I ended up deciding to go with a 4Runner and I could not be happier about that decision. I just hit 6k and already this machine has taken me on so many adventures and to some incredible sights. Can I say how pleased I am with my experience. I went into the whole situation without high expectations. Christopher Munden was my salesperson. I didn't expect to get what I wanted off the lot. I told him what I was looking for, New Tacoma SR5, V6 with power drivers seat. We drove a 2020 that had these things. Certified with low miles. And it was even in white which was one of my color preferences. I was sold. I added the platinum warranty which is better than a new car warranty. The transaction was easy. Financing was easier and quicker than my experience with Autonation Honda last year.

Convenient to my home. The service client was very friendly and warm, knowledgeable and took the time to show me services/repairs needed and explain them (and even offered to have me bring my son in as a new driver and show him basic car maintenance). Forgot to do the car wash included with the service/coupon however :/ 10.20.2021 They made this right and good customer service is rare! Thank you so much Rich and Lee of Rick Hendrick Toyota - they went above and beyond to give me a loaner and detail the interior and exterior of my SUV to make up for the original car wash. I was there last Friday to change the oil and check the car battery, I booked the time online at 8:40, and on this day I checked the very busy environment. I left my car in the certainty that it was in a place that I could take care of and that is the guarantee of the service. And for starters when I went to get the car they wanted me to pay for the service, then I needed to inform that I pay insurance to buy all the expenses. And right after I get in the car, the panel keeps accusing that there is something wrong with the car, then I go back to the attendant and says he doesn't have the battery to change. And today was chaos, there was oil on the floor and when I opened the engine cover, there was oil all over the place and the oil cover was not closed. Here I am with a lot of dissatisfaction and going back to the dealership/services, tomorrow so they can check the damage. How can we trust?!!…..,,,, I was at the dealership/services this morning, I was pretty upset about what happened, as I said above. But when I got there I had great service, and in particular I was sure that I was going to leave my car, guaranteeing the preference of Toyota's services. And I had the assistance and understanding of the team from the service to the delivery of the car by Richard Pisanti (Service Director), I thank you and I had back the credibility of the service.

GREAT SALESMAN!! I purchased my first car entirely on my own at 19 years old, my salesman Saint was super helpful and informative. Obviously as a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns, and he addressed and guided me through all of them until I found the perfect car for me. He gave me a variety of options to choose from; from SUVs to sedans until we both agreed on the right fit for me. I went with both of my parents who speak Spanish and Saint was able to communicate all details about the cars, and purchase to them both, which we greatly appreciated. I’ve started using this dealership since I moved to the area and I trust them with my Toyota. Last week my maintenance visit was handled by Ronnell and he was really friendly. I appreciated his honestly about what maintenance work was most important and laid out the options. GREAT EXPERIENCE w Toyota Service Sandy Springs. On my Camry, two clips securing the plastic cover protecting the car's undercarriage came off. I took my Camry in to my appointment Sat morning fully anticipating an hour wait. JUAN the service specialist and JOHN the mechanic were able to fix the issue and get me on my way in less than 20 minutes, which I'm VERY GRATEFUL FOR! Daniel was incredibly helpful in a time that seemed like a nightmare! Had an issue with my brakes on the highway and was able to make it over to this wonderful dealership service station and I got extremely lucky. Dan had my car already written up before I even arrived at 7AM as I had to drop it off the night before. The Camry I have had a recall issued for the vacuum pump, but I had this taken care at another dealership, however it seems the part failed but Matt and Brandon were able to identify the issue and even showed me the part to show me what happened. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me in this situation and I’ll be back on the road soon due to the wonderful help from the techs and service manager. I went into the Rick Hendrick dealership today after setting an appointment with them yesterday. They knew I wasn’t going to be in the market for another 3-4 years but they had excellent customer service and showed me around and sat down with me to find out more about what I’m looking for. I was able to test drive one of their new 2022 Toyota tundra trucks and I was very pleased and enjoyed the drive. It is a very comfortable truck to drive all around and I love the V6 TwinTurbo engine, its very fuel efficient and delivers a lot of power. You can definitely tell that you’re driving a truck when you drive that. It offers a lot of features that I love. I’m looking forward to coming back in the future and purchasing a Toyota tundra 1794 trim. Great staff, great customer service.

