Cute little place very clean and friendly. Laundry facilities and showers are very clean. Just wish there was a pool! Going green! They have their own water filtration system!!!!!

I stayed there for about a year and had no problems. Tammy (the manager) was always very helpful and responsive. They take out the trash from your own lot can, which is very generous. The park is also kept trimmed and clean. Any issues with the hookups were promptly repaired and the well water they have is very clean. It's the best value in the Tampa Bay area, seriously.

This place has definitely improved in the past 2 years I have been here. I love working and living here. I love our tenants. The only thing we need is a pool for the summer but our inflatable will have to do!

It is not fancy but it is priced fairly. This is a good place for those who work nearby. Bush Gardens and several Amazon facilities are close. The manager Tammy and her husband Jimmy are perhaps the best asset. We have stayed here for over 4 years right next door to them.

The Management (Boss Man, Tammy and Jimmy) were awesome during our month stay. Long term residence stayed to themselves and respected us as well. For the person that loves to exercise in the morning they have a decent road to walk/run on. Highly recommend this area for travels.

I have stayed in the RV Park on and off for the Past two years. The Owner Dave keeps the Rv Park Clean and Inviting. His Manager Mrs.Tammy is great at handling any issues that may occur and is friendly, accomdating and always willing to improve your stay. Her Maintenance Staff Jimmy and Bill are always on the spot to fix anything that needs attention and to help when any emergency that may occur (water ,flat tires, etc..). I know that if I ever need another place to stay while in the area. That I can always look forward to a return at Abbey's Wigwam. Happy Camping!

As I began preparing my retirement, we moved our A-Class Motor Bus to the Tampa area. 3 years ago. Several months later, a friend recommended Wig-Wam RV Park in Seffner. After meeting with the Management and speaking with 2 of the property's Staff/Grounds Keepers, along with several residents, we moved in 6 days later on or about October 6, 2019 Here it is today October 31, 2021, just over Two {2} Years later, and as happy as ever. Though we are in the country with Horses, Steers, Goats, and Mule Ranches, It's 7 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino Hotel, 17 minutes from downtown Tampa, Cruise Ships, 10 minutes from the Bradenton Mall, 22 minutes from Tampa Airport. BEACHES 35-45 minutes to Clearwater Beach- 45 minutes Sarasota/Bradenton The Atlantic Ocean 120 minute away east ORLANDO == Disney World == Universal & More just about 60-75minutes

Good prices, mostly good people, quiet most of the time, children are welcome, pet friendly. Even though the spaces are close together, people don't bother you. It is pretty peaceful. All things hard to find. Especially all in one. So I give it 5/5. Would recommend.

I can only praise Tami, Jimmy and all the staff here at the park. We have been living here for over a year. If we ever have a problem Tami, Jimmy take care of the problem. The park owners have been working very hard to keep the park clean, and improving the entire entire environment. Park is pet friendly, kid friendly and family friendly. Tami is wonderful in managing this park If there is a problem she will fix it and is great with everyone.

The owner Dr.Dave is great! Jimmy and Alberto from maintenance is always willing to lend a ear or hand. However best of all the manager Tammy makes sure you are happy and satisfied. If your not she figures out why and how to accommodate you. Wish we found this place 2 yrs ago. Thanks to my good friend Joe Fahlsing for suggesting it.

Quiet ,mostly clean park , nice people however please work on water it's well/ sulfur water. other than that. Well maintained park great place to get lost for a few days. Rates are a little high but it's comparable for the Tampa area . Overall nice place to stay and get a way...

A friend of mine lives there at the moment and pays 700 a month for her lot. Not sure how large her lot is but it isn't very large... maybe 15x40

This place is different that being said Come here if you want to be safe we stayed here for three weeks and everyone was nice and truly caring. Abbey wigwam is also close to some of best parks in Florida and Disneyworld. This place is like a everyday driver there's ketsup on the seat , trash on the floor and lots of dents but the car works fine. The kids are very respectful and on the negative side everyone smokes.

Well run facility. The staff is constantly maintaining the grounds. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. One of the best facilities that I have stayed in. I will most definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

Pretty decent, but everything is really to close here. It's like everyone is piled up onto the next rver! Some bad activity in the rear of the park and it seems like the rules don't get applied much. It's park all in its own I guess
