I just bought my first new vehicle at this dealership and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I’ve been waiting for my order for months and the sales representative I worked with, Jake, kept me updated throughout the entire process with the order. He was able to answer all of my questions especially when my order changed from a 21’ to a 22’ model and was very upfront with making sure I knew what the dealer had to offer. He also made sure I had plenty of chances to see what arrived on the lot so I knew what to expect with my order when it came in. I always would of thought my first new vehicle was going to be a very stressful experience but Jake made sure everything was smooth sailing. I recommend any of my family or friends to this dealer now anytime I hear them mention about needing a vehicle!

Absolutely excellent service from Frank, ask for him as soon as you walk in. Bought two mustang Mach e vehicles from him, a premium for the wife and a GT Performance for me. For the GT, he didn’t have it when we bought the premium, but he kept me posted on when he would get one. Frank was always upfront, honest, and extremely knowledgeable on his vehicles. Prices were great, no absurd markups that can be seen at other dealers. Would recommend him to any friends and family looking for their next vehicles.

I just purchased my 2020 Ram 2500 over the weekend that was recently traded in here at Koons. My salesman Jacob, was great, he answered all my questions and was super helpful and understanding of my situation since I lived out of state. I was able to get everything done quickly and professionally. Steve was the finance manager I worked with. Again, he was super professional and understanding. I was targeting a very specific vehicle, the 2022 BMW X5 Vermillion Edition. The only one I could find available for sale anywhere on the internet was at Koons Ford of Baltimore, which created some challenges as I am in Wisconsin. I inquired thru the Auto Trader app, and received a text message reply back in a matter of minutes. I assumed that the reply was computer generated as my inquiry was late at night. It turned out that the reply was actually from one of the Koons sales people, Shar. Shar confirmed that the BMW was available, and over the next several days we were able to work a deal remotely, which included a trade of my 2020 Infiniti. To top it all off, Shar met me at the dealership on a Sunday evening to make the exchange of vehicles as my schedule was very tight. We made the drive from Wisconsin to Baltimore and needed to get back on the road as soon as possible. I have bought many cars in my life, but Shar was easily the most accommodating sales person I have ever worked with. He was immediately responsive, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. I was reluctant to buy a vehicle without seeing it first, while committing to trade the vehicle I had. Shar earned my business thru his efforts. I would absolutely work with Shar and Koons Ford of Baltimore again.

Koons was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I purchased 100% remote mostly over email communication simply due to my schedule. My salesman Pete D was great, sending videos and answering questions at odd hours of the evening as my time allowed. The vehicle was exactly as advertised. Their lenders got me a better interest rate than my credit union. The sales manager and quality control manager both checked in frequently through the process to make sure I was being attended to. The transaction could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend.

PHENOMINAL dealership and salesman Derek! Bought the car sight unseen and drove all the way from Sheboygan, Wisconsin to get it and they had the car all ready to go - literally in and out in 45 minutes. They even let us bring our dog inside (we had to take her with us) and gave her water and treats! They also found us a lower interest rate than what we had been previously approved for with our other lender so SCORE!!! Koons Ford is the best, highly recommended. If I could give 10 stars I would.