As other reviews have stated, there are some questionable tactics going on here, at least on occasion. I experienced some pretty unethical behavior from sales staff. I DID get the deal I asked for, but I'm pretty sure it was because I took my grievances up their chain of command. My deal came with an apology, which I didn't think was necessary, but I do accept, and not just because I got my deal. I hope I didn't get anyone yelled at or something. Judging from the overall reviews it's probably a good place to do business. They seem like genuinely kind people. Maybe just get a little over zealous sometimes. It's understandable. I'm definitely pleased with the vehicle I purchased, and probably got a better deal than I could've at most places. They were definitely slower with the paperwork than my past purchases, but you have to expect that when going to a larger dealer.

Visited Hendricks Toyota after visiting a couple other Toyota dealerships. Other Toyota dealerships were discouraging, but Grant at Hendricks made our experience incredibly pleasant. We just bought a new car here at Hendrick Toyota. We had a great experience with our salesman, Daniel; he wasn't pushy and never pressured us into making a decision. Additionally, all our conversations with people at the dealership by phone were really informative and they emailed us several times with different potential cars we might like. I give it 4 stars because they forced me into a getting a loan and they also asked that I wait 3 months before paying it off. I understand that they make money from financing, but my husband and I worked hard to have enough money to pay for a car and it made us uncomfortable to be forced into taking on debt. This is apparently their policy across the board, so anyone who wants to pay cash, this might not be the best place to go. Otherwise, it was as good an experience as buying a car can be and I would highly recommend.

The reason I docked a star is because they "forced" me to finance through them, instead of paying cash or financing through someone else, and the interest rate is not very attractive despite my credit score of >700. I'll be getting rid of their loan quickly though, so that's not the end of the world. I would buy here again.

I had such a wonderful experience with Gregory Hawes at Rick Hendricks Toyota in Sandy Springs, GA. I had my vehicle towed from another Toyota dealer to this location and To God Be The Glory!!! that this service department works with INTEGRITY. HONESTY is priceless and can certainly not be over rated. I was told at the other dealership that I needed a Master Cylinder, Slade Cylinder, Clutch and Flywheel. The total I was quoted was about 3,000.00 once tax was added. Thankful that google led me to Rick Hendricks Toyota. I only needed a Master cylinder and Slade Cylinder. Less than 1,400.00. I picked my car up yesterday and was so pleased and happy with my experience that I returned today for a oil change. This will definitely be my new dedicated service provider. All were used when we got them and each needed various minor concerns addressed as well as maintenance brought up to date. I am just going to say that every company has a bad apple, Rick Hendricks Toyota of Sandy Springs has a really bad one. The sales manager that sold me my car was the same person the told me I wasn't finances and I was rude and I had 24 hours to bring the car back to the dealer. I had put down $7000 down payment on a $13,500 car. I was devastated, All I said to salesman was to try and get the 2nd key, floor matts and my car detailed. and the over 5 year battery replaces. for that he told me I was rude and that wasn't financed, and even though I had the car for over 4 days, to bring it back that I wasn't financed. I offered to pay the rest in cash, he said he wasn't going to let me save money on finance charges after the way I talked to his people. I can assure you I have it all On text. I never was rude to any of his staff.The reason for this review. is This dealership Is truly the best dealership I have ever Bought a car at, in my 60 years. Thanks to Shameka Montgomery- Director of Client Advisors and Lee Crumpton- General Manager After I thought I had to bring back the car I was devastated. and the next dat I received a phone call from Shameka, she said I was financed, I told her what happened and she was pretty shocked. She said she would call me back in 5 minuets. She did and asked me to come to the dealer to get all the issues resolved with the car. Ie 2nd key, matts, my car detailed, fixed my tire rod and a few others, They also gave me a loaner SUV while I waited for my car to be ready. every person I talked to was so friendly and nice, The service manager was great and they took great care of my car. The general manager, Lee was shocked and was very apologetic. What a great person. This is the kind of dealer I will buy my future car. I highly recommend this dealership. I recently had started experiencing more frequent repairs with my older paid off car. I still had some equity in it and so felt like it was probably time to trade it in and take on another car payment. Reluctantly, I contacted Lee Crumpton the general manager at Rick Hendrick Toyota in Sandy Springs, and told him that I was interested in a Tacoma. Within the hour he had one of his sales managers contact me via text With four or five different options. I selected one I liked, made an appointment to go in and within an hour of walking in the door, was given a very large number for my trade and purchased a new car. My trade-in was actually still in a repair shop and waiting for a part to be delivered for the repair. The managers at Toyota got all the information thy needed on my car and went ahead and made the trade and had no problem just waiting until the car was done with the repair to deliver to them when I could! This being my third, I do have some experience buying new cars. This experience was hands down the smoothest. I don’t see how I could go to another dealer next time I have to buy a car. I highly recommend contacting Lee Crumpton and Grant Shumate at Sandy Springs Toyota.

