I moved in back in 2019. My wife and I enjoyed the convenience of all the shopping and enjoyed the park. Kevin the manger there is fair and a joy to deal with. I would recommend anyone looking for an rv spot to stay there. You will be glad you did.

We moved in back in 2021 and stayed for about a year and a half. Brand new to the RV world and learning as we went. Everyone there stepped up and helped us get set up. It is a quiet, safe place and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a full time park. Kevin, the manager, does a great job! He truly cares about the park and the folks in it. He works hard to keep the place looking good and ensures that everyone is happy. We had a great time there and would return!

We travel full time for work in our RV Fifth Wheel. We stayed at this Mobile Home and RV park for 5 months. Kevin the onsite manager has made great improvements in the last year and a half. The Permanent Mobile Homes and common grounds are well kept and clean. If you have kids there is not much for them to do. They do have plenty of fenced in space to put up a playground or some kind of other activities for them to have fun with. If our work brings us back to this area again we will definitely stay here. Our neighbors were ether Military, Traveling Nurses or Contractors, all good people. We felt very safe here.

Quiet, clean, spacious lots with on-site management and neighbors that were both friendly and welcoming! As a single mom, I can honestly say I felt safe staying there, not to mention moving in and out was a breeze! I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area or needing a longer term solution.

We recently stayed 3 months there while working in Louisville. The park was nice and quiet (even for us nightshifters that sleep during the day), the residents are friendly, and Kevin the manager is GREAT. We felt safe there and never had any issues.

Manor Isle has been my home for most of 2022. My family and I stayed in our 5th wheel from March through December. The park manager, Kevin, was so kind and helpful. He works hard to keep the park clean and safe for all who stay. Monthly rent is affordable. It's conveniently located right on dixie hwy, so everything you could possibly need it right down the road. I highly recommend this park and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.

This place is amazing!!!! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I really can’t say enough nice things about this place. We stayed for 2 months because my husband got a job interview in a different state. Kevin is such a wonder person. It’s also really clean and such a good price. I've been here almost a year now and the experience has been wonderful. I was so sick of dealing with bad landlords and I'm pleased to say that the park manager Kevin isn't like that at all! He's super nice and helpful and really takes pride in the grounds. Everyone takes good care of their lot, the kids play outside together. Its a whole community here! There have been some upgrades since I've been here including a new privacy fence so you dont see Dixie and potholes have been fixed. No one ever messes with my stuff. I feel safe leaving for periods of time and knowing everything will be as is was when I left. Best park in Louisville if you ask me!

The park is well taken care of and a wonderful place to stay. Never had any issues with any of the other residents. Everyone I met was super nice and very much added to the community. Park is kept clean and taken care of so no issues there. With trash service and mail on property it's one of the best parks I've stayed in. Kevin, the property manager, always keeps an eye on things and takes care of any problems that come up in a timely manner. Location is fantastic for quick grocery runs and tons of options for food too.

I have been here for almost three months and absolutely love it. The lots are spacious and the manager Kevin always goes above and beyond to help others in the park. As for the safety and quietness, I give the place high ratings also. I travel a lot with my job and go sometimes weeks before coming back and never have anything missing. The neighbors seem to always be looking out for each other. Definitely recommend the place.

Fantastic location close to shopping and restaurants. Near enough to Fort Knox for a commute, a quiet and safe community for a reasonable price. The on-site manager works hard to meet your needs, above and beyond what's required. It's surprising how safe and remote this community feels despite being located right off Dixie highway.

Me and my family went tiny last may, we didn’t have a place to park our trailer at the time and my wife decided to call the park manager at 12:00am and he answered the phone, it was a stressful time for us at the time and the park manager Kevin was very professional and understanding, we never even owned an Rv before and we didn’t know how to hook up nor park, well thanks to Kevin he has been a constant help to me and my family going beyond the call of duty and providing us with great service. Us being the only black family here we were concerned if we be welcomed well needless to say every one here is so down to earth and compassionate the greatest neighbors you would ever meet…..please come and join our community I truly feel all are welcomed here!!!!😊

I am glad that I chose to stay here! From my first day here, this community was welcoming and made me feel like family... Glimmer kept in contact to let me know when a spot was available. Kevin helped me with setting up my camper and put together my sewer pipe which for a woman living there alone was an immense help! Everyone looks out for one another... I felt very safe. it was so hard to leave, but I sold my camper. Strongly recommend this place!!! If you are seeking a long term stay for your RV this is the place! Just on the outskirts of Louisville, easily accessible off the Highway. Will miss the friends I made here!

