Park itself is nice, amenities are good. They need to do a WAY BETTER job of enforcing the quiet hours though. Too many nights after 11, people are loudly listening to music, drinking, not realizing they're less than 10 feet away from their neighbors (or not caring)
Here's a recommendation, patrol the park at quiet time. If you see people violating, warn them. patrol again 30 minutes later. If they are still offending tell them they will be removed from the park. If you warn them once and they continue to do it, they care about no one but themselves and shouldn't be welcome in the park.

Great place to stay. It's a little noisy but that is expected considering its downtown. That does mean that every thing you could possibly need is either a short walk or train ride away. Did I mention that the train has a stop right in front of the park?!? This is literally the perfect place to get to anywhere in salt lake valley in a hurry.

Quiet, shady, nice staff, daily grounds upkeep, short walking distance to city train... the trees drop a fresh coat of pollen everyday in spring though... not allergy friendly, haha.

This KOA has more of an RV park feel to it than a campground. It is located near downtown and does have a shuttle to the Mormon Temple Square but it isn't within walking distance of much. We really enjoyed our stay overall and the staff was friendly and polite. You are not able to have campfires so plan other methods of cooking.

Nice shady, quiet park. We didn't use any facilities. Just stayed one night. Be sure to bring a pressure regulator since the water pressure is 120 psi. Friendly & helpful staff in the office and a nice clean store

Camp VIP is a long term RV park. The park seems safe and provides easy access to the Light Rail and Greenway. Mailboxes and garbage cans are provided for residents. There is a laundry, car wash, barber shop, Mexican restaurant, pizza place, playground and pool on site. There are a few older mobile homes in the park, but overall the park is clean and neat. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Long term RV park attached to KOA. Very clean. Staff is amazing! Won't go into details because they can not be expected to do for the same for everyone, but they went above and beyond for us during a difficult time. So thankful for their help.

I was greeted right off by staff and had a salesman come speak to me within 2 minutes of arriving. Lots of selection there of really nice trailers as well as a small area for trailer supplies.

Good KOA park, nice trees and surroundings in the park... outside the park not so much it sits in an industrial area. A little on the pricy side as well.
Jon Mason
decent location if you don't leave the park after dark. the management style has changed in recent years, a few years ago the park was redesigned with pure profit in mind.

It's a nice KOA campground, but cable TV reception isn't very good. Also pricey for a KOA

I accidentally get into this place. It doesn't look to a camping area, but more like a city neighborhood.

Very nice campground, lots of trees, pull thrus and back in spots for small and large rv's. Laundry, playground, hot tub, pool, and a few cabins for rent as well. Folks in the office are very nice and helpful. Its also right next to the fairgrounds and the airport parking is not to far either.
