I knew what I wanted before arriving but based on vehicle inventory, price etc…I wasn’t sure how it would go. Kevin greeted us and right away went to work with helping us. The car I wanted was actually in the showroom of another dealership so he said he would drive to pick it up. That right away showed us a strong level of customer service. When the vehicle arrived I was in love with it and so we went to work out the deal. Kevin was very patient with me and my husband as we worked to come up with a deal. His patience and desire to make it work really helped to seal the deal. He also checked on us numerous times to see if wanted anything to drink or needed anything. He was just all around awesome!! Finance went smooth also. The finale was having by beautiful car cleaned up with a big red bow so that I could take photos and relish in the moment. I am very happy with my purchase and enjoying the car so much. I am a loyal Infiniti owner as I have had a G35, G37 twice, the small Infiniti truck, Q50 and now the Q60. I was a loyal customer to the Infiniti on Church Street and now I swear by Nally Infiniti. Thanks for continuing great customer service and beautiful cars.

This was the best decision in my car purchase process. From the beginning, Pauline set the stage. Very professional, kind and great customer service. When your sales rep have the confidence that the sale will complete, before knowing the financial situation, that’s a great feeling. First, let me say, this was one of the most seamless and stress free car buying experiences we have ever encountered. From the Receptionist warm welcome, to the Salesman, The General Sales Manager and the Finance Director...TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!
My husband and I came in on August 6th, 2022 to look at a Mercedes E350. Once we got to the dealership, we were greeted by their sweet receptionist who made us feel like we were Family. We met with Mr. Kevin McKenzie, our salesman who was pleasant, professional and a sheer joy to work with. He was so knowledgeable about the entire process. He made my husband feel very at ease, which is hard to do(LOL) We took the car on a test drive and I fell in love with the car.
Because we didn't want to jump right on the car, we decided to look at another vehicle at a local dealership not to far away. Yet, to ensure we were getting the best deal possible, the General Sales Manager, Mr. J. Russell, met with us and worked through the deal we could get from Nalley.
Needless to say the other car at the other dealership, didn't fit our needs and returned to Nalley and purchased the E350.
Mr. Vaunghn, the Finance Director, was on the money...LITERALLY!!! He worked the numbers for us and made it so transparent, a child could understand them.
Nalley of Atlanta, You all now have customers for life.

World-class service! I have been coming here for years to get my oil changed and tune ups. Everyone I have ever encountered here has been so professional and so kind. They have a great area to do work while you wait and have always given me a beautiful loaner car if the service is taking even a little longer than expected. They go above and beyond with things like replacing key fob batteries and cleaning your car (inside and out) before returning it to you. Great service all around!

Great communication with my service consultant. I had an issue it was discovered by the service technician and my service consultant Malian. The wait time was very long, and I noticed that there were more vehicles than service technicians. However, my service consultant kept me informed, and i was there from 11:33 to approximately 4 p.m. It was a major service repair. Nalley Infiniti has been great to me on each visit. Clean waiting area and very spacious.

I am updating my review. When there is an issue it is important what you do to make it right. We initially had a bad experience with responsiveness from the service department and we had to talk to the general manager (servicing manager was not available at the time). Long story short not only they resolved the issue but they dropped off the car to my house so we could make it on time to the airport. Both Chris and Zach were on top of this and Cookie delivered the car even though we live 30+ miles from the dealership. Great response after an initial bad start. We are very grateful.

I came to Nalleys infinity of Atlanta because my car was making a weird dragging sound. I was actually on vacation with my family during this time, and when I took my car over to Mr. Adam is the name of the representative I dealt with. He ask me what was the issue I told him what the issue was in my current situation. He told me due to the fact that I was a walk in I may have to wait at least 24 hours to be seen because he had a few people who were scheduled for the day ahead of me. He told me to leave the car and he would do his best to give me some answers before the day was out about what’s going on with my car. He called me back within the hour and he told me that my transfer case was the issue and that it was leaking and needed to be replaced along with my axle. I was on vacation and my family was scheduled to leave the premises before everything would be fixed. Mr Allan told me he would do his best to get my car dealt with despite the amount of customers he had. I approved of the work to be done and I received a call from Mr Adam stating he was able to save my axle and me a cpl of dollars, which was a blessing because I didn’t intend on spending over an extra 7000 on my car and hotel rooms. Mr Adam called for me and uber to my hotel. He called me in the morning letting me know my car was fixed and ready get me on them and back to NY. He gave me some choice words that I took dearly about my car and my infinity dealer that I had literally just came from hours before leaving for vacation. In fact they had my car for over 5 days before we left for vacation. So I really appreciated his due diligence and his courtesy along with his expeditious work. I would def recommend them and I gave them 5 stars. He actually called me to see that I got home safe and that I had no issues with the car. Big props for that!!! Keep up the great work Adam!

