This dealership has always been top notch with their care of us and our cars. We have purchased 4 Acuras from them over the years. They are great cars and last a long time if you take care of them. Which we do our best to do, by bringing them to the service department for their maintenance. Checkins and pickups are normally quick and easy. We have been bringing our cars here for 20 years!

I worked with Antonio Morris and his manager Allen Dean at this dealership for a 2022 NSX Type S limited to 350 in the world. I placed a deposit back on August 2021, confirmed an allocation in September 2021 and finally the car was delivered and brought home yesterday.
This transaction took 14 months due to the current market post COVID with semiconductor chip & parts shortage. Antonio and Allen kept me in the loop during the whole process with the timeline, expectations, and most importantly assurance that I will receive the NSX. The price out of the door was the same the day I put down the deposit a year ago with no hassles, no stories, no hidden fees and markups. Their customer service and commitment to the Acura brand at this dealership nothing but world class execution. I have a few high end vehicles with other manufacturers but this 14 months journey for the NSX was nothing but an amazing experience and turned me into an Acura customer for life.

Even though the time was long to receive my vehicle back, they were very informal and communicated well with me throughout the process. Saturday service hours! Exceptional experience, they discovered two issues and addressed both with no charge. Can’t say enough how much better the service drive experience was at Ed Voyles Acura vs. Acura Carland. Night and Day.
Also provided me a loaner for the time the vehicle was being serviced. Carland has never offered.
Purchased the Acura this location, worth the drive to have continuing service work performed on it.

However, when I picked my car up on 10/18/22, I noticed it is difficult to maneuver the steering wheel. I had work done on the steering and it's as if the car has no power steering at all. Ed Voyles has a streamlined service process that makes it easy for vehicle owners to conveniently drive their car to their doorsteps, and have someone meet them within seconds in their car to address their service problems. The service personnel is conscientious and friendly. The waiting area is spacious with a spare room for those who need to catch up on work or meetings to do so. They don't have much by way of snacks or beverages if you stay there for long. And the lady's bathroom needs a bit more upgrade.

First time going there and it was a very pleasant experience. Just pull into the area and they will take care of you. Waiting room is right there. Lots of space and very comfy. Wifi works great for work if needed. They even have a enclosed in area if you need quiet space with desk and outlets. There is a TV if you wish to pass the time. Our Powertrain Computer Module (PCM) failed and was covered under the (6 years 70,000 miles warranty) This item cost nearly $1,500.00. Awesome experience from Sales to Finance to the Service Dept. I have had bad experiences with past dealerships, which resulted in me not returning for future purchases. Ed Voyles is the only dealership I have come across where everything was hassle free. I was assisted by Lloyd Johnson in Sales, and he was tremendous! No back and forth with pricing. Everything was quick and to the point. I have gotten three cars, and each time, the process took less than 2 hours to complete. I did not have to spend 4+ hours at the dealership as I'd done in the past with other dealers. And the Service Dept is awesome. Top notch customer service every time I visit. There may be a long wait sometimes, but the level of customer service they deliver is worth the wait.

Apparently ACURA comes from the factory with a non adjustable rear camber setup. During my tire rotation and balance the rear camber was out but couldn't be corrected. My experience with Ed Voyles Acura is limited to working with the Body Shop on 3 separate occasions when I needed repairs done on my 2018 Honda Accord, but those experiences left me knowing for ANY type of body work needed, this is the place I'll go and will recommend Ed Voyles to friends, family and colleagues. The first repair was done in 2019 when I needed my rear driver's side quarter panel replaced from a hit and run. My insurance company listed Ed Voyles as one of their authorized repair facilities. The quality of the work and color matching was perfect and the customer service outstanding - from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Meg, then assisted by Martin for my estimate and repairs, I felt was in good hands Last week I needed an estimate for a small repair to my front panel that popped out after I had a run-in with a run away basketball that lodged itself and popped under the bumper. I went to my Honda dealer for the first estimate who stated the entire front panel/bumper had to be replaced despite it being one small spot where it had popped out. Their quote: $1100-$1500. I then went to Ed Voyles for the second estimate. I didn't tell them what the dealer advised or quoted and instead let them inspect the vehicle prepared it may be the same news.. They however confirmed what I had suspected, which was that based on the location, it was a minor issue that could be repaired with a bracket replacement (a 15-minute job). Cost? $53. Scott, thank you again!!! I realize this is a long review with lots of detail but I know that when I'm considering shops, the details help. In a nutshell, use this Body Shop when you need work done on your vehicle. I love my Honda vehicle but the bad experience at the Dealer Body Shop makes me know I'll consider checking out an Acura for my next vehicle purchase. Thank you to the entire team at Ed Voyles!

