. You did the service for free which we really appreciated and are grateful for. But we only made it down the road about another 50 miles before the car started acting up again. The intercooler still had ice buildup, and we had to take it to another shop to have the intercooler properly thawed out.

I live about 5 hours away, but I ran into Denny Menholt online. I called in and had questions about a 2019 challenger. I never once felt pressured to get that vehicle. Over some time I changed my mind and decided I wanted a challenger, but I knew that there were certain specs I wanted. Tink (Steph) helped me out!! She mentioned a challenger and told me it was blue and I just knew I didn’t want blue, but I asked her if she could take some pictures of it and the features that were mentioned online (since I was doing everything at such a distance. I later realized the vehicle was amazing! Tink helped me all the way through, passed me onto financing and then Danny finished me up. Danny was super patient with me and did everything quickly. I had a pre approval, but Danny Helped me to get a much better interest rate with a different bank. Tink then told me she would bring my new car the next day.... then she called back and said, actually. How’s today? She brought me the car the same day!! She and another associate did not get back to Montana until 1:00 a.m. Tink was amazing, very sweet and helpful and I can’t wait to do business again!! Thank you all!

Great Team and experience at Denny Menholt Chevrolet. We were traveling through Billings and had some truck issues. We were on the fence about upgrading and had our hand kinda forced. When a dealership could have potentially taken advantage they did the exact opposite. We traded our truck in for a New to us 2020 3500HD Silverado. The entire team was unbelievable. I’m not a fan of dealing with salesman and my wife gets on me about it all the time. We where pulling into the dealership and a salesman was walking into the showroom. He turned around waved and had this inviting smile. I told my wife I want him as our sales guy. Totally opposite of what I normally do. This is from 100 yards away. This dealership GETS IT! I was recently on a 10,000 mile road trip through the Rockies and Cascades of the US and Canada and after a 5 day and $2,200 rear differential replacement on my Avalanche in SD my front differential started to whine about 10 miles before Billings. Rather than throw more money at a light-duty "truck" with 8,000 miles of towing ahead of it, I decided to go buy a ton truck if I could be back on the road the next day.
I showed up at 7pm on a Saturday evening and Ayman greeted me at the door. He was friendly and tolerant of my urgency and tight schedule. I was REALLY impressed that they had dozens of low-mileage 3/4 and ton trucks on the lot and they had exactly what I came for. Because I was traveling and didn't plan to buy a truck for at least another decade, I didn't have my checkbook, and a wire wouldn't clear in time for me stay on schedule. So, together we figured out that you CAN buy a truck with a debit card as long as the bank clears it and the dealer is willing. In addition to negotiating the trade and the price on the new truck they were willing to fix everything I asked for on the new truck and even agreed to put on all of the accessories in a month when I returned on my way back east. On my way back through I dropped the truck and Ayman took me to the airport so I could get to my meetings in FL. While I was gone they did everything we agreed to and I returned to pick it up. EVERYONE at this dealership treated me like a friend and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my new truck.
It will be in 500,000 miles or so but if I'm near Billings when it's time to buy another truck I will definitely buy it from this dealership.

Here is my story with Denny Menholt. I had my 2021 GMC 1500 AT4 with diesel engine at, RiMrOcK GMC Cadillac of Billings. i got distracted and made the mistake of putting DEF in Fuel. Don't laugh too hard, it happens more than you think. Def in fuel lines can and will crystalize. If it is running it does not take long for it to get in the injectors. GM service bulletin says to replace entire fuel system.
Here is where my frustration come in. Rim Rock wanted me to pay $17,000 and replace entire fuel system without an inspection. My insurance requested picture of fuel system and injector. That to me seams reasonable and fits in that scope of work. Rim Rock would not do that unless insurance pays them another 8 hours for that inspection. In my mind that would take a competent tech 30 minutes. My truck sat for 10 days with nothing done. They had the parts and were ready to do it, but blamed my insurance, nothing happened we were stonewalled !
I was told by RimRock GMC advisor that this could turn into a 2-3 month ordeal. I was told, give me your credit card and we can get started and get you done with $7,500 in parts and 54 HRS in Labor for a cost north of $17,000. Thankfully I had a good rep from Progressive. We coordinated a wrecker and took my pickup from RimRock GMC and dropped it with Denny Menholt. Long story short they did the inspection that day. All was fine and I was under my deductible for a cost of $638. I had my pickup back the next day. it runs perfectly. I trust a competent service department and its Master Diesel techs at Denny Menholt. They are rated #1 in the Pacific Northwest for a reason.
I WILL NEVER LET RIMROCK GMC CADILLAC TOUCH ANY OF MY VEHICLES AGAIN ! I HAD THE OIL CHANGED ON MY JEEP ROCKCRAWLER DONE THERE AT RIMROCK DURING ALL THIS AND THEY DID NOT GREASE ONE ZIRK ANYWHERE ON MY VEHICLE.

