Excellent experience from start to finish! Austin, Jason, Mel & Gus, the entire team at Prestige is top notch and worth getting to know. But the truth is my experience started in service, I would have never met any of these wonderful humans if I had not been treated so kindly by the amazing staff helping me with a routine oil change. It showed me that it's a way of life for employees at Prestige and I am now happily part of the Subieville family!

I just bought my third new Subaru from Prestige. This round I worked with DanO for my purchase. He was helpful with talking me through what has changed with the Crosstrek in the last 8 years since buying my previous one and helped me pick out and reserve one that was in transit. I was on a time crunch since I only had my rental car for 30 days as a result of an accident, and he helped give me a fair guesstimate on when my car would be available. And when he called with the exciting news that it had come in earlier than anticipated he was able to get me in the same day and get me my new set of wheels. DanO took plenty of time that day to go over all the new technology and make sure I understood how to operate the new features and gave me several opportunities to ask questions. Great sales experience. Prestige also now offers a follow up service, Love-Encore, so you can talk in person or over phone with a tech specialist to make sure you understand and are comfortable with all the new tech the cars come with now. (Fun observation- the specialist Ember is actually the one who sold me my previous Crosstrek )
While I am hoping for many years with my new Crosstrek Sport, when the time comes for a fourth Subaru purchase I won’t hesitate to go to Prestige.

My husband and I came in to Prestige suburu with a trade in & the intent to buy a new car. We worked with Sean who was a dream! He was funny, honest & reasonable during the entire car buying process. Everything you would want in a car salesman!
My trade in vehicle was extremely personal to me to the point that i teared up at the end of the process. Later as I walked out of the building Sean had personally taken off all of my stickers from my travels off of my old vehicle and put them on the new car. I cannot stress how incredibly i was touched by such a simple but impressionable gesture. Sean just understood exactly what i needed. And made the unthinkable happen, which brought me to tears!!

Excellent customer service. This was our first service on our Subaru. Making the appointment was simple and we were met immediately when we pulled up. Within a few minutes we were in the waiting room where Jason changed the battery in our remote (that we had requested) and quickly checked the car in. We were told that the service would take about 90 minutes. It was completed in 70. Jason walked us to the car and made sure all was in order. By far the most organized and friendly service department we have ever worked with.

Prestige was top notch from start to finish..my wife and I bought a 2023 ascent and it was our first new car. It was an unusual experience having to order a car and wait for it, but Gabe helped us from start to finish and updated us along the way with any info he could. When we got the car he walked us through and was super patient with our many tedious questions. Go to prestige if you need a new subaru and ask for Gabe...he is a great subaru representative!

I've been going to Prestige for service for more than 18 years, beginning with my old 98 Outback and now with my 2013 Outback. Subarus are all I will own. My 98 had 260,000 miles when I finally sold it. The 2013 has 120,000 and drives like a new car.
I'm so happy that Prestige is back to where it used to be, or maybe even better! For a time a while back, I found I wasn't trusting them as much. Things didn't seem as organized and I had a few bad service experiences--they always made it right, or tried to, but that wasn't the Prestige I'd known and I was considering switching. They pulled it together again and I was super happy about that!
Lately, they seem even more organized, professional, and the staff is engaged, friendly, professional, and helpful. I love the videos they send so you can see your car and the mechanic points out what needs done or what is working.
The front desk has been super helpful and kind. The young man who greeted me outside on at least the last 2 occasions is super nice and professional: wish I'd remembered his name to mention it here!
I worked with Kim this last time and she's awesome. The gentleman (new staff and again I can't recall a name) who helped me as well just looked so happy to be at his job - and super friendly.
They are expensive. I wince when I pay my bill, but they do offer coupons so always be on the look-out for those. They do a little more 'upselling' now but if you talk to them, you can figure out what you really need done and what can realistically wait. And they won't fix something that doesn't need it.
The waiting area is super clean. They have coffee and a few free snacks, but there are also two big snack and drink machines, if you like that or are there a long time and desperately hungry.