I just brought it in for its free 200,000 mile warranty checkup! It started with an oil change and ended up with that and all new tires too! Got a 'free' car wash with the deal. My experience at Ed Voyles was absolutely amazing, from the time that I called to inquire about the process of getting the insurance company to submit paperwork to drop off, to Meg calling me to inform me she received the information and that she would set up the rental car pick up, to the smooth drop off process. My car was serviced today and I worked with Andrew the advisor throughout the process. He was fantastic. So friendly, knowledgeable. Didn’t recommend any work that wasn’t absolutely necessary but kept me informed of what the car could need in future with time estimates. He answered all my questions and he even found me a coupon for the work I was getting done to lower my price. I wanted to know about detailing and he went above and beyond to get an estimate at the collision center on my behalf. In times past, I have asked about this and previous advisors just said “we don’t do that”. Andrew ran all over the service campus to make sure my car was as taken care of as possible. I really can’t believe how amazing the service was. I’ve been getting my car serviced here for years and have never had this great of service. If you go to this dealership, ask for JEFF KINDEL! We purchased a used car from Ed Voyles last month, and our salesman, Jeff Kindel, was truly extraordinary. My husband drove 3 hours (from the NC mountains) to pick up the vehicle. I was concerned about him having to wait for admin work to be completed at the dealership, because he is not a patient man...you know what I'm talking about! Jeff sent us the paper work ahead of time so we could have everything ready to go when my husband arrived. Unfortunately, he still had a long wait after he got there because the guy who processed the paperwork (not Jeff!) was extremely slow. My husband called me, frustrated, in fact, so frustrated that he was ready to drive back to NC in our old vehicle. I called Jeff, and suddenly the paperwork was ready, and my husband drove off happily. We love the car, and we were also very happy with the trade-in price Jeff negotiated for us. When I decided to go with Ed Voyles Collision Center after State Farm recommended it and said it had over 3.5K 5-Star review compared to collision center in the vicinity which did have 4.5-star rating. But then I became concerned if these 3,500 reviews were bot created or genuine. Then after reading several reviews from real Google profiles, I felt reassured. And now that I've completed my repair with them, I too give them 5-Stars.
I opted for text message update and they updated me every few days without constant calling. When I did call, they were courteous. My damage was fixed like nothing had happened and body color blended perfectly with rest of the undamaged areas. Highly recommended to trust your vehicle repair with Ed Voyles Collision.

I went in for a recall of power steering hose and some computer issue. Scheduling appointment over the phone was easy enough, visit was as promised. What I did not expect was the fact that there was no attempt to upsell my service or offer to trade my aging car in for a new one.
Vehicle was washed and returned in better condition.