Sales Person Ayman was very good but the car couldn't have had the inspection claimed. The windshield water pump did not work, which ended up to be a fuse and the rear wiper blade doesn't clean well because blade is all scarred. Also seats still had spots on them. Car also could have used an alignment. I know, no big deal but not worthy of. 5 stars.

My sincere compliments on the service I received last week on my Silverado. Specifically, I want to mention how the attention given my tires impressed me. The main focus of the service was an oil change and tire rotation, but when I entered my truck to drive away from the dealership, I noticed that the driver's dashboard display was set to the tire pressure readings display (I had not left it there) and all four tires were set to 35 PSI. When I dropped off the truck for the service, I checked the tire pressures (they were 32, 33, 33 and 34 PSI) and made a mental note to even them up when I picked up the truck later. This small detail of bringing all tires to same pressure may seem insignificant, but not to me. It tells me that the attention to detail (even the small details) is important at Denny Menholt Chevrolet and I very much appreciate that fact and it is just one of the reasons why I will never buy another vehicle from anyone but Denny Menholt. I was super appreciative about them getting me in for an oil change and air filter replacement right before leaving for a trip across country and even kept to the price quoted. What I didn't really know was that I apparently took advantage and was spoiled by my usual place. Denny Menholt didn't bother checking any other fluid levels so when the car suddenly tells me I have no more washer fluid and am low on coolant, it's a bit frustrating and kinda scary when you are in the middle of nowhere with a possible coolant issue. I think in the future I will stick with Master Lube who had always made sure all fluids are good and topped off.

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They posted a car saying it has 55k miles, sent it to the bank saying it only had 55k miles BUT it has 109,000 miles so they basically lied to send it to the bank. We drove 4 hours to get the car, they couldn’t find the keys for it, tried showing us other cars that we didn’t want, then brings us paperwork completely different then what they told us. What can I say beside these guys and gals are the absolute BEST in the business! I was on a livestock delivery trip from Michigan to Montana, then back to Michigan. On my way back to MI with 3 sheep on board my livestock trailer, the transmission went out in my 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500HD on a Thursday afternoon. I called Denny Menholt and spoke to Terry in their Service Department. He talked to me and understood my predicament. Though they were scheduling a week and a half out, Terry told they would get me in first thing Friday morning. After getting my truck and trailer towed to Denny Menholt Thursday afternoon, I pulled into their service drive at 6:30am Friday morning. After meeting my Service Advisor, Don King, I was assured they would take care of me right away. Their Technician was on it right away, determined that my initial diagnosis was correct (transmission failure), and went ahead straight away to replace the transmission with a new unit which they had in stock. By 2:30pm that afternoon, my truck a new transmission and I was hooking back up to my trailer and was back on the road! I cannot say enough about their service! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!

Timing, service, friendliness all good. I expressed concern via the online email platform to the dealership and received zero reply in 3 days meaning nobody cares whatsoever. I had a bad experience on my 1st oil change last year where the door was damaged so badly it required a full repaint over 3 days. This was taken care of by the dealership but my observations of fingerprints and handprints on various surfaces of my dirty truck this time shows little concern for the paint job of a 58k truck. I asked for info on warranty ect and received no reply... ultimately I'm inclined to drive to Hardin for service at the nearest Chevy dealership at this point unfortunately. Don't ignore people, and don't treat a 2020 58k pickup like it's a 94 civic POS when it's in your shop would be my advice.

My Service Manager, Scott Girardeau, was great as usual & keeps me up to date when certain maintenance needs to be done at a certain milage!!
What I am not happy with is the basically worthless coupon things I get sent all the time. For example, the one I just tried to use for 10% off the 30k miles service required me to spend over $1200 at that time. I feel like most people can't take advantage of that offer because they spread the costs out between other visits and/or oil changes like I do. Either stop wasting money sending those worthless things out or send some that are more practical such as money off on oil changes, transmission or gear box services, etc or just the 10% off on the total routine service bill. Break it up a little bit.
One other thing, I do feel like oil changes are priced fairly especially for the diesel truck I have, but on the other hand, other routine services like transmission flushes are priced higher then other local shops. For that reason, I will be taking my truck to a local shop to have that & any other routine maintenance things done other then oil changes. After spending over $70k for a truck, seems pretty greedy to charge more then local shops for routine but needed services.

