Everyone from sales, finance, and service, were absolutely wonderful! They were extremely helpful, honest, and friendly. But most importantly they were kind and accommodating. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable, educated about the whole experience, and presented with as much information as they could give me to ensure I could make a solid, informed, satisfying decision. It made the entire experience less overwhelming and I was very pleased with how they could understand and answer every question I had. My salesperson Oliver Jones, was absolutely incredible! He made sure everything I noted above was taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible, to make sure I was absolutely satisfied with my decision and got everything I was looking for. He never made me feel as if my questions were not valid, not important, or ridiculous. Which has been a recurring factor in the past with other salespeople at other dealerships. I know for a fact I will continue business and referring folks to Oliver at Reliable!

Miguel went way above and beyond in helping me locate a discontinued part for my Chevy Express van. Miguel was able to professionally juggle multiple calls, with the utmost courtesy and respect. I’m not sure how to rate my experience yet seeing as it is not yet resolved. The Body shop has been helpful and professional to the best of their ability. Unfortunately the damage that was caused by a girl on her phone who hit me has been a challenge to be repaired. My suburban is old, but the cosmetic repair look great. Getting my backup camera replaced and functional is creating a whole lot of frustration. Everything that is changed is creating a whole new issue since it appears that the camera might not be fully compatible with my older stereo. I appreciate them not going up trying to make it work correctly.

I'm leaving town and was first given an appointment for service of today. Based on what happened I would not have gotten my car until Tuesday.this would have made my last few days here extremely difficult and expensive.above the cost of the repair 1)I know you are challenged by lack of inventory but making a customer pay for a rental above the cost of the repair does not raise you customer endearment score. 2) if I bring my car in to be serviced picking it up washed is just a nice touch of a dealership who pays attention to detail and want their customer to feel valued. Take it for what its worth. I see my words fell on deaf ears when you asked last time. Good luck with asking then ignoring customer Input. Thank you so much for getting me in and out.

Went in yesterday to trade in my 2021 Trailboss for a Jeep Wrangler. My salesman Marcel made a deal happen. Got a good trade in value and worked numbers on the Jeep as well. The process was so stress free. I was expecting this experience to be stressful since my last experience at another Chevy dealership in Los Lunas was difficult. Marcel showed me around the dealership and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I recommend doing business here and if you are lucky maybe Marcel will be your salesman. The service Tech/schedulers are great everytime I've had service. I think price on synthetic oil change is a little bit high >$80, but a lots happened since COVID, just a tad high. I only bring my car to Chevy for service because I don't want it screwed up. I also appreciate the coupons from you or Chevy which brings the oil change into a pretty reasonable price point.

Adam was fantastic, I continued to call and was persistent on getting updates on the vehicle and every time I called Adam had an answer or was able to retrieve an answer and call me back. Adam work to get my vehicle in faster than quoted and make sure the parts arrived in an orderly time, and the service was performed as soon as possible. I am back in my vehicle and back on the road faster than I expected all due to Adam and his technician.

It felt good to experience a warm welcome and we got Francesca, who is by the way extremely professional and the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet. She had exceeded our expectations and met every needs and more. She heard exactly what we wanted and came through with the right vehicles to look at. Francesca and her team made it very easy for us to understand what we’re getting and made it clear to us that there wasn’t any add ons or any surprises that you experience at other dealerships where they don’t tell you what you got and add on unnecessary things to make money. Always slow and no loner cars so I'm stranded for the better part of a day every time I take my truck in for service – like a 4 hour oil change. This time, the packaging on the part was damaged so the technician did not want to install it for fear that the part was damaged as well. I appreciate this and completely agree with the tech. What I don't appreciate is that no one checked the part before they called to confirm the appointment the day before. Also, my appointment was for 1000, so I dropped off the truck at 0700 hoping that they could get started early. I wasn't called about the potentially damaged part until 1245!