On 9/5/22 we went to Rick Hendrick Toyota for a 2008 coverable which they were advertising , we liked it and told the salesman , that we want to precede with the sale after we get the car inspected by our mechanic, they told us we can finance the car if we put half down. On Friday when we went to pick up the car they wanted a deposit we agree $1,000. casher's check deposit. the mechanic checked out the car and found a few things wrong which was certified by the dealers mechanic. When we test drove the car it hat the original matts , salesperson told us that the car came with 2 keys, we only got one on delivery, the radio map was outdated he told us he has the cd to update the maps, later he told us the cd was $205.80, its not worth it he lied to us we went and installed an apple car radio for $500. After getting the car checked out they would only replace the battery, salesperson and his Manager said they dint make enough profit on us, we preceded with the sale anyway, after almost a week , from 9/5 -9/13 the finance dept worked on the loan, we gave them $7,000 in 2 cashiers checks, they said we were approved and picked up the car on Friday 9/9, salesperson only gave us one key and was going to look for the other one, when we got home we realized they were no matts in the car. We called the salesman and he said he dosen;t remember seeing them.. On Tuesday one of the Sales Manager calls us to tell us they want the car back, the finance did not go through, over a week later they call us to tell us the news, they were very rude they din't offer any option , we could had finance the car ourselves. and he would accept full cash payment. 9/14/22 UPDATE The Finance Manager Shameka gave us a call after our unsatisfied purchase deal with the car from the salesperson and his Manager, I explained our buying experience and what had happened, She was in disbelief, she said we were approved for financing , immediately she contacted the General manager , Lee .they both reach out to us. They rectify all the problems, it was like a new dealership, they treated us like royalty, this is how I remember great dealership with great people, they turn a bad situations into a great experience. I contacted the dealership on a specific car via the internet and quickly had two people reply - that was fine. They both said the vehicle was available but they would not send me the "out the door price" without me coming into the dealership. We have bought a car there in the past and were at the dealership just over a month ago looking at a different model for my wife, but they didn't have the cars of interest at that time. Playing games like this is simply an attempt to have you come in and coerce you into a high price purchase and doing that is neither convenient to the customer nor being open and honest about the ever-to-common dealer markups and un-wanted add-ons since only the MSRP is revealed. Being they did not get back with me with an out the door price when I said I would not come in without getting the price, I guess manipulating customers takes precedence over customer service. Disappointing....but worth staying away from since they are obviously needing to hide something. So much for being a repeat customer (We are actually considering purchasing two cars - a Rav 4 and Sienna) and the bad reputation of car dealerships being manipulative continues at Rick Hendrick Toyota. It encourages the pushing of law changes for direct manufacture sales and skipping the dealerships. Maybe they will see this and do better tomorrow.... Day 2 - Was contacted via email from a third person who, via their email implied they had attempted "a few" phone calls (My phone shows no calls) and emails (There was just the one) and requested I call them promising to "keep it brief and to the point". Via email I again asked for a detailed "out the door price" and again no reply. I will point out that there are several other Toyota dealerships that not only will give you that information, but actually have it on their website and the Toyota website. It appears the leadership of RHTSS discourages giving out honest pricing information with their team or I'm sure at least one of the three people that contacted me would have provided it. I encourage ownership to respond to this review as to why they won't provide the same information that other Toyota dealerships do - I'm sure the answer will be entertaining. Day 3 - Parker Hendricks contacted me and provided the pricing information I had requested from the beginning so I changed the rating from one star to three. He said the info should have been provided in the first place but obviously that was not the rule with whoever was in charge over the weekend. Also, this dealership still does not provide the "Smart Pricing" that many other Toyota dealerships provide online where you don't have to contact them at all to get the information. Parker was pleasant to talk to but in the end, like most other dealerships, their dealer markup was made through forcing you to buy extra tinting, Lojack, etc adding $2000+ to the cost, and this is on top of the manufacture add-ons that aren't needed/wanted. So no deal at this time but maybe as inventories increase and high interest rates cut the number of buyers of these popular cars, there may be a deal in the future.

