I just relocated to the Asheville area and own a new 2022 Sprinter that needed its first service. It was super easy to schedule and appointment and when I arrived, Russell was extremely attentive and professional. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. He communicated via text throughout the service and alerted me to the completion when the vehicle was ray to be picked up. Be sure to enjoy some of the amazing coffee and cuisine they offer as well. My purchasing experience at M-B Asheville was 5 stars across the board. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Charles Thomas. Charles is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous with no pressure and no hassle. He will take good care of you and I received exactly what I wanted for my trade. All of the staff members involved were amazing and helped ensure the purchasing process was smooth from start to finish. Customer service after the sale has been excellent. M-B Asheville offers too many amenities to list here, but the free airport parking is one I utilize on a regular basis.

This was not my first experience with MBA but it was my first time visiting the new property. What a BEAUTIFUL place and how easy it was to check in (as usual). I went for some routine maintenance and check up. The customer lounge is phenomenal. There is a complimentary Cafe right there with a breakfast menu and a lunch menu. They have the Cafe and coffee, soft drink dispenser, ice cream in the freezer and the signature bottled water. You can see into the service shop and watch the technical work on your baby. The service advisors, Nathan and Darrell are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!!! It was a pleasure to go there and allow them to take good care of your vehicle. My vehicle is getting some age on it, so I feel it best to take it to the dealership. I am not afraid to be taken advantage of as a woman at MBA. Even though it was a rainy day, the gave me a car wash!!! I LOVE ❤️ THIS PLACE!!! THANK YOU MBA for making my vehicle service such a pleasant experience. 😊

I stopped in for an emergency as I was from out of town and about to take the 8 hour drive home when the engine light went on. The team fit me in. Darrell was friendly and reassuring and took care of things. My car got checked out so I could travel in safety and peace. And they have good coffee and a free diner counter to enjoy a bite while you wait. Overall from first phone call to checkout the experience was excellent. It didn’t take too long and I was on my way after coffee and breakfast!

Typically, buying an automobile never goes great for me. It's usually very stressful. I have to say, I just had the best experience of car buying in my life. Casey, my sales guy, was down to Earth, real, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone one there I dealt with was courteous, open and transparent. I have to say, zero stress. We made a deal that everyone was happy with. I would absolutely recommend Mercedes -Benz of Asheville. If your looking for a new vehicle, at least put them on your list. I doubt you will be disappointed. Even if a deal isn't made. I love my new car AND the little perks of free car washes and future door ding removals. Hopefully this helps any of you out there looking.

Absolutely amazing service. My car got a flat on HWY 40 (thanks TN potholes) while traveling back home. I had 6 to 7 hours left on my journey after already driving more than 4 hours. I had to be towed 1.5 hours to their location, luckily in the direction I was already headed. We arrived 10 minutes before closing so I had already planned to reluctantly get a hotel however the sweet tech James agreed to stay late to replace and balance my tire and had me back on the road within an hour. So very thankful for their kindness and consideration. And overwhelming grateful for the understanding and dedication to service.

I found a Honda Insight on their website and contacted them, via text, to arrange a test drive. It was important to me to verify the vehicle had not been smoked in before driving the 30 minutes. Casey was happy to verify it was a non smoking vehicle. Upon arriving and meeting Casey, my first impression was that he was down to earn and very friendly. He chatted with us for a few minutes then let us go for a test drive alone. When we came back and began discussing the details, I let him know I wasn't 100% sure I was ready to purchase the car. Mostly because it's a sedan and I'm used to hatchbacks. He was very low pressure and was happy to let me "sleep on it." I ultimately decided to NOT buy the car BUT Casey was not bothered and is continuing to help me find a car from their inventory, if possible. Throughout this process, Casey has been patient and willing to answer any/ all questions.

I was on vacation from Baton Rouge with my wife in Asheville for the color change of the leaves. Arrived at the Biltmore Inn on Friday around 1:30pm. I had been getting a notice on the dash that I had a water temp problem. Also when I got to the Hotel I noticed excessive wear on the inside of the front tires. Actually rubber was coming off. I brought the GLS63 to the Fields dealership where Darrell and his service dept. and parts department jumped into action and found the problem. A rock had penetrated a small cooler. They new my situation, that is, on vacation and no car. Unfortunately, there was no loaner car for me and actually there was no rental car available at the airport or in town. So now it is Friday afternoon and were hoping to leave for home in Baton Rouge, LA on Sunday. these guys found the part and tires at other dealers, did what they needed to do to get them then worked on Saturday to get the repairs done. Monday morning I received a welcomed call from Darrell to inform me the SUV was repaired completely. We were so happy and grateful for these guys and their attention. We had a great experience with this dealership. We also loved the onsite kitchen. Great Ideal!!!

Bought a car from them back in October. Casey Herman was the sales person. Deal went great. Ordered a Gt spec’ed out a particular way and was waiting on the allocation, after a little over a month Casey found A Gt that had came in from Germany spec’ed up exactly like my build. He got it It to come to his dealership after it left the factory in Atlanta where they put the finishing touches on the vehicles. Paid Msrp as promised on that particular model. Will do business with again.

