After a bad interaction with another Kia dealership, I was really upset that I may not get the car of my dreams. I ended up calling Paramount Kia and we were able to work out a deal over the phone. I was so impressed with their business I drove 2 and half hours for their business. Super happy with my experience from Kia. Bobby met me outside while I was looking around and helped me look at some options. But they didn’t have what I wanted so unfortunately I wasn’t gonna do my shopping through them. But then they got exactly what I wanted the next day which was a great surprise. This particular dealership offers me no loaner while my leased vehicle is having several issues that are obviously under warranty and service contract- Hatch opens without prompting, gritty feeling in temp controls when below freezing temperatures, cruise control won't engage, etc. I purchased several Kia's at Bob King Kia in Winston Salem and I know this would not have happened there. Finally! An amazing experience while purchasing a new car! Josh Flowers was awesome. He was able to explain anything I asked about while deciding which 2021 Kia Soul to purchase. He went through their stock many times to find which interior/exterior color scheme that I wanted. He was able to work numbers out with the finance department to get me in a loan range that felt comfortable to me. I can't remember the finance fella's name, but he was a straight shooter and didn't try to oversell me on anything that I did not need. Finally, Alisha was awesome and got me comfortable with my new car, walked me around the service department so I know where to go when I come back for oil changes and even got my first oil change scheduled! And I thought I was an overplanner! As I was leaving today, I told them I was going to rate my experience as a 9, but since they laughed at that silly joke, I am going to bump it to an 11! Once at the dealership Evan was polite and answered all of our questions. After driving the vehicle they didn’t have exactly what we wanted Evan looked up what inventory was coming in to the dealership and found one. He advised us it would be there within a week. ** Service Department** I recently acquired a 2014 Kia Forte LX and I'm totally a newbie to Kialand . I really like the car! The steering wheel controls were malfunctioning and I got that fixed through a safety warranty extension. I initially contacted KIA customer care service and from beginning to end I was blown away with the entire process. In fact I was rather suspicious of everything because it was so very easy and flawless. I had the pleasure of dealing with John Robinson in the service drive. There is NO kinder guy! He actually love's his job and it shows! When you pull in everyone works together and they vacuum your car. They test your alignment and look over your vehicle very carefully. Everything John said he would do He did perfectly! I'm still blown away with the entire experience. Plus I got a free car wash. Judah Eastman went above and beyond while assisting with our purchase of a 2021 Soul S. My husband sustained a brain injury in 2019 from a bee sting and this was the first 'big ticket' purchase since then. Due to the severity of his injury, I was unable to return to work and am his full time caregiver. While adding a car payment to our very fixed income was the last thing I wanted to do, we had 3 vehicles sitting in our drive and not a single one was working. After over a decade of purchasing cheap used cars and making it work, I honestly lost count of how many head gaskets, transmissions, differential seals, clutches, engines, etc we'd gone through! I knew our 'new normal,' full of doctors appointments, out of state travel for rehabilitation, therapy sessions on top of regular day-to-day life, required a vehicle that was dependable, had an excellent warranty and was easy to maintain. Judah listened and truly understood our situation and needs. He was honest and didn't try to upsell us on options. He even explained that we could, most likely, get more money for the 2 trade ins if we tried to sell them on our own! Above all, he was patient with all of my questions and concerns. I think the final count was 2 test drives, 14 emails and 20+ phone calls. I'm normally a thorough person but I was exceptionally nervous/anxious about this purchase since I have no experience buying a new car. (No lie, during one of the test drives, I was trying out the A/C, heat, radio, etc to make sure they work. Of course, they did; it's a brand new car! I actually called my dad to see what I was supposed to be looking for during a new car test drive because I had no idea!!) Over and over, Judah explained the numbers, warranties, all the details until I 100% understood. I never felt rushed or pressured, not once. My monthly payment fell almost dead center in the range I initially provided him. By the time I was signing the paperwork, I was confident in my decision and at ease.

The warranty at Kia is so good, you may not need to buy more. I tested Fords and Hyundai vehicles but the Kia's have much better quality.