I’ve been taking my car here for many years. I had a long standing relationship with a service adviser that I felt like had my family’s best interests in mind when making service recommendations. He also made sure that the work ‘eventually’ got done right. Unfortunately, taking my care back over and over again for the same issues seems to be more regular. None of the more complex repairs ever seem to be addressed on the first try. Also, after my last service visit I got my vehicle back with the interior completely covered in grease (it was not dropped off that way). I called and they said to get it cleaned and they would take care of the bill. After several weeks of emailing and calling, the service manager has yet to address it. I’ve spent close to $10k in the service department and they would lose my business over $70. I’m not sure this is the service department for me anymore and I certainly don’t feel great recommitting long term via the purchase of new vehicle in the next month.
7/31 Update: I spoke with Jeff Elliott (GM) last week. He listened to my concerns and they ultimately reimbursed me for the damage to my interior. I'll probably give them another shot at some point. I hope they take the time to ensure all future jobs are done right the first time and that they take immediate action, not requiring social media, to rectify it when it's not.

I bought my first Acura from Ed Voyles in 2007. Over the years the service has gone down hill. I’m sure the Great Recession and the covid pandemic have hurt their business just like everyone else. They used to attend to your arrival more promptly. Now, you can stand around for a few minutes before someone approaches and they seem unsure of why you’re there (uh, for service which I booked on your website). I also used to get a wash and a vacuum without asking. Now you have to request a wash, no more vacuum though.
They still provide prompt service, it’s just the other stuff that’s fallen off. Owning an Acura doesn’t feel any more special than having a Honda, or a Chevy.

I called spoke with Q he was an awesome service representative for my second time at that location. I called that morning at 8am Q got me an appointment at 130 pm which I arrived an hour early. Q walked up to me and nothing else needed to be said or done after I said I have an appointment with Q. He advised of the time that would be needed and for an oil change. Q kept me posted via text and walking back to me in the quiet room of the progress of my vehicle. I am very pleased with the level of service that was given to me on a short notice.

I was a bit surprised with having to purchase snacks from a vending machine. Other dealers I've used provided snacks at no cost. Compared to today's vehicle maintenance costs, this appears to be a very low cost perk for loyal customers. I have purchased Honda/Acura vehicles since 1985.

I was totally satisfied with my experience. I received great customer service, they had wifi, coffee, water, reading materials and some light snacks available for you while you waited, restrooms and tv was all right in the same area as well. I brought my own reading materials (the Bible) to be exact and they had a desk there for reading and writing. Even though my service was suppose to take 2 hours time flew by quickly from my studying and reading. They also washed and cleaned up my truck for me. I loved my service technician Sam, he was the absolute best. I really have no complaints. I felt totally satisfied. They addressed every concern and then some. I purchased a used car for my daughter's first car, the salesman was super helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They gave us an incredible deal and they showed me where all charges went, I was happy to see that this traded in car was reviewed in detail by their service department and they fixed and replaced about $500 worth of items to get it ready. After I got the car we noticed that one fog light bulb was out and they happily invited me back to get that replaced at no charged. Their service department was another great experience. Without an appointment they made me a priority and took care of me ASAP. Finally, their finance person, Joy, was able to slightly improve my interest rate that would save me a couple of dollars per month, and since I was already there I took her up on the opportunity. Complete great experience from end to end! I would highly recommend them in general, and if you happen to go there, Jeff Burg was my salesman and deserves a shout out because he was just a nice guy! If I need another used car, I am going straight to them and I'd be willing to wait until something comes in just because of their great service all the way around. Also, now my wife and son are jealous of how nice a car my daughter got, so I will probably be back soon.

My 2010 Acura finally reached 110k miles and needed routine timing belt change along with other miscellaneous repairs due to the high mileage. But I've never had the service or dealt with such a more positive attitude from anyone in service like Luke Hughes. I will definitely be leasing my next car from Ed Voyles.

I have used this shop twice and both times I have had wonderful positive experiences from knowing when my vehicle was going to be ready, to excellent craftsmanship on my actual vehicle and the receptionist making me feel like a person and not a number. Arrived to my oil change appointment and I was serviced right away. There was a new gentleman that checked me in, but he was very nice and thorough. He brought me my very dirty air filters, held them up, looked at me and what could I say except, change them. Good visit and the shortest wait time I've had since I started going there.
