Well I'm mixed. It's huge. It's at Sam's Town Casino. It offers the usual features. No outdoor sink. I've grown fond of my KOA outside sinks, so it was missed. The bathroom shower experience was not good for me. Zero hot water. It was great for my husband. I had to wait forever for the hot water to turn on. Then it ran out minutes later. The lady at the front desk got a tad snarky when she saw our conversion pop-up camper. The maintenance guy that guided us in was RUDE. We were left alone. The neighbors were nice. We loved the short walk to the Casino. When I had to play roulette with the soap dispensers to find the one that works, I notified the front desk and they did address it. One out of 5 anyway. We appreciated the stay. Would shop around next time. 350 bucks for four nights. PS, our pop-up is adorable.

Pretty decent campground. Space between sites is ok although Living sides face each other in some areas so be there is a lack of privacy. Good staff and amenities were good.

Great place to camp while visiting Las Vegas. Clean campground friendly staff. Associated with Samstown which has a free shuttle to Harry’s or the Fremont experience.

Boondocking Boyfriends

Overall good experience. They allow dogs and hook ups all worked great. Also a nice fenced in space for dogs to run off leash. Internet is absolutely terrible though, and “nothing they can do about it.” The workers are quirky but happy to help. Met some friendly fellow travelers there too. Their set up is a bit different with having two locations. You have to go to the main office at Sam’s town casino to check in and pay even if you’re staying at their Nellis location. Both locations are about 15 minutes from either the strip or Fremont street. 4 stars due to the bathroom and laundry. It’s a regular camp bathroom so don’t expect much. Only the middle shower worked in the men’s restroom. The other two either had no head or seemed only connected to the hot water. Hot water tank ran out fast. they do clean every day though. Lastly the washers and dryers take quarters only ($1.75 per wash/dry) and there is no coin exchange machine at the Nellis location but the front desk can exchange for you.

They have a pleasant shower area for residents only... The camp was also quiet for being in the location it is in. Overall I was pleased. I will come back and tell friends and family... Thank you KOA

We were having trouble finding a place for the night. They had one short pull through and we got it. Had to unhook the truck to fit. Spaces were close but it was clean and safe. All connections were good, had internet access. Made friends with couple next door and the security guard was very nice. They do have longer spaces but you need a reservation because they fill up quickly. We would stay here again.

Is it very nice RV place / campground I didn't see any place to put up tent so I don't know why they call it a campground but it's right there next door to the casino and everything so and it's got laundry room and bathrooms and a pool and the pool is cool it's a good pool it's only like four and a half feet deep at the deepest but yeah and and yeah seems like a nice place to kick it

I lived here full time and my husband, son, and myself love it. The people who live here and the others that park here for the weekend are always amazing. My son loves the pool. I love the showers. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have security that patrols the place 24 hours.

We have been staying her for a while and the customer service is out of this world!!! If you want a clean safe place to stay rolling thru on your travels KOA is it!!! There amazing!!

My friend lives at the campground while her house gets finished. Not lots to do but great location, waking distance to casinos, and stores, nice pool w/shade. Clean and safe. Great people!

Bathrooms are very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. This was a great central location to explore the strip, Hoover Dam, and Red Rock Canyon. As with most every place in Vegas, you're RIGHT under the flight path, so bring earplugs if the sound of airplanes descending above you would bother you. Otherwise, it was a quiet and comfortable place to stay for a great price.

We had a wonderful time very clean park very helpful staff. They even have a company their on site that will wash your motor home for you great pricing we were able to get our motor home and trailer washed fabulous job.And with this said you see we just left the park this morning. We had made it about two miles when our trailer and the hitch broke off our motor home. We went back to the campground To get a repair numbers they have located in the laundry Room....... My husband was telling the park manager of our situation .He was so kind to let my husband use his truck to come and get our trailer bring it back to the campground find us another camping spot so the motor home could be repaired there. You and talk about going above and beyond Hats off to you fine sir. We can't thank you enough for your kindness and hospitality.Thank you very much bill.

The positive- restrooms and showers were very clean. We didn't see the pool or hot tub because it was snowing and windy while we were there. Negative- the spaces were really tight together. Also, there was dog poop and cigarette butts all over the ground when we pulled into our spot.

Recently moved on for an extened stay and I am duly impressed with the Staff and Facalities here. They have gone above the call of duty in helping us settle in from the tine we made the reservation. Friendly Professional and Caring from the night patrol (Guy is an awesome gentleman) to the maintainance guys to the office staff (Dawn and Nicole are just terrific Thank you Ladies!) My hats off to all! The facalities are newly renovated and quite nice (bathrooms showers and laundry). The pool and spa are wonderful.

Sam's Town KOA is a great spot for the RV in Vegas, especially when you're there to not really "do" Vegas. Very clean and friendly. Appropriate precautions for COVID-19. We got a pull in spot with a patio which was super fancy for us!