Service beyond expectations. Bought my Corvette pre-owned at a third party dealership back in December 2019. Since day one I had minor issues with performance but dismissed it since the car was running and no warning lights were present. 2 weeks ago the check engine light finally came on so I couldn’t dismiss it being something minor. Took it to Reliable Chevy where I met John from the service team. Since day one John set the bar high walking me through the entire process of diagnostics, service and repair. His professionalism and reassurance on his certified service team gave me peace of mind that my vehicle was receiving top quality care. Along with John, his service manager Michael made sure to address any additional questions or concerns I had. They both made me feel like a unique and valued customer, like part of the family. I was set up with a nice loaner vehicle until the repairs were completed. John was extremely knowledgeable and even helped me do a few cosmetic upgrades like getting an extra key fob, new wipers and even a sweet Z06 front grille. This type of service I will admit is second to none especially comparing it to any top dealership in the Albuquerque area. Once I got my Corvette back everything was better than ever. The car runs and feels like brand new. Performance and speed felt so amazingly different. Everything since then has been perfect with no complaints. I’m truly grateful for John, Michael and the entire service team at this location. I definitely recommend to everyone that if you have doubts or concerns regarding your Chevy vehicle’s performance to take it to this amazing team so they can give you a top quality professional assessment. We had 3 appointments, over 2 years, (or since the recall came out) at the Santa Fe dealership, which is closer to us, to have the recall for the Heater Block fixed and they never had the part, even though it was scheduled for that specifically since we received the notice. I called Reliable and you lived up to your name. Tony checked to see if you had the part, understood why we needed it, due to where we lived (northern NM) and scheduled us for the repair. He was very good at explaining that it would not be quick, due to having to let it cool down and it would approximately 6 hours. I was never told that when I made the previous appointments in Santa Fe that this would be the case.... if it had been in stock to be done. I appreciated the heads up since I would need to bring something to do for the time period. It was done and ready in the time which I was told. Your waiting area was very accommodating with tables and wifi. We, and especially me, since I brought it to Albuquerque appreciated the service department. From Tony to the girls at the desk, were all very helpful, friendly and professional. We are considering making the trek to Albuquerque to have our 2018 Chevy Silverado High Country serviced at Reliable Chevrolet. Thank you so much!!!

Waited 2.5 hrs to get a tire fixed. Nail in tire. Balance machine broke and my tire had to go next door to be balanced. You need more techs and mechanics! EVERYONE WAS PLEASANT AND NICE. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT IT TOOK WAY TOO LONG!

Jordan gets 5 stars! She was an excellent liaison representative for us. Our Chevy Silverado needed servicing in an emergent manner as we were traveling through New Mexico in Socorro and broke down. She advocated for us with the service department to see our truck on Monday. So we arranged a tow with AAA to Albuquerque, 70 miles away. She allowed the tow truck to drop and park our travel trailer in the Chevy dealership lot and she was kind enough to offer us a ride to the pet friendly hotel we arranged to stay in, nearly 12 miles away! (the app actually said 2.4 miles, why I booked it!) Car rentals in the area were closed Sat & Sun! The service department were unable to determine the actual cause of our car troubles but did rule out Transmission problems, which what was the original thought per codes given when on the shoulder of the highway. They thought it may be electrical but told us it would be weeks before that could be serviced and yet they still were not sure. They said as of now the car is running fine. So Jordan called us an Uber, which was kindly paid for by Chevy and we returned to pick up our truck and hook up our trailer and hit the road back home to Maine. We hit the highway and made it 20 miles and the car died again. It started again 5 minutes later and we went another 20 and so on it goes. We made it to Moriarty New Mexico and fingers crossed we may have found someone to help us. This review is really to give Jordan accolades for her fabulous customer service. Thank you Jordan!

This was my first time. Wasn’t bad. Staff were attentive. Nothing against staffing. 90 some bucks for oil change and tire rotation. Supposedly other inspections occurred. They said they called and left a voicemail to notify me that my car was done. I didn’t not receive neither. They didn’t do my tire rotation due to locking nut. The locking nut key is in my car. They didn’t call me to verify if the locking nut key was in the car or not. I think it’s over priced. You can find other shops who can complete an oil change with filters included just under 60 bucks.

I was promised, with written documentation from Ethan, that Chevy will fix my runner light and my DVD player. I bought my car at the end of December and still have these items not fixed like they said they would fix. They just wanted to sell me the car cause they needed to meet the “end of the year goal”. I still, till this day, regret buying this car but was convinced by their “sweet talk and promises”. I should love and enjoy my car but once these promises are kept, I will be at peace.

Though the job was completed and Understandably took a while because of the insurance, I was not 100% satisfied, communication was not the greatest and final delivery of my vehicle was not what was expected. Issues with the engine not sounding properly and been told “it’s normal” but it’s not( verified by mechanic it’s not normal) as well as forgetting to fix/look into my tail light which I reminded them every single phone call and was still told I never told them about the light. Which also means no final full inspection was done because light was obviously not working and engine sounds weird with a ticking noise. (Will be taking in again) vehicle was returned dirty and with some weird white stains on the inside of the windows and at least not a complementary wash or “wipe” was done after car was there almost 3 months. I expected more out of “ the dealership” since it’s always where the “professionals are” . I expected service like I’ve had before at Acura with my other vehicles. Insurance said I have have to make a new claim and pay another deductible for something that should of Been done the first time.I just want my issues fixed correctly on my car and with all honesty will not be returning the this specific location.

