Zach was very helpful, kind, and understanding that this was my first time getting a new car. And thanks to him it was a memorable experience. I have never owned a brand new car before or at least one with enough warranty to where I never have to work on one and Zach for being very informative. I can now enjoy vehicle that has no issues with it and can take a breather from having to work on cars. The vehicle that was bought for me was a gift from my parents and he did everything above and beyond what I would expect someone at a car dealership. His demeanor speaks volumes for this company and I am impressed.

If you want an efficient, knowledgeable, low pressure sales person go see Brian Warren. He and the finance gentleman were wonderful and had me on the road quickly once I decided on a vehicle. I felt the prices offered for the vehicle and my trade were fair. Amazing experience! Appointment for a continuing noise problem with Service Manager, Josh James.....very understanding about an engine noise that has gone on for over 1 year. Special arrangements made by Asst Service Manager Matt Friedman to have Sr. Service Tech Jason ride in the car. He immediately identified the noise as bad wheel bearings. Replaced FOR FREE under our Fred Anderson Nissan Family Plan warranty coverage. In addition, after waiting almost one year, the defective/recalled headlamp parts had arrived and were installed to our delight. 3rd car I've bought here - for obvious reasons!

The service lights were on in our 2015 Nissan Quest van. We had to be in Asheville for Doctors appointment and so we decided to go get it checked out. So we got there late and the Service Manager asked us if we could come back. We made an appointment for tomorrow at 3:00PM.
Back at the Fred Anderson Nissan in Asheville NC the SM took our information and diagnosed that the local garage we used had put the wrong Mass Flow Module and that the ECM or Main computer had to be Programed for the engine to run properly. He had to call the local guys that worked on our van and found out that it was a Cheep Box Parts Store Module. So he gave us the option to get it fixed with Genuine Nissan Parts and reprogram the ECM. So we agreed to get it fixed Right.
The lesson here is that if there is a problem you are better off spending the money and going to your local Dealership and getting it done Right. ✅️
Fred Anderson Nissan in Asheville NC is our closest Dealership at around 60 miles. We will have to go back for the repairs as soon as the part comes in.

The service performed was great as always, however, there has been a noticeable change in your customer service. Both this visit and my recent visit I arrived on time for my scheduled appointments. And upon arrival exited my vehicle and just waited for someone, any one to acknowledge my presence, say ‘hello, we’ll be right with you’. So I’ve just stood there in uncomfortable silence waiting for ANYONE to even acknowledge my being there. When it happened the previous time I just chalked it up to folks being busy…although not so busy they couldn’t say hello. But, having it happen again with no one being on the phone or helping any other customers (I was the only customer in the bay) it appears that there has been a decline in common courtesy to at least address your customers. If I’m going to be ignored while bringing you my business I can take that business elsewhere.

I had made an appointment to get my newly purchased 2013 Nissan Frontier serviced and inspected. My initial concern was to get my serpentine belt replaced which was done correctly. However, I really insisted that a full inspection of the truck be completed. My appointment was at 4:00 on Saturday and instead of doing a thorough inspection they just did the serpentine belt to finish before quiting time. I was hoping to get a full inspection of the truck to make sure that I had purchased a reliable vehicle. If they would have done the inspection they would have noticed that there is a hole in my exhaust and what have pointed it out. I also didn't get the complementary car wash neither. All in all yes they did what was imperative by completing the serpentine belt but was very dissatisfied with my the inspection service.

I went in to test drive the new Nissan Frontier with the idea of just getting a feel for the vehicle to see if it’s something I would consider to buy. I was up front about why I was there. Zack gave us so much time and attention with the test drive and explaining all of the vehicle features. The truck itself was wonderful. After the test drive we did go back and get down to numbers. I ended up being very happy with the deal but I wasn’t ready to pull the trigger. I needed a nights sleep. They were very gracious. In the end I did end up purchasing a competitors vehicle but it had nothing to do with the excellent experience at this dealership. If you are looking for a Nissan,go here for sure!

This is the third vehicle we have bought from Fred Anderson Nissan in Asheville, NC. In September and again in November of 2020 we purchased preowned cars for our daughters. When I decided to check into the Rogue and upgrade my vehicle, they were the first place we checked because of past experience, even though they are four hours away from us. Stephanie Dilts was my sales rep. She was top notch, explaining everything, answering every question I had, especially since I had never even driven a Rogue. Although newer to the company, she proved her knowledge of the vehicles. The one I wanted was being built, and while there were delays in the factory, Stephanie kept me updated along the way. They worked with me to make sure things were coordinated to ensure a smooth delivery. They respected my travel distance and the amount of time I had patiently waited. Michael Rebio was actually the salesman that delivered my car to me, as Ms. Stephanie was sick. He did an excellent job explaining the car, how everything worked and trying to get us on the road. And Dennis made our paperwork process timely and smooth. The sales manager Mark was willing to listen to my input and was fair in negotiations. I have not met an unfriendly person in the place including the service dept where my daughter still goes for her Family Plan oil changes. Sadly, I will be going to Raleigh for my Family Plan benefits because of distance, but I will truly be sad not to be able to see the “family” that made my Rogue happen.

