Best car buying experience I have ever had, I love my 2019 S60 had never driven one before. They took the time to show me all the features and specifications. They worked with me on price and trade to get me where I wanted to be payment wise as well. The engine light came on when I drove it home and they fixed it that following Monday. This is the best place to buy a car! Dale my sales associate was amazing from our 1st interaction on the phone to answering questions & making me feel valued as a person unlike other dealerships. I came in to check out a used 2019 Dodge Charger that I saw online and trade in my 2015 Chevy Impala. I was a little apprehensive seeing as this is a Volvo dealership and was not sure that the staff had expertise in these makes. Upon arrival I met with Lizzie, whom had reached out to me after I showed interest in the vehicle on their website. Lizzie explained that she was a little new to the dealership and would also be having Mr. Sergei help with my questions. The two of them quickly made me feel comfortable and confident in their knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. They were not pushy and did not pressure me to make a decision, but instead provided me with all the possible information that I needed and helped get the best possible deal for me. I ended up making the deal and have been satisfied ever since. Lizzie even reached out to check on how I was liking my new car. 10/10 !

From the beginning when I ordered my new car to when I drove off the lot, all the people at Dyer and Dyer were amazing. Dale Lawrence was so helpful in picking out the right car for me and then stayed in touch with me as I waiting for the car to arrive. When I came in to pick it up, he spent an hour setting up the car and going over all the features. Then, Charlie Cook took so much time before the purchase to explain all the financing and maintenance options to me. All in all an amazing experience and I LOVE my new Volvo XC60 hybrid!

Had a few starter issues but with Lizzie and the general sales manager Victor we got a great SUV in the end. Love our purchase. Very smooth process in the dealership , lovely showroom. Highly recommend Dyer & Dyer - we drive in from Nashville to pick the car after trying to find an XC90 with a charcoal interior from least 3 different dealerships - they had the best inventory and the car we wanted. My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with our salesperson Rob and the entire team at Dyer Volvo! Rob was professional, very knowledgeable about the XC 60 and was a pleasure to work with! Rob even pulled both exterior color options my wife was deciding between from the main lot so she could see them side by side. Once the deal was made we went in, signed the paperwork and Rob helped my wife set up all her preferences in the Infotainment system and we were on our way all in about 45 minutes! We love the XC90. The purchase experience could have been better. This was the 4th CPO vehicle we purchased in the last 30 months. Other dealerships let us have the car for a day or two to drive. Not Dyer. We were told they wouldn't do that. The salesperson brought the car to me to test drive we said we liked it. We asked him to return the paperwork, so I could sign it as we did with the other cars we purchased. Again not Dyer. We were told to come to the office to complete everything. We made an appointment to come in at 5 pm. We asked that everything be complete so that my visit would be quick. We arrived at 5:20 pm and walked out at 8:30 pm because the paperwork for the truck was not ready. Super frustrating

The team absolutely went out of their way to understand our situation and help resolve it with as little stress as possible. With leases ending on both our Audi SUVs, we needed to thread the needle on what to do next. Not only did they simplify the problem by working with an Audi dealer in their network to resolve our early termination, they ended up finding a way to take additional money off on the trade. Purchasing the car went pretty smoothly however it’s been 45 days and we still do not have our license plate. When we called over to speak to the dealer they said that that person worked from home that day and that they did not have their phone number. We did up spending half the day going to the tag office to get another extension. In addition we had to go get an omissions test which we would not have had to do if Dyer And Dyer had done their job promptly. It’s now been 47 days and we got no assurance from Dyer And Dyer that they’ve even sent in the paperwork. Very disheartening

Even though my partner and I came in about an hour and a half before they closed on a Saturday, we were greeted immediately by Jarod, who jumped on giving us demos of the CX40 we were looking at. He was extremely transparent on what our best options were, and helped negotiate terms with finance to get us a car that same day. And then he went the extra mile to ensure our car was properly serviced and updated first thing Monday morning. Overall, it was one of the better car sales experiences I've ever had.

Drove in to see the ‘21 Tesla Model Y Long Range at Dyer & Dyer, based on a response to my inquiry from CarGurus. The ad was just one stock white Tesla photo, but it being listed as Red intrigued me. The Red is a $2K option from Tesla, as well as not having a black interior, that was another $1K option. Seje, the sales associate was the person I interacted with both online and in person. They apparently had just traded it in, so it wasn’t even cleaned up as of yet, but as mentioned above it was Red and white, I had to see it! Seje, was personable and knowledgeable about the process and the vehicle. We talked and came to an “agreement”, but I wanted to mull it over for a day, so I made a Refundable deposit and left. I came back the next day, 12/31/2022! Needless to say, the staff from the financing and the appraisal were all very fair, and can report I had a great experience and very satisfied with my purchase. They also had some really cool Volvo XC Recharges on the lot, if you’re looking to go the EV route. Overall, I cannot recommend enough Dyer & Dyer and Seje!