Brought vehicle in due to drivers headlamp intermittently operating. The service tech pulled up the vehicle history and found body repairs, including drivers headlamp had been completed approximately 18 months prior. While it is true I did not own the vehicle when the work was completed. Denny Menholt did the work and it resulted in the problem I experienced. I feel Denny Menholt should have warranted their work and not charged the labor for that repair. My service bill that day was $1,400. The labor to repair the faulty headlight wiring previously repaired by Denny Menholt was slightly over $200. This left me quite uneasy regarding Denny Menholt’s level of quality, commitment to excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction.
3/10/20 Update Service sales Manager called me yesterday. He agreed the Service Department should have honored a warranty on work they performed. He offered to refund the labor charged for that work..

When I went in for my estimate and the day I left my car to be fixed the employees were having their meeting in the waiting area. I found this odd to be having where customers are. The employees occupied all the seats in the waiting area, so I stood at the desk while my stuff was being finished.
The day I dropped my car off to be fixed this happened again! This time I had to wait longer as I had to wait for the car rental company to show up with the rental. The employees occupied all the seats and did not even offer to move so that the CUSTOMER could sit down. Again, I stood at the desk. This was awkward and uncomfortable. When the guy from the rental place came in he looked around seeing all the employees sitting and standing and he said "well I guess we will do this outside." This would not of been a problem except is was below zero. He asked me what was going on and I told him they were having their employee meeting. He told me that was very weird, awkward and unprofessional that we couldn't conduct our business inside. You would think that your employees would have some manners and offer your paying customers a place to sit.
For this lack of being professional, I would suggest someone to go somewhere else more professional.

I am from Kentucky but living and working in Colstrip Montana for the last 5 years. I bought my 2016 Silverado new from Denny Mendholt and have had all the services done there. They have really good to work with on several occasions as I was ready for a service at the same time of a planned trip back home. On departure day I will leave my pickup at the airport, they will pick it up do the service while I'm gone and keep it until I fly back and on my arrival date it is waiting at the airport parking lot for me. This saves me a 2 hour drive and a wasted day for a service if I couldn't have it done this way and like I said they have done it for several services. Very pleased.

We have used the same salesman, service employee, & body shop employee for about 6 years. They are truly wonderful with everything from purchasing a vehicle to maintenance to repairs. They do offer a shuttle service when have vehicle maintenance or repairs done they will drive you to your desired location then just give them a call & they will pick you back up. The waiting area is clean, quiet, & well stocked with coffee, water, & cookies.

Quick painless car buy with a down to Earth sales professional (Ben)! I called ahead of arrival and they had the car inside the shop/showroom waiting for me when I got there which was nice because there was a blowing rain, snow mix outside. Ben didn't pressure me or try to sell me on the car, he just answered questions and gave information, looked up stuff as needed. He didn't let me walk out the door with a deal I wasn't pleased with. I would recommend test driving with Ben if you are looking for a car. *Also the play area for kids was something I really appreciated having available while I was doing the paperwork. I LOVE these guys! I've had a couple of complicated problems with my new Cadillac XTS, and both times the service consultants and techs have gone above and beyond to diagnose and fix the problem. There is a bit of a wait sometimes to get an appointment in the service department, but once there, they're all about my car. And I just figure the wait might mean they have other satisfied customers. Haven't had a consultant yet I wasn't totally pleased with.
I've also used their body shop and can't say enough about the pride they take in doing quality and precision work. (Yay! to Ron and his crew!)