I called Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta, Spoke with Myles Payne, told Myles what I wanted. He told me that he was going to verify the inventory and call me back. He did just that, my selection was not at their location. He found it at a nearby location. He went to Cory Russell to see what they could do. So Myles called me back, asked me again what was the most important thing about my selection. I told Myles that it was no longer my dream, it’s time to make it a reality, he vowed to make that happen. Exterior and Interior Colors was what I wanted and no alternatives colors would be acceptable. He had found exactly what I wanted at another dealership, Cory called me and verified that’s what I wanted, he agreed to make it happen. Myles made my appointment, prior to my arrival he returned with my exact selection. He called as I was arriving and there My Babe was. We completed the paperwork and the I met Jay Vaughn the Financial Manager, He is very well at what he does as well. This Dealersip was my selection prior to my call, Myles, Cory and Jay made every effort to get me exactly what I wanted. Mr. Will in the service department made My Babe shine even the more, She was clean and the wheels were shining like a ray of sun. The rest is history, I will make every effort to have my schedule maintenance there as well. These guys know how to treat customer/clients, I left their dealership feeling even more excited than when I arrived. Thank you all for making me The Happiest Woman in the world on that day!!! I have been so pleased with my services at Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta since the service manage Zachary took over. Each time I come with a problem I’m treated with so much care. Zach goes over and beyond, making sure you receive 100% top service. Donavan is a great addition to there team, He greets you with so much care from the time you enter until you leave. My review is for the service department. I brought my car in after some faulty work from a body shop after an accident. My appointment was at 8, i dropped the car off and they offered a Lyft drop off and pick up which was a plus. By 9:30 they found the problem and started on the repairs. Got my car back at the end of the work day and i swear it drives like i just got it. Thanks to everyone in the service department and especially Cosby for being a great service advisor. I normally go to the Infiniti dealership that i bought my car from on the south side but i think I’ll start coming here for routine maintenance!

Had a really great experience buying a QX70 SUV at Nalley Infinti. Myles was my sales agent and he really goes the extra mile to find the right car and deal for you. I asked about a QX70 and the vehicle was not on the lot but went out of his way to find one in the price range I was looking for at their other dealership. He was also very honest, knowledgeable, and transparent about the vehicle and answered all questions and concerns regarding the car. He then drove me to the other lot at night after hours to get the car. The staff stayed late and their finance team accommodated me on a nice warranty. I thought try did a great job with the car and the people I talked to were on top of things.
The only issue I had was with the call center. When you call the number for service and then press 1 to get to service and then press 2 to speak to someone no one ever picked up the phone. Then you press 0 to get to the operator and it would instantly hang up on you.
This happened on both days I tried to call.
I showed the issue to one the reps when I came in to pick up my car and he was surprised this was happening. On one of those days I sent a text to my rep and did not get a response which was unusual. The following day I was told he was off for the day which was why I got no response. I totally understand that people need days off but it seems that there should be someone assigned to cover for these days off; how would a customer know if their agent was off? It was a bit frustrating in that regard; we all have busy jobs/lives and need to be able to plan things. So it became a bit frustrating not to be able to reach someone. But when I did reach someone they were very helpfu.

I am following up to share of my recent experiences with the service department at Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta and one service advisor in particular is Mateo Henao. Where he once was high on my list of advisors Mateo has proven that humans with all good intentions will still end up disappointing us. Mateo over promised and under delivered and even went so far as to respond sarcastically when I called him out on what he asked me to do that I did, yet he failed to do his part and even communicate the results of this with me in a timely manner. Did he follow up with any viable solutions? Absolutely not. At the end of the day I still appreciate effort and this may warrant me returning to the dealership nearest to my home and finding a service advisor that is willing to take the steps to ensure I and my needs are addressed. Mateo turned out to be a huge let down and I have the response to prove it.

Great experience from start to finish. Inquired on the website at 9am. Sales guy (Chris Walston) replied within the hour. Had an appointment at the dealership to test drive at 11am the same car I inquired about on the web. Chris met me promptly at 11am and was awesome at explaining and demoing every feature of the vehicle, answered all of my questions, introduced me to the sales manager (who was also a great guy).
We negotiated the deal (including a trade-in) and I settled with no pressure for add-ons, warranties, etc. (yet I did opt for a few) with the finance manager (Markas Lee - another awesome guy), and drove out of there in my new car by 3pm. 6 hours soup to nuts.
Have had the dealer and Chris reach out to me twice over the first few days in the new car to ensure all was well and offered to answer any other questions I might have. Highly recommend using Nalley for your next purchasing experience.