Still waiting, day 2 just for radiator and brakes alone over $1,400.00. At this rate, I could buy another car for the price to fix this one. Have had to miss 2 days of work. Very frustrated.😫

I was ready to buy my 2020 Kia Niro Plug in Hybrid in Raleigh, where I live, but the exterior color I wanted was at Paramount Kia of Asheville. I was nervous about driving 4.5 hours each way to get it because I didn't want to get any "bait and switch" once I arrived. They sent me a written quote before I drove out and they were transparent and didn't try to change anything when I arrived. I guess dealerships figure numbers different - they met the price Raleigh offered but somehow I ended up $700 more at Paramount, which I was aware of before making the trip. This ended up adding $15/mo to my payment. I also got sold on the extended warranty because this is the first hybrid plug in vehicle I've owned. Lots of electronics to fail! Would've liked a longer option for the extended warranty but the max they offer is 120,000 miles. I put about 25K miles/yr so this will be up in less than 5 years but I will see how it goes. Norman was my salesman. I already knew the car I wanted so he didn't have to help me select or teach me about the car but he was helpful in getting the documentation to me from the finance manager. That would be the only thing that wasn't smooth in this transaction. Amanda did fine during our signing but everything is signed on an ipad now and I consented to electronic receipt, assuming I'd get them later that day. Over a week later, I still didn't have them. I left a message with Alisha to have Amanda call me but didn't hear from her. Norman got up with Amanda and I got my contract and info on my extended warranty about 2 weeks after purchase, which is the only reason for 4 vs 5 stars. All told, I am satisfied with my experience with Paramount Kia. Car dealers have a BAD rap for taking advantage of people and a lot of people would rather have a root canal than deal with dealership stress but I didn't feel that way here.

I needed to have a key made. Not just a key made from another key that I had... There was no other key...I had lost mine! When I walked in the front door, a friendly gentleman asked how he could help me & proceeded to take me to the window where I needed to be. He waited until he got another gentleman's attention, and told him what I needed before he went back to his job. I know that I would've gotten a key made, had their key machine not been sent out for repair. I was disappointed that this was the situation, but this man was so accommodating, that I left there laughing at my situation and my luck! I wish I could remember his name, but he assured me that as soon as the machine came back, they'd call me to let me know & get me 2 keys made. Kudos on the service & awesome staff at Paramount Kia. When I'm ever in the market again for a vehicle, I'll go there first to see what they have, based solely on the way the staff impressed me!

I have to say that the folks at Paramount Kia of Asheville went above and beyond. I was looking for a specific car, model, color etc. I literally had to call like 30 dealerships to find it. I was lucky enough to be on the phone with the sales manager Joel when the car I wanted pulled on the lot! Joel and Bucky from the sales side were attentive and responsive, and really worked with me to get the car I wanted at the price point I could afford. Juda from the finance side helped me find a great interest rate (though I did find better at a credit union and went with that, but he was still very involved in trying to get the best for me). I seen a vehicle on their website and went the next day to look at it. I was greeted with a smile from all the staff. The car was the price as seen on the website. Garrett was an excellent salesman. I work in IT so I have vendors selling me stuff all day. I know the junk from the legitimates. I always love a sales person who can sale and keep it relative and genuine. The test drive was pleasant, and if I didn't want to purchase the vehicle because of how good it was, I wanted to purchase it because the staff was that caring. The whole process from test driving, to gathering information, to running the numbers, to driving the car off the lot. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. Garrett never let the mood become irritable, as those situations can be sometimes. Josh also was very, very helpful. He was excellent with making all the fine print and dollars clear and precise! Kudos to the Paramount Kia staff! There is a reason they're the top selling Kia dealership in the region!

The fact that it TOOK that long was really the only downside, which was somewhat unavoidable due to the F & I office being tied up with other customers. Once Dan and I came to an agreement that I felt good about, I was ready to sign the papers and drive out of there in my new vehicle. Instead, I had to wait two more hours, during which time my excitement turned to frustration. My only criticism is that any dealership should have a back-up F & I person who can assist in a situation like this. If you make a customer wait too long, they might decide to take their business elsewhere. So, my bottom line review is that Dan-O gets 5 stars. Respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and available. I would recommend him to anyone. Paramount Kia gets 3 stars because I had to wait so long to seal the deal.

Our Sales person, Holly was very attentive and catered to our every need. She was prompt and kept us informed throughout the long process of the final approval for financing. They said it will change your attitude about purchasing a vehicle. We were not hassled. We were treated with respect and they were all so willing to help us in any way they could. The atmosphere in Asheville was so different than any other dealership. Everyone actually acts like they are happy, they are a team, and they get along with each other. There was no tension there. He made it so easy to understand. Everything was done in a very timely manner. While they were getting quotes from banks, they were already detailing the new car and filled it up with gas.