Ok, so I've been living here for about 60 days and plan to remain for the foreseeable future. Kevin, the manager, is awesome and always willing and able to lend a hand. Whether you need a tool, help hooking up the sewer or are looking for recommendations on where to shop or eat. The lots are good size and plenty of "green" between RVs and/or mobile homes. Be prepared to mow. Neighbors, and neighborhood, are friendly and easily accessible. Now... what do we need. Well, here's my list... (1) additional parking areas for vehicles to keep them off the street (2) park laundry facilities (3) repair some of the concrete patios (4) re-gravel the drives and (5) a privacy fence between the park and 31W. With all that said, it is truly Kevin's mannerisms and friendliness that will keep tenants for long term.

This is a great park! Everyone is very kind and will help with anything that you need. Kevin is the best! He works hard to ensure that you will enjoy your stay while at Manor Isle. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is also conveniently located close to Fort Knox and 25 mins from downtown Louisville.

I wanted to leave a review to commend the on site Manager, Glimmer. My husband and I are long time RVers (as in seven plus years) so we have been to (and stayed in) countless parks. Over this last Summer we decided to look for a place to stay in the Louisville area. We spent a week at a park nearby Manor Isle but quickly learned there were numerous “rules” that seemed (to us) to be way outside the norm! Actually unrealistic, to be honest. During that week we began our search for a new park. I found Manor Isle and thought to myself “why not give them a call.” My husband and I are so happy I called! From my very first interaction with Glimmer, I was more than pleased! Not only do I love her unique name, but she’s knowledgeable, competent, and really just a joy to work with! She was so kind, patient, and thorough with me and believe me I had a gazillion questions! We made an appointment with her to come and see what sites she had to offer and check out the Park as well as the area. We found the park is quite nice and very well kept! Huge plus to us, as it shows management genuinely cares. Glimmer spent a wealth of time with us, because (naturally) my husband and I had more questions while on site. Again, Glimmer answered EVERY single one of them! Prior to our arrival Glimmer walked us through every single step of getting settled in by our scheduled/planned arrival date; all the pertinent information and telephone numbers of the companies we’d need to establish service with. She is incredibly responsive to any questions or needs we have! One night we thought our 20Amp was not working so I text Glimmer to see how we could tell. She IMMEDIATELY came over to our site/lot and got us all situated! It was late and it was VERY cold!! We really appreciated that she came over and fixed it so quickly! Bottom line is this, if you’re looking for a place to stay in the Louisville area, this one really fits the bill! It’s not only nice, it’s well maintained, safe, quiet (with the exception of road noise but you get that everywhere), and Glimmer responds as though she’s working for YOU, or that you’re the only one in the park! Incredible! For all the reasons I’ve mentioned in this review, we’d not only HIGHLY recommend your Park, we’d also have NO hesitation in returning! Thank you so much! AND ~ on those days when people may forget to thank Glimmer for all that she does, please give her a HUGE shout out from US!!

Love living here! Most of the people are friendly and it’s a very clean environment! Looked at other RV parks in the area and this is one is by far the superior choice along with a convenient location off of Dixie just enough to feel slightly secluded. RV park manager is one the most friendliest people you’ll ever meet. I recommend to anyone looking for long or short time stays!

Just got there a little unseen investment, you must have a hard pipe to attach your sewer, you must call before getting there to turn on electric. Only gave it a three because its my first Day. After being there for almost a year the team at Manor Isle had our best interest in mind. We appreciate Glimmer and Erick who really care about people and how the live here at Manor Isle.

Manor Isle is Great!!! Glimmer is very welcoming and super kind, which is Amazing!!! Quiet and Well Maintained Park. Very close to shopping and many restaurants, with quick highway access! You won't regret your stay!!!