Nice clean place and the workers are friendly. They are only friendly to make money though. Firstly, my salesman tried to sell me a warranty (resistall) for over $1200 and I told him I did not want it, only for it to be dropped down in price ($800) and he still added it onto my contract. Then, service and inspection was being done to my car for over a week, only for it to still have problems. They sold me a car with a bad AC compressor and bad wind shield wiper motor as well as a daylight headlight being out. I asked if they could fix the headlight and my salesman said to bring it in next week and they would fix it for free. I had a bad feeling so I asked another worker if it could be fixed for free next week and he stated that once I leave the car lot with the keys, it would be considered mine and I’d have to pay for it. Once I brought it up to my salesman about why he added the $800 resistall warranty onto my contract when I did not want it he stuttered and left the room for over an hour, his coworkers were even looking for him. The manager did not even give me a copy of my resistall warranty either and my salesman tried to tell me it was basically free since I did not have a copy and I had to show him the receipt of the $800 that I paid for it. Do they even know their own schemes? Kinda shady place, make sure you go with someone who knows what they are doing and read the papers very carefully. I tried to call resistall to ask about what my warranty entails and they hung up on me. I would add names, but the damage is already done. Just take your time, ask questions (to more than one person in case you’re being lied to), and read carefully because they will rush you into signing every paper before you have a chance to read it. Stay away from that resistall too. There are cheaper alternatives that work just as well

My experience with Nally Infiniti has always been a great one working with Kendrick. This time around, however, I had the chance to work with Curtis who immediately got me situated as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. Despite what seemed to be a long line, Curtis asked if he could take care of me since Kendrick was still occupied. I went in for regular service work, knowing that i needed new tires as well but wanting to wait. After maybe an hour I received the assessment of my car & saw that there was actually more that needed to be taken care of right away. Curtis was a huge blessing to my mom & I, giving us both a breakdown of what was happening with my vehicle. We went ahead & got everything that needed to be done to my car, which I was completely aware would take longer than I originally expected. I hung around for about about a total of 5hrs or so, which was no problem to me since I always bring a book to read & enjoy hanging at the facility. Curtis & Kendrick kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the duration, while also checking in on me to see if i was alright. My car came back in tip top shape which is gratefully appreciated. Now I can in safely while on the road. As always, working with the Nalley dealership, has been nothing but the best experience. Everyone in my family drives Infiniti, because of their great products that they have on the road. The best part however is the customer service that they provide. Through conversation and plenty of laughter with Jason Woods, I expressed my need and want to get out of my lease, but I didn't think it was possible.... When I tell you...... Jason Woods!!!!! Do you hear me.... Jason Woods made a miracle happened!!! Before I knew it... Jason returned to me after working magic with the powers that be and said.... "Look, this is what I came up with... Not only did Jason Woods get me out of my lease.... he was able to assist with getting my payment to where I was still comfortable and He surprised me by finding the car in my favorite color (Hermosa Blue). The only catch was that I had to wait a few days for my car to be delivered. I must say.... IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!! My brand new 2017 Q70 is definitely a beauty!!!! Te dealership as always was clean and inviting. i was greeted promptly by mateo. he assured me that my vehicle was in good hands. afterwards, he spoke to me about the additional work that was needed. he told that since we are going in a trip soon, he wanted to ensure the vehicle was running top notch. The work was completed like he said before noon. if i had to rate him, i would give him 2000 out of 2000. Mateo even took the vehicle back to vaccum it after noticing it was not clean. I stopped by Nalley Infinity Atlanta to "only" look at a vehicle to replace my 2017 QX50 with high mileage. I met a wonderful sales associate, Chris Walston. I was very specific about the color that I wanted and features for my next vehicle. Unfortunately, Chris did not have a vehicle in inventory that met my criteria. The next morning I notified Chris that I had expanded my search and was now open to a color other than black. Chris called me immediately and sent me a video of a graphite QX50 and told me that I needed to get to the showroom asap. It had every feature that I wanted and could have imagined that I wanted. I purchased the vehicle and drove it home that day!
As a single woman and not savvy when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, I learned from past mistakes of not asking the correct questions and taking my time to inspect the vehicle and do my research.
Chris was so awesome in explaining every step of the process and, most importantly, I trusted him and relied on his guidance. Markas Lee, Finance Manager, was also awesome and put together an incredible deal.