Visited the dealership yesterday for my 20K mile ToyotaCare service. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the visit. I was also extremely pleased to see how Rick Hendrick is complying with the COVID-19 sanitation and safety recommendations.They took it very seriously and I commend them for doing so. Registration/service desk area had an ingenious use of some plastic crates to keep distance between customer and service adviser and their desk station. Waiting area had plenty of room for customers to spread out. I think they are only taking a certain number of customers at a time. Hand sanitizer was everywhere. And what really impressed me was that my Client Advisor, Nicole Delaigle sanitized the inside front of my car with an airbrush tool filled with disinfectant -- in particular anywhere the tech crew would have touched (steering wheel, door handle, gear shift, etc.). They also did a complimentary wash on the exterior of car. (No interiors right now due to pandemic.) I was in & out of there in less than one hour. I will return and recommend this dealership for service. I will probably visit them when my Highlander lease is up early next year for my next Toyota.

I had a service appointment this morning, 6-5-21 at 7:20 a.m. I arrived prior to that time and still was acknowledged and my car taken in for service. This is not my first visit to this Dealer. I purchased the automobile I found online and love there, and have always had a good experience, so much so I pass at least three Toyota dealers to arrive at Rick Hendrick. The only exception to a bad experience was the last service visit to which the service manager made right. Well, today, that service department and their employees were there to keep continuity a priority. There was a fuel pump recall on my vehicle that I THOUGHT would delay me by a few hours. Oh no! My vehicle was serviced for what I scheduled for, and the fuel pump was replaced all within an hour and a half! I was SO HAPPY! And I believe other service customers were too! Including my daughter because she had a service appointment too. She didn’t purchase her Toyota from this dealership but wishes she had of lol! She LOVES this service department and today was a dedication to why! We were able to enjoy the ENTIRE rest of our day because of the consummate professionals at this dealership! Greg was very helpful with the process of getting not one but two of our household cars evaluated and was able to get a shuttle for me back home. My shuttle driver was very nice and drove safely and was pleasant to chat with during my ride. One of the best vehicle purchases ever! Communication began over email, and Parker and Janna were very responsive and helpful. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeting by name in the parking lot by my salesperson, Christopher Munden, and then again greeted by name at the reception desk. I have spent hours in a dealership in the past, but Chris and his team were very efficient and made the process as quick and painless as possible. So I went straight to Rick Hendrick Toyota and the service rep, Kevin, was great to help me and Ty, the technician, took the car back, checked the tire and put air in it and I was out of there in 5 minutes. A few days ago I chose to do business at Rick Hendricks Toyota in Sandy Springs. I was looking for and did a lot of research on Toyota Tundras. After much research and hunting online I found what would soon be my dream truck. I requested to speak to an associate to make sure the truck was still available and Parker Hendricks called me within 5 minutes to let me know they had the truck. The next day he called back because he knew I was serious about the truck and invited me to come down and take a look at it. On my way to the dealership I was immediately greeted by the salesperson Thomas, but he was more than that he was a sales professional. I arrived a few minutes late but Demarius Henderson was there waiting for me with the car pulled up and ready for me to test drive. Go see Matt Parnell (in finance, he will get you a good payment), Pierre Moore (in sales, he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he shows you), and Lee Crumpton (the general manager) at Hendrick Toyota in Sandy Springs. They're good people, and they hooked me up with a fabulous new 2019 Toyota Highlander at a great rate. Photos are attached. I grew up in the car business and these folks are among the best. They walked me through the math and discussed residual values with me when I asked. I used to drive a Chevrolet Tahoe but the 2019 Highlander feels like just as much space with a much smaller footprint and MUCH better gas mileage. I switched because Toyotas last longer than other manufacturers and hold more value over time while being able to meet all the things I needed in an SUV. There's tons of storage, and if you get the third row it'll seat 7 people. Pretty hard to beat. Go see them to get your next car, you won't regret it.

Grant was my salesman who was fantastic to work with, answered all my questions and made the purchase easy. High marks for Qadirah and Aldair, my delivery coordinator and financier as well. The only "bad" thing was that my "used" (2021 with <100 miles) Supra needed a computer update, but Ben in the service department came through on that for me. Overall: no disappointments. Getting a round of applause as I walked out to take possession of my Supra was pleasantly unexpected (not sure they'll do this if you get a Corolla, but maybe they do :p). I don't think I'm anyone special, but the employees I worked with made me feel like I am and that goes a long way.