Promptly got my vehicle in and diagnosed went above and beyond. Contacted my extended warranty haggled with them to take my 5200 dollar bill down to 604. Not only diagnosed the original transmission problem the team went through and found all issues including a few seals that needed replaced. Even tho more cost were acquired that weren't covered he just handled them. He knew I had three kids made sure I had a loaner car waiting at no cost to me. The loaner car was a brand new Tahoe. My car wasn't expected to be done until end of next week he talked to his foreman and had it back in my possession the day after the transmission arrived. He's incredibly pleasant and easy to work with if only his cashier department had the same joy and Christmas cheer. We were traveling home to Wisconsin from our vacation in Olympic National Park when we came out of our hotel in Missula to hit the road again we realize that we had a nail in our tire long story short after 1 can of fix a flat, 2 stops to put more air in the tire and 2 walmarts telling us it would be at least a 3-4 hr wait we pulled in to this dealership for one last ditch effort to avoid adding an extra day to our travels home and losing our hotel reservations in Rapid City SD lucky for us at 2:30pm on the Saturday of 4th of July weekend they were still open got our vehicle right in to the shop everyone was very friendly they set us up in their waiting with complimentary coffee and bottled water within an hour or two they pulled our vehicle out told us the tire was all patched up and they replaced the valve steam which was cracked and to top it all off they didn't charge us a dime for the time they spent fixing our tire! Turns out that the fuel pumps fail when it's 105 outside. We towed our truck to the dealership where they diagnosed it. Unfortunately it was the end of the day and they were about to go enjoy their holiday as well. Turns out they offered a fair price for our truck on trade for a new one and fit us back on the road. We couldn't have asked for better service.

I made a mistake. I just bought my first new car in 25 years. Signed the papers in the dark and drove away in a dirty new car. (They promised a wash if I brought it in) The next nice day I washed the car myself only to find a “swirl” in the paint on the front bumper. It looks like a series of round shapes. You can only see it if you look in sunshine and from an angle but then becomes very noticeable. I called the dealership and wanted it repaired as the car is only a few days old and had only 72 miles. I was advised that I had taken possession and the damage was now my responsibility.
I am very disappointed. The Denny Menholt staff was very kind during the sale but turned to stone after the deal. I tolerated the Bait and Switch with the financing, I half expected that, but this is just wrong. Lesson learned…do not trust them and carefully examine the car before you take possession.
I now notice a whistle from the front window on the highway. I wonder how much this new car is going to cost me in repairs. I think I will call the dealership in Laurel and ask if they can help.

I actually loved my experience at Denny Menholt Chevrolet. Before 6/28/18, every car purchasing experience had been a nightmare for me. Months before, I met Tony, and he showed me cars to test drive in a very low pressure, kind way. He went out of his way to help me then (coming in outside business hours, so we were ensured enough time with the automobile).
Even though I didn't purchase that day, I knew I needed him to help me, so I located Tony's business card I had kept safe, and I emailed him. The whole process was easy with Tony. Heck, I even felt that everyone there cared and had a smile! Wryatt (sp?) was super helpful when it came time to actually making the deal, and he made an experience I loathed bearable.
I left Denny Menholt's with a full tank of gas and a smile. It was pretty late in the evening, so Tony had me bring back my new car the next day for a full wash inside and out, and I even got a pretty cool gift. I would highly recommend them there! And this is coming from someone who always shops online to avoid the hassle and the pressure of salespeople.

The amount of used car selection Denny Menholt chevy had was awesome. Sales man Malik was a funny, easy to talk with, and about business very solid sales man. Now service was great to, found the car I wanted needed a front bumper put on that had been ordered already just havent had time to install. From one GM tr h to another Devin a service tech got the bumper put it and looked perfect, thank you very much Devin clean work. General sales manager Jason was awesome to work with. Very impressed with the dealership and got to experience more then one department.

I had my washer fluid pump randomly go out in my 2016 Colorado. They were able to get my truck in right away on my appointment. An hour and a half later and a cookie eaten, the problem was solved. No cost under warranty. Never had a bad service while taking my truck there.

My last car buying experience was good. My salesman was friendly and not pushy. The sales manager was someone I had worked with before at another affiliated dealership, and liked working with him. I was a little disappointed when they said they would detail my new purchase and fix a few small things. They said they would pick it up, and I ended up having to bring it down myself. When I got it back, it was still dirty and still had scratches that were supposed to be fixed contingent to the sale. I see alot of mixed reviews, and was bothered by one in peticular where a salesman texted inappropriate things to a potential customer. I will continue to at least shop thru them, and we'll see how the service goes with my latest buy