I came in at 12pm or so and was waiting on Daniel in which I had an appointment with however, he was not speedy about servicing me. Daenzel Samuel, service advisor took over and was friendly, speedy and resolution oriented. I decided that I may just want to purchase and sell them my car, being agitated about the diagnostic timing process. I went over to the sales side and was greeted by sales manager Stasha Robinson, she really supportive and lively. A seemingly frustrated day became a game changer, I was pleased to have the interaction and the information she shared about the selling and buying process was null of pressure and engendered the feeling that this dealership will be my dealership. I told Ms. Robinson, that she lowered my anxiety 😥 of coming to the dealership with a pleasant attitude, informative conversation, and the willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my entire visit was to perfection. I have to say, one of the best dealerships I’ve been to! I am a well informed consumer, so when I go get a car- I try to be prepared the best I can and get the most information on the vehicle in question prior to arriving. With that said, I went to pickup a hybrid Q50 and I had overlooked a huge issue for me- mostly due to test driving it with a mask on. After finalizing the deal and left for home, I noticed the nasty smell of cigarette smoke. After I got home, I tried leaving baking soda in cups inside the vehicle, but didn’t make a difference. I complained to the dealership and they were ready to make things right- and when I arrived, they took back the vehicle at only a few hundred minus what I paid! On top of that, Andre gave me an excellent deal on a newer and better model- I am extremely satisfied and didn’t feel that I had to settle. He gave me time alone in the new vehicle prior to signing for it. A+ for customer service!
The only reason I cannot give five stars is the time it takes to get things done- But I guess it is more of a indictment against all conventional dealerships and not this one in particular.

Initially I had an awful experience. I came to this location several times about the same issue. The initial advisor didn’t value my time nor was the service I asked for even performed that I paid for.
However the nice lady (I forgot her name) who assists with issuing loaners was very helpful. She ensured that I would be seen promptly. However while waiting for assistance one of the service advisor’s referred to me as “this one” when asking another service advisor to assist me. I do not think it’s appropriate to refer to anyone, especially a paying customer as “this one”. I am human being not an object.
Ultimately for my 3rd and final visit I dealt with the advisor Zain for the first time. He was understanding, ensured I was satisfied and valued my time. He was great and turned my awful experience around into a positive one. When I come to this location I’ll definitely book my appointments with him.

Working with Charles at Nalley was a pleasure. He was very professional and flexible with with my appointments. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and helped me with a great deal on a used Lexus. There were some minor cosmetic defects on the interior console. Charles went out of his way to order me a replacement at no charge, and even referred me to several great locations to have it replaced. I was in a rental due to my prior vehicle being totaled, and came alone from out of state. Working with enterprise, Charles was able to return the rental for me allowing me to avoid the hassle of coming solo, and even sent me copies of the return paperwork the very next morning. He’d noticed that l left my personal keys on the key ring, and had them overnighted to me before I even realized it myself. Jennifer, my saleswoman was fantastic. It was the closing financial experience that was a little troubling. I know dealerships are "in it" to make money but when a consumer says no and is firm in their offer acceptance should be granted. I also read that dealerships do not make money selling cars anymore, it’s all about the add ons (warranties).
It took me 3 days to purchase the vehicle. Are warranties absolutely necessary if a company stands by the brand? I know I have a great vehicle that will most likely last a lifetime, but the "constant add ons and working of the deal" “I can get you this and this,” while the price meter constantly moves up, left me feeling uneasy. My advice, know what you want which includes; what you can live with and what you’re willing to pay and stick to it!

I was extremely WOWED by Matthew Burnett! I was having the week from hell and he had no way of knowing it then to top it off my car decided to break down on a Friday morning en route to work. Upon arrival he had all of my paperwork ready, quickly explained everything and got me out of there. He advised as soon as the diagnostic was complete, he'd give me a call with the outcome. Within an hour I received the diagnostic results which were not good and quite frankly pretty costly. Matt worked with me to ensure that my vehicle would be fixed and back in my possession despite the financial burden. He got creative with options for me and I drove away with my repaired vehicle the next afternoon. Through the entire experience Matt did not complain once about the dozen calls and approvals that he had to make to ensure that my service experience was an exceptional one. Not too many people go above and beyond these days, but I can truly say after this experience that we need more people like Matt in the world. Thank you!

A week or so ago I was in the area running errands and decided to stop in to look at a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I went in with my hair totally disheveled and perception wise it would not appear that I was looking to make a purchase. Good place, I took my car for service. They seem to be too busy to give the best service. The old Service center used to explain the line items and discuss with me about the most important service needed. It helped me make decisions on what to do. Here, I just got a laundry list worth$1600. I picked three that I thought we important. I'll do the rest at a mom and pop with really good ratings. My car is 9 years old. I don't need to put in 1600 every six months in it. They do have great amenities, snacks, coffee bar, lounge and meeting rooms to use while you wait. I don't really need any of it. They also did a free air bag recall for free proactively. I give them 4/5 for that.