The price on the vehicle I purchased at the advertised price was the lowest in the entire country, kudos. But the attempt to manipulate the price by adding paint protection and LoJack on top of the advertised price, claiming they were mandatory fees was deceptive, misleading, and would have resulted in a claim being filed to the consumer protection bureau. Your fees for ETR are absurd when the state fee is roughly $25 and you charge $199 claiming this is a set price which again deceptive and misleading. It is an absolute shame that the governing officials have not cracked down and put an end to these shady business practices. You are a business, you are here to make a profit, I understand this, but you should know better than anyone, the deceptive practices are both unethical and illegal. If you have the desire to increase revenue, don’t advertise the vehicle at a price point that cuts into your bottom line. Fun fact, people will still pay the money for the car they want. I was willing to pay $15k for the Accord we purchased on Saturday, which is still lower than the 50+ vehicles of the same year and within 5,000 miles of the one you had in inventory. There was no need to add BS fees, I would have still purchased the vehicle if you simply inflated the advertised price rather than attempt to add more extras after the advertised price.

Great experience with Dyer and Dyer of Atlanta! My son and his wife in Nashville were looking for a Volvo XC60. Like many of us, they hate the negotiating part of car buying and are a little busy with a 4 week old baby. I volunteered to help (since they just gave us a new grandson) and spoke to two local dealers in Nashville. I also sent an email request to Dyer and Dyer in Atlanta. We had what I felt was a very fair local offer and were planning to buy, when Clark Davis from Atlanta called and indicated they would beat any price (I’ve heard that before). He sent me a written offer within minutes - and while it did beat the price by a few dollars a month on a lease - it was not compelling enough for us to drive to Atlanta. He seemed to understand - spoke to his sales manager - and minutes later called back to tell me he was sending me a ‘compelling’ offer. Just 4 hours later, we picked up a beautiful 2020 Volvo xc60. Working with someone with the unique combination of knowledge, caring and ‘straight shooter’ as Clark, was a buying experience for those who hate the perceived hassle...and definitely worth the drive!

We live in Nashville, but it was worth the drive to the Atlanta suburbs — not only for the inventory — but also for the staff experience. Zach worked with us from the jump. I love the car, and when all was said and done, I bought it for a price that was in line with the KBB fair market value. The only issue was that I feel misled about the Catalytic Converter. The check engine light came on before I could drive it home. The mechanic that checked it out does not believe it was replaced as the salesman told me it was.

The staff was up front and straight forward. Victor and Chris were very professional during the whole process to purchase. If they had a wider variety of trucks, I may have walked out with two purchases. One negative is the addon "Permaplate is a scam". This is a some sort of coating they put on the outside of the car and seats. You could still see dead bugs on the front of the car, and the seats still had caked on mud. This is suppose to be a professional cleaning, but it is not.

I went in at 7 30 a.m. for an oil change, and ended up purchasing a used vehicle. It was a long day, especially since I did not leave until 12 hours later. My car (an '04) finally died in January. I immediately got to work looking for a used car. I found my Vehicle via a search on AutoTrader. When we reached out to Dyer & Dyer with our interest in the car, they called us to follow-up almost immediately. We scheduled our test drive for the next day. When we got there, it turns out the vehicle was not there yet, and was still on the way from a sister store. They offered to bring the car to us for me to test drive for the inconvenience. I loved the car as much as I expected to from the pictures, and decided to move forward. The purchase process was quick and painless. They put new breaks and rotors on the car, since they needed replacing from the previous owner, and detailed the car for me prior to pickup the same evening of the test drive. The facility was nice, and very clean. We worked with Marcus for the majority of the sales process, and Victor handled our paper work. Both were fantastic! To be clear, the only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because this is my first car purchasing experience. I absolutely suggest that you consider Dyer & Dyer for the purchase of your next vehicle!

I've had my new Volvo XC40 for almost a week now. I love it! It's beautiful and rides well. My salesperson, Victor, was amazing! From the moment we spoke on the phone, I could feel it would be a pleasure working with him. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. After our phone convo, I told him I'd get ready and head to the dealership within an hour. He had the car I was coming to view, parked nicely in the VIP area with my name on the window tag. I just loved that! Hahaaa. None of the other local Volvo dealers had any inventory for their nationally advertised lease deals, which was very disappointing, but thanks to Victor for informing me that Dyer and Dyer have their own deals! The customer service experience that I received from my sales person, Marcus Davis, allowed me to feel comfortable about my buying decision when I had mixed emotions about my purchase.