There was no extra pressure to buy onto anything I didn't want and he even came in on his day off to make sure my vehicle would be ready for transport back to my home. My interaction with the general manager Dennis Koulatsos was great as well. When I had to wait a bit longer than anticipated for financing terms because of a high volume through the dealership that day, both Dennis and Robert reached out to me and worked through the entire process quickly and easily. I was recently in an accident and my car was a total loss. I live in Ga. David is someone I have known a long time. I remember he worked for a dealership. And I was in need to get back into a vehicle. So I got in touch with David and explained to him what I wanted and He was very reassuring he would be able to assist me. And that same day he sent me two pictures of the cars close to what I told him I told him I want the Black one. To my surprise David call me and said I got denied due to my car was showing up. I explained that it was a total loss, He went back to working on it again he calls me back an hour or so. Letting me know I got approved with multiple banks. I was in shock and amazed at what I really got... I wanted a 2015 CR-V black what i thought was great But know i was blessed to be able to get a 2022 escape. This is my first time in my life I own a car that i got to drive off the lot that I'm the only owner. I know this is a long review I want you to know why I will send everyone to David.....He is patient, caring, he listens to you and he makes sure that you are in something that you can afford and that you like what you got. He knowledgeable, and not one of them pushy type sales person. Because I'm out of state the whole transaction went so easy the paperwork was compete the next day and two days later I was flying to Maryland to pickup my car. I would say the sales team is very good. I would give them 5 stars. The service on the other hand is horrific. I would give them 1 out of 5 stars. The dealer was quick to get things done when it was paid work such as extras; but horrific when it was warranty work. We have a 2020 F150 with under 30k miles on it; still under warranty. Made an appointment to bring it into service bec of a check engine light for P00073 which is ambient air temp. When we took it in they said it would take 2 or 3 days to repair and diagnose and we would have to leave the truck. 2-3 days with an appointment is a joke; and who can be without the car for 2-3 days... We ordered the part on amazon for 15 bucks and called it a day.

Within 10 minutes of making an inquiry online, David from sales contacted us. David and his manager worked the next few days trying to locate an Explorer ST equipped as we wanted. Other dealerships were contacted coming close but not totally equipped as we wanted. We discussed ordering but the uncertainty of delivery did not excite us. David contacted us, sent a video of an ST of a different color but we went to look at it in person traveling from PA. It only took a few moments of looking at the Explorer and we were sold. As this was not our first encounter with Koons, as our last purchase was an F250 Superduty and we have ONLY used Koons service department for it when needed as they have always been straightforward, friendly we knew we were going back to Koons for this purchase. Additionally, Steve who handled our paperwork remembered us from the F250 sale as he recalled specific conversation we had back then. David our salesman went beyond what you normally get at most dealerships. He was apologetic about not being able to secure the color we wanted, but on instinct did the video of one that was brought in from their Falls Church dealership and it worked. We never hesitate to recommend Koons service department and we will let others know to ask for Dave in sales.

I am leaving for vacation on Saturday at 5 am. My wife saw a large puddle of coolant on our garage floor on Tuesday. I then called Ben and told him the situation. He told me to bring it in. I had a wonderful experience with Koons Ford of Baltimore’s sales agent, Niq Lee with our purchase of a Ford Escape over the holiday weekend. Initially we were disappointed with the model we first thought we wanted as it didn’t have all the options we wanted and thus were expecting to buy a very different vehicle from another dealer. Then Niq called back on Monday morning to say that not only did they have another model with all the options we wanted but that Ford was offering a significant loyalist price reduction. I went to test drive the vehicle and it had all the option requested. The only problem was that my wife was working and needed to see the vehicle. Niq was able to come with me to where my wife worked and show her all the options. That made the sale by going over and beyond expectations. Well done Niq. Just shows how a simple follow up can change a sales decision completely.

My experience with Koons Ford of Baltimore has been the first drop on a rollercoaster. Initially, the car transaction was very smooth. Denard in sales and Christine in finance were very patient and willing to work with me to find a vehicle that fit my style and budget. I was and am super grateful to them for that and was elated to continue working with them if need be. I had a bit of work that needed to be done to the vehicle cosmetically and was written in a “You Owe/We Owe” contractual agreement between the dealership and I, and needed to set a time to get it done—post purchase (I had to rush off to work after the car purchase). Since the day of purchase, customer service with this location has dropped drastically from Denard in the sales department communicating with me in such a short, agitated and impatient tone whenever we spoke (literally had him on speaker one time and someone else was concerned about who I was on the phone with because of the way he was speaking to me) and the RUN AROUND with getting the OWED work done on my vehicle between the service and sales department not communicating. This added to the a 3-5 day diagnostic for basic maintenance issues with no offer of a loaner vehicle, (my vents went out within two weeks of purchase) has been so stressful. My initial intent was to write a raving review on Denard’s behalf after the promised work was done because he was so amiable during our initial interactions. Attempting to get and complete my experience and service here to write a fantastic review has been months long of a process and I hate that it’s not 5 stars. I sincerely drove off of the lot expecting the experience that I had with purchasing to follow through with everything else as the standard of Koons of Baltimore; however it’s been anything but and that’s disappointing.