Loving living here. The staff here is wonderful. Dawn is an absolute angel, she checked me in and is an extremely valuable asset to KOA. Bill was also helpful with issues I was having with my RV. As an RV greenhorn, I was mystified at some relatively simple problems. He helped solve them. Literally every staff member at the North park rocks!

Nice and clean amenities, nice staff. The parks are dense but it's in town. Close to some cool places and not to far from the strip. There is a shuttle from the Casino to busier places in town. Couldn't try to pool, off season...

This KOA is at Sam's Town, due East from the strip. There are two parks: one on the South side, next to the casino parking structure; a second, a block (5 minute walk) to the East. We stayed there for a week. Both are clean, well-maintained, have all the amenities, are well staffed, secure and patrolled by private security. Moderate traffic noise from adjacant surface streets. Lots of pull-thrus and 50 amp sites. We prefer the 'South' location but we would stay in either again.

It is exactly as pictured there were no surprises. The staff was really friendly and the place was very clean. We were able to get a spot under a tree with a really nice picnic area right next to it which was also next hole and the restroom. It was definitely worth the price and I would recommend it to any KOA people

Wifi down when we got there and no one said anything. Called the office and they said it was being fixed. There for three days and it never worked. Office said oh well. If was also not very clean. Lots of trash on the ground. Big wind storm before we got there that probably accounted for a lot of that.

We have a Value card and stay at KOA as much as possible because we know what to expect. We expect poor or no cable and lousy or no WiFi. Our stay at 4040 S Nellie Blvd did not disappoint. Never could log on to WiFi. And we lost electricity 4 times that I noticed. Short outages but still had to reset some things. I would like to see KOA mandate some upgrades from the owners, especially WiFi. We didn’t use their facilities at all just to stay out of common areas. There’s a large coin laundry right next door which worked well for us on bed linen change day. We had 7 washers. We have always stayed at KOA for their pet policy. We used to travel with 7 Scotties in the early days. Always welcomed us. Down to one Teacup Maltese now.

Very clean rv park. The showers/bathrooms are very clean. Friendly employees, plus they have great prices. This KOA is within walking distance from Sam's Town, a Walmart within walking distance, and a couple miles from the Las Vegas Strip. This KOA is like a beautiful oasis in the middle of the ghetto! So bring a bodyguard or your little ankle-biter with you when you walk outside of KOA property at night! No...just kidding, but really it's not that bad of an area. I still highly recommend staying here.

You pet owners are not picking up after YOUR dogs!! There are a lot of people who need to use the kennel and it's not our job to pick up after YOUR pets! It's written 3 times in the kennel and a scooper and bags are provided for you!!! Clean up after YOUR pets!! Even at night, take a flashlight!!!

The guy who checked us in took really good care of us. The lady who took our reservations had screwed it all up. I usually rate KOA 5 Stars but she ruined that. Just because of the frustration it caused. We only stay at KOAs as we travel a lot.

Not what I expected from a KOA. Very jammed in tight, not really any outdoor space for sitting. Dog run was disgusting and smelly. Ok if you are there just to visit Vegas. We were here to do a Trade show. People working here were nice.

Main park is great the site's on flamingos rd has communication issues. Get a PO box for long term. If you have any issues go to the manager at the main site. He will make it right.

We haven't checked it out too much. It backs up to a not really goid nebighorhoid. Barbed wire and tire strip block the back wall. Police sirens every night. The parking spaces are really tight and there's no place to park vehicles. They position the lots so one rv has to nose into a spot or run hoses under the rv to your door side.

The park itself is awesome and clean. Only bad thing is the rich snowbirds are very opinionated and run mouth often. Good place to stay by yourself and enjoy the surroundings

This place is not bad but the location is terrible. They are NOT gated anyone can walk in, crime everyday, and it just STINKS. We where not bothered the whole time my family and I where here and the only reason I gave this 3 stars in the fact we saved the money in power all summer long!

Was not the best KOA..was told there was no password for WiFi.. day later was given the password.....for the weakest signal.kept loosing signal .. no hot water in the showers..need I keep going. Try the Oasis RV park it's. FIVE Stars...

20 min (Auto) von the Stripe ist dieser saubere Campingplatz eine Oase zum hektischen, Geldorientierten Las Vegas. Wir wurden mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Ein kleiner Pool bietet Erfrischung und der Service ist exzellent. Uns wurde wunderbar mit kleinen Reparaturen am RV geholfen!!! Wer Vegas mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. (Translation) 20 minutes (car) from the Stripe, this clean campground is an oasis to busy, money-minded Las Vegas. We were provided with helpful tips. A small pool offers refreshment and the service is excellent. We were wonderfully helped with small repairs on the RV!!! Anyone who likes Vegas is in good hands here.

Zwei WC- und Duschhäuser, das vordere modernisiert, das hintere Haus etwas veraltet. (Translation) Simple place: asphalted paths, gravel pitches. Well-kept outdoor pool with 4.5 feet of water depth. (real) hot tub! Two toilet and shower houses, the front one modernized, the rear one a bit dated.