Hello. My name is latara. I was browsing cars on autotrader.. Just trying to find the best deal with a warranty under my limit. Went to a few dealerships. They made things difficult. Brought me selected cars that was way beyond my limit. Ended up leaving with the minimum of hope. My last appointment was with Dan at Prestige Subaru to check out a car i found. I went in with high hopes. Hoping things would work out. I met Dan and his personality was amazing. Checked the car inside and out. Took the car for a test drive. Then came back to start the paperwork. There was a few hiccups. But Dan did everything he could and I ended up walking out with the car I originally wanted with a warranty. For me purchasing a car for the first time. He made my experience easy, fun & made sure I left with all the information I needed. I just want to thank the whole team. This was my first big car buying experience and the staff at Prestige made it a good one. I was terrified but Austin made me feel comfortable. Austin however had the day off and his partner Gabe was amazing and made me feel right at home. I left with a newer car than I thought I could afford and he worked hard to get me the best rate he could for what I was financially dealing with. They did not try to get me into a vehicle outside of my means. There was no run around or funny business involved Austin and Gabe are a great team and I would use them again in the future if I had the need.

I’ve been extremely satisfied with the service department and how they give personal attention to each customer. I haven’t experienced lengthy wait times and the waiting room itself has everything from the decor to a excellent coffee machine and comfortable chairs. I bought my new 2022 Outback in June and I paid for first place finish ceramic coating on the car. When I got the car the coating was very splotchy and it looked like rain streaks all the time, even after I washed it several times. When I brought it in for my first oil change it was chalked up to be dirt and would go away with a good wash. Again, I washed the car multiple times and it still looked awful. Not what you would expect buying a brand new car, especially one you built. When I went in for my next oil change (I drive a lot) I showed the new detailing team and they said it was definitely applied incorrectly. They got me in within a week and buffed the old coating off (apparently the only way you can get it off) I want to thank Mel, Frank, David, and the new detailing team for listening to my concerns and correcting the problem. I have been very happy with the service at Prestige! They also were able to buff out a scratch my brother accidentally did on my front passenger panel. I was very impressed and pleased 😄

The dealership was super busy with obviously not enough staff. They had only a few new vehicles on their lot. Lots of waiting to get things done. Bought a new car that was supposed to come with a full tank of gas, it didn’t it was 3/4 full. You’d think for $40,000 they’d detail the car before you drive away, they didn’t. Our salesperson Dan O was genuinely kind, very knowledgeable about the vehicle, not pushy, and super helpful. Highly recommend Dan O!!! Be Leary of the busy dealership on a busy day! Overall not a horrible experience but not perfect either.

My 4 year old son actually had fun at Prestige, whereas at other dealerships he begged me to go home after 10 minutes. Steven Mathis was an absolutely ideal salesman. He was truly helpful from our very first conversation and always available if I had questions or needed to change my plans. He was never pushy but did everything he could to make the deal work within our boundaries. I truly felt that he had my best interest in mind throughout the entire experience. Adam Stashick, who handled the final paperwork and financial matters, was also amazing. He explained things that typically would leave my head spinning in a straightforward and very understandable manner. Buying a car is a long and stressful process, but Frank made it as relaxed as possible. My wife and I liked his friendly and kind manner. He didn’t have the pushy manner a lot of car salespeople have, which is always exhausting. (And who needs car buying to be more exhausting than it already is?) He gave our boys (6 and 2) a couple of toys to play with to distract them, which really helped considering how long it all takes. My wife and I came from Virginia to view a 2009 Toyota Matrix S. We first chatted online and was assigned a sales person called Dominique. We called the very next day and was quickly put through to Dominique who was efficient and well informed, her confidence and easy manner guided us through our options. The car had not been checked over or detailed as yet because it had just arrived at the dealership but we were assured that before the car could be sold they had to check it over. We were able to reserve the car and in 3 days the car was ready for sale. We arranged to come over after the weekend. In between we had a number of questions and Dominique swiftly took care of them. We arrived Tuesday afternoon and much to my wife’s joy the car was sitting outside the showroom beautifully clean with a new oil change sticker. We were later given a copy of the car fax and a detailed list of what was checked on the car. Even the rear brakes had been replaced. We took the car for a short drive and was convinced it was everything we were told it would be. The closing was fast and before we new it we were off to our hotel to change and be on time for our reservation at Cucina’s Italian restaurant. Thank you Prestige Subaru for the smoothness of the operation and thank you Dominique for your stress less ability to close the deal in a way that made us feel like it was our choice.