See bye to my S400, and bought this 2019 Toyota Sienna. I found this super good deal online. So I called Koons Ford of Baltimore and scheduled a visit with Mr. Ray Mclaughlin who is a super nice and professional salesman. He held the car for me because I was a little over one hours away from there. He negotiated a great trade in price for my Mercedes S400 and a super good deal for the Sienna. The car was in great condition. The next day, I took the car to the Toyota Dealer next to my home and they quote me a buy back price which was only 1000 dollars less than what I paid for (because I was thinking should I get the 2021 next Sienna, I decided to keep this 2019). Right before the guy told me the buy back price, he said you knew that you are gona lose 25% of what you just paid right? lol. Any ways, I had a great experience with the dealership and especially Ray. Ray did everything for me. I could not find my pay off letter from the bank and the title of my S400. Ray took care of all those problems for me. Basically Ray did everything in his power to make this pleasure transaction quick and smooth. I would recommend Ray to everyone who is looking for a car.

I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what i wanted, what i wanted to spend, and i am very picky about what i find on a potential used vehicle i buy. I met Pete Dixon who was my salesman and he walked me right over to the vehicle that i found online and we went for a drive. It was enjoyable but i have past bad experience with used vehicles so i asked if i could take it to an independent garage and let them inspect it. I asked them if anything was wrong would they be willing to fix it at no cost and that was no problem at all. We received the vehicle back from the garage and there was not a single thing wrong with it it was in stupendous shape! I checked the KBB Value on the vehicle and it was spot on with the sticker price for the vehicle. When we got to talking about numbers i told them i was concerned about how much the sales tax was going to add to the price of the vehicle and they were even willing to drop the price a bit so i could work that in better. This dealership does not rush you, they don't make you feel bad for walking away from a deal, they made me feel like they truly wanted my business and in a market where i can very easily drive a half our to another dealership that is a welcomed change. The Manager who's name escapes me at this time is friendly, fun, and understanding. If i had a million dollars i think i might spend it all here at this dealership. He took the time to explain the vehicle to me, and considering I have been researching for a while now, I could tell he actually knew the model and options. Why 4 stars and not 5? I was attempting to register the vehicle in a state that is not common for dealers in the area. I was very up front over the phone and in person about exactly how I have successfully navigated the process before. I was very patient and allowed the sales team to take their time getting everything right. It took about 3 hrs to get into the signing process. Once in the signing room, my trade wasn’t listed, once listed, the price was about $600 lower than agreed upon. It was fixed with little hassle, but it was frustrating. There was also a problem with one specific discount that was agreed upon during the negotiation. That was also fixed, but after about 10 minutes of back and forth. In the end, I got a great vehicle at the agreed upon price, which happened to be the lowest in the region! I arrived at the store at 930am and was on the road at 430pm. I appreciate the effort and professionalism of the whole team. I would buy from koons again, but next time they get 2 hrs max.

