The park is not pretty but the staff is nice! The prices are good! They have a laundry room thats decently priced and showers, our last park didn't have that so we love that they have it if you need it. We park our RV here and one of the plugs outside wasn't working and they had it fixed about an hour later! They try to keep it plowed as best as they can. The only thing I don't particularly like is the parking situation, our neighbors park extremely close to our camper even tho there is room for them to park further back. Other than that it's a great place to live, safe and pretty quiet other than the occasional dog barking when its let out. Neighbors are friendly when we do see them.

I am a traveling healthcare worker and I needed a place to put my camper. I called Debbie and over the phone she was so helpful she held a spot for me for a week while I finished my contract in Kenesaw never asked for payment. I got there set up my camper on a Sunday! Called her back and met her she is amazing very upfront and I love that nothing was hidden I so enjoyed my stay if I had a concern she was on it. I was there from November 2020 to June 2021 they were all amazing even the owners daughter who I met! Such a warm welcome and a great stay!! I will definitely put my camper there again if I’m in the Omaha area for another contract!! Thank you all so much for the awesome and comfortable stay!

We stayed here for about a month in December 2019. Nice large sites and good prices. Everyone friendly and helpful. Debbie in the office is great. Yes she's to the point but that's so people don't take advantage of their rules. Would definitely stay here again.

Been looking for info about RV reservation, cost, anything really but it either isn’t available anywhere or not listed… maybe I’m blind idk would be nice to be able and get info about what’s offered for rv hookups. I edited my review since they quickly responded in a friendly and professional manner

Debbie was marvelous. I didn't ask enough questions- no Wi-Fi or cable. Established in the 50's, it shows its wear and tear. Now, that said, the RV park, beside a Mobile Home Park, provides what essentials are necessary, power, water and dump. Quiet. Bathrooms were outdated, locked unless you made arrangements for a key. I'd come back.

I grew up here and I had a lot of fun memories, I wish I could go back and hang out with all of my old friends. From time to time I drive by and reminisce, I know it’s creepy but it was home . 27 years ago and I still remember the people and Neighbors, if only I could remember their names .

I lived here for 20 years, the neighbors changed, and so did the area but the owners took pride and took care of our trailer well. Would have stayed longer if the Mothers Day storm years ago didn't ruin our trailer. Miss it daily!

Relocated to Omaha on temporary assignment. Called around, and this park was one of the few that had RV spaces. Been here for a month now and have no complaints. Place is pretty quiet, neighbors are sociable. Had to replace my rooftop air units, and the owners offered to get them up on the roof for me, and bring the old ones down with their tractor. Nice folks and the price is good.

Management is wonderful and runs a very clean park. Close to airport, downtown, nature trails, interstates and parkways yet affordable, quiet and nice. We highly recommend and we have checked out many. Like many older parks they have older trailers. Only recommendation is that you should know what you are buying or moving into before you complain about it.