I brought my new (used) 2018 Forester in for its 48K mile service, and was surprised to discover that they would send a Lyft to take me to work--and would send another to bring me back if I'd wanted it. Wonderful experience purchasing a New Outback with Austin Root. He got me the trade-in price I wanted for my Crosstrek and was a pleasure to work with. They happened to have a new vehicle with all of the features I wanted (and more) arriving on a truck that night that would be ready the next day. I worked with Dominique Delia who was excellent throughout the entire process. She was very thorough in explaining the features of the car I was interested in and helping me to decide on the model. She responded to all of my text messages and emails. She was always friendly and helpful. She called me to update me on the estimated delivery date of my car. The part of the process that didn't go smoothly was when I met with the finance person to pay for my car. There was confusion about the final cost. Apparently it was a problem in their system, but this should not have happened. It required having the manager to come in and sort it out. If not for this glitch, I'd give 5 stars instead of 4.

Fantastic experience. Thank you Frank. In the current environment, we were unable to find a new Outback Wilderness in dealer stock. We used the Subaru Build & Price app to identify most of the options we wanted, and Frank Kinch answered all the questions we had about the car & available options, and then submitted our order.
There was no pressure to add anything that we didn’t request. It was an amazing experience. Frank kept us updated on the status of our order, and he made sure we knew what to bring when our car arrived.
When we arrived, Frank made us and our two dogs welcome. He walked us through the build sheet and the car. He demonstrated the different features of our car, how to turn features on and off and synced our phone to the car. My only constructive feedback is that though the new customer service waiting area is very stylish, the acoustics are bad, and it is noisy and difficult to hear when discussing my car. Having some carpet or some dividers may help with the noise.

Had a wonderful salesperson assist me early October 2021. We were looking for a Forester and test drove a 2018. Frank, our sales associate, was awesome. We had not encountered anyone who knew as much about that car as Frank . Just wrapped up a major repair there. Car overheated and blew head gaskets along the interstate about an hour from home. I'd previously experienced excellent service from Prestige over almost two years of relationship, so I had car towed to them.
The car arrived around 1pm. By 4pm, I had a diagnosis and estimate. They finished the repair two days ahead of schedule.
This repair requires engine removal, so lots of nuts and bolts, wires and hoses get moved out of place. After the repair, I cannot tell anyone has been under the hood- thorough, precise workmanship. And a one year, unlimited milage parts and labor warranty!
Above all, our service writer, Gillian, kept us informed of progress via text and voice. She explained the diagnosis and repair procedure as if she were the one turning wrenches.

Today I purchased a 2012 Ascent from Prestige for the first time. I've bought 2 Subaru's from a more local Tennessee dealer. I honestly wasn't wanting a new vehicle. I look forward to working with Prestige in the future and will drive the extra distance to use them for my maintenance.

Highly overpriced for maintenance. I’ve loved my interactions for recall work. It’s a pleasant experience. People are great. I feel confident good work is being done. I just can’t afford to pay their inflated prices. I understand it’s because they use OEM parts with an up charge but they’re not better quality. Labor cost compared to other places is very inflated as well. Maybe they provide great service and people will pay those costs but I was shocked when comparing them to other places I’ve been.

Both of my Subaru's have been going to this dealership for over 5 years. Great customer service is the reason. Today I dealt with Tyler who was very conscientious and even advocated on my behalf with his technician. The Customer Service Manager is named Gus and he is one of the finest customer service people I have ever dealt with. Today a bearing repair done earlier this year had to be redone. No one argued, they just covered it completely and waived parts and labor. Typically I get oil changes and inspections and have never been pressured. They also feature fresh ground local Dynamite coffee in the waiting room which I look forward to. They sure care about the quality of the coffee and similarly seem to care about the quality of the work they do. It is nice to be able to write this about my local Subaru dealership.