My entire experience at Koon's Ford was excellent. I live in TN and experienced entirely too much nonsense dealing with local Ford dealerships. As I still wanted to obtain a new truck, I used the internet to look eastward for a dealership from which to purchase the truck. I finally called Koon's and spoke with Mr. Brendon Thomas. Immediately, I was impressed by his honest and direct demeanor. I determined from that first contact that Koon's Ford would be the dealership from which I would purchase my new truck. A one week period passed between my initial contact and the purchase. During such period, I kept in frequent communication with Brendon and one of the finance managers, Chris Brown. Both parties quickly and completely provided me with all of the information which I needed. After initially stating that I intended to rent a car and drive to Baltimore, Mr. Thomas proposed that he would personally pick me up if I were to fly or otherwise travel by public means to Baltimore. I accepted his generous offer as that created a much easier circumstance for me. I initially informed him that I would arrive in Baltimore by bus. On the day of my departure, Mr. Thomas clearly reminded me to use not only his office phone and email (as we had been for our communication) but also his cellular number for texting. After realizing late in the evening of my departure that my bus option was not tenable (as it was many hours delayed in reaching my origination point), I had to adjust and travel to an interim location from which I would travel by train. As a result, I communicated the new plan for departure with Brendon up until 10:00 pm that night. I arrived in Baltimore several hours late but not withstanding, Mr. Thomas was at my new arrival point. He had even brought me some lunch! He transported me to the dealership, and walked me through several key aspects of the truck that I would need prior to driving it back to TN. After telling him, that I was not very used to driving in heavier traffic, Mr. Thomas showed me how to exit onto a side road of the dealership and then used google maps to show me my best options (given traffic conditions) for traveling out of the Baltimore / DC area. In keeping with my wishes to be on my way as efficiently as possible, Mr. Brown (who had previously sent me all relevant documentation for my review) facilitated my completion of all needed documentation. His competency may be well observed and I certify that my trip to Koon's Ford was the quickest and most efficient experience that I have ever had. After completing all paperwork, Mr. Thomas had my truck (fully fueled and detailed) waiting at the side exit to Koon's. I left after an approximate 40 minute total stay. Again, I have never been a party to such an efficient experience. All parties at Koon's wished me well on my lengthy trip home and Mr. Thomas asked that I text him when I made it safely back. I have told many of my friends and co-workers about my experience. If there is one improvement that I can discern out of my experience (and a specific that I recommend to them), it is that one should attempt to purchase the vehicle beforehand (say by a month) from our location in TN and then travel to Baltimore via a flight obtained well in advance (to take possession of the vehicle). In doing so, one could obtain a very reasonable airfare. I sincerely hope that Ford Motor Company takes notice of these ramblings of an extremely pleased customer. I truly hope that the two employees discussed in this review are given notice for their excellent service. In particular, I cannot provide enough praise for Mr. Thomas.

Tiny things like a broken heated driver seat or a partially broken aftermarket DVD player I suppose can be overlooked. I did get a full tank of gas. It would have been nice to have a little something knocked off the price for the mishaps, but to be fair I drove there late and didn't realize about the seat until later. (It was Summertime) The other initial issue was how confusing all of the tech was, having never owned a Honda before. But after driving in it and going through most of the menus I can say some mysteries have been solved. Overall I think I will be happy with the pre-owned van I got from here. For now still getting used to it though.

I've bought 2 vehicles from there, and they were great to work with for the sales (no surprise there for a dealership!). My car has been there going on 2 months for a simple bumper replacement and roof rack recall in their service and body shop. I have been told 3x now that my car was done, but it isn't actually done. We went to pick up my car, and the recall was not actually done, so we had to leave it. It's extremely frustrating to be told your vehicles done, and ride the 35+ minutes there for it to not actually be ready. I'd recommend the dealership if you are looking to get a vehicle, but not their service center.

Candidly, before working with Mark Drahuschak in Service, I wouldn't have have recommended Koons to anyone for anything service related. The Service Advisor I worked with prior to Mark released a vehicle to me that was still damaged, promising to correct it, then left his position at the dealership with no follow-up or notes regarding the challenges I had, leaving my Company to pay out of pocket for a windshield replacement. This was also after no assistance from another new Service Advisor to the team, Micah. However, ever since working with Mark, he has been wonderful. We had 4 fleet vehicles with failed transmissions at the end of the year. Mark was able to get estimates in a timely manner for us and have all repairs completed by Dec 31, as promised. He is a pleasure to work with and a great partner. Thank you, Mark!