Had a fairly mediocre experience. Scheduled a 10am appt to have some small things like oil change and tire rotation done. They also changed my belt as well on my Nissan. Well it took until after 5pm before they were finished with everything, which I already felt was a long time, luckily I had my wife drive our other vehicle so we could leave. Well we get back to pick up the Nissan and leave, the Nissan starts shaking uncontrollably when I reached speeds of 50, so I immediately return to have them check it out and fix the problem. The woman who checked us out had already had some slight issues by mixing up who we were with another customer and that was an ordeal so I assumed the dealership managed to mess up my vehicle. My vehicle Stays overnight and is going to be checked out first thing in the morning. The woman at the desk assured me she will call me in the morning and give me a run down and update. Well the next day comes and I hear nothing, I call at 1pm to ask for an update and receive no answer until around 4pm. Finally at 5pm I’m told I can come get the vehicle. Come to find out it was actually a problem on my vehicle itself and not a dealership problem, lucky for them. Overall the experience was mediocre and customer service was not very attentive, I received little to no updates on issues like promised, phone calls kept being cut out because of issues with the phones at the dealership. I understand the issues weren’t the service managers fault but I personally would have preferred some minor updates, even a “nothings happened yet” would have been more appreciated. I don’t think I’ll return my vehicle to Fred Anderson Nissan but I wouldn’t say you shouldn’t go.

TLDR: They put an extended warranty on my purchase when I said no. I didn't read closely before signing. I called and they said they would cancel it. They didn't, and then dodged my phone calls to cancel for four months.
I didn't read the final paperwork closely enough and didn't realize they included the extended warranty even though I said no. That's on me.
I called them the next business day and they said it looked like the system added two warranties, "it's a bug". I told them I wanted both cancelled, effective that day. They said okay give it two weeks to process. That didn't happen.
It took me four months to get it cancelled.
They wouldn't call me back and they blamed the receptionist for not giving them my messages.
I ended up just having to show up once a week. I would ask them to cancel and they would say they are doing it. Eventually they did it, but would only cancel one of the two warranties and wouldn't back date the other one.
I've been telling all my colleagues to avoid this company at all costs.

Took my car in for an oil change and to get my tires rotated. The service manager, I didn't get her name ( I am so sorry for not getting her name) was warm and very nice. She discovered that I had low brake pads. I had bought the car in March 2020 from you and by my mileage she could tell I hadn't driven the car that much. She said since it was a certified used car, the brake pads would be replaced on the car. I was at first kind of angry that I had been sold a car in that condition, and I had brought it in for service a couple of times and no one caught it. But then I was relieved and happy that a mistake was made, but more importantly, you fixed the issue. That was the best outcome that I could ask. I booked the last appointment of the day on Saturday at 3:45 for an oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid - I was out in 30 minutes which was awesome. My only complaint, my warning light was on for low air pressure in my tires, and air was not added which my have been my mistake because I didn't mention it, I just assumed since the tires were being rotated, the air pressure would be checked, no big deal. I had to have my heater replaced, and it was done in a timely manner. Glen was especially helpful letting me know about how long it would take and showing me where to wait. They had all kinds of gourmet coffee and tea in the waiting area along with a few snacks.
Since I have over 100,000 miles on my 2011 white Nissan, Glen suggested that I might want to have my transmission fluid changed. Since it had never been changed, I opted to do that. Really nice and friendly people all around!

Took my vehicle for its first oil changed, something that comes with the purchase of the vehicle. I went to the dealership and I pull my vehicle into the garage. From there I was surprised to learn they vacuum the vehicle out, the vehicle got a wash, and I paid a small fee for tire rotation. I’m extremely happy. I noticed I was missing a mud flap. I called the dealership and they are replacing the mud flap free of charge. Yes I’m happy!

Isaiah Fox was great. I was very disappointed in the very beginning because the van I wanted was sold the night before. He listened to why we were so disappointed - travel time (1.5 hrs) to Asheville AND I have 6 children, so lining up childcare is not easy. We made a special trip to Fred Anderson's and he made it happen.
If he had not offered to have my van delivered to me, I may not have bought a vehicle. He also listened, that I had never seen a Nissan NV up close before. This was why we were so excited it was in Asheville. Other commercial dealers are so much further or had none in stock.
He made sure we were able to look at the used Nissan NV and allowed us to look inside it.
I would recommend Isaiah again. Unfortunately, we live too far away for me to drive there for service. That is the only reason why I chose Probably will not for service work.

But on another note, I was considering buying another car and the used car manager assigned me someone that was not experienced and had no clue to what he was talking about. He told me the car had new tires and the nail from my pinky finger could touch the tread. My car had new tires so I showed him what new tires looked like. The general manager got him off a shuttle cart from playing video games because everyone else was busy.

I will give average review people were nice salesmen nice . However I do not know who screwed up paper work. They were suppose to transfer our tag off one car to rogue . Somehow three weeks later when we totaled it still wasn’t done although we never knew . Trying to get insurance company to pay our vehicle to get another well they couldn’t pay because our state had no record of title which was like 7 weeks after be bought car .called dealership finally got someone to talk to . They said they needed a form which should have been told to me like a week after we purchased . My mom had purchased one from them like two weeks before us with no problem . I don’t know who does title stuff and transferring but they suck . Now we are in market for a new one and no I will not try them again . Beware if you go and make sure to check everything is done right !