Brad was very professional and no-pressure. He responded very promptly to my online inquiry about a 2017 Silverado 2500HD High Country. We scheduled the test drive and that was a piece of cake. When I finally decide to make the purchase, Brad and the rest of the Reliable people helped me get the process started over the phone so I wouldn't have to spend my whole Saturday at the dealership. Even though I still spent a few hours there, it wasn't horrible. I highly recommend doing your hw on your vehicle first before you go to the dealership. That saved me boatloads of time. Was shopping around to get best deal and Jude seemed bugged that I wouldn't take his offer so I left, Only to have a sale rep call me back and the GM had to structure the deal. Save yourself the trouble deal with the GM and avoid Rude Jude unless you like being talked down to, treated like your unintelligent, or you want to be bullied into a bad deal. I made my appointment on line weeks in advance. I would have expected you to have the parts needed in stock. Communication was terrible. I dropped my car off expecting to get it the same day. I had to call at the end of the day to find out status. Was told everything wrong with the car and that some parts would need to be ordered. Was told I'd get a call back with an estimated time for the parts to come in. This was on Tuesday. I called the following Monday to get a status. Put on hold then told that the parts dept was too busy and he'd have to call me back. I did not get a call until Wed telling me the car was done. I had no idea I would be without my car for over a week and zero outreach to me about it. I know everyone is busy and parts are delayed, however, that does not preclude good customer service.

communication is horrible, I took my car in after a check engine light came on. Never got another call from the service dept. Left t on a Tuesday I called on Friday and was told they had to order the new turbo and it would take 4 days to get in. May have my car ready on Monday or Tuesday afternoon. Was told Chevrolet wanted them to change another part first, and I would hear from them again no call came so on Tuesday I called and asked about my car was told they would go talk to the Teck and call me back in a few minutes.. No call after 5 hours I call again and was told to leave a message and they would call back no service writer was at any desk. I then said NO I have been waiting on a call for 5 hours now, Transfer me to John Sthores. I talked to Mr. Sthores and in less that 10 minutes was told it would be ready the next day. I called after 3 pm and was finally told it was ready and I cold come any time before 6 to pick it up told them I needed a ride I did not have a car or any one to drive me there. Was told we just got the paper work and will have it ready by the time you get here.. Low and behold the paper work was not ready when I arrived. I may and it is a MAY return to purchase a car in the future the sales and finance staff are fantastic but will have all warranty work done at a different Chevrolet location in town we have two others closer to me..

Was 1500 miles from home and had an issue with my diesel pick-up. Called ahead and spoke with Victor. Very nice man and we pulled in about an hour later and he met us immediately, took the info, and the truck was checked out and diagnosed within 40 minutes. I was taken back to the truck and spoke with the mechanic about the issues. Unfortunately, the repair was listed at 17hrs for what was wrong. Was given a loaner vehicle and ended spending 2 nights before it was fixed. Had a slight issue with the time because I spoke with a mechanic back home and saw two other places that said the job could be done in 10hrs. Plus the expense seemed extremely high. Overall, the people were nice, communication was not great but was good, dealership was nice. Price and time for repair was a little extreme but nothing I could do being so far from home and basically stuck and they knew it. I would still recommend them over Miller Chevrolet. That one ripped me off a day earlier.

Took my truck in on a Thursday morning for an airbag recall, said it would be done that afternoon. No call by 5, so I called and left a message for service advisor. No return call by 5:45, so I called and SA told me they forgot about my truck all day. Finally completed the repair on Friday. Customer Service was just horrible and NO communication unless I initiated it.

Jessica Cook and the body shop were excellent. Had a problem with Espi Sanchez in the showroom waiting area. She purposely did not enter my phone number in the Lyft ride system. As a result, I waited almost hour for a ride. I witnessed several customers who arrived in the main lobby after me, get their Lyft ride. I approached the receptionist, Espi Sanchez she yelled at me saying your ride was here and you just sat there! I advised her that I did not receive any text. I didn't appreciate her attitude. I asked her to check number that she entered in the Lyft system. She loudly stated a number that was not my number. She said that she could not check the number. After serval minutes a Lyft arrived and I left. After I arrived home. I called Jason Kirkpatrick and described the issue. Her attitude was unacceptable, inappropriate and demeaning to me. I am a Desert Storm veteran and a retired firefighter. She should not be in a position where she deals with the public. She doesn't represent Reliable or the Chevrolet brand in an appropriate manner.

I purchased a vehicle 5 months ago and was not happy with the actual vehicle although shopping experience was awesome. The vehicle had problems. I received a phone call from reliable Chevrolet manager to ask me how I was enjoying my new car. I was then honest with him and told him I wasn’t happy. He made me an appointment to go in and see what he could do to make me happy. I went in and walked out with a brand new 2019 Tahoe . Ray Mendoza put Rudy to work with me and help me find the vehicle that best fit us. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Not to mention how they called to check on me and my vehicle I wasn’t happy with. All I can say is I’ll never go anywhere else.