My wife and I were in the market for a new Super Duty. We have bought our previous two vehicles from The same dealership but never previously worked with Frank J. We sat down in March of 2021 and ordered a new F-350. Frank was very knowledgeable and was a huge help when going over options and available features tailored to how we planned to use our new super duty. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO We bought our newest family vehicle at this dealership. The experience had its pros and cons. Pros: Great inventory considering the market right now Clean facility Shar, the rep who helped us, was really great. He listened, he was patient, and he was not the pushy type. Their vehicles are not terribly priced, as many others are. Koons held closely to MSRP. That said: Cons: Why does every dealership need to make it so uncomfortable? *sigh* The finance section lied to us, to run our credit. Know your homework before you go. If you already have your own financing or pay method set up, they CANNOT and do not need to, run your credit. When they asked for our credit information, we first declined by letting them know we were already prepared with financing. (Bonus for us right? Thought it would save time but WRONG). The finance person told us that it was “something they kind of had to do” “the IRS needs it for transactions over 10k” etc… for made up reasons. So with doubt, we turned over a SSN to them. Sure enough today, we received mail notification of their credit inquiry results DESPITE us telling them we had no interest in financing with them, we had it already taken care of. So, if you’re in the market, check out their inventory and talk to Shar. Just be prepared that the other guys are way pushier and if you’ve already got financing set up, don’t worry about providing your SSN. It may be required on CASH purchases for their tax documenting purposes but if you’ve got a bank check then you’re already verified, they’re just trying to work you out of that financing and into their own.

This is the second truck i bought from Koons in as many months. I had some problems with the first one that were not the fault if the dealer. It takes time to work through problems. In the final analysis i can say a few things about koons are they perfect, no. Neither are our children or the weather. Koons in the end, put a great deal of effort into making our deals work out fairly and within a reasonable amount of time, considering the problems with shipping supply chains etc. Key points Erik Diaz put a lot of effort into making things right, Erik picked me up from my home to get my truck He dropped off my spare key to my home He always took my phone calls He always returned my texts He relayed anything necessary to the finance manager or sales manager Tim Robertson another great guy, and the general manager Dennis who is also really easy to make things work. So if you are reading this and you think they aren't doing things fast enough, I understand... but trust me in the end they will make it right. This has been my personal experience.

The only thing negative about this experience to deduct one star, which had nothing to do with David or Chris, is the car detail staff didn’t provide the best cleaning service of the car. Pollen, dust, streaks on the interior and glass. David did the best he could to wipe these off himself, but the detail staff should’ve taken better care of this. Definitely will be doing a better clean up of the car myself.

Saturday April 10, 2021 was an awesome car shopping day! Been looking with my wife at purchasing a used 2019 Ford F-150 for several weeks. Did my research and saw many advertised at other dealerships. Koons Ford of Baltimore uploaded a new used 2019 Ford F-150 truck to their website with no pictures and very little info about the truck with a nice price point. Called the dealership and Michelle M. answered the call. She was very honest in telling me she was not familiar with all the features on the vehicle due to just being added to their inventory. After telling her I lived an hour and a half away, she offered to locate and hold the keys to give us first choice of purchase until we were able to make it to the dealership a couple of hours later. What a nice gesture. No one wants to travel a distance only to find out the vehicle was sold 5 minutes earlier. Surprises were around every corner, no back and forth with multiple sales managers. The vehicle was in pristine condition with many more features then we were expecting. They definitely wowed us with a no hassle WOW! Price. Steve A., finance manager, was very helpful and secured a great finance rate for us. The whole experience took about 2 hours. Thanks Koons Ford of Baltimore for a great experience. One suggestion, after the deal has been made please lock the vehicle. When we were leaving potential customers were still getting in the vehicle in hopes of purchasing.