We broke down on the side of 94 in miles city. Got a tow to the dealer at 3:30pm when they closed at 5:00 pm and they had our honda pilot with a new alternator on the road and running by 4:45 pm. Chris Brewer was our sales serviceman and he was helpful with us until we were on our way. Good mechanics and sales people. Would definitely recommend a fix here if you are in the situation. I had a mirror replaced, and my wife is the one that had to go in and have them install it. It was still a bunch of snow on the ground it was really cold out and we have three little kids. So they let my wife Drive in the heated Bay and get the kids out to go wait inside. Upon leaving the had the vehicle inside as well and helps my wife get the kids in. That was very nice of them and I really appreciate the guys that helped her with the kids. You don't get that kind of service much anymore anywhere. And it's very sad. Well, after having some unfortunate luck with the first car I bought, yesterday I traded in the one I was having problems with for a similar make and model. My salesman Josh Hansen helped me out through the last couple of months with whatever I needed(even when I thought I was being an over needy customer haha). At one point Josh even drove my car for a little while to see what was acting up. Which then leads me to Levi Moulton back in the Service Department who was always getting my car and keeping me in the loop what was happening every step of the way. The weather outside is below zero and the fan for my heater went out in my work truck. I went there on a Thursday afternoon around 3:30 pm. I let a man named Stew in the service department take a look at my problem. Not only did he fix the problem but also found a leak on my water pump and had the parts to replace it so no further damage would be done. When I first came there I was helped by Jaime Figueroa and he was very helpful and answered all my questions, the next night I went back to see a couple more vehicles and Jaime was with someone and passed me over to Jeff Crocker. Jeff was very pushy, and was not upfront and honest with me, there was a orange vehicle I wanted to look at and Jeff told me that oh well you can never trust whats on the website we don't even have that vehicle in.and come to find out IT WAS IN and was sold that following Saturday!..he also was not honest with me about prices and what vehicle was going to be overall, he seemed more concerned about getting me down there to pick up this vehicle. The most disturbing issue I had with Jeff was the night I met him he gave me his card and said to call if I had questions, that evening I started to receive texts from him that said I was sexy and he wanted to kiss my kissable lips and how hot I was, he told me he had just moved here from Great Falls and was very unhappy in his relationship, he even went as far as to text me his schedule....While he was texting I was very taken aback and felt very uncomfortable, my responses were thank you and what not cause what else do you say? especially when a sales man is suppose to be professional!! This made me very uncomfortable I couldn't imagine going on a test drive with him because I wouldn't feel safe. My mom and step dad have bough ten numerous NEW vehicles thru Denny Menholdt thru the years and when my mom asked why I was never ever going back to them I told her what Jeff had done. She called and spoke to Emmett and after much much talking into from my mom I went down and dealt with Jeremy Martinez. Jeremy was fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful, he made the buying process very easy and wasn't pushy at all. Thanks to Jeremy and Emmett my future car buying with Denny Menholdt wasn't killed by Jeff. But I would be sure to tell people to never deal with Jeff . Period.

I have been more than impressed with the services provided at Denny Menholt Chevrolet. When I bought my Chevy Captiva my sales representative wasn't pushy (and that is soo nice!) but very informative and encouraging.
My first oil change was quick and FREE. I left my veichle with the sevice center and they left it for me to pick up later that day. When it was time for my second oil change, also FREE (yay!), the service center found two small holes in my tire :( ! They were more than happy to fix those for FREE too. This may be associated with the added "warrenty" coverage(I think...I'm no car person) that I purchased when I bought the car but regardless everyone likes to hear, "Oh, no worries it's free" when you're having your car serviced!
My wait was longer than expected because of the holes in my tire but it was a comfortable wait....
In the waiting room they provided a toy room for my 2 year old daughter. And there happen to be a little girl there to play with, so I didn't have to listen to her fuss and cry because she was bored. Chevy provided bottled water and fresh cookies, multiple flat screens, fire place, reading material, and an ICE CREAM CART with MUSIC HA HA! it was hilarious seeing the cart come through. Several of the older clients waiting enjoyed it most, but my daughter was more than thrilled.
We went home happy. Thank you Chevy - impressed!

Arrived late morning on a Friday with a major emission component failure (under warranty). Service writer Daryll South was able to arrange the schedule so a tech could work Friday afternoon and Saturday to get us back on the road ASAP - we were on a trip towing a 5th wheel back home to Michigan. Shop Forman Stu Smith arranged for us to park the trailer in the car lot for the duration. Even provided us with a power outlet for 120v power. We were provided a rental car for the duration. Shop Tech Cale Cottrill was very forthcoming on the job scope and expected timing of repair. He completed job within 2 hours of expected time which I feel is very good on a job that requires removal of truck cab. We were able to leave dealership late Saturday afternoon and arrived home in Michigan with no further problems.