I made all arrangements and negations over phone and held the car with a refundable deposit. They took me to a local bank in Asheville to pick up a cashiers check to purchase the car since I lived three hours from the dealership. I would certainly purchase another car from them in the future and plan on doing so when I get a Mercedes’.

This is the most honest and caring dealership I’ve ever encountered. It is worth waiting months to get your dream car here versus anywhere else, that’s what I did. I let Greg know what I wanted and after a few weeks he emailed me with my dream car and I bought it that day. They were MORE than reasonable about the price. On top of that- Greg picked up my car because five days later a check engine light came on, they loaned me a newer Mercedes and fixed the issue with NO charge as well as cleaned it for free because they knew I had just bought it. Even though they didn’t have to, even though they could’ve given me the “it’s a used car, your insurance doesn’t cover that” they are a better dealership than that. Honestly thank you Greg, Nathan, the finance department as well as the mechanics because you all are GOOD people and GREAT at what you do.

I drove 2.5 hours to purchase the vehicle I wanted and was very pleased with the vehicle, dealership, and staff. The waiting area for the service center was much nicer than most I’ve seen. They had clean restrooms, premium fresh coffee, and a cafe that was making fresh breakfast foods. The other nice benefit was this dealership does DMV paperwork for South Carolina as well as North Carolina. It was fast and easy to have my sales tax paid and trade in vehicle’s tag transferred over. I definitely recommend these folks for new or used car purchases!

Nate was wonderful and took care of our tire problem within a short time frame. This was critical to us as we were on vacation and had not planned on servicing vehicle during our trip. While I was there he kept me informed on progress and met the estimated time he had given me, so we only lost about a half day from our vacation plan.
The only issue now is that my car is at the dealership again in Delray because of an issue with one of the new tires installed in Asheville. It’s only been two weeks and serviceman said I had two weeks left on warranty, but hard to believe that an issue with a $350 tire developed so quickly and concerned that warranty is for only a month….not happy at all with that.

I brought my 2021 GLC in because I was having a battery issue. Nate was extremely responsive to the issues and managed to get me in on short notice so that a tech could determine what might be causing the Critical Starter Battery notification that was displaying on the instrument panel. After several hours, during which Nate kept me advised of what steps were being taken, I was told what was likely the cause of the notifications and that I would be all set to continue driving the vehicle.

So when I asked to use it on this oil change, they say the price is already discounted, so I can't use it but I can use it to purchase an item from the display case. I do believe the fee charged for routine maintenance is considerably overpriced. I know that my recent fee was over 5x what I paid at another non-Mercedes auto service business for the same service. And for that service, I did not have to return because the service at the non- Mercedes auto service business was thoroughly and completely done.

Fantastic Experience and I Love My Car!
When my husband & I stopped in to "browse", I really didn't plan to leave there having purchased a new GLS450. We worked with Tyler Davis and he was remarkable. He was professional, friendly and thorough. He took the time to listen to what was and was not important to us in a vehicle. He also took the time to show us different vehicles of different sizes and packages so we had the opportunity to fully compare all options. I really appreciated that I never once felt pressured by Tyler. After our paperwork was complete, Tyler took the time to go over all the features of our new car before we drove it home. This was much appreciated. What we like the most about Tyler is he cares about his customers as people and doesn't just treat them as "sales". In fact, a few hours after getting home with our new vehicle, I realized I had left my iPad in the car I traded. It was after hours and we texted Tyler asking him to call us at 9am the next morning. As requested Tyler called and we explained the situation with my iPad. A short time later, Tyler called me back to report that he had found my iPad and offered to bring it to me. We did not know at the time that it was actually his day off. He made the special trip in to look for my iPad. Now, THAT is certainly going above and beyond the expected level of customer service. If you are in the market for a new Mercedes, Tyler is the guy you need to contact! I cannot recommend him any more highly!

I could not leave this review without mentioning Nate in the Service Department. This is our second Mercedes purchased at this location. Today I had my annual service. It was originally scheduled on July 1 with a loaner. I received a call the day before and there was no loaner available. I was given the opportunity to reschedule in order to have a loaner. I did reschedule to today, July 12.
I called the Friday before to confirm the loaner. I was told that Nate was off that day and the man I talked to said he could not help me with the loaner or the schedule on today.
I arrived this morning at 7:45 and was told no loaners available. Since I have a hour drive I stayed for the service. While I sat in the waiting area 2 clients received their loaners. I understand if there is a shortage but the client (me) should be informed before the service appointment.
The is my 4th MB and Skyland MB has always been top notch. I’m not to sure about MB of Asheville.
As always, Daryl and Nate, are always efficient and professional. Definitely a asset to this dealership.

We had our Benz in the shop. While waiting we found a used benz we were interested in making a deal. The bad experience began when the car listed for a certain price oddly jumped $2000 when it came to trading. The salesman also told us it would take a lot of money to fix our trade in...oddly enough it had not even been pulled into shop...no idea what the cost was. We were also charged 614.00 for a part that cost $25.00 and charged 28.50 to SCHEDULE our car to go into the shop. I will have to say they were fast and on spot as far as the repair to our car. Very costly and sales department should train the salesmen to have a little more tact.