Real Life Heroes Lurking in The Service Department! I'm in town on business, and this evening, my rental care (spoiler alert--NOT a Ford) began signaling the air pressure in my tires was low. I went to 3 gas stations before I even found one with a "working" air pump--and then it turned out that it actually let more air out of the tires. Desperate, and with one tire nearly flat, I looked next door--and saw the Koons dealership. I didn't necessarily expect they'd help me--I wasn't purchasing a car or service; I wasn't a prior customer; my rental car wasn't even a Ford. But I had to try. And I lucked out, big time. As soon as I explained my situation, Mark Drahuschak stopped what he was doing and quickly brought my car into the garage. He checked the tire pressure, filled all 4 tires up to the recommended level, and wished me a Happy Holidays to boot! I couldn't be more grateful--and I only wish I lived in Baltimore so I could purchase my next car at Koons Ford of Baltimore. If that's the service they offer a stranger in dire straits, just imagine the kind of service an actual customer receives!

Erik from Koons Ford of Baltimore went above and beyond to make sure that my experience with this dealership was nothing short of exceptional. When I showed up I wanted to work with someone experienced and who really knew the vehicles. That guy was Erik. He answered all my questions and was super nice throughout the whole process. Now this is where he went above and beyond. There was a small issue with the Explorer and I wanted it taken care of right away. This review is regarding my experience here while buying a 2021 Mustang Mach-E. I called many, I do mean many dealerships who listed them on their website and ended up not having them in stock. I found Koons who had a few in stock. I originally had my eye on the Mustang Mach E Premium, but found a Select with same options (minus the moon roof, which I didn't want anyways). Anyways, when I got there, Shar was the person I spoke to and was very helpful. I think he was new, but did his best to let me see the car. He even showed me a GT variant, but the color was just not what I was looking for. So I ended up getting the Select variant. Very happy with that. Car was charged to 100% and it drove home like a champ. I don't remember the name of the person who "did the final paperwork" but that process was also very smooth and fast. The only thing I did not like is that he kept trying to get me to finance through the dealership when I did not want to as I had my own financing. Had to mention it a few times that I was happy with what I had. No a big deal. I did trade in a 2017 Kia Niro FE and on their site they offered me $15 and some change. When I got there, the number was lower. The car was mint (really) and it was a haggle to get it back to $15k. But we all got there eventually. I mean, c'mon... But again, just a haggle... After buying the car, there was also no one who knew how to set up the car with the phone. When I bought my wife a 21 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid the Chrysler dealership walked us through from downloading the app to adding the car to showing us all the features and benefits. The Mustang Mach E comes with 2 years of free electric through the app from participating stations and no one knew about that (amongst other things). So I wish there would have been a bit more knowledge on that side from Ford. Lastly, the Mustang was listed above MSRP. I get the whole shortage of everything, but it just sounds like a legal way to scalp a car? I don't know. That felt off. Will follow up with a follow up review at a later time.

Koons Ford serviced my 2015 Ford Explorer last week. Not sure why but they did have to wait on parts in order to complete the job. Fortunately I had Ford ESP so they got me a rental while my vehicle was being serviced. They even sent a Lyft to take me to the rental office. The work done was pretty extensive. I have had it back for several days now and the issues seem to be fine. My only issue was I felt I was not being kept up to date on the status while they had my vehicle. I made them aware of my feelings on that and they promised to do better and did. Overall it was not a bad experience.

Where do I begin? I wanted to purchase a Ford F-150 for some time and I did some research on which model to get, what engine size, what package, etc. When I was ready to move to the next step, I reached out to Koons Ford of Baltimore and I wasn’t disappointed. It started with my sales associate, Ben Startt. He helped me choose which package would fit what I was looking for, what features would be best suited, and was very understanding and patient with me. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different models and packages that can come with the F-150. He spent several weeks looking out for the perfect truck that he knew I would like. Once he found it, he contacted me and held the truck. Once there, he spent time going over all of the specs and features. I had a budget on what I wanted to spend and he kept to that limit, never once pushing me to overextend myself. His sales manager Mark, was very helpful and worked to get the price down to where I needed to be. Once we agreed on the price, Ben was quick with getting all of the paper work ready and sent to the finance department. Matt in finance, was very helpful in explaining each detail about the transaction and was very thorough with all of the paperwork. The truck I purchased wasn’t ready to take delivery that evening so I was given a loaner truck and was told it would be ready in a couple days. Two days later, Ben brought my new truck to my house and made sure everything was done to my liking. If that’s not customer service, then I don’t know what is. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, Ben, Mark, and Matt from Koons Ford of Baltimore are the people you need to see!

We've been long time customers of Koons Ford of Baltimore and have always taken our vehicles to Koons for service - both general and warranty maintenance and any of those occasional, non-scheduled maintenance needs. Such was the recent visit necessitated by a check engine light. The error code read by our own OBD II reader code indicated a small fuel evap system leak.So, we took our 2013 Taurus to KFoB to see what was the real source of the problem. Our service writer, John, was very professional and understanding of our situation. However, he was also very much up front in letting us know that these problems can be, well, a "bear" to find and with the current supply chain problems, obtaining needed parts *could* also be a problem. Appreciating John's honest assessment, we left the car at the dealership on a Friday to start the diagnostic process. The short story was that the service tech uncovered the root cause of the issue (evap valve) the following day. We were also informed that the car could be ready for pickup by Tuesday, possibly by Monday. As luck would have it, the car was repaired and readied for pickup mid-day Monday -- YAY!! Another great experience we had with KFoB service -- trained personnel, good parts inventory and professional and courteous service. Why we keep coming back to KFoB for all of service needs!!

After getting the run-around from a number of other dealers, I found Koons Ford in a search for a specific vehicle. Not only did they have a great selection, but they also had their "WOW" price, which is a price you'd be lucky to negotiate even close to at any other dealer. After contacting them, Mr. Jeff Watkins was assigned as my salesperson. At every step of the way during a long-distance transaction, he answered every question I had and even spent time dealing with my Credit Union rep. in order to secure my financing. After securing my vehicle with no security deposit, I drove down 4 hours from NY to pick up the vehicle. Having wanted a manual Mustang for a few years, I had very little experience in one. First, Jeff took me for a test drive to ascertain my skill (not much). He then drove it and showed me some pointers, after which we switched and I drove again as he pointed things out. After pushing the finance and service department and getting everything set, he then took me out for another drive to make sure I was comfortable and give me some more tips. All of that work really paid off, because I wound up driving home through the Metropolitan NY area in the teeth of Friday's 5pm rush hour without any problems (ok, I stalled once; go ahead, laugh). Even with 10 hours of driving to finalize the transaction, I felt it worth it for the service and attention Mr. Jeff Watkins and Koons Ford of Baltimore provided.

Had a great experience buying my 2015 Mustang GT from Koons. They gave me an upfront price way lower than any other dealership within a few hundred miles with no haggling. I was a little apprehensive buying since I live in Vermont, and I wasn't sure if they were going to stick to the price they gave me over email when I actually got to Baltimore. I was also worried that they would sell the specific car I wanted before I could get to the dealership. But they were true to their word and honored the price we had agreed upon with zero hassle. There was very little pressure to purchase extended warranties and add ons when I signed the papers. Koons also gave me a very low interest rate on my financing. I checked with three banks and credit unions and they came in lower than any of them. I honestly think the buying experience couldn't have been any better, they made it as easy as picking up a rental car. In fact I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes. My salesman, Fred McGuire, was super helpful and great to work with and even picked me up at the airport. I love my new car and I'll definitely be buying my next one from them!

I should agree they don't push you to buy the car, and if you feel you don't want to buy they don't push you away. I had a great experience here and I would surely recommend Koons to my friends and family. Recently, I had a small issue with the new car I bought in January. My gears were not shifting smoothly on 3rd gear. I went into Koons for the routine checkup and they suggested that, it could be due to the computer not adapting to my driving style.
